We rested in January 2023 at this hotel for 7 nights. We took breakfast and dinner. The hotel does not correspond to 4*, closer to 3*.
By number:
The number itself is obsolete
We had a broken wardrobe (more precisely, the sliding wardrobe doors flew off their hinges)
the lamp in the closet
did not work, 1 floor lamp near the bed
did not work, there are no slippers and bathrobes in the room
, there are a lot of ants in the bathroom (7th floor) and there is no shower on the hose! (only the faucet and the stationary nozzle on top).
the kettle is a misunderstanding (very small like a toy, it takes a very long time to brew). The sound insulation of the windows is weak (we had a view of the road, the noise from the cars is clearly audible).
The TV is small (in 2023, no one puts such a diagonal anymore).
Of the pros: the air conditioner worked very well,
Tea, sugar, water are given without problems as much as you ask.
Restaurant:
The food is very mediocre, the shortage of teaspoons is catastrophic. The choice is very poor.
There are no hot drinks for dinner.
They do not give large plates for breakfast (they give them for dinner, why is it so unknown).
Spa area
This is generally something beyond reasonable.
It feels like it's abandoned.
Male and female separately keep in mind.
The men's hamam does not work, you need to turn on the sauna yourself and wait until it heats up. I waited about 15-20 minutes, but it didn't really heat up, I left, it was unknown how long I had to wait. The locker in the locker room does not close (although there are locks, but there are no keys).
I was in the men's spa area alone, now I understand why no one goes there. Overall rating 2.
Keep in mind that this is one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Hence all the nuances.
You either need to pay extra for another hotel or already look for this money, but another area, not as pretentious as Dubai Marina).

In general, the hotel is good, responsive staff, good location, walking distance to the sea about 15 minutes. Nearby there is a grocery store and a pharmacy, the Marina walk 7km promenade and a bunch of restaurants (and the main thing is the view!). The room stock needs repair, everything is quite worn out. The room was cleaned every day. Dining room / restaurant - for an unassuming person - will do. The puree is normal!=) They caught the fence because of the coronavirus, the buffet was canceled, the waiters brought the food - accordingly, the choice of dishes disappeared. they didn't starve. I'm writing a review from quarantine!)

Disgusting hotel.
The rooms are old and very shabby. The bed linen was changed once a week. The kettle is dirty and rotten. Cockroaches live. It is impossible to eat breakfast.
The worst hotel on the Marina.
There are 7 points on booking just because so many people arrive through travel agencies and cannot leave their feedback.

Budget hotel, near a beautiful beach, near a small (by Dubai standards) Marina mall. We have been staying at the hotel since 31.01.22 , the reviews on the websites for this hotel are registered ! We stayed there for the third time, because two years ago Marina View matched the price-quality , but today it has changed beyond recognition. 1. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. 2. Very dirty, the bed is washed and torn. 3. The breakfasts are very meager (they used to be varied and delicious). 4. The work of the reception for 2 points, that is, on the dump. 5. There is no compliment in the hotel (of course this is not the main thing, but I compare it with previous years). It can be seen from everything - the hotel is in decline ! I do not recommend it!

A wonderful place! Good location, near metro and tram (very convenient and profitable), supermarket, to the beach and shuttle, and 15 minutes walk. We liked the kitchen, there were no problems with food at breakfast and dinner with a 4-year-old child. Full-fledged apartments - own kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine (shower gels are suitable instead of powder). Good service, good sound insulation of the rooms, in general, I really liked it, I wanted to come back again!
