It's a great hotel, and there's nothing to add. A comfortable deluxe room, a luxurious bed with a comfortable mattress and delicate bed linen. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a shuttle service to the beach (not used) and a convenient room service system.
We were lucky, we were rented for 5 nights for 25,000rubles, a little later I looked at it - the price was already 67,000 for 5 nights. Maybe they got caught out of season or something, I don't know. We were here from September 14th to 19th (we're leaving tonight)
There is a swimming pool, the water is cool (this is a huge plus in the heat of +40). Beach towels, sun beds by the pool, a gym, and somewhere there is a sauna, as we were told, but we were not in it.
The metro is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there are many restaurants around, but as it turned out later, it's easier to order food in the room. And the price is adequate, and there is no need to go anywhere in the heat, and huge portions.
Next time we will choose only him.

I enjoyed staying here. The staff is very polite and helpful, they respond to any request. Cleaning is daily, cosmetics, coffee, and water are replenished.
The rooms have dishes, stove, microwave, washing machine. In general, it is possible to exist independently.
We took the tour without meals, and counted on the high cost of the Dubai Marina area. But, thanks to the fact that they often cooked in a hurry right in the room, there was a lot of money left.
The location is simply gorgeous. Within walking distance of the JBR beach, a chic boardwalk, metro and tram. You can get to any location very quickly, which we did. The Marina Mall with shops and a food court is 100 meters away. There's a supermarket and a liquor store.
There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna on site. There are free transfers to the beach and mall.
Many people say that the rooms are tired and a little shabby. There is such a moment, but it is not critical. Everything is compensated by cleanliness, service, convenience and location.

The apartment is a good enough hotel. Especially for those who prefer homemade lunches and dinners. Everything can be cooked, there are electric and microwave ovens, a refrigerator, a washing machine, everything you need for life. Tour service near the reception. It takes 15-30 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a shuttle service at a certain time. But I walked, enjoyed the views of the city, the bay with yachts and magnificent buildings.

We had a rest in January 2025. Excellent hotel. Very nice friendly staff. We settled in almost immediately. We offered several rooms to choose from. Room cleaning is daily. The guys do their job efficiently, The food is great! There is a sauna, hammam and gym! Heated swimming pool. There is a restaurant on the pool where delicious food and drinks are prepared for an additional fee.
The location is simply pleasing! The beach, the promenade, the shopping center, the metro are within walking distance!!!

This is the best hotel I've been to in Dubai: close to the metro, close to the beach, the room has all the amenities: air conditioning, stove, dishes, washing machine, microwave. The service is very good, the staff will do whatever you ask for. And there is also a gym and a cooling pool - in August it is a salvation from the daytime Dubai heat! And towels are given out for free, they are even allowed to go to the beach with them. There are rooms for both smokers and non-smokers. We come to the hotel for the second year in a row, we are happy with everything!

we rested at this hotel from 03.10 to 11.10. the rooms in the hotel are tired, but not critical. the breakfasts are very tasty and hearty, the drinks include juice, water, tea, coffee and milk. the hotel has a good gym. It's not a bad hotel, but it's old. When choosing it, you need to understand that repairs and furniture will be "tired" there. The location is great. Near the metro, tram stop and Marina Mall. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace. There is no deposit in it, but they ask for different amounts from everyone for early check-in. Someone charged 150 dirhams, they asked for 200 from us, although they arrived at the same time. Apparently, you will fall for someone. Only breakfasts were taken from the food. A wonderful hotel, with an excellent location. The check-in was quick and we were given a nice room on the 12th floor. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. A pool with cool water. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. There have always been watermelons and melons. Very tasty croissants.

The hotel is chic, the rooms are in the form of apartments, the room has its own kitchen and all the accessories. A large bed, a large panoramic window, a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable bathroom with a rain shower (the only minus of the shower, it was inconvenient for the girl to wash her hair).
We took accommodation with breakfast and dinner, the choice of dishes is huge, lots of fruits, soups, side dishes, seafood, whatever your heart desires and in unlimited quantities.
Staff and service:
The service at the hotel is quite good, the rooms are cleaned daily, put some water and change the bed linen with towels (minus the fact that it takes a long time to check in, so it's better to approach the counter yourself and hurry up).
The staff at the hotel is friendly, but only one speaks Russian fluently, the rest understand, but answer in English. There were no problems in communication.
PS Sockets are European everywhere, so it's better to order an adapter with valberiz for 300 rubles, you can buy it there, but it will cost twice as much

We had a room for two without a balcony. Everything is modest and simple, it will do for an overnight stay. Breakfasts and dinners are the same - modest, there is not much choice. The staff is polite and courteous, while we were processing the documents for check-in - we were treated to juice. The whole hotel is old, but well maintained. We were bribed by the proximity of the Dubai Marina and Marina Mall walking area. Marina is amazing, especially in the evening.

