An amazing place. For the UAE, there is a fairly long coastline, a sandy beach, there is an opportunity for guests to take sun beds with umbrellas and towels for free both by the pool and on the beach, a gentle approach to the sea.
Good infrastructure, there is a small shopping center across the street, there is a supermarket in the shopping center. There's also exchange. Taxi to Dubai Mall 35-40 min ~60 dirhams, to mall of emirates 15-20 min 45 dirhams.
There are walking alleys about 2.5-3 km from the side of the hotel, and on the opposite side behind the shopping center. Bars by the sea with music. Monorail stop.
European cuisine, good fresh food, seafood, chicken, fish, meat, ripe fruit; at the request of the go to meet change dinner for lunch (or vice versa) in case of excursions, for example. In Dubai 4 times, we decided to choose a hotel on the palm tree - one of the best services in this hotel. The view from the rooftop pool is unreal. There is another pool below and its own beach. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners, a varied menu, Arabic sweets, fish, seafood, barbecue. Friendly staff, happy Birthday with dessert. Every dinner has live music 😍 The hotel is new, it is only 1 year old. The room has its own kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, stove and coffee maker. We were in May , the hotel just opened . Great food, good location. The pool is awesome on the roof. Bathrobes , slippers , excellent service . Every employee of the hotel is trying to help you and make your stay comfortable. The beach is 100 meters away . Beach towels are provided . We were at this hotel for the second time.
The rooftop pool was much warmer that year, colder this year.
The rooms are spacious, there is a kitchen and kitchenware, a refrigerator, a freezer.

The beach is private, good sand, smooth entrance to the sea, but there are few sunbeds. Nearby on the same beach there are paid sunbeds - 200 dirhams, for which you can get food or drinks. Then the sunbed will be free.
A heated view pool on the roof - there are a lot of places, there are always free ones.
The location is excellent - near a large shopping center (quite expensive), there are supermarkets like Pyaterochka. A chic walking area. In general, it can be recommended.
The staff speaks English, but you can also find Russian speakers (there are few of them).

A new hotel in 2023, the first coastline! There is a private beach, a pool by the sea and on the 14th floor. Unfortunately, there are not enough seats for all the guests of the hotel, we have to take sun loungers early. The food is varied and decent, lots of seafood. Crabs, shrimps and even once caught oysters. The rooms are spacious in the form of a studio, with a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. Everything you need is available for cooking in the room. We took breakfast and dinner, so we didn't have to cook. The staff is excellent, there are Russian-speaking employees, so there were no problems. Anna especially helped, she is in the lobby, phoned and found out the status of the reservation and ordered a taxi there. I didn't have to explain to the driver. The transfer runs from the Emirate Mall Hotel during the day. Taxis were rarely used. Convenient location for beach and other holidays. I recommend it!

The biggest disadvantage for which she took off the star is that we forgot the car key in the safe in the room and wrote about it several times to the hotel and on Instagram too. We were at the hotel at the end of February 2024. In a room with a kitchen on the 11th floor. Everything is fine, the balcony overlooked the neighboring building - there is a parking lot below, from there it smelled of sewage in the evenings.
I liked the hotel itself, the food is varied and tasty enough, but there are strange dishes))) we took breakfast and dinner - tea and coffee for a fee at dinner.
Seafood, meat was enough.
A variety of fruits is standard.
All kinds of pastries - but they won't work for lactose-free people because there are butter and dairy products. For this reason, for me personally, the price tag is too high, since the choice is scarce for such.
A big disadvantage for allergy sufferers and people with lactose intolerance is the minimum choice.
For people with lactose intolerance, there are no products at all.
Although they saw lactose-free milk in the store.
You can't even eat muesli and porridge and coffee without milk.
I didn't like the fact that fish and meat are lying side by side in the same tray, and since I am allergic to fish,
I was already afraid to take meat, it's not right, no leaves that were separated will help. Plus, the one who gives takes both with the same gloves. It is not provided for such people.

