This summer we had a vacation with our family at the Honey Hotel. The hotel is located on the second coastline, it is a 5-minute walk to the sea. The hotel is family-run, I really liked it! Very cozy rooms, cleaning takes place at the request of the guest. Many thanks to Elena! A friendly, positive girl, always helps in choosing excursions and in organizational matters. There is a restaurant on the fifth floor. They cook very tasty! Always fresh, hot food. Special thanks to Nikolai for his responsiveness and help in choosing dishes! The hotel is new, very beautiful! We advise everyone!

I took a junior suite with a balcony - a fire, a mini fridge in the room, air conditioning with heating, which is not a little important in winter. As a result, a solid 5. Nice hotel, with nice prices! I especially want to mark the staff, from the maid to the receptionist! THANK you so much to all of them, for their care and attention! The hotels ordered a transfer from the airport and back, as well as an individual tour from the hotel. All the cars were clean, and the drivers were neat and polite! I recommend visiting and staying at this hotel!!! And also to purchase individual excursions! And the pizza that is prepared in a local restaurant is simply delicious!! Thanks to the chefs for their dishes! And try to take rooms not on the ground floor, there is not enough sun((((. We will definitely come back!

A surprisingly decent hotel. On the second line. Cleanliness and order. There is no elevator. Our room had a view of the sea. A very nice restaurant on the top floor with panoramic views and an outdoor terrace. The highlight is the transparent floor in the restaurant. You're dancing, and there are four floors below you. The kitchen is delicious. The breakfasts are full. Natural coffee is brewed.

In June, we had a rest in Gagra, at the Honey Hotel," in general, the hotel is worthy especially for Abkhazia, because this is not Turkey. Let's start with the room-we took a Junior Suite because it has a balcony, the repair was a little confused, the wallpaper came off, there was a plaque from the water in the shower, the tile cracked, the watering can at the shower is broken, it pours from all sides, the bed is wildly not comfortable, glued with tape- actually these are the disadvantages Of the advantages, an excellent restaurant on the roof, a cozy place with a beautiful view of the sea , the food is good, the kitchen is decent, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious!!!! The staff at the hotel is very good , a beautiful and pleasant receptionist, responsive and good staff work in the cafe, Nikolai, for example, is very pleasant, responsive!!!! And by the way, the hotel is not far from the sea, which is very Important in Abkhazia !!! Generally I recommend it!!!

We were not guests of the hotel, but we were in the restaurant!))) It's a great place for all the food in Abkhazia, and it's not the first year I've been traveling to this country))) For me, this is one of the most pleasant discoveries of this vacation. Delicious + stunning view of Gagra!!!! Yes, just for the sake of one view, it's worth going in and drinking coffee with a cake, they are delicious here!!! Beauty day and night. Apart from the view from the restaurant, there is nothing good to say. Everything is very average. The restaurant itself is located on the 4th floor, but unfortunately there is not much there (( breakfast, which was included in the promotion (for 1 whole day), was not edible. Excursions are very intrusive. There are coolers on the floors in general access, but water can only be collected in a glass. We wanted to put 0.5 liters in a bottle, the staff immediately began to threaten with a fine., some nonsense! The stairs to the floors are just dangerous and very uncomfortable. I do not recommend it!

It's just a disgusting place. The terrible number of rooms, the disregard of the staff, starting with the fact that there is no one to help lift the suitcases up the stairs, ending with the fact that they take one amount upon check-in, then during the stay it turns out that someone messed up something and you need to pay extra for another day to stay. They were poisoned in the hotel restaurant. Of course, no one admitted guilt, and even elementary apologies simply did not sound humanly. Honestly, I wouldn't send my enemies to rest.

The hall is pleasant with leather furniture, but the utility area under the transparent staircase (ironing room, laundry room) catches the eye All this ill-thought-out and uncomfortable beauty of the Honey is saved by a sweet, friendly, very stylish girl at the reception Relax in Honey with comfort!

Nice hotel! The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. There are towels in the room, liquid soap in the bathroom, hairdryer, toilet paper. Conditioner. There is no elevator. The steps are very steep. Linen is changed most likely once a week. Meals at the restaurant on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor have balconies. on the 1st floor there is a view through the windows of a nearby building, on the 2nd floor there is a view of the roof or wall of the same building. For breakfast there are 2 dishes to choose from: one dish is porridge, the second is buckwheat with chicken, pasta in navy style, scrambled eggs with sausages - a different dish every day, tea/coffee dessert (cake, pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes). The breakfasts are hearty. Lunch and dinner can also be organized here, they cook delicious. (If you order a barbecue in other cafes, then the sauce - pay extra, etc., here everything is already served immediately. all the dishes are delicious. ). There is live music in the restaurant on certain days. But at 23:00 - everything is quiet already. One day we went to the dining room and realized that we could no longer go to this dining room: the prices were not expensive, but the borscht was not even cooked in broth, and the water was tinted with beet juice, cold pasta, etc..... We ordered pizza in one cafe on the embankment - tasteless, greasy. After that, we ate only in the hotel restaurant. At night, the electric power is turned off for a couple of hours. Interruptions are also possible in the afternoon and evening - they can be turned off for both 10 minutes and an hour. The hotel is good, the receptionist Lena will tell you everything and show you.

