A chic modern library with walkways, glass bridges, elevators. There are many exhibitions of paintings and photographs inside, as well as a museum of ancient books. Admission is free until 18 o'clock. There is an observation deck for a fee.
I definitely recommend a visit! The observation deck on the 23rd floor offers a view of a part of the city. Before visiting, make sure that you do not get into the ticket sales break (15 minutes). There is one cashier, one ticket sales window. The queue is alive. Although there is a QR code for purchasing an electronic ticket, but in fact it did not work out to buy it, so we waited for the opening of the ticket office after the break. The elevator is panoramic, you can watch how the view opens during the ascent. We were in August 2024, the prices for the photos correspond to this period. Be sure to visit the restaurant on the 22nd floor. The food is delicious and the presentation is aesthetic. But there may not be any empty seats, book in advance. It will be especially beautiful at sunset in the evening.
It was very beautiful, we were with the family.
There are many books and a large selection. There are also a lot of beautiful things to take pictures and take pictures)
Another very interesting book museum and labyrinth (beautiful and interesting paintings)
An unusual and fascinating architectural work. And considering that this is a national library, art is not only outside, but also inside
A good observation deck. The only point is long queues. We must be ready.
The most interesting thing for a tourist is the observation deck. It offers a view of the city from a height of more than 70 meters. The ascent is carried out by a pan-frame elevator. There is a gallery and a cafe on the floor below. It is better to choose sunny days to visit.
Our diamond. There is an observation deck, an entrance and a ticket office at the back of the building, the library is super, as a student it just saved me, I wrote a complicated diploma in Business law in the hall for undergraduates, super, lamps, tables, a lot of space, only I would like the light to be brighter, exhibitions are held periodically, and special thanks to the organizers for the Night of 2024, there were so many events. that it was unrealistic to visit everything, and quests, and dances, and lectures. concerts, games, a fashion show for babies, the sea, the view from the windows is beautiful, especially in the evening, when the lights are on, cool illuminated dancers were hired to close the Bible Night, an awesome number, and the charismatic guys closed -so smiling, very positive. I was amazed by the book museum, many unique copies and the clock of the epochs are cool and the bison on the 1st floor, the sculpture of Frantziska Skaryna is gorgeous. The library is beautiful, special thanks for the audience with the piano, where pianists gave concerts, so many people volunteered to play on the open piano, as many talents as we have, it takes pride. Thanks to the organizers. Our relatives liked dancing in several classrooms at once very much. Very sincere.
Inside, the library is very modern and functional, you can touch ancient works. There are many paid services that make life easier.
The communal elevator is what is necessary for such a building and the observation deck, the views, especially at sunset, is something!!!
A cool place, visited many times, a beautiful observation deck, a cozy cafe upstairs with delicious pancakes, visited with a child, everyone was delighted. I recommend.
The National Library of Belarus is a truly majestic building that leaves an incredible impression with its unusual appearance. Visiting her observation deck, which offers a stunning view of the whole of Minsk, was unforgettable. The library is not only a beautiful architectural symbol of the republic, but also an important cultural, scientific and educational center that maintains ties with many countries.
It hosts world-class lectures, literary festivals and book fairs, which makes it a place where ideas and talents converge. The National Library of Belarus deserves to be a mandatory stop for everyone interested in culture and knowledge, and it gives Minsk a special character and significance.
I really liked the national library, you will be in Minsk, you will definitely visit it, you will not regret it. The observation deck is breathtaking, everything is fine, everyone is polite
It's a beautiful place. There were a maximum of 10-15 minutes on the site itself - photos, looked through a binoscope, walked around. It's on the 23rd floor
An exhibition of paintings was held on the 22nd floor. Also on the 22nd floor there is a wonderful cafe with a beautiful view, good staff, delicious food.
A great library both in terms of tourism and professionally. There are a lot of books on various topics, a unique service in the form of book delivery on special monorails, as well as a lot of other innovations, which is amazing, especially considering that the building was built in 2006. Well, the observation deck, of course, has a beautiful view. I definitely recommend you to visit if you have never been there.
The library of Minsk is an observation deck , museums , and the library itself with many halls, everything on the observation deck is covered with glass, so the view is good only from the stairs. You can also go to the library itself from another entrance to buy a ticket and explore the 3 floors, where there are many different galleries, you liked it more inside.
