The view is good. Elevator.. Overview. Cafes under the observation deck are pleasing. I am not happy with the attitude. Spending 30-40 minutes queuing at the checkout is not a pleasure at all. I was especially surprised that after waiting for almost 15 minutes when the ticket office opens after a technical break, and they are there every two hours starting at 12, an employee came out and said: Why are you standing at the box office, you can buy online tickets to the viewing room?!
It was brilliant. By the way, you can't even use SIM cards from Russian ones.
We were on the observation deck, it was very hot - in addition to the weather +29 degrees, there was hot air from the fans. It was impossible to stay more than 5-10 minutes. There is no shadow at all, people huddled in the middle. The review is not circular, but partial. There are no benches. That is, you will not be able to enjoy the views. It is also problematic to take pictures - the city is almost invisible because of the barriers and cables. If someone has not been to such venues, then they may like it. We have something to compare it with (for example, the Vysotsky Tower in the EKB - a circular view, a lot of space, benches, there is always an audio tour about the sights and views of the city). We were sorry for the money we spent
The modern library building attracts attention, it is pleasant to take a walk in the surrounding area - you can go boating or catamaran on the pond. Excursions are held in the library itself and you can separately get to the observation deck and look at Minsk from a height
An interesting new library. Excursions must be booked in advance. In fact, you can go to see several floors. On the second floor there is a handwritten archive.
A very beautiful, bright and most importantly spacious library. Everything is clean and tidy inside, there are a lot of books. It's nice to spend time usefully in this place
Excellent observation deck. You can see the whole of Minsk from a bird's eye view. It's a little scary in the rain or strong wind. There are free spyglasses on the site.
A local landmark. There is an observation deck on top, which is open until 23-00. There is a working library inside. From the observation deck there is a view of half of Minsk. I recommend you to visit.
The view is beautiful! It is not clear why there are discounts for Belarusian citizens in Russia, but there are no discounts for Russian citizens in Belarus??especially for schoolchildren
We started our acquaintance with Minsk from the National Library and did not regret it: the view from the observation deck is amazing. In addition, a virtual city tour is also available here - by scanning QR codes, you can get information about all the main sights of the city and plan your further route.
I was not inside, we were on the observation deck, which offers a stunning view of the city of Minsk. In the evening, the lighting of the building turns on, it is very beautiful
Minsk. I really liked the museum, so many outstanding artists and sculptors are represented, there is a hall with modern works, there are 16th century paintings, icons. I advise you to visit
The real treasure of the Nation. A huge amount of literature, convenient search, there is an opportunity to copy documents.
For 2 rubles. you can go on an excursion, there are various exhibitions, including the museum of ancient books (more than 90,000 copies). An inexpensive cafe is available to visitors.
The observation deck is for show, the view from above is not impressive, besides it is inconvenient to look, the glass is too low, ropes are stretched from above for some reason, the building itself is cool. The entrance is too expensive for such "views". The cafe was also not impressed, there is almost no view from the windows, everything is blocked by beams, the tea is ordinary, the liqueurs are good :-)
We were on the observation deck. I was not impressed at all. The windows are dirty and stuffy. The review is questionable. The art exhibition is also very mediocre. Printed photos are not worth paying attention to.
I definitely wouldn't visit this place a second time. If you pass by, you can stop by for 5 minutes, but no more.
An interesting tour, even 5 in one, visited the first three floors for readers, then on the 10th floor in the repository of rare books, in the museum of books, where there are very valuable copies, a little about Marc Chagall, went up to the observation deck, completed in the cafe Graf, on the 23rd floor.Very busy 3-3.5 hours! I recommend.
They couldn't get into the library itself, because it was a public holiday, and the library closed earlier, they were only on the observation deck. For some reason, the ticket office closes for a technical break and a huge queue waits for 15 minutes. According to the kewar code, it is impossible to pay with a non-Belarusian card. The organizers did not think through this moment . The views are good from the observation deck.
The observation deck is great, I really liked it. I worked until 23.30. But I think it's better to check the schedule on the Internet before visiting. Wonderful binoculars are installed. I advise you to visit. The entrance fee is 6 rubles for adults,5 schoolchildren, students, children under 6 years old for free. On the 22nd floor there is an art gallery and a cafe.
Good afternoon, everyone!
The whole family was disappointed by the National Library.
When buying tickets, we were very shocked, as the children's ticket was considered to be full.
Only children studying in the Republic of Belarus have benefits.
And our child turned out to be Russian.
It is unpleasant that money is made even on children.
We didn't see anything impressive on the observation deck, we were even disappointed.
We were in April, the building is unusual, interesting architecture, we went up to the observation deck, the city is at a glance, we did not enter the library itself, there is a canal next to the library.
An interesting building, and of course a cool observation deck. You can go and enjoy the view) tickets are inexpensive, the only disadvantage is a lot of people and a queue for tickets (it is possible to pay by QR code, but payment does not take place on the Russian Mir card, alas)
Unfortunately, it did not work out at night, but I definitely advise the guests of the capital to visit. There is also a great cafe on the floor below the observation deck
A very unusual and beautiful building! From the observation deck Minsk is in the palm of your hand! It is a pity that it was not possible to get into the library
The entrance to the gran cafe and is obliged to buy tickets for 10p because of the observation deck, an imposed service, it was possible to separate the cafe from the observation room, put the concierge upstairs with a cash register or separate entrances
The view is amazing. It is ideal to arrive after lunch to get to the observation deck, then after sunset, admire the night decoration of the park. The cost of the examination room is 8 rubles.
Very high, very high. It's scary to knock it out. But she's beautiful. Even if the seals were up for relaxation, it would be very comfortable, and so scary (beautiful).
We came to Minsk in April, the weather was excellent, the city was clean. We visited the National library building, went up to the 23rd floor, and wow, the whole of Minsk is in full view. It's a masterpiece
A very beautiful building made of glass. A very unusual shape. We went up to the observation deck on a high-speed observation elevator to the 23rd floor. Really, the beauty is extraordinary, the whole city is from a bird's-eye view. It's an exciting sight. You just need to see everything with your own eyes. You won't regret it. There is a cafe on the 22nd floor.
We were in the afternoon, we liked the building itself. I advise you to go inside to the exhibition, it is also beautiful inside. An unusual, recognizable, iconic place. Recommend.
Review of the observation deck. Overall not bad, friendly staff, free binoculars. But there is nothing to look at, because the library building itself is located far from the city center
A very beautiful and interesting building with an observation deck on the roof, offering magnificent views of the city! However, I had to stand in line, so it's better to take care in advance and register and purchase tickets through the website

It is a very impressive building, we walked around and went up to the observation deck, there are technical breaks for 15 minutes. The views of the city from the 23rd floor are very picturesque and the exhibition of paintings on the 22nd floor is also interesting, it is especially pleasant that there are many sofas and armchairs next to the paintings, what tired tourists need to perceive the beautiful
A wonderful temple of science and an excellent museum. You can arrange an excursion, or go up to the observation deck... Don't do as we do - don't climb on it in 30 degree heat!

We came to the central entrance of the library to visit the observation room, but we were directed to go around the entire building, there was not enough clearer navigation on the territory and probably at the entrance to the library it is worth making a clear pointer to the observation room so as not to bother the employees with questions. The cost of the visit is very affordable, 300 rubles in Russian rubles, a very polite woman at the entrance to the elevators, free luggage storage for things.
A pleasant panoramic elevator and an observation deck in general, there is a cafe on the 22nd floor and an exhibition, which is included in the ticket.
