Well, to be honest, the hotel did not meet expectations, of course the animators did their best, but the other staff is so-so, I'll tell you in detail now.
Despite the fact that the hotel is located VERY far from shopping centers, and a taxi ride may seem like the "last time" to you, because they can take you by the road leading through the FOREST, but that's not about it now, relaxing by the pool, we were given the opportunity to go to Belek for free there and back, while visiting the store for 30 minutes, we made an appointment for tomorrow at the appointed time, even gave the phone and contacts to write if there was a problem, and what do you think? No one came to pick us up, they sat in the lobby for an hour, they even wrote, but here's the problem, the messages don't come, that's right, isn't it?
We also signed up through a guide, but the problem is the same, no, the car arrived, only not at the appointed time, but after 1.5 hours, in other words, there was no desired competence and the days for the desired rest disappeared. As for the taxi, it is better not to take this hotel, because $ 50 one way, $ 100 / euro is there and back, they can take it more expensive, they took it for 75 through the reception, but there is also a problem with taxis, you can wait at least until the whole day.
The next minus is the HUGE savings of the hotel on everything, starting with a cheap tea company, ending with food, of course, we understand that there is a CRISIS in the country, but then the counter question is, what are the prices for rooms, isn't it better to close and make repairs at least? By the way, I will continue about food, everything is cold, the soup is hot at most, everything else seemed to be in the refrigerator for 3 days, and it was not very tasty, only the soup saved, which any child can cook- boiling water and seasoning. I will keep silent about the secondary life of food in the dining room, as they practically do in all hotels. They don't know how to cook French fries and potatoes in a rustic way, it turns out that they are dry, then raw, as if they were cooked in water-based oil, disgusting in other words, if they already need it that way, then I advise you to go to the bar, it is on the way to the sea, there it is already normal, everything is sad for cakes, too, different cream, and the filling is the same - banana, zero variety, I can't believe that "everything is included".
The next minus is again due to the work of the staff, water began to drip from the ceiling in the room, the problem was "fixed" for 4 days and 4 nights, the lobby was called not once or twice, but 3-5 times, they came, twisted something there and left, the floor was all in water, they even managed to fall and to break through the wall in the toilet, that's how they lived.
At night, the hotel almost does not play with colors, it is dark and creepy, unlike other hotels that sparkle at night, as if in a fairy tale, but here they just stupidly put up lamps that do not burn for beauty, and walk as you want in the dark throughout the territory. By the way, the room can be given so far away that you will have to leave in 10-20 minutes to make it to the opening of the restaurant.
And so in general, the hotel is old, requires restoration, because there were spiders in the room, and the dumbest thing is, there is a glass door in the shower, look who wants, in other words, the bathroom is visible to everyone who is in the room, not a lock, nothing, I don't know why they build rooms like that.
One of the advantages is that in the morning it is quite beautiful and there are a lot of different vegetation, although do not expect that if coniferous trees grow near the pools, they do not smell of anything, but they create good shadows where you can swim at least in the peak of the sun.
I seem to have said everything, in other words, I didn't really like the hotel, I don't advise it.

The disadvantages are the old room stock and a lot of insects. Snakes have been seen on the territory a couple of times (maybe a year like this). The food is good, there was not enough fresh bread for breakfast and generally juices (there was only one from the jupi vending machine). Animation for 5, beach for 5, very large, sun beds have always been there. Ice cream from 11 to 5 as much as you want. Alcohol is good only in the lobby.