The location of the hotel is super...the sea is just around the corner.. the service is very good.you should not worry about safety, there is a royal guard (daur and Givi), thank you more ..... administrator Elena is a responsive, understanding and excellent person who does her job!!! We booked on the 3rd floor, voucher No. 37 was agreed, upon arrival we were given keys No. 42 this is the 4th floor (the steps are steep)we are not young, we generally wanted to go to the 2nd floor, but they do not have a balcony, so we decided on the 3rd.To my objections about the reservation, Julia spread her hands, thrusting a piece of paper under her nose on which, opposite our last name No. 42, we did not receive an answer to the question where Dmitry, with whom the reservation was negotiated, had to move the suitcase to the 4th.In a semi-suite room with a balcony, there is mold on the wall under the TV, the wallpaper is peeling off, a movable toilet from under which the sewer flowed, the administrator was informed about this, but there was no reaction, there is no way to relocate, because the hotel is fully occupied, the problems were fixed on the 4th day, almost immediately.The room on the sunny side is just tin.The smell of the sewer was constantly present, I had to keep the balcony open all the time.There is no kettle in the room, it is taped on the 1st floor and there is also a cooler.Breakfasts are from 9-00, for those who wake up earlier (and almost everyone wakes up-you can hear well) and wants to drink tea, you have to go down from the FOURTH FLOOR, up steep stairs and also climb with boiling water in mugs to drink tea.The room is declared as a junior suite-it does not have any correspondence with the name.The food is ordinary, it does not differ in sophistication.The staff is the same as everywhere where we rested in Gagra, but the administration does not correspond, there is no business for vacationers like the deaf and dumb.I was lured by the appearance and the viewport on the roof, but you-the rest of the attitude -all the expected sensations -messed up.The administrator's goal is only to sell! And not caring about your guests! Conclusion: I will NEVER go to this hotel again and I will not advise anyone

I'll start in order. Our departure was by the Russian airline at 8.45. Everything went according to schedule and at 11.40 we arrived in Sochi.We were booking a ticket to Tui, but the Bibles met us. However, it took a very long time to gather, for almost an hour, everyone who wanted to relax in beautiful Abkhazia. They put us in minibuses and we headed towards the Abkhaz border. At the border, we got off the bus and the Russian border guards checked our documents pretty quickly. Again we were loaded into a minibus and we continued our journey to Abkhazia. At the Abkhaz border, a border guard boarded the bus, checked their passports and drove to Gagra. Everything is quickly coordinated here, they brought us to the Honeymoon. A nice girl, Elena, met us and told us everything and showed us. She put us in room 49. The hotel is new, the room is nice. Everything is clean and decent. There is a restaurant on the 5th floor. Let's go to lunch. Oh, what meat we ate in Abkhazian, washed down with delicious khachapuri and dry red wine. So Abkhazia welcomed us very hospitably. Very nice people. They take care and help. We really enjoyed our stay in Honey. Many thanks to the administrator Elena, (help was always provided on any issue) to the waiter Nikolai (always served quickly and politely), the maid Anna.Beautiful weather, gorgeous nature, my warm heart, what else do you need for a vacation!Many thanks to the whole team of Honey! We were in a restaurant on the roof of this institution - disgusting. They were poisoned, they ate practically nothing during that day, they took khachapuri and the cheese initially seemed somehow wrong! It's just disgusting, how can you treat your customers like that? Good day everyone! We spent 10 days at this hotel in August. I liked everything. The room is standard with all amenities, hot and cold water, hairdryer, toiletries. Refrigerator, TV with 50 channels. The room was cleaned regularly, the linen was changed. Hearty breakfasts on the veranda of the restaurant on the 5th floor with magnificent views of the sea and Gagra. The staff is polite. And I'm right there. If possible, we will come again. A small table in the room was missing.

