The hotel is beautiful and monumental. Very appropriate on Palm Jumeirah. Clean rooms, beautiful views. The food is excellent, there is a beautiful view pool on the roof, even beer can be bought at the rooftop bar (1500 rubles).
At the same time, at the reception, the guys are tired of customers, sometimes they just ignore them. In the room, the bathroom door is designed so that it does not close completely and does not open))

The hotel as a whole deserves a full 5 stars! They were settled ahead of time, although initially, of course, they offered early check-in for an additional fee. The HB system includes breakfasts at the Maiora restaurant (buffet), dinners to choose from at the Maiora restaurant (buffet), either at the Seven Sports Bar or at the Revo Cafe (a la carte: one dish from 3 different categories). The choice of food is quite diverse, the choice of cheeses and vegetables deserves special attention. Drinks at dinner are available for an additional fee (except water in Maiora).
The hotel has 2 beaches:
one is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, a small piece of the beach, there are few sunbeds, there are constant queues to the locker room and toilet from the beach club, music is playing very loudly, towels are given by the hotel staff at a special counter at the entrance to the beach;
the second beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, there are always free sun beds, as there are enough of them, towels are also given at the entrance to the beach, BUT there is no locker room and shower, get ready for the fact that you will walk to the hotel with at least sand on your feet.
The panoramic pool on the roof of the hotel is gorgeous, but if you do not take sun beds early in the morning, then the probability of basking in the shade
of a canopy or on sun beds in the water is reduced to zero. At 10 a.m., usually all the seats are already occupied.
In the immediate vicinity of the Nakheel Mall hotel, there are many boutiques and 2 grocery stores (Monoprix is a little more affordable in prices, there is a larger selection of products in Waitrose, but prices bite unpleasantly, our favorite Carrefour is in the Mall of the Emirates, it is better to stock up on food there if possible).
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates, from there you can take the metro or bus to the Dubai Mall or to any point in the city. The hotel staff monitors the quality of services, is interested in whether everything suits visitors, and is always ready to help in solving the issue: from turning on the gas stove in the room to ordering a taxi to the airport.
The room was cleaned regularly, clean bottled water, coffee and tea were always added, towels were changed regularly. Our room had a side view of the city. They didn't notice much noise from the road (although some complained about it), only occasionally a supercar passed at night))
Upon departure, we recommended that the reception staff adjust the temperature of the shower water (even cold water heats up very quickly and starts pouring hot) and add more Russian children's channels to the TV channels (Cartoon Network and Disney channels show some terrible horror).
One more caveat: if you are going to the Palm Tree to hang out, this place is definitely for you! The waterfront along the hotels is full of clubs and restaurants. As a place to relax with a child, Palma loses a million times to the same Marina, where there are playgrounds and places for leisure with children due to the complete absence of the latter.

The best hotel! A very varied buffet. There was red fish, and shrimp, beef... a sea of vegetables and fruits. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners.
The rooms are bright and spacious. Good cleaning. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is a nice shampoo, gel and cream in the bathroom.
Convenient location. Near the beach, shopping center, monorail station.
There is a swimming pool on the roof with a magnificent view.

A chic hotel, new, modern. We try not to go to the same places several times, so this was the first hotel in many years that my wife said I wanted to return. I liked everything more: the location, beds and bedding (we slept like on a cloud), food (we were fed red fish for breakfast), a rooftop pool, staff and transfers to the shopping center with a metro station. A chic hotel, definitely.

The hotel is generally good: new, rooms are well cleaned, friendly staff (except for staff on the beach), very good and varied breakfast. No swimming after 6 pm, and it's 40' hot outside. The staff is very friendly. In the restaurant there was an Uzbek guy named Sherzojon, I speak Kazakh, he is Uzbek, in a word, he served well. I really like this hotel, we have already rested in it twice.
Advantages of the hotel:
1. The hotel rooms are thought out to the smallest detail, some rooms have a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (there are dishes, a gas stove and a full-size refrigerator);
2. The hotel staff is always ready to help, very attentive and friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the main restaurant;
3. The excellent location of the hotel is in the center of Palm Jumeirah, across the street is the Neckhilmall shopping center, where there is an observation deck with a beautiful park, a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and a monorail stop. The Atlantis Water Park is one stop away, monorail travel costs 10 dirhams in one direction per person, taxi fare is cheaper - 16-18 dirhams. I advise you to take a ride from Atlantis to the hotel at sunset - very beautiful views:
4. Rooftop pool with bar. The pool is open until 18 o'clock, then there is a bar;
5. Two private beaches, one of which has a pool in which the water is cooled or heated (according to the weather), which means that you do not have to pay for sun beds, towels and umbrellas));
6. 3 times a day, a free shuttle service is provided from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates, from where you can take the subway to various interesting places)))

