The last case is today. We came, sat down at a table, and waited 15 minutes for the menu. The waiter was called, the menu was brought, but for the next 15 minutes no one took the order. And this happens periodically. That is, you can come and have a great time, or you can wait for half an hour and go to another place nearby. At the same time, there are a lot of staff in the hall, they constantly walk past the table, but why do you need to beg yourself to serve? Then give me the opportunity to place an order through the counter so that I don't have to wait?

For the first time in this institution, but already such a strong negative impression. The waiter defiantly passed by and did not understand the order, although he perfectly saw that his name was. Pies are cut into one piece, wiping it with a napkin, and pies without gloves are placed on plates. In terms of food quality: the pie was really delicious, but the cocoa tasted like boiling water with milk.

For the 3rd time I ordered a sweet surprise for my family. This time the choice fell on the Berry cake with ricotta. The order was accepted quickly and delivered on time. The cake is fresh, soaked, very tasty and moderately sweet. We also ordered 2 pies - 1 with chicken and 1 with cherries - also fresh, juicy and hearty.

It's a great place, I celebrated my birthday here. I liked salmon, rabbit and beef pies with vegetables the most. Juicy, tasty and satisfying. Cool fruit drinks, especially liked the addition of mint, ginger. The selection of alcoholic beverages is small, but the quality is excellent. I was pleased that there were vases to put flowers in. We came with a company of three people, saw a place on the summer terrace, immediately took a seat, we sit for 5 minutes the waiter passes but to another table, 10 minutes and no one came up to us until we went inside from the street, because a strong wind began
There we were asked - oh, do you want to come here from the summer terrace? (So the waiters saw that we came, but in the end, no one gave the menu and did not fit)
The young man showed us the tables, we sat down, brought the menu, again the story we sit for 10-20-30 minutes, no one pays attention until you call
We chose everything and then it turns out that half of the pies are missing, and there are dishes of the month that are not listed on the menu if only viewed from the mobile version
Everything was ordered, the pies were cooked (heated) for 10 minutes, everything is fine and the girl makes a repeat order of the pie, which waits 40 minutes!!!!! Although the waiter who served the table passed us 10 times (because the room is not large) and we just turn to him: and he asks in surprise, have you not been served yet????
Service questions, the boarding was partially complete, the same people as us were sitting all the time, that is there was no turnover to allow such service, it's a shame that the waiters worked - well, Sunday is a day off somehow

At the same time, 4 people from the staff were standing at the counter. When we were reminded of ourselves, the movement seemed to have begun, the coffee was put on the counter, but the cakes were still lying on the display case and while the waitress was fussing in search of saucers and appliances, the espresso was cooling down waiting for serving. I hope this is not an ordinary case, because the cakes are really delicious and you want to come back for them.

I was very unhappy with the first visit. But I will definitely give you a second chance. The pies are delicious. A big plus is that the pies are brought immediately. The rest of the dishes... We waited for more than an hour. With what Julien has to do, I can still somehow understand, but to make a scramble and cut 4 slices of fish is somehow too long for an hour of waiting. We made an order, waited for half an hour, only then the waitress came up and said that the waiting time was half an hour...as it turned out, half an hour is counted from the moment of the waiter's warning, and not the time of the order. During the waiting time (an hour!) not a single table was wiped on the terrace, although there were many guests. But in this, the sparrows provide good help to the waiters, destroying all the crumbs from the tables. If you sit on the terrace, the waiter will not come to you - it's a fact. You have to go inside yourself and ask to come to you.