Vacation in September 2024, one plus is the location of the hotel and sometimes the price at the Marina, the view from the window if you're lucky.
Cons, the obvious one is not 4:
1. Well, first of all, this is an old, very old hotel and the management of the hotel does not do any reconstruction and updates, they do not invest money at all;
2. Furniture and electrical appliances are tired;
3. Check-in for 150 derham at any time, and so wait for 14:00;
4. Food (you will not stay hungry), but very, very poor food, including children's, only bananas are made from fruits, they deliver food belatedly and not in advance, tasteless vegetables, pasta and potatoes;
5. In the "restaurant", in the dining room (the only way I can call it), it is very hot, the air conditioners and fans are not working at all, the workers themselves walk wet in sweat, food does not fit into their mouths at such a hot temperature;
6. There is no tea and coffee at dinner, or water (which you can't even get to drink in a bottle for yourself and a child), hot milk is served, for which it is not clear;
7. The staff, instead of working, stand and look into your mouth and make sure that God forbid you don't take a banana out of the "dining room", or 0.5 water, even an ordinary cook sticks his nose in, but we took bananas and water with us when leaving (do I really have to and have to choke on a banana exactly in in the dining room ..., complete nonsense), they took and left, scoring ..., they were told to the Indians and other servants (We are Russians, are there any problems?);
8. Then there is no pepper on the table, then salt, then toothpicks, they went from other tables, they took the tables, they did not rub properly without special tools right on all the crumbs, we saw in shock how they were swept off the tables and made remarks to them;
9. There is no watering in the shower in the hotel room-the shower is on a soft long hose;
10. The air conditioning system in the room, or rather its buttons are already damaged, the control unit is not being replaced;
11. They give only one card from opening the room;
12. Of course, the pool is also old, two depths and it is not very interesting to find it and its very appearance is "slum", the photos are terrible ... and this is Dubai Marina;
13. Towels are given half burnt out and old, there are also torn ones already at the corners and edges;
14. The transfer to the beach is also old, one seat in the car was broken in general, and people were sitting on it, which is unacceptable for safety in the UAE, children are asked to put on their hands (do not see each other, this is unacceptable, a person took a seat ..., what difference does it make how old the child is), one car goes at 10:00 and it picks up at 12:30 well, the morning time is not convenient at all, because breakfast is from 06:30 and at 07:30 you can already swim, well, or a little later, you have to take a taxi or walk, it's good nearby.
15. Today we believe that the hotel can be given 3-, it really does not pull on its 4 *, and why not take away one star from it!

There are inexpensive supermarkets nearby. The hotel has a sauna and a hammam - separately for men and women. The cafeteria is not bad, we took it with breakfast, it's quite tasty and satisfying. I had a rest in November. I chose a hotel based on its location. We settled in quickly, we didn't have to wait. Regarding the cleaning of the room, one cleaned well, it was immediately noticeable and changed all the towels, and when it was not his shift that was visible, the cleaning was different. As for the food, it's certainly sad. The restaurant itself resembles a diner. I took breakfast and dinner, but I regretted it. It's not tasty. There is something to compare it with, last year I rested in another hotel, unfortunately, there were no places there anymore, now I understand why. A man smoked very often for dinner, it was not very pleasant to sit in this smoke of tobacco.
And the "cherry on the cake" photo attached is a cockroach in the room, this is certainly not compliance with sanitary standards.
I do not recommend this hotel and I no longer choose it myself.

Of course, air conditioning is available in any room and not only in the hotel. Next to the hotel, there is a canal embankment, which opens out to the sea at both ends. Walking along this embankment in the evening is an indescribable pleasure! Everything is on fire, houses, boats, palm trees, etc. Walking distance to the beach is about 2 km. There is a transfer to the beach at the hotel, but only in the morning, and this is the hottest. The most pleasant thing for me was to come to the beach after four.