We stayed at the hotel with my sister from 08/20/29/21. The hotel is certainly very old and of course requires renovation. This is a minus, but not critical. The territory is huge, the hotel is very interesting, consists of different buildings that connect to each other. There are separate villas with private pools. There were separate pools near some buildings. The communal pool is large enough, so much so that you can find a sunbed at any time. There are a lot of children! For anyone, this is a minus for us. At least no one was bothering on the beach. Due to the huge beach, people are smeared on it and it feels like there is no one there. You can find long-awaited peace on the beach and in the sea!)) A lot of greenery. Beer and cocktails are great! We've tried everything! There was also wine and champagne. The bar in the room was replenished daily, even if we didn't drink everything, we were still replenished as expected. The room was cleaned, the linen was changed. The bed linen is boiling white, not washed. Towels were changed every day. In the restaurant, the food was served by the staff. A place can always be found. The waiters clean the tables very quickly, bring the appliances quickly, and pour both wine and water. The food is delicious and varied. We hardly went to lunch, it was not convenient. We usually had lunch at the beach bar, ate shawarma and vegetables. The staff wears masks, vacationers are allowed not to wear masks. We went to the evening performances, each time different. There is a disco on the street, also different every day. Sometimes neon, sometimes Hawaiian. There were live music evenings where a girl and a man sang. They sang Turkish, Russian and foreign songs. There were karaoke nights where both Russians and Turks sang. It was a lot of fun! The hotel is mostly occupied by Russian vacationers, with Turks in second place. Well, a little French, Germans, Ukraine, Belarus. I think if the hotel is renovated, the price will rise very much. I liked everything very much! We came home black as Negroes and happy!

1. The service is at zero
2. Room cleaning - you can say there is no cleaning at all
3. The hotel territory is not cleaned
4. There are not enough mattresses for sun beds on the beach
5. Queues in lobby bars in the evenings
6. Animation can be said not at all (there is only for children)
7. A la carte restaurants are generally a separate story. If you don't want to ruin your evening, it's better not to go
It seems that the management is saving on staff.

I'll write right away. Dear vacationers, do not leave expensive headphones and equipment and money outside the safe. They steal everything. In our case, this is $ 100 left outside the safe, which did not work, and which was repaired almost a day. When I turn up at the reception, I meet a woman with the same problem, only expensive headphones were stolen from the bedside table. To figure it out is to pretend that employees are being interrogated and an offer to call the police (the woman leaves today, and we leave a day later) .
Check-in is fast. We took the villa. First they rolled out a check for 1100, then for 300. We were tired, so we didn't bargain much anymore. The villas require renovation. The furniture is dead, the boards around the pool are rotten due to improperly installed lawn watering. The child almost steamed his leg. Replenishment of the bar without complaints. Cleaning is more difficult to assess because of theft.
The hotel is very tired. I think the idea was good and it shone in its time. But something went wrong. Everything is old. Repairs and renovation are required everywhere.
The restaurant is a little dirty, the dishes are long and tedious. A couple of the waiters were good. The rest are on the brakes. Plates are a constant problem. Everyone is divorced. Sofas are not wiped after visitors, splashed with something. It's hard to find a place.
The food is without complaints, delicious, delicious and delicious again.
Drinks- coffee-......, There is no good tea for breakfast and lunch. Alcoholic drinks - no comments. I tried it a couple of times and didn't do it anymore. More or less in the lobby bar. In other places.....
Beach- stones, pebbles. I've seen that it's a little difficult for older people to get out. Or buy slippers. And they are $25 in the hotel. There are no sun beds near the sea. This is a turtle habitat. Therefore, on mats near the sea))) Our vacationers were straining, who turned on all the music on the beach. And what is playing on the drum for them- a cord with a mat, or an electronic that hits their ears. You guys have confused the rented house in Anapa and the beach with it and the beach in the hotel! Or drunken men who yell at the whole beach that they need to be photographed doing things at sea. Oh Yekaterinburg. I had a better opinion of you.
The best thing about the hotel is the nature (it's amazing and gorgeous) and the food (thanks to the chef).
Everything else, of course, was very disappointing.
I have been to many hotels in Turkey and not only. I only encountered theft in this hotel.
If you are not bothered by theft and you are not fixated on a newer interior, then in principle you can relax.
Please note that music is very audible in the central buildings.
Shopping- you can buy sweets, prices are like in Belek. Suitcases and soap, etc. are only on the second floor. It's very expensive from below and they don't really give discounts.

