The view is good. Elevator.. Overview. Cafes under the observation deck are pleasing. I am not happy with the attitude. Spending 30-40 minutes queuing at the checkout is not a pleasure at all. I was especially surprised that after waiting for almost 15 minutes when the ticket office opens after a technical break, and they are there every two hours starting at 12, an employee came out and said: Why are you standing at the box office, you can buy online tickets to the viewing room?!
It was brilliant. By the way, you can't even use SIM cards from Russian ones.

We were on the observation deck, it was very hot - in addition to the weather +29 degrees, there was hot air from the fans. It was impossible to stay more than 5-10 minutes. There is no shadow at all, people huddled in the middle.The review is not circular, but partial.There are no benches. That is, you will not be able to enjoy the views.It is also problematic to take pictures - the city is almost invisible because of the barriers and cables. If someone has not been to such venues, then they may like it. We have something to compare it with (for example, the Vysotsky Tower in the EKB - a circular view, a lot of space, benches, there is always an audio tour about the sights and views of the city). We were sorry for the money we spent

The modern library building attracts attention, it is pleasant to take a walk in the surrounding area - you can go boating or catamaran on the pond. Excursions are held in the library itself and you can separately get to the observation deck and look at Minsk from a height

The observation deck is for show, the view from above is not impressive, besides it is inconvenient to look, the glass is too low, ropes are stretched from above for some reason, the building itself is cool. The entrance is too expensive for such "views". The cafe was also not impressed, there is almost no view from the windows, everything is blocked by beams, the tea is ordinary, the liqueurs are good :-)

We were on the observation deck. I was not impressed at all. The windows are dirty and stuffy. The review is questionable. The art exhibition is also very mediocre. Printed photos are not worth paying attention to.
I definitely wouldn't visit this place a second time. If you pass by, you can stop by for 5 minutes, but no more.

They couldn't get into the library itself, because it was a public holiday, and the library closed earlier, they were only on the observation deck. For some reason, the ticket office closes for a technical break and a huge queue waits for 15 minutes. According to the kewar code, it is impossible to pay with a non-Belarusian card. The organizers did not think through this moment . The views are good from the observation deck.

The observation deck is great, I really liked it. I worked until 23.30. But I think it's better to check the schedule on the Internet before visiting. Wonderful binoculars are installed. I advise you to visit. The entrance fee is 6 rubles for adults,5 schoolchildren, students, children under 6 years old for free. On the 22nd floor there is an art gallery and a cafe.

When buying tickets, we were very shocked, as the children's ticket was considered to be full.
Only children studying in the Republic of Belarus have benefits.
And our child turned out to be Russian.
It is unpleasant that money is made even on children.
We didn't see anything impressive on the observation deck, we were even disappointed.

We came to the central entrance of the library to visit the observation room, but we were directed to go around the entire building, there was not enough clearer navigation on the territory and probably at the entrance to the library it is worth making a clear pointer to the observation room so as not to bother the employees with questions. The cost of the visit is very affordable, 300 rubles in Russian rubles, a very polite woman at the entrance to the elevators, free luggage storage for things.
