Great place. I took my wife here to the observation deck. She was left in puppy delight) The panoramic elevator is just a cannon, however, I still did not understand why it is impossible to use two adjacent, non-panoramic ones. Because sometimes you have to wait for it for a long time. But this is nonsense. The main thing is to get to the top. There are two floors here: 1) actually, the roof 2) under it, already in the building, there is a floor with an art gallery and a cafe.

It's a beautiful place. There were a maximum of 10-15 minutes on the site itself - photos, looked through a binoscope, walked around. It's on the 23rd floor
An exhibition of paintings was held on the 22nd floor. Also on the 22nd floor there is a wonderful cafe with a beautiful view,good staff, delicious food.

The library managed to visit only the observation deck, we were impressed by how carefully everything was done, what protective structures. It was a pleasure to look at Minsk from such a height.
It was also interesting to ride the panoramic elevator, it not only quickly took us to the right floor, but also prepared us for the beautiful views.

It's pretty boring for your money.We were at the weekend, the queue is 20-30 meters for sure.A rather unfriendly woman was sitting at the cash register.The rear itself is beautiful and futuristic.When you exit to the roof, you can enjoy a view of Minsk.It's worth going for a couple of beautiful photos.

Excellent observation deck at the 21st floor level. The entrance is located behind the library building. Cash desks are immediately at the entrance, it is better to have cash with you, you can also pay with a card if there is no terminal error. There is a discount for school children.
Upstairs there is a cafe and a small excursion photo exhibition with places in Minsk that it is desirable for a tourist to visit.

After a long break, I went on a tour of the three floors of the library. We saw an exhibition of books presented to the President of Belarus, and went to the museum of rare books. Everything is very interesting. I will also come with a reader's ticket to see exhibitions in galleries and take a better look at old books. We were in one of the buffets, leaves much to be desired, I want to modernize the assortment and layout. But this is, of course, my subjective opinion.

The view from the observation deck is cool. On the floor below, I liked the temporary exhibition -this time about the Arctic. But of course the queues are sentinels. There are a lot of people who want to. But there is enough space for everyone. People are somehow subtly dissolving. We were in the evening when the whole city is shining with lights. It works until 23 o'clock, the ticket price is 8 Belarusian rubles per person. There are two viewing binoculars upstairs, they are included in this price.

A crowd of people goes from behind to the upper observation deck, there is a queue for 15-20 minutes at the ticket office. The ticket is 15 rubles even for children. Preferential only for Belarusians under 6 years old)) In the elevator, like herrings sideways. The fact that it is panoramic is of no use as the crowd. It's better to take a regular one.
There is a great view of the city at the top, but this is entertainment for 10 minutes. It's hot on the roof because of the glass fencing, like in a greenhouse.
On the 22nd floor of the Grand cafe, it's delicious, but expensive. The portions are large, well fed.
Well, in general, you don't have to go inside and onto the playground. It's expensive and 10 minutes apart. There's no point in going there for an hour.
There is a gorgeous park with a river behind the library, but it does not belong to it.
Well, it's just an iconic architectural object, a national symbol of Belarus.
For me, it's enough to drive past and ride the Ferris wheel in the center. It's not for everyone to go through half the city. And as usual, there are no shops around in Minsk, the problem is to buy water and ice cream. Only in the stall in front of the exam room, inside. The prices there are not very high.

Good day! It's beautiful, panoramic, but don't expect the best views! I liked the "village"/ chic area along the canals. From the observation deck, houses, landscaping, paths look very beautiful! Like a European village. In general, I Recommend It! I ask the builders of this attraction.... Please, at least for money, put a map with sights on each side of the site and offer the guests binoculars with at least five times magnification! Visitors will be ready to pay 1 ruble for binoculars or a monocle at the very least! Listen up!!!! Adult - 5 rubles, parking is FREE! For prices per visit, see the website. Everything is freely available.

A great place for self-development! There is a large parking lot, 200 meters from the Vostok metro station, near the Grinn hypermarket. Beautiful view of the Svisloch river. The staff is excellent inside, the atmosphere is calm, there is a cafe. I advise you to visit this place not only for residents of Belarus, but also for everyone who came to our country as tourists. I also advise guests of Minsk and Belarus to visit the observation deck, the view of the city is simply amazing!
