The beach is nearby, a 5-minute walk, about 200 meters. On the beach there are umbrellas, sun loungers, towels. The pools are nice clean with cool water.

A good hotel, we rested in August 23, The food is excellent, everything is for breakfast, we went to the revo cafe for dinner, according to the menu, you can choose 3 dishes that are simply excellent! The pool on the beach is cool, there are beach clubs, children were forbidden to visit just at the end of our vacation and they did the right thing))) and then the noise is a squeal, they are designed more for an adult audience.
We visited this hotel for the second time in February 24, no one greets us anymore, we arrived early with suitcases, we wanted to pay extra for early check-in after 15 hours of the road, but no, they said to wait, we sit for the 2nd hour, there is no strength, the day passes.
You come to breakfast on time, you stand in a huge queue- you come in and everything closes in front of your nose, what the hell if you organize these queues yourself and people have to stand in them for 20 minutes, still everyone coughs, sneezes

I'll start with the cons, because there are not many of them :
1)The walls in the rooms are very thin, you can hear the neighbors talking and what is happening in the hallway.
2) Paid drinks for dinner
3) Toothpastes and brushes had to be constantly asked for.
The only disadvantages that we noticed.
Everything else is gorgeous. Two beaches, an incredible view from the pool. The photos turned out to be a bomb for insta. The food is delicious. A comfortable environment. We would come back here again.

It's terrible that people who have paid for an all-inclusive hotel stay have to wait for the beach to open in a huge queue... such a shame. This year, there is a rule that the beach opens at 9:00, so everyone is queuing in the morning. We also learned that at the hotel, when you take half board, you can not change lunch with dinner, there is no such rule in any country. They said that the hotel had a new manager who introduced new rules. Therefore, if you are going to this hotel, then apparently you will have to adjust to the regime of the new manager. They save on everything. There were no such stupid rules last year, the rest was comfortable. Also, they are not cleaned every day, but only if you ask.

There is a complete absence of Russian-speaking staff.do not believe the invented reviews, the hotel does not have its own beach, the beach belongs to the beach club, access, sun beds and towels are free, but you can not even bring water with you. By the pool on the beach you can stay only for 100 dirhams per day, children under 18 years old cannot visit the pool on the beach, honestly it is difficult to call it a pool, rather a large bath in which a huge number of people accumulate after lunch, an oil film forms on the surface of the water. The pool on the roof is good, only because of it I put three stars and not one. The food is very monotonous and without frills, there are no complaints about the quality of the food. The staff is friendly. Some tour operators position the hotel as 5 stars, but this is not so at all, it is a good 3-star hotel no more.

The first time we were in Dubai in another hotel (also on the palm tree, but on a completely different level), so we subconsciously made comparisons with it. If you have not vacationed in Dubai 5*, then you will not notice any disadvantages! The food is monotonous every day, but you can always choose something delicious, several types of cheeses, red fish, eggs in different variations, sausages, pancakes. Everything is standard. The hotel does not have a territory as such. The beach, as we understood, is also rented by the beach club, there is also a small part (!!) of the pool on the beach. It is the part (not the big and long one on the beach, but only its square), then this pool is shared by neighboring beach clubs and "strangers" are asked to leave there))) But the hotel has its own pool on the 19th floor on the roof, from there there are very beautiful views, only the splashing children in it spoil the impression a little, from which there is no escape, but here, of course, there are no questions for the hotel. There was a free sunbed on the beach (we were in early April), the sea was cool, but clean, calm. The rooms are beautiful, modern, everything worked. Adapters are not needed, although the sockets are not "ours", just insert our adapters into them, they fit perfectly there, although at first glance it seems that an adapter is needed) In general, we were satisfied with everything!

The hotel itself is new, the rooms are clean, but there is one very big drawback in the room. We lived in a studio room and there is a very strange layout of the toilet, i.e., if you are not a thin person, you just can't get into this toilet.., the door in it opens inward and rests against the sink, and the toilet itself (sorry for the details) is further away, and you just can't get through to it. Whoever designed this room has a fat minus. It's good that my daughter and I are thin and barely squeezed through sideways ). Plus a very narrow and small balcony. The room has a huge bed, it's huge and takes up almost the entire room. Sleeping is fine, but even the two of us, because of the large bed, are very cramped in the room, and if there were accommodation for 2 + 1 children, and they would put a third bed, then in fact there would be no room at all. And for the rest, I liked everything in the hotel. The food for the Emirates is very decent (not Turkey, of course), but there is a choice and everything is delicious. The rooftop pool is a delight. A very photogenic zone). Sometimes, however, there were a lot of people in it, it was long but narrow. The hotel has two beaches. The first one, which is closer, did not like it at all, it is at the pier , and therefore the entry into the sea is bad and the water is dirty, But the beach, which is further away (2 minutes walk from the first beach) is very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of free sunbeds on this beach, and the sand is clean, and access to the sea is convenient. In general, I would have given the hotel 5 if not for our uncomfortable room. Tip - definitely do not take a studio room. As for the other rooms, I can't say if the layout is better there.