We often visit the hall at various events. Comfortable chairs. A small hall. Visibility and audibility are good. I didn't go to the library itself. The observation deck is cool.
I recommend all tourists to visit the observation deck of the library. An unforgettable experience. There is a panoramic elevator, a 360-degree view, a cafe and a small museum where exhibitions are held. But I recommend going at sunset - the photos will turn out cool. It is convenient to get there by metro. The area around is well maintained, ponds, benches, paths. You can walk around. In the evening, the building is illuminated (ads are being played).
A grandiose building! We weren't inside, we didn't have enough time for that. There is a huge unpaid Parking nearby! It was convenient for us to use it, because there is a subway nearby. We parked the car, dived into the subway and you are in the center of Minsk. Also opposite the metro there is a huge shopping center Dana Mall with reasonable prices. In a word, a beautiful and convenient place for tourists!
A very unusual building in the form of a crystal in architectural terms. And the most amazing thing is that there is an observation deck on the roof. The whole city is at a glance. There is a cozy cafe with delicious ice cream and coffee on the floor below.
Having visited many viewing platforms (in Moscow there is an abundance of this, and there are many throughout the Russian Federation, without taking trips abroad) I didn't expect a "wow". But it was there. I can't even say exactly why. Most likely, I saw a huge number of green spaces on the wide panorama of the capital, a wide, but almost empty, Independence Avenue. My life has prepared me little for the fact that the capital can be like this - bright, but calm; noisy, but without chaotically visual garbage; built-up, but with a lot of greenery. I was very pleased with the gallery on the 22nd floor, local artists - it was interesting for me to see, and the guys had great advertising! I recommend you to visit!
Belarusians themselves are somewhat ironic about this library, and this upset me. It seemed to me that the place was quite pleasant. The observation deck is not very interesting, because there are new residential areas around, the historical center is not visible, but it is still worth visiting both the library and the observation deck
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff of our library.
I come there almost every day to prepare for exams. The atmosphere is inviting.
Polite guards at the turnstiles, tactful librarians. Especially Kuznetsova Margarita is a charming girl who explained the scheme of getting books, suggested where to go and answered all the questions, in general, to the very heart.
From the outside it looks big and huge on a large scale. There is a large spacious area around it. There is a huge shopping center nearby. Beautiful apartment buildings. There are 3 floors inside the library. It took about 40 minutes . Nothing special. For those who want to read a book in peace, this is a great place. In order to see something interesting, you will not see anything except galleries, and even then they are not particularly interesting, it is better to go to the National Art Museum.
We were in Minsk
, went to the National Library of Belarus. The building itself has a very original shape-a rhombocuboctahedron. There is a panoramic platform on the 25th floor. The views are amazing. The library itself is illuminated in the evening.
The library is impressive at a height of 23 floors, an observation deck, almost the whole of Minsk is visible. Great, I really liked it. Who goes to Minsk, look, you will not regret it
The National Library of Belarus is located near the Vostok metro station. The observation deck (23rd floor) can be reached by a high-speed elevator.,ticket price 300 rubles. There is a small cafe on the 22nd floor.
The National Library is a whole city within a city! Here you can spend the whole day visiting many exhibitions and the book museum, there is a place to have a snack and buy souvenirs. The book museum is closed on Monday. And it is very inconvenient that the library with its exhibition halls and the observation deck do not form a single space. That is, after the library, you need to go out, walk around the building and buy a ticket to the observation deck.
a beautiful view opens from the observation deck, if you are in Belarus, be sure to go. It's nice that the library is located near the metro, which is convenient
When you are in Minsk, it is definitely worth visiting the national library, a grandiose building, impressive from the outside, what's inside, and also it is the cultural and educational heritage of Belarus! Fat like!
Externally, it is very beautiful and interesting with its hexagonal structure and also very beautiful views from the observation deck, you can look through binoculars or take a walk through a small art gallery.
A very beautiful building outside with a large parking lot in front. Through the main entrance you will enter the library itself (not for free, for about 2.5 rubles bel.). On the reverse side, there is an opportunity to climb to the 23rd floor to the observation deck. The view is beautiful, but it took us a few minutes to enjoy them. There were more expectations from this attraction, but if you compare it with any library, then it is undoubtedly the leader. A tip for tourists: it's still worth visiting once.
