Nice hotel! The breakfast is a great buffet, the room is clearly not completely new, but overall cozy and clean. The pool is your own, not on the roof, in the courtyard. There is of course something to find fault with, but in general everything is fine. Near shops, Marina mall, tram, metro, bus nearby.

I would not give more than 3 stars. Tired hotel, cockroaches in our room 702. The staff is excellent, the food is acceptable. It is comfortable to walk to the sea through the Marina in November, in the summer we lived in a nearby hotel (June) barely crawled because of the heat.
I liked the transfer to the sea) I took a ride alone a couple of times)))) They take you to the mall for free, but I didn't go.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2024.
Not 4 stars at all. The hotel is asking for renovation, rooms and bathrooms with a musty smell.
There are staff at the reception who are not at all disposed to communicate with their guests and help them in any way.
There are no breakfasts, it's a pity for people who also took lunches and dinners.
You should not go to this hotel in order not to spoil the overall impression of Dubai.

We went in October with my husband and son for 5 years. They moved into the smoking floor. The child was constantly spitting from the smell. The room is shabby. Half of the list that should be in the room was missing, I had to constantly ask. There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook something, but the pot is very small, there were no soup plates. There is no salt or oil. We lived in a room with three people, towels were left for 2 all the time. The room faced Sheikh Zayed Street, respectively, the noise was constant, the noise from the subway generally vibrated along the wall. The metro station is nearby. We cleaned up for three. Since I have a child and he plays on the floor, I'm used to a clean floor. I had to dust myself. The hotel itself is also shabby, has been in need of renovation for a long time. There is a gym, a restaurant. The restaurant is on the top five. The choice of dishes is not great, those who are used to Turkish all inclusive, of course, will be dissatisfied. But everything was very tasty. In the morning, there is a standard set for breakfast, but no porridge. For dinner, meat, fish, seafood, salads, rice, and drinks for dinner - water and juice. Even my fastidious child was pleased with the food. Lots of fruits. There is no alcohol even for a fee. There is a swimming pool: one, small, for children with very warm water, the second is large, the water is cooler. The view from the pool is beautiful. The towels for the pool are full of holes, this is the first time I've seen this. There are few places. There is a bus to the beach and to the mall. Near the Marina Mall shopping center, small grocery stores. Overall, it's a good experience, but I won't go any more.

The three of us had a rest with the child since April 1, only breakfasts were paid , sometimes because of excursions we did not have time for breakfast , I asked to change for dinner - they sent us far away , like you can't do that , if you want to have dinner , pay 70 dirhams per person (three of us for a second).
The furniture is terrible, very old, the dirt is ingrained, due to the lack of balconies, things did not dry out overnight , there is a terrible smell of dampness in the corridor.
There are no complaints about cleaning, water was brought daily and gels and shampoos were updated.
Everyone at the reception is talking through their teeth.
It doesn't exactly pull at 4 * , the food is monotonous, all seven days for breakfast it was the same, if you come at the end, most often some dishes simply don't exist.

An apartment hotel with a kitchen, washing machine and hotel service. The room is comfortable, the cleaning is good every day. There is a swimming pool. They give out towels, you can take them to the beach. We had breakfast included, we really liked it. There is a children's menu, everything is delicious. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach, but there is a shuttle, there are no problems either, it takes about 5 minutes to go.

Our windows overlooked the mosque, so we woke up in the morning to prayer, but we quickly got used to it. You won't stay hungry at breakfast. The metro is nearby, which is very convenient. We rested in this hotel for 12 days ... a lot of negativity. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and only at 16-00 we were checked into the room and this only after I came up 4 times and reminded about myself. There are no balconies in the hotel and it's terrible! They put on wet swimsuits, because in the bathroom they did not have time to dry overnight. The reception staff responds to requests every other time....... in general, they walk a little alive! The restaurant is generally a separate conversation: we had an excursion planned until 22-00 and I explained the situation in advance and asked to change dinner for lunch (we bought a breakfast + dinner tour), so they made such a fuss there. In other hotels where we rested earlier, this was not a problem at all, according to the principle of money paid, change. In short, we will never go to this hotel again and I recommended that friends not go. I give two stars to the guy who cleaned our room: a very smiling, attentive, friendly person!!!