We live in an apartment on the 6th floor and they are already relatively shabby. Next to the hotel there is a promenade with greenery and a street of bars, it is very loud on weekends. The hotel is purely for a youth, non-picky holiday. Probably the only cool thing about this hotel is the rooftop pool and the view, but again, there are a lot of people, there are never any places. So in general, a good Three by Dubai standards, but again this is not the level of a hotel in Dubai, it is a good European hotel for unpretentious people. The pool is closed. OK. After breakfast we went to the beach. There are no towels. OK. The time started to get closer to 10 a.m., it's hot for us, it's hot for the child. They took the child to swim in the sea, the guard says that it is impossible to go to the sea, there is no lifeguard - go to the pool of the restaurant "305". They came, they were kicked out of there, because for some reason the pool is 18+ at a depth of 0.8 m and a lifeguard is definitely needed there. We return to the sea. The baby is crying. The guard runs up again. They did not listen to him, it was already hot themselves, they took a swim. Discontent among others is also growing, children are screaming.
As a result, after 5 minutes, a red flag is hung and the beach is completely closed, sun beds are selected, umbrellas are collected, all vacationers are kicked out. They say that it is an order of the government, although they swim on the neighboring beaches.
Let's go to the reception. Thanks to the Russian-speaking Ru, she helped with the translation and explanation, she did a great job. The general manager says that we can swim in the sea, but there is no lifeguard, they are not responsible for us (then why were we chased earlier?). I'm going back to the beach - they won't let me
I'm going to the reception again. The same general manager says that a lifeguard arrived 5 minutes ago and now the rooftop pool is working, you can cool off there. We got up - everything is already occupied. Either they opened it a long time ago and the manager didn't know 10 minutes ago, or they took everything so quickly (which I doubt). Have you seen this pool? It does not accommodate even 10% of all hotel residents.
The staff is on site - well done. Question to the management: How was it impossible to resolve the issue with the lifeguard from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.? You can get it out from anywhere in the city in an hour.
As a result, we went to the neighbors in Dukes the Palm, the beach is open, the pool is very large and good, everything is open all day and works - there are lifeguards. It looks very cool. I haven't been inside, I can't estimate it. I think we'll go to the pool again tomorrow.
What we have: minus two days of rest, -1000$ out of pocket. One day okay, the weather. But the second day is completely at the service of the hotel. Hence this assessment
Update. The trash can was not removed from the room for two days, until I showed a photo at the reception. And this is superior. And on the first day they forgot to wash and even vacuum the floors. I had to call in the evening.
We had breakfasts and dinners. On the third dinner, they stopped giving drinks. Only for payment. That is, no water, no juices. An interesting idea for additional sales))) How could you save money on water, given that there are free places for bottling it on the street?
On the first day, a small fruit basket was brought. We ate the fruits, went to the store, put new ones in. The next day, the basket with our purchased fruits was taken away before cleaning, I had to go to the reception. Returned in smaller quantities, the sediment remained😂
I do not recommend Dubai for beach lovers. The sand is "dead". There is nothing to see in the sea, there are at least animals. I will not have this country for the next 10 trips again. For the same money in Egypt, everything will be fine in the new hotel, and the best diving sea in the world.
If the purpose of the trip is all sorts of global local projects: a water park, safari, aquarium and attractions, then it's interesting. But then why overpay for the Palm Tree?

2. There are only two small and shallow pools - on the beach and on the roof. They were not allowed to go to the pool with a teenager on the beach. It's unrealistic to swim there, people are stuffed like sprats in a barrel. You can only stand . The water is cloudy and too chlorinated.
3. The sea is nothing! This is a piece of the bay, the water in it is stagnant, as a result, you have to swim in a hot muddy jelly of algae. Yachts are nearby, they also add fuel to this cocktail. There is nowhere to swim, the swimming area is fenced off like a paddling pool. We took a taxi to the city beach every day, there is a completely different sea.
4. Food for three. Previously, Dubai hotels always had smoothies, seafood, delicious hot dishes, and a huge variety of desserts. And here the food is of the Turkish three-piece level, very sparse and not tasty. Of the last 5 hotels we've been to, this one is the weakest in terms of food.
5. We had a one-bedroom apartment room. It has a view of the road and close to the windows of the neighboring building. They asked to pay 50 thousand rubles for the sea view. The reservation was for three, I wrote to the hotel several times in advance with a request to provide a separate sleeping place for my son. Naturally, they did not provide anything, with grief in half, by the evening I managed to bring bed linen to the sofa.
6. Boiling water flows from a cold tap in the shower, it did not work out properly even once.

I fell in love with this hotel. The rooms are nice, delicious and beautifully served dishes in the restaurants, a sports bar as an alternative to dinner - like. But the main thing (for us) is that there is a children's room and children's entertainment, at the same time during the day on the main pool there is a beach club next to each other and noisy fun fervently (real cool movement), the music is high!

The hotel is more suitable for adults. There is only a mini kids club for children and that's it. You can only take children to the pool on the 14th floor and then they can't do anything there, since adults are resting there. Down by the sea, the pool is small, but it is not for children, there are 18+, it is necessary for adults to smoke hookah and drink somewhere. There is no children's menu, you can feed the children, but not many. As a result, the hotel is good if you relax in it without children)))

Beautiful view from the room overlooking the sea. The pool is on the top floor, it becomes especially beautiful in the evening.
A rich breakfast buffet. We liked everything very much. The room is clean.