A great time in Minsk, the observation deck is large, it offers a view of the city, we went up in the elevator with a panoramic view, it became a little scary, the impressions are very cool
A beautiful place, the only thing that confuses is the advertising of casinos and bets on the national library) It's worth a visit, there is a beautiful view of the city from the observation deck, and there is a huge shopping center with a wonderful food court nearby.
It is a very beautiful and interesting place. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a viewing platform at the very top of the library, once in a lifetime you can visit, you will not regret it.
It's a great place, everything is very beautiful, the view from the observation deck over the whole city, the weather was not the hottest, but warm air blows upstairs and it's very comfortable
The most beautiful building. We were on the observation deck, an excellent overview and a magnificent view. There is a cafe and a mini gallery on the floor below. You can also visit. We didn't go in vain
We were on the observation deck, the view of the city is impressive. The library building itself also deserves attention in itself and the picturesque surroundings around, there is a place to walk, take pictures.
There is a very large selection of books and other printed materials. Excellent observation deck on the roof. There is a cafe below with a view of the city. A new and modern place
We visited Minsk for the first time, and of course on the observation deck on the 23rd floor!Minsk is in the palm of your hand! That's cool!Among the disadvantages-there is no roof, you can't hide from the scorching sun, you can't stay for a long time, and there are few binoculars...the queue... and there is no conday in the elevator..The price for the rise in Russian rubles is 300 rubles
I've been to various libraries around the world and ours is a sad sight. Apart from the peculiar shape on the outside, there is nothing remarkable. Inside is just an office building with the same finishing materials and offices. It's hot, the ventilation can't cope in summer. There is frankly nothing to see, a couple of installations and hand-drawn panels of areas on the walls. A boring typical office building. They hold many events, but they are all in the hall on the stairs, because there is nowhere special. Except for the time of the president, of course.
Nicely. Well-maintained area around. There is an observation deck on the 23rd floor. (10p.) On the 22nd floor there is a view cafe, toilets and a small art gallery.
One of the symbols of Minsk. It looks monumental. There is an observation deck on the roof - you can climb up and look at Minsk from above. Evening lighting is an interesting idea, but the content could have been chosen more interesting. In general, I recommend it.
We went up to the observation deck! Great view! Very polite and pleasant staff. Despite the long queue, we quickly bought tickets and got inside. And there is also a chic toilet next to the cafe✅
A beautiful architectural structure, both outside and inside, spacious, not as hot inside as outside (we were at +30 in summer)
The staff is friendly
You press the buttons on the elevator yourself)
The entrance to the observation deck is on the back side of the main entrance
Transport accessibility, near the metro, large Parking, entrance is paid, for children and adults, if you are not students of the Rep.Belarus. The views from the library are amazing
We were in a cafe on the last floor, we really liked it, excellent cuisine, prices below the restaurant, a beautiful view of the green Minsk. Special thanks to the staff!!!
My favorite place for scientific historical research!
And in between, you can visit an interesting exhibition, where the works of famous masters are often exhibited.
And in between, you can have a snack.
It's a beautiful place. The entrance cost 7 Belarusian rubles. There are no children's benefits, only for schoolchildren of the Republic of Belarus.
The elevator to the 23rd floor will take you quickly to the site. After a walk, you can see the exhibition on the 22nd floor. There is Wi-Fi and comfortable chairs) .
The backlight is turned on at about 22h.
A unique building with an unusual shape. I did not visit the library itself, but I was on the 22nd floor, there is a small gallery and cafe, and on the 23rd floor there is an observation deck with a beautiful view of the city. There are binoculars. The library is located at 116 Nezavisimosti Ave. The full ticket is 8 Belarusian rubles, 5 discounted, children are free.
We planned to come here in the evening, but when we went to the BelAZ plant, we saw that there was also an exhibition of cars. We were pleased to visit, and the library itself is very nice, and we saw a lot of interesting cars at the car exhibition
This is the best library in the world, everyone needs to visit it and be sure to take a tour, you will discover just incredible things. No wonder we built it all over the country!!!
The unusual shape of the structure is impressive. At night, various glowing advertisements are placed on the walls of the library, which is perfectly visible from the observation deck of the Belarus hotel. I wasn't inside.
