The hostess and staff are hospitable. The room is very tired: the bed creaks when you turn over; the lock to the toilet is broken and the door remains ajar for a couple of cm; fungus on the walls. The place is good, but repairs are urgently needed!

Abkhazia itself should not be confused with the hotel. Yes, Abkhazia is peculiar, with a minimum of rules. Everything is friendly, sincere. And the country is not rich. If you go to Abkhazia, then here! But it's worth going. The sea, the weather and the nature are excellent. And all the disadvantages of Abkhazia are absent in this hotel. And it has its own flavor. It's a very decent place. Close to the sea. Delicious, high-quality cuisine, after eating, it's not scary for the stomach. I strongly advise against eating in canteens. The staff is excellent, they will tell you and advise you. In addition to the sea, you definitely need to travel through the mountains - ask at the hotel. There is a choice, please specify there are decent cars. The rooms have minor drawbacks like poor ventilation, but there are splits. And it depends on what to compare it with, with 5 stars or with other similar hotels. I've been to different countries, but there's nothing to find fault with. I consider this holiday to be a budget one. I will definitely come here again.
