Hotel 4**** , cleaned well, food is good, near the metro, attractions. They take a bus from the hotel to the sea. The beach is so-so, as if it is not a beach, a strip of sea with sand. There are no sun beds, no umbrellas, no toilet, no shower.

Excellent hotel in the best Marina area. The beach is 10 minutes away. Cafes, restaurants, embankment. The food is normal in the hotel restaurant. The room is nice, there is everything and even a kitchen. Only this hotel has no balconies. I recommend it !

Nice apartment hotel. Honestly, for a long time we do not see the point of spending money on some kind of sprawling hotels, preferring apartments and hotels with breakfasts / dinners. You walk all day and it's better for us to spend these funds on impressions. The hotel is clean, has everything you need for life, washing machine, stove, kettle, iron and board, refrigerator. Take a few capsules with you for washing, they won't take up much space, and why run and buy funds here and waste time with them?. We were given two rooms to choose from, and settled in as soon as the cleaning was over. The hotel has its own small swimming pool, with very warm water. A new experience-swimming and staring at skyscrapers 😂
And you can also hear the muezzin singing in the mosque.
The food is delicious and everything is fresh.
There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. Very convenient
About the beach
There is a beach, though it is public. Marina beach. From our hotel 20 minutes on foot. There is also a bus from the hotel according to the schedule.
Of course, on the second day in the morning I was pulled there with terrible force.
When we were dropped off at some terrible passage between two skyscrapers, one of which is under construction, I was very surprised by this way. At the end there was a surprise-the descent looked like randomly sketched blocks. The water is a magical color and just as magically icy! And what did I want in February? The contrast is great - the air is 32, the water is icy. I walked to the beach again in the evening, just sunset. Beautiful photos are attached.
Of course, it's just such a situation now, I'm sure they will make beautiful steps and a passage when the construction is over. There are paid sunbeds somewhere, I don't know how much they cost. But I was definitely not pleased with the beach.

Beautiful apartments.In 5 min.from the metro, 15 min. from the beach. The room has everything you need. Cleaning every day. Coffee, tea gels, shampoos all without problems every day. Ordered pizza at the pool, great, delicious. Thank you very much! We will come back more than once.

We booked an apartment through the Island. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the reservation had been cancelled. Without explanation!!!!! And this is Dubai and booking another hotel to stop by right away is very expensive! As a result, I had to move to another hotel, greatly overpaying at the same time!
And the hotel didn't even lift a finger to help us!

We only took breakfast. But we needed soups and broths, and there are no deep soup plates in the apartments in the kitchen. Upon request, we were refused to provide plates, at least for the duration of our stay in the room. The kitchen is shabby. But most of all I was surprised that they brought us to the beach to the place where the construction is going on and we walked to the sea between the construction sites under a protective canopy on the hot sand...although 100 meters away is the official entrance to the jbr beach. And back...feet in the sand...there is nowhere to wash....They showed a request to leave a little further away -they refused.

Budget hotel.Pros: location, delicious food, clean well (if you throw a couple of dirhams), the price is quality-appropriate, there is one employee at the reception who understands Russian.Cons: there are no balconies, tired repairs, slow maintenance staff (they asked for a cot, they gave it in 2 days), there is not much choice of food.

A great area, they take you to the beach by shuttle. The room is cleaned well, every day, quickly. There is a Russian-speaking representative at the reception. The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but this is not critical if you rest for a week.

Sooo old and dirty hotel, it's a shame for Dubai. Dirty old rooms, not even 3 stars. Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel and the presence of a washing machine and iron in the room, that's all! It is impossible to sleep, it is very noisy, there is no sound insulation. Otherwise, even going to the bathroom is disgusting, everything is dirty in mold .... The food is very poor, we went to try it once, for an adult 79 dirhams, for a child 42 dirhams. The child ate potatoes and cucumbers, the rest was impossible to eat. There is no choice. Black tea bag 19 dirhams!!!
There is a pool with cold water, swimming for a long time will not work. If you take a dip at all.
