Nice hotel! The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. There are towels in the room, liquid soap in the bathroom, hairdryer, toilet paper. Conditioner. There is no elevator. The steps are very steep. Linen is changed most likely once a week. Meals at the restaurant on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor have balconies. on the 1st floor there is a view through the windows of a nearby building, on the 2nd floor there is a view of the roof or wall of the same building. For breakfast there are 2 dishes to choose from: one dish is porridge, the second is buckwheat with chicken, pasta in navy style, scrambled eggs with sausages - a different dish every day, tea/coffee dessert (cake, pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes). The breakfasts are hearty. Lunch and dinner can also be organized here, they cook delicious. (If you order a barbecue in other cafes, then the sauce - pay extra, etc., here everything is already served immediately. all the dishes are delicious. ). There is live music in the restaurant on certain days. But at 23:00 - everything is quiet already. One day we went to the dining room and realized that we could no longer go to this dining room: the prices were not expensive, but the borscht was not even cooked in broth, and the water was tinted with beet juice, cold pasta, etc..... We ordered pizza in one cafe on the embankment - tasteless, greasy. After that, we ate only in the hotel restaurant. At night, the electric power is turned off for a couple of hours. Interruptions are also possible in the afternoon and evening - they can be turned off for both 10 minutes and an hour. The hotel is good, the receptionist Lena will tell you everything and show you.

An excellent hotel for family and not only holidays. There is a wonderful restaurant on the roof of the hotel with delicious and not expensive by Moscow standards, guests are always greeted with an open soul and a warm heart , you will feel like in a circle of old friends. Pros: near the sea, breakfast, and there was always water in the room. There are many disadvantages: there is not enough table in the room, and most importantly a kettle, very steep steps, and you run around with a cup on the floors, the administrator sniffs his excursions that people shy away from her, but I liked it on the fourth floor on the veranda, as the bartender Nikolai served, he did well. And another minus is cleaning, we lived on the second floor, cleaning consisted in taking away only garbage, and that's it. I do not recommend accommodation, you can find a better one. I accidentally heard how the guests were sorting out relations with the administration, about how, as I understood, an important document was missing. It just fell to the floor, and the cleaner threw it away. It was a tough showdown. The guest said that you are sniffing your excursions, and that everything in the room is untouchable, because these are personal items. I still have a very unpleasant aftertaste from everything I heard. So draw conclusions.

A very nice hotel. If we are still in Abkhazia, we will definitely stay in Honey. Cleaning every day, linen was changed, towels + plus beach towels. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning. The child has an armchair-bed in the room. The restaurant is on the roof, a gorgeous view in all directions. Special thanks to Nikolai. Excellent breakfasts, very tasty. He always tried to feed us something delicious. Julia organizes the excursions herself. Own drivers and cars. Taras took us everywhere, we are very grateful to him. The bathroom needs a new one, since the entire shower room is mildewed...The table by the TV should have been in the trash for a long time ... White towels stained ... In general, 4500 thousand we paid it seems for the quadrature of the room, and not for the conditions .... But we had breakfast on the roof of the hotel in a chic panoramic restaurant. I was in Abkhazia in September 2021! This is my worst trip ever! Abkhazia differs sharply from Russian resorts in its non-civilization! Unsanitary conditions all around! Old sewage treatment plants and tap water cannot be drunk, even boiled! I'm poisoned! It's all with diarrhea and E. coli! You can't buy anything in shops and markets! All without packaging! Sweets are open, anyone can spit! The expiration date is unknown! The shops are owned by private people, and they do not observe hygiene! The prices are all expensive! Minibus 50-150r, a bottle of water from 50r. Hotels without meals from 3000 rubles. and higher! Abkhazia is in ruins! Ruined houses, squalid paths, ancient vehicles! There are no cinemas! Even beautiful nature and the sea do not save you from negativity! A lot of Russian tourists come, but they can't bring order and cleanliness! The Honey Hotel has a stale, disgusting smell! Expensive and disgusting! There is nothing to do in Abkhazia! Either abroad or a Russian resort! There are not even cozy cafes! All without interior, beauty! The embankment is poor, without any beautiful fountains or trees! There are no beautifully and expensively dressed women walking along it! It sucks! You will give a lot of money for a vacation, but you will not get pleasure!

We booked on the 3rd floor, voucher No. 37 was agreed, upon arrival we were given keys No. 42 this is the 4th floor (the steps are steep)we are not young, we generally wanted to go to the 2nd floor, but they do not have a balcony, so we decided on the 3rd.To my objections about the reservation, Julia spread her hands, thrusting a piece of paper under her nose on which, opposite our last name No. 42, we did not receive an answer to the question where Dmitry, with whom the reservation was negotiated, had to move the suitcase to the 4th.In a semi-suite room with a balcony, there is mold on the wall under the TV, the wallpaper is peeling off, a movable toilet from under which the sewer flowed, the administrator was informed about this, but there was no reaction, there is no way to relocate, because the hotel is fully occupied, the problems were fixed on the 4th day, almost immediately.The room on the sunny side is just tin.The smell of the sewer was constantly present, I had to keep the balcony open all the time.There is no kettle in the room, it is taped on the 1st floor and there is also a cooler.Breakfasts are from 9-00, for those who wake up earlier (and almost everyone wakes up-you can hear well) and wants to drink tea, you have to go down from the FOURTH FLOOR, up steep stairs and also climb with boiling water in mugs to drink tea.The room is declared as a junior suite-it does not have any correspondence with the name.The food is ordinary, it does not differ in sophistication.The staff is the same as everywhere where we rested in Gagra, but the administration does not correspond, there is no business for vacationers like the deaf and dumb.I was lured by the appearance and the viewport on the roof, but you-the rest of the attitude -all the expected sensations -messed up.The administrator's goal is only to sell! And not caring about your guests! Conclusion: I will NEVER go to this hotel again and I will not advise anyone
