Great place. I took my wife here to the observation deck. She was left in puppy delight) The panoramic elevator is just a cannon, however, I still did not understand why it is impossible to use two adjacent, non-panoramic ones. Because sometimes you have to wait for it for a long time. But this is nonsense. The main thing is to get to the top. There are two floors here: 1) actually, the roof 2) under it, already in the building, there is a floor with an art gallery and a cafe.
Krch gvrya, excellent photos /videos are guaranteed here (if the hands are from that place))
It's a beautiful place. There were a maximum of 10-15 minutes on the site itself - photos, looked through a binoscope, walked around. It's on the 23rd floor
An exhibition of paintings was held on the 22nd floor. Also on the 22nd floor there is a wonderful cafe with a beautiful view, good staff, delicious food.
Nicely. Well-maintained area around. There is an observation deck on the 23rd floor. (10p.) On the 22nd floor there is a view cafe, toilets and a small art gallery.
The library managed to visit only the observation deck, we were impressed by how carefully everything was done, what protective structures. It was a pleasure to look at Minsk from such a height.
It was also interesting to ride the panoramic elevator, it not only quickly took us to the right floor, but also prepared us for the beautiful views.
Beautiful views of course from the observation deck. I remember at school they gave money for the construction of this library, and then there is also a 10p entrance fee for an adult. It's epic like that)))
It's pretty boring for your money. We were at the weekend, the queue is 20-30 meters for sure.A rather unfriendly woman was sitting at the cash register. The rear itself is beautiful and futuristic. When you exit to the roof, you can enjoy a view of Minsk. It's worth going for a couple of beautiful photos.
A chic modern library with walkways, glass bridges, elevators. There are many exhibitions of paintings and photographs inside, as well as a museum of ancient books. Admission is free until 18 o'clock. There is an observation deck for a fee.
Excellent observation deck at the 21st floor level. The entrance is located behind the library building. Cash desks are immediately at the entrance, it is better to have cash with you, you can also pay with a card if there is no terminal error. There is a discount for school children.
Upstairs there is a cafe and a small excursion photo exhibition with places in Minsk that it is desirable for a tourist to visit.
An unusual and fascinating architectural work. And considering that this is a national library, art is not only outside, but also inside
A good observation deck. The only point is long queues. We must be ready.
One of the symbols of Minsk. It looks monumental. There is an observation deck on the roof - you can climb up and look at Minsk from above. Evening lighting is an interesting idea, but the content could have been chosen more interesting. In general, I recommend it.

After a long break, I went on a tour of the three floors of the library. We saw an exhibition of books presented to the President of Belarus, and went to the museum of rare books. Everything is very interesting. I will also come with a reader's ticket to see exhibitions in galleries and take a better look at old books. We were in one of the buffets, leaves much to be desired, I want to modernize the assortment and layout. But this is, of course, my subjective opinion.
The observation deck did not cause much excitement, the restaurant on it is not bad, you can get to the library, but you need to make a reading and make a contribution, did not go
Inside, if for the purposes of the library, everything is very well organized: places to read, listen to audio materials, installations, places to work. But mostly they go to the observation deck, they talk beautifully in the evening. It was daytime, so I found the view, but everything was done too safely, you look behind the windows and fences)
We were on an excursion. Everything is very interesting and cool! There are a lot of impressions. The guide tells not only about the exhibits, but also about the building, its construction, and the modern work of this Center of History and Science. I really liked it. We will bring our guests here in terms of exploring Belarus and Minsk.
An amazing place, beautiful both outside and inside. But to paraphrase the phrase from the Diamond Hand: Minsk is a city of contrasts!
Instead of the expected social advertising or holiday greetings, commercial advertising, including gaming business, is running on the library building.
An amazing combination! 🙄
The view from the observation deck is cool. On the floor below, I liked the temporary exhibition -this time about the Arctic. But of course the queues are sentinels. There are a lot of people who want to. But there is enough space for everyone. People are somehow subtly dissolving. In the evening, there is a backlight on the cube, mainly advertising and repetitive elements, but you can watch it for fun.
as a rule, I describe people more often than the institution. And so I really liked the staff at the library. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxed, the staff are friendly and friendly. I was there for an event. The room is very pleasant, bright, large Windows, carpets everywhere on the floor. Comfortably
The most beautiful building. We were on the observation deck, an excellent overview and a magnificent view. There is a cafe and a mini gallery on the floor below. You can also visit. We didn't go in vain
A wonderful place with a lot of knowledge!
I recommend working on nutrition for readers. What is offered in the buffets and the buffet itself is inhuman.
Admiration for the grandeur of the building! Separately, I would like to highlight the observation deck with a wonderful view of the city, as well as the insanely delicious cuisine of the cafe on the 22nd floor! Bravo, well done! Keep it up !!!
Inside, the library is very modern and functional, you can touch ancient works. There are many paid services that make life easier.
The communal elevator is what is necessary for such a building and the observation deck, the views, especially at sunset, is something!!!
The lobby is impressive. Lots of air and light, interesting photo zones. Convenient access to the observation deck on the 23rd floor by a panoramic elevator, which offers magnificent views of Minsk. There is a cafe and an art gallery on the 22nd floor.
the building is certainly impressive, but the view from above is not that it would be very impressive, well, the city, on the one hand the forest to the horizon, there is nothing super outstanding, but there are many small places that you can try to find if you are in the mood
A very unusual library, an interesting building with its own observation deck. Unfortunately, I haven't been inside yet, but it's already hooked on the outside.
