The location is excellent, the room is comfortable, not very large, but not cramped.
We were a group of 7 people, and we liked the food, despite the fact that we were on a bad day. There were technical problems with the equipment, and part of the menu was on the stop:(
But despite this, we were offered an adequate assortment, including hot dishes, with a fairly quick delivery, pleasant service and a small bonus at the end, for being loyal to the current situation.
I will be very happy to come back again.

We went to the institution purposefully, because we had already been here in the summer and liked everything very much. No luck this time, either the new year, or some other factors influenced it.
First of all, they clarified the availability of the children's menu and French fries (the child only wanted them) and said that they were. But we were not told that there is almost nothing for adults. They sat us down at a table, gave us a menu, and we spent 10 minutes choosing. Then the waiter came over and asked if we had been warned about the absence of some dishes. As it turned out, they had no fish dishes, chicken dishes, or potato dishes. When asked what to eat, we were offered salads and cold appetizers.
And just for a minute, it was January 4th, 3 p.m. It's the first day of the big weekend, there are a lot of tourists, and the restaurant has almost nothing available. They didn't even have bottled water, no compotes, either. I had to drink my own water
Then the waiter went to the kitchen and said that there was borscht and 2 servings of flounder. And thanks for that. They didn't leave, only because they spent a lot of time studying the menu and the children's menu seemed to be available.
The food arrived about 25 minutes later, it was delicious, you can't argue with that, but the children's food was not very good. The potatoes looked like they'd just been fried, but not the fries, and the nuggets smelled good.
I hope it's just that we were unlucky that day, because we had a very good opinion of this institution.

The impression is not bad. There are plenty of seats. 2 floors. The space was arranged in an interesting way. But 3 * for fried potatoes with bacon. They cooked for a very long time. The salad was served within 15 minutes, but the potatoes were brought to me when I really wanted to. The potatoes were at the same time deliciously cooked and brought in a serving pan. Considering that we were at 5 p.m. on Sunday, a lot of things were already missing from the menu. Draniki and sambusaki were absent, although it seems to me that their basis was for hot and dessert. We didn't ask any further. I liked the trout salad (there is a note in the menu that it is new). Sea buckthorn tea was delicious. It was served in a teapot.

I went to this place for the first and last time, they left upset and hungry!
We arrived at lunch, there were no soups available, although we were the only ones who were there at lunch. We decided to order at least a second course and a salad . For the second, they brought us a cutlet with sauce. Of all this, only the sauce was delicious, the cutlet itself was terribly tough and with a taste of meat that was not the first freshness. The salad that was brought to us is just an expectation- the reality is 3 pieces of herring, a little vegetables from the strength of 100 grams, it's a pity that it wasn't photographed. The other salad was with ptitim and ham, but it feels like only pepper and ptitim were added there and everything was seasoned with sour mayonnaise. As a result, we left completely hungry, gave 35 rubles - this is in order higher than in other establishments that we visited. If you set high prices and position yourself as a restaurant, the dishes must match the price and quality, and so the dining room tastes 10 times better than yours, you have to work and work on quality!
I only give 2 points for the staff, they were polite and friendly, and I don't set foot in your place anymore!

We've been here a few times, and we liked everything. But not now. There are no more dishes on the menu than there are. As in Bulgakov's novel: no matter what you miss, there is nothing! They were unpleasantly surprised. We ordered meze - different spreads. There was a lot of mayonnaise in some of them - the taste of other ingredients was not felt. And not all the spreads matched the menu. The meze was served in small white dishes that were cracked and chipped. I think this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we are disappointed.

I could have put more stars - I would have put it without hesitation. Pleasant music, friendly waiters, nice interior. The food is sooo delicious, the presentation is pleasant, there is plenty to choose from. It's pretty budget-friendly. I definitely recommend it to those who want something simple, but with a twist.

One of the main disadvantages is a small selection of snacks, especially beer, and if you don't like fish, then choose another place. Noodles with chicken and mushrooms did not meet expectations: the sauce is too rich, the portion is small and the chicken with mushrooms is small. One of the delicious dishes was sambusaki (fried dumplings) with blueberries, but one of the dumplings was with meat. When pointing out this flaw to the waitress, she laughed and replied that it was a surprise. But this surprise spoiled the whole impression of the dish. Two of the four dishes were bland and in the roast with meat and boletus, there were two boletus for the whole dish. The chain Odessa mama in Brest is in no way comparable to the chain restaurants in Moscow or St. Petersburg. Utter disappointment! It's cold in the hall, the waiter is wearing a plaid, the Internet is not working (the router is broken), more than half of the menu is missing, and what is there was carried for more than an hour (and this is with an almost empty hall!) Borscht was cooked for 40 minutes, then each dish "is already being served, another 5 minutes" and again waiting for 20 minutes. I only got borscht and tea to fill my stomachs. The pasta is empty, there was no photo on the menu, and the pancakes are greasy and float in oil. On the second floor, a table called the receptionist for cold soups and burnt draniki. The rest of the order was canceled, and I couldn't wait any longer. I'm sorry for the waitresses, they apologize, but you'd better find another job. There's nothing to catch, the place needs to be closed.

We have been to this institution more than once. I liked only the concept and the location. I gave it a chance a year after the last visit - I won't come back. Waiting for an order with a half-empty hall is extremely long (on a weekday), it was tasteless, the service is low, does not match the price. I ordered some dishes for the children not for the first time - each time the appearance and taste are different. I rarely get to such failures in Brest. Very sorry.

We made an order, took a beer in anticipation of the fish, but after a few minutes we were informed that there were still no roots. The waiter offered to replace the roots with something, but we came just for her, and what can we replace the smelt with? For a herring? The impression of the place is completely ruined. We don't set foot here anymore and we don't recommend it to anyone. At least you conduct political information with the waiters about the dishes on the foot, so as not to look like idiots. Our favorite budget cafe. We went to such a cafe in Grodno, we were glad to find it in Brest. Very pleasant waiters, delicious and hearty menu, cool atmosphere. The establishment is very well located. You can order dinner and go out to see the lamplighter. There is a terrace-balcony on the second floor. The dishes are delicious. The waiting time is not long. My daughter's favorite is the squid salad. I really like the spread with delicious croutons. My husband appreciated the borscht. The tongue with raspberry sauce is also good. A year ago we were in this cafe and we really liked it, but now the service has dropped and the menu is suffering. It was difficult to find a free table, now walk around at least three.
I ordered borscht with garlic dumplings, they brought it just with bread; wild berries tea - berry puree diluted with hot water, not a hint of "tea". I asked to replace it, they didn't specify whether it was a cup or a kettle, they just brought a kettle of tea, they forgot about sugar.
On the first day, we wanted dumplings, but half of them were missing. Dumplings are served with a cup of sour cream, which is placed directly on a plate, for me it is unhygienic.
As a result, the tea was not removed from the bill and was not changed, although the tea itself was replaced, but at the same time the tea was not just black, but some kind of herbal, which also raises questions, because there could be an allergy (and there is one).

I felt like I needed to come in here. And I was not mistaken - we exceeded all expectations. Fish - top, forshmak - even better, chebureks - one serving is enough to feed a healthy man. They also took draniki, according to the plan of the dranik tour, the draniki are good, nothing unexpected.

We were in this place only yesterday. We ordered nuggets and French fries for the child, 2 cappuccino coffees for ourselves, Napoleon cake and blueberry cake.

Most often we get to Odessa after another quiet restaurant, when we want a more cheerful continuation of the evening, this is exactly the format of the institution.