We had a rest in June 2022. We were a Company, 4 people, took 2 comfort suites, judging from the voucher. In fact, there is no comfort, much less luxury. Wi-fi is paid, but it's still ok. From the 200r number, it's a mere penny, but they take it. Unfortunately, it did not work on the 4th floor in room 402 ... after the "complaint" they promised to fix it, but apparently they could not. So, until the end of the rest, we ran to the Common Hall, where wi-fi catches) As for the rooms: Personally, my 402 and there are a lot of complaints: 1) a broken lock in the bathroom, it's trivial not to close the door. But still a place for solitude)) 2) water periodically "flows" from the chandelier after the rain, and all thanks to its convenient location, there is a gorgeous restaurant veranda right above the room. 3) the chandelier ceiling does not work, it burned down.. Ask how I know? One day, entering the room when pressing the light switch, the light did not appear, but sparks appeared somewhere from under the ceiling. And again, a complaint about the reception, but everything is fine here, electricians arrived, fixed it. And they just reported about the burnt-out ceiling lamp) 4) Curtains and drapes!!! Well, they anneal their own, it's a disgrace, well, change them already. 5) the chair -what is it for anyway? The room is double, small. Okay, it would be clean and practical... in fact, it's tin. 6) balconies! There are already two of them, which is cool and this is probably the only plus of this room. But even here, de minus is immediately added to the hotel's piggy bank. At the first and main stage, you will be greeted by a wonderful view of the sea, but only until you start looking around, and not just in front. On the left there is a view of a broken wall, some work was carried out, a broken wall was left. And from above, a miracle of nature - stalactites!!!! And excursions to the caves are no longer needed!))) I almost forgot about the second one: with a view of the mountains. To open the door, you need to complete a quest with moving the table by number.... 7) cleaning. In general, they clean up. But as usual, they didn't get to the closet.. the scourge of many hotels, the dust is a good layer.... 8) shower gels, shampoos. For some reason, they do not make up for the fact of use. And in general, the topic remained shrouded in mystery. As far as I understood, they will bring 1 time. If you ask!! They'll see for themselves how stupid you are))). Now the number of comrades is 401: Paragraphs 7,8 are also present in this issue))) Wi-fi is a little better, catches in the toilet and on the right side of the bed))) Plaster (putty) falls off on the "slopes" of the door and windows, I don't understand this very well. Mold is forming.... The wallpaper is peeling off the wall. And then questions arise: the rooms are the same, but there are significant differences: in 402 there are two balconies, in 401 there is one, the class is the same, the price is the same. There is one more dirty chair in 402, at the same price. And the most controversial issue: Upon check-out, they asked for a "certificate" about staying at this hotel. And for some reason, the reference number 401 is listed as standard. An error in the help? Or is it still a deception? Why two stars? I would put 0, but the whole hotel pulls out a restaurant with a good view and a good waiter! I almost forgot, the girl at the reception is trying to get into the situation, not conflicted, but we didn't have tantrums either…

Who gave this hotel three stars and for what, remains a big mystery.. There can be no stars there a priori. The room met me with a dirty toilet, washed at the request, of course, but the impression was spoiled immediately. The lighting in the room is very poor, there is no kettle, you can get hot water in the cooler on the ground floor, but when it ran out there, no one bothered to replace the bottle. The room has a refrigerator, a TV and terrible problems with draining the shower - the water went out somehow... Naturally, there was a faint smell in the toilet. The floor was washed once. If you need cleaning, you can, of course, hang a sign, but it always seemed to me that wet cleaning should be daily... Among the advantages: daily garbage collection and timely replacement of towels. Friendly staff. Now about the restaurant at the hotel. Fifth floor. Steep stairs. There is no elevator. That is, if there are problems with joints or, for example, old age, then climbing it will be a whole adventure. In the restaurant, if you do not take into account the breakfast included in the price, everything is very interesting: the menu is not printed, you do not know anything, first you have to find out what, in fact, you can eat? But at the same time, you will not get soup in the morning, it will be cooked only for lunch... Decent people don't eat shish kebab for breakfast either, so you can't wait for it in the morning either. The kitchen is average... The price tag, as elsewhere in Abkhazia, is above average. Perhaps the only cheap chicken noodle soup is 150 rubles. In general, this hotel is suitable purely for an overnight stay, no more. And then for your money, spending the night in Honey is an expensive pleasure...

My impressions are still fresh in my memory. I should have stayed at the hotel for a day.People write there is not enough kettle in the room. In addition to the kettle, you need to remove a specific smell in the room, which, when the door is opened, gives you a nose that hurts your eyes ... The bathroom needs a new one, since the entire shower room is mildewed...The table by the TV should have been in the trash for a long time ... White towels stained ... In general, 4500 thousand we paid it seems for the quadrature of the room, and not for the conditions .... But we had breakfast on the roof of the hotel in a chic panoramic restaurant. Thank you to the waiter who takes out the pestle . A bonus for him ! Breakfast is for three, but the people who work there make this world a better place))) good luck to everyone

Cleanliness, comfort. Delicious, homemade breakfasts. The prices for the dishes in the restaurant are quite affordable. You can walk to the sea in 7 minutes at a slow pace. Thanks! We recommend it!