We visited Minsk for the first time, and of course on the observation deck on the 23rd floor!Minsk is in the palm of your hand! That's cool!Among the disadvantages-there is no roof, you can't hide from the scorching sun, you can't stay for a long time, and there are few binoculars...the queue... and there is no conday in the elevator..The price for the rise in Russian rubles is 300 rubles
I really love this place. It's atmospheric and you get charged with positive energy and a thirst for knowledge. There is a coffee machine near the locker rooms
The library is great. Definitely worth going up to the observation deck and admire the views of Minsk.
We were in the evening when the whole city is shining with lights. It works until 23 o'clock, the ticket price is 8 Belarusian rubles per person. There are two viewing binoculars upstairs, they are included in this price.
The magnificent monumental building of the library attracts you to visit it, but it turns out that you can climb to its observation deck and observe the city from a bird's-eye view. Thanks, it's cool.
Externally it is beautiful, inside it is beautiful, on the observation deck it is beautiful.
The ticket inside is 2.5 rubles, there is not much to look at, but it is beautiful and there is a toilet.
A crowd of people goes from behind to the upper observation deck, there is a queue for 15-20 minutes at the ticket office. The ticket is 15 rubles even for children. Preferential only for Belarusians under 6 years old)) In the elevator, like herrings sideways. The fact that it is panoramic is of no use as the crowd. It's better to take a regular one.
There is a great view of the city at the top, but this is entertainment for 10 minutes. It's hot on the roof because of the glass fencing, like in a greenhouse.
On the 22nd floor of the Grand cafe, it's delicious, but expensive. The portions are large, well fed.
Well, in general, you don't have to go inside and onto the playground. It's expensive and 10 minutes apart. There's no point in going there for an hour.
There is a gorgeous park with a river behind the library, but it does not belong to it.
Well, it's just an iconic architectural object, a national symbol of Belarus.
For me, it's enough to drive past and ride the Ferris wheel in the center. It's not for everyone to go through half the city. And as usual, there are no shops around in Minsk, the problem is to buy water and ice cream. Only in the stall in front of the exam room, inside. The prices there are not very high.
Good day! It's beautiful, panoramic, but don't expect the best views! I liked the "village"/ chic area along the canals. From the observation deck, houses, landscaping, paths look very beautiful! Like a European village. In general, I Recommend It! I ask the builders of this attraction.... Please, at least for money, put a map with sights on each side of the site and offer the guests binoculars with at least five times magnification! Visitors will be ready to pay 1 ruble for binoculars or a monocle at the very least! Listen up!!!! Adult - 5 rubles, parking is FREE! For prices per visit, see the website. Everything is freely available.
A cool observation deck, on a sunny and windless day there is something to look at, keep an eye on the weather before visiting the site! There are impressions!
This is the best library in the world, everyone needs to visit it and be sure to take a tour, you will discover just incredible things. No wonder we built it all over the country!!!
We often visit the hall at various events. Comfortable chairs. A small hall. Visibility and audibility are good. I didn't go to the library itself. The observation deck is cool.
A good panorama from the 23rd floor of the library, but I was not particularly impressed, because beautiful photos do not turn out because of the glasses. In my opinion, the price is too high. Although the building itself is very interesting in shape.
Very beautiful locations were made at the library for the new year, despite the crowds of people, they made a beautiful shot. Sometimes Screaming inappropriately, both children and their parents are certainly something, but I try not to focus on such things, after all, free entertainment attracts all kinds of people.…
We were in a cafe on the last floor, we really liked it, excellent cuisine, prices below the restaurant, a beautiful view of the green Minsk. Special thanks to the staff!!!
23rd floor, transparent elevator. Those who have a phobia of heights will be quite scary. But it's worth it, the view is beautiful. There is a panoramic cafe.

It is very exciting to visit here. Huge lobbies, themed exhibitions and galleries, many cafes, places to relax with upholstered chairs.
Seminar venues with beautiful surroundings. It will be interesting for children to walk on a transparent floor and aerial stairs. Especially impressive is the observation deck on the roof of the library (entrance for an adult is 10 rubles) and an observation cafe with delicious and inexpensive food!
Belarusians themselves are somewhat ironic about this library, and this upset me. It seemed to me that the place was quite pleasant. The observation deck is not very interesting, because there are new residential areas around, the historical center is not visible, but it is still worth visiting both the library and the observation deck
Tickets to the observation deck were bought on the website. The cost of an adult ticket is 10 BYN. We got into cloudy weather with fog. There's not much to see even in clear weather. The entrance to the observation deck is from the back of the library.
A great place for self-development! There is a large parking lot, 200 meters from the Vostok metro station, near the Grinn hypermarket. Beautiful view of the Svisloch river. The staff is excellent inside, the atmosphere is calm, there is a cafe. I advise you to visit this place not only for residents of Belarus, but also for everyone who came to our country as tourists. I also advise guests of Minsk and Belarus to visit the observation deck, the view of the city is simply amazing!
Splendor in all its glory, beautiful both outside and inside, the observation deck is a-a-a-a-dka🙃my head is spinning from such beauty and height, it was especially unexpected to climb the observation deck in a glass elevator 🙀