We went to this hotel 4 times. The first 3 times were wonderful. They greeted us with a glass of water or juice, politely registered us. The staff was polite, the rooms were large without any comments. The breakfasts are meager, but enough to eat. The fourth time we arrived, we were met by a man of clearly Russian-speaking nationality, speaking broken English with an accent. I gave a tiny room with a non-working air conditioner (at a temperature outside of +40-45 it's like death), I had to change the room three times. A room with a working air conditioner was given only after the husband had already begun to communicate with the administrator in raised tones. They didn't like our euros. The last time the hotel was disgusting. We won't come here anymore. If you see the receptionist wearing glasses with a creepy accent, then the rest can be spoiled

Rested recently, the location of the hotel is very convenient. To the beach on foot 20 minutes, 1.1 km. The staff is polite. We took breakfast and dinner, the choice of food is not very diverse, but there is plenty to choose from, you will not be hungry. There was always soup for dinner, 1 option, chicken or fish/seafood was always a choice from meat. Coffee/tea only for breakfast, you won't see it for dinner, but sweets for dinner bring more interesting, but unfortunately it's not interesting to try without tea/coffee)
It is impossible to take food out of the restaurant, this is strictly monitored.
The staff responds to requests, a pin was needed and after 10 minutes, a set of threads, needles, pins and a pair of buttons were brought to our room)
Now from small minuses, I will not lower the rating because of them, since it was a trifle for us. The room smelled very damp and, in principle, it was damp, even the furniture seemed damp and the bed. There is no place to dry clothes from the word at all, it dries in the room of day 2. There is a washing machine, this is a plus and there are dishes in the room with a mini, a microwave. The machine has a Dry function, but this function dries only swimwear, the rest is raw, unfortunately.. The rooms themselves are in a tired state, there is always a hum of water in the bathroom, it is not clear from what. Cleaning every day, towels are changed on request, water is given 0.5 per person per day, which is very little.
Most of the guests at the hotel are Russian-speaking, the staff did not speak much Russian. There are not enough sunbeds in the Pool, there are much more visitors.
Not far from the hotel there is a Marina Mall shopping center, a good shopping center, they changed money there on the -1 floor, and on the opposite grocery, they bought water and fruit there.
For souvenirs, we recommend going to the Fun and Sun store, the prices are very good, there you can buy mugs and clothes, and sweets at pleasant prices!
We traveled by taxi, it would be much more economical to take the subway. We went only by state taxi, beige Toyota, everything is on the counter there. From the hotel to Burj Khalifa in one direction 70 dirhams. There are 31 dirhams from the hotel to the Emirates Mall.

The number is as shown on the website (photo with a green headset). Everything worked. As we wrote below, all the amenities and water are replenished every day. They asked for slippers and bathrobes - they immediately gave them. Our goal was the sea and walking, so there is no question about the number. Yes, the windows faced the road, the riders could be heard in the morning. The sea is a walking distance of 23 minutes, the bus from the hotel was used once. Firstly, he leaves around 10 a.m., we are used to being at sea by 8. Secondly, he travels for about 15 minutes, since there are traffic jams around 10 a.m. The pool was visited a couple of times in the afternoon. There were always free deck chairs. Towels are provided by the pool, they can also be taken to the sea. I've seen umbrellas given out to hotels, though I don't know if it's paid or not. Metro and tram are within walking distance, 300 meters from the hotel. The food is good, it looks like homemade, without frills. Both for breakfast and dinner there were always vegetables, two or three types of side dishes, as well as meat and fish/Seafood. Desserts and fruits. Juice, water. We've never been hungry. Yes, these are not Turkish feasts, but we didn't need that. The hotel had a restaurant and a delivery service. I will attach a photo with prices. As it is, there are enough cafes and shops in the area for any purse. Excursions were not taken at the hotel. They didn't want to go far, but you can see everything else for yourself. We used the subway. The neighbors bought a 5-day tour on a double-decker bus (read about 60 dollars per person on the Internet) they liked it. It is also one of the ways to move around the city and get guided tours. You can enter and exit there an infinite number of times. As for the location of the hotel, it is good if you plan the sea and shopping / walking. If you take it closer to the sea, it will be further to the metro. As we were told, this is the third line, I do not recommend considering it further from the sea. Their roads are wide, with bumpers - you can't just cross. They also drive in circles by taxi.

A budget hotel for unassuming tourists. The rooms are tired, but it's not critical for us.
Good location: Dubai Marina area, 3 minutes to metro station, 5 minutes to Marina Mall, 17-20 minutes to the beach.
There is a kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave in the room, but we did not use it all. The rooms are not small, they give gel, shampoo, body lotion, 0.5 water per person every day, tea, coffee
Minuses:
1) the rooms and floors are for smokers, and periodically there was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor, and on the first day of check-in, there was also a slight smoke in our room, although it seemed at the reception they asked which room to give us. And the restaurant has an indoor area and an enclosed terrace. And they also smoke on the terrace in the evening (I didn't notice at breakfast), in general, it's not a very pleasant moment when you eat.
