If you want to spoil your mood on the day of the event, place an order at Pirogova!!! An hour before the start of the event, you will get a call and they will tell you that your cake will not be there. After a fairly prompt renegotiation of the position (albeit far from what was previously planned in terms of its qualities), they will call you and tell you that they will not be able to deliver by the previously agreed time! After the outright swearing.... Voila... nevertheless, the order was delivered on time, but the bottom cake that was changed was frankly expensive. Excellent service.... There are just no words. If you want to rub your nerves or if you like to swear, welcome to Pirogov's bakery!

I was very surprised by the delivery time. I ordered it in the morning "day in, day out" and already got a cake for lunch. The cake is insanely delicious, there is nothing to complain about. Deserved 5 stars

The sellers are standing behind the counter and swearing through the word, the salesman guy was standing in such a dirty T-shirt that it's a complete horror to work with food behind the counter like this 🤢🤢
The cakes are delicious, of course, but the sediment is super unpleasant
I'm sorry, of course, but this is trash.
I was on other days, the staff is absolutely the same unpleasant.

At first, one waiting time is called, literally in a minute it is already twice as long. There are no questions about pies, we took them earlier and liked everything. The service is disgusting. I ordered two sets for the event, and indicated that it was critically important to be in time for the appointed time. As a result, only 15 minutes before the deadline, when I started calling them on my own and asking if they had forgotten about me, it turned out that there were some problems and everything was postponed. Some nonsense about not their courier service, offers to pay online so that they can send me an order earlier - everything is very bad. Whether someone planned to warn me that the event was being disrupted, whether it was possible to try and deliver the order on time when I started ringing the bells, we will never know.

We went on February 14, got to the music program, and were pleasantly surprised. Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior.
We ordered brownies and chocolate cake with salted caramel. The pieces seemed small, but later it turned out that they were just right. It tastes delicious, not too sweet - balanced. They took raf and hot chocolate from the drinks - they were satisfied with both.
Overall, I really liked it. We will definitely come again 🥰

The coffee and food are delicious, but the service is terrible. We waited for coffee for 20 minutes. The coffee was brought, but the desserts were not ready. They had to wait another ten minutes. And while we were waiting, the pie we ordered ran out) During this time, you will either drink the coffee or it will cool down. When friends approached, in order not to wait another half hour, they asked at the checkout to immediately make coffee and take dessert, then this was refused: either to take away or through a waiter. I had to take it "to take away" both from disposable cups and from the box to enjoy at the table. And this is not with a full landing.

The floor is dirty. The service is so-so, they regret napkins, by the way the cheapest, although the dishes average 20-30 rubles.

The food is normal, although the sandwich was cooked for 30 minutes. Do not order tea water - raspberry mint.

I was at the bakery at the end of December. There were no very large number of dishes from the New Year's menu, there were no cocktails and champagne, and some pies were also not available. The waiter mixed up the order 4 times. There is very little alcohol in cocktails, or rather it may not have been there. I had to change the order several times. Pies taste differently, some not very much, others more or less, but there is little filling in all pies, and there is a lot of dough. The waiter was terrible. The evening was badly ruined. I will never come to this place again. Apart from the beautiful scenery, there is nothing there!!!
