The library building has a very unusual shape. It is popularly called "chupa-chups". It glows very beautifully at night. However, before with ornaments, now with advertising. There is a wonderful park around the library - it's worth a walk.

As for the "interior decoration": you can work comfortably, comfortably and beautifully.
BUT, the staff is terrible... not all of them, of course, but most of them. The last time I was there, there weren't many visitors. I ordered books, went to pick them up, got a little confused and stood in the window, which does not serve my library card number. Literally two steps away was my window. The first madam was rude, the second gave a haughty look and was rude…
There are no complaints about the younger staff – they will kindly answer your questions, help with the search for literature, very nice girls, but as for the older ladies… Avoid them.

I really liked the location. A beautiful and interesting building, with a beautiful view of the city from the roof. I do not recommend eating cheesecakes in the restaurant on the 22nd floor, there is no cheese there, they are terrible only flour!!!

Be sure to visit! There are exhibits on every floor. Unfortunately, there was no place for the tour and we went by ourselves. This has its advantage - you can take your time. We calmly watched an exhibition with Chinese paintings, an exhibition based on Gogol, about the war and all the others. We are delighted with everything: the scale, the organization, and, of course, the beauty! Since exhibitions change, you can visit more than once. Thank you very much for a wonderful time!

It's beautiful on the observation deck. The ascent and descent on the panoramic elevator takes 15-20 seconds. You can look through binoculars. There are information signs. You can hang for half an hour. On the 22nd floor there is a gallery, an exhibition of paintings. It is very beautiful and convenient. We can sit on the sofas and discuss it... The cost of 5 rubles. It is definitely worth visiting.