I took all inclusive.
Arrived at the hotel at 10.00 check-in immediately. You need to pay the tourist tax right away.
Meals are served only from 15.00.
In all restaurants, they ask what number you are from.
In the main restaurant, you also need to attach a room card.
The main restaurant serves delicious food, you will get tired of listing all the dishes. There are even dumplings with cottage cheese, dumplings with lentils and cabbage, dumplings with chicken, pancakes, red fish and mackerel for breakfast.
The hotel's other all inclusive restaurants serve a la carte dishes.
There is a restriction: there is only 1 dish from each section.
The beach is really small, often busy.
You need to go to the 2nd beach from this hotel. It is located opposite the Fairmot Hotel.
The bar on the 1st beach is paid. There is no bar on the 2nd beach, no shower and no drinking water.
There is a shower on the Fairmont Beach.
There are few people on the 2nd beach.
The water in the bay is hot, the buoys are close.
The room was a studio. The shower and toilet are really cramped, as they say in other reviews. The room had a kitchen with a stove, coffee maker, kettle. Cleaning for 4 points, floors are not washed, only a vacuum cleaner. The cleaner, right on the first day, when cleaning was not required, came in in our absence, twisted a figure out of a towel and left a card "if you liked the cleaning, then transfer a tip to me using the QR CODE."
The rest of the hotel staff are friendly.
The waiters +- quickly bring the ordered dishes.
Bottom line: I liked my stay at the hotel. If you choose this hotel, you will be ready for a specific all inclusive, signing checks in the restaurant.

I recently vacationed at this hotel. Everything is wonderful! Most of all, I admire the rooftop pool, which overlooks Dubai! You can watch for hours without taking your eyes off.

I really liked the hotel. New, clean, on the first coastline. Private beach with sun beds, umbrellas, towels. There is another pool on the beach, besides the Infinity pool on the 14th floor. The food is quite diverse. Dinner can be replaced with lunch. The tourist tax can be paid with a Unionpay card. The deposit for the bar is not taken, but it is also closed. Across the street is a large shopping center, which has a grocery supermarket and a food zone. We got to the main attractions by taxi. According to calculations, it turned out to be more profitable than first the monorail, then the metro. Definitely recommend it!

A gorgeous territory, its own beach, sun beds, towels, a swimming pool on the beach.

Excellent and varied food, I advise you to take breakfast - dinner, lunches are less interesting.
Since the hotel is still new, of course there are minor shortcomings that are promptly eliminated.
Another huge plus is the equipment of the rooms, there are all full of Euro sockets, USB, type-C. Iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator ...
The beds are just chic, I haven't slept like this for a long time))

We rested in early February 2024 on HB (half board) in the Premier room with a separate drinks bar open from 7 to 23:00.
About the room : huge, new, stylish as the whole hotel, overlooking the main highway from Svola Palma to Atlantis. With a balcony . All amenities. The outlet of the required type was brought on the day of check-in. Cosmetics are disposable on request at the reception, they are brought free of charge. Daily cleaning service. Mattress and linen space.
About the restaurant: there is everything, right down to seafood and salmon, and the drinks are only basic, but included and it's fine. Delicious, beautiful , 5+. The pool is a beautiful view, but noisy and musical. There is a chill on the beach, cleanliness, aesthetics, everything is super, but the sun beds are all occupied before breakfast, they put on a towel and went to the restaurant.. After that , it 's hard to find a free one . We figured out this trick at the last laziness, it's a little late. That's why I'm writing a life hack here)
About the service and staff: they are as smiling, kind-hearted, customer-oriented as possible, but the hotel taxi is more expensive than the options on careem.
The aroma of the common areas of the hotel is ecstatic, it is a separate thrill.
There is a place to walk along the sea, there is a long promenade with bars and restaurants about 2 km away. And a shopping mall across the street from the hotel.
Bottom line: a fantastic hotel, I recommend it to everyone as an experienced traveler in all countries except the UAE. We were here for the first time. We were delighted.

We didn't take breakfasts, dinners. In the morning we ordered at the rooftop bar. Very tasty and nicely served! In the afternoon, in the evening we ate somewhere in the city. Or ordered delivery!
Cool sports bar! You can play billiards, beat a pear or just watch football!
There are super comfortable sun beds on the beach! Clean sand, in a peremshku with small shells.
The whole area from the hotel to the beach is in greenery!
2 minor disadvantages for me was the absence of any clothes dryer and algae from the sea(((

The cafe-restaurant on the 1st floor is also delicious, the food is delicious, varied, in the evening something is always cooked on the grill, and this food should be taken outside, I did not find a barbecue inside. We took all in, it can't compare with Turkish all-inclusive, I don't recommend it… since there are time limits, everything is inclusive from 12 to evening, but it also depends on the place where you came to skip a snack or eat. There is also a cafe next to the main entrance, they cook very tasty there, I advise you to go there. Two beaches to choose from, you give cards - you are given towels, finished, handed over towels, took the cards, everything is without problems. For traveling to the city, I advise you to download the "Careem" application, it has a price tag for a taxi that is 20 dirhams cheaper than in the same Yandex. But as a rule, we did not get less than 90 dirhams per trip. And we were unlucky with the check-in, we arrived at half past 9 in the morning, checked in at 15:10, all this time we hung out in the pool and on the beaches. A very good hotel , 5 stars can be safely put ! The breakfasts are awesome , there are nuts , fruits , desserts . The pool corresponds to the photo, the only negative is open until 18:00 . But you can stay in the cafe until 23:00 . The view is gorgeous on both sides . Honestly , I liked everything ! Before that , we lived in the Radisson for three nights ( it 's nearby ) , I want to say that the Radisson will be even a little worse . Moved because of the pool, really worth it!