We rested from 19.08 to 2.09.2021. At first I didn't like it, somehow I wasn't impressed at first. But after walking around the territory, and it is huge, going to the sea, the mood changed. The sea is clean, sandy, but there is a strip of small stones at sunset. Turtles lay eggs on the beach during the summer. Volunteers are watching the population, in the morning at 6-6:30 they appear and dig up the clutches, help the turtles get to the water. There are many pools on the territory, there are places to relax and swim. The animators are great, they will not let you get bored, darts, aqua aerobics, table tennis, air rifle, bow, barrel. You can also play basketball and lawn tennis. Well, if you're good at golf, please, the whole academy is at your service. A children's club is engaged with the children. From 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. The cuisine is wonderful, everything was very pleasant, varied and very tasty. There are wonderful performances and a disco in the evening.

A good hotel, upon arrival we were greeted as dear guests, checked in earlier, and even given a room to choose. At the reception, the receptionist Anna is just a super girl, all questions were solved at once! 👍
The only thing I didn't like about the room was the transparent doors in the shower, we were the whole family and it wasn't very comfortable. Cleaning is threefold, if you don't ask to change the linen and towels yourself, they won't change them, and they don't wash under the beds. 🤦♀️
The restaurant is huge, the food is varied.There were always empty seats-we rested in August 2022.

We had a vacation with our family in July. We arrived around two in the morning due to flight delays.

Cleaning was daily, slippers, shampoos, gels, balms, everything is there, they added even more than we used.
Meal. There are several separate halls, each decorated in its own beautiful way. There is a children's room. At the height of the season, there were always empty tables, clean, the waiters were smart, polite, they would always come up and offer to bring something to drink. There is a lot of food, different, and really tasty. Our 11-year-old daughter, who is still fastidious in food, was happy, well, we are with her))) And how many sweets are there, I'm not a fan of sweets, but I certainly tried some cakes and pies) Ice cream unlimited in the afternoon at the buffet, in the evenings on the street near the main restaurant. We were at the ala-kart restaurant in Singapore. They were very tasty and fed a lot. There is also a beach bar where you can have a full and delicious lunch or snack. In general, you will not stay hungry here, there are many bars, a pastry shop, eat as much as you want. Alcohol is varied, there are many different cocktails for both children and adults.
Territory. The territory is simply huge and very beautiful. As lovers of walking, we went around everything! Even buildings that are not in use now).It is a pleasure to walk among the green alleys. Some people write about mosquitoes. We didn't see any mosquitoes on the street in the evening. But they fly into the room if you leave the doors open. We took a fumigator, it helped. There are several swimming pools on the territory, there is a huge children's pool. Our building also had its own swimming pool, it was very cool to swim there in the morning in silence to the sound of birds singing. There is a pool with slides for those who like to ride with the breeze). And what golf courses are there, the views are amazing, and what kind of photos are juicy!
The sea and the beach. Everything is gorgeous here, there is a small pebble at the entrance, but it's about half a meter, then everything is perfect. The sea has a gentle slope, it's the most ideal for children. There were no problems with sun beds at all, there are always a lot of free ones. The biggest plus is that there are no other hotels nearby. In July, there were turtle clutches on the beach, the hotel staff is watching them and they are fenced off. The beach is about 2.5 km away. We walked in both directions). There, let's say on a wild beach, we found a lot of masonry washed away by water. On the right side there is a river, insanely beautiful turquoise color. If you go to the left, the locals swim there. Very friendly and polite by the way) Everyone greeted us and smiled)
Animation. I liked the animation, there is a children's club, our daughter did not go, but the younger children enjoyed spending time there. Every evening there was a new program, there were themed discos, very incendiary and atmospheric. There are many different activities, tournaments, and competitions during the day.
In general, to summarize, we are delighted with this place. Everything is fine here! We plan to return to the hotel without fail.

There is a lot of space on the coast! 2) A very large territory is gorgeous, there are a lot of pines, the fragrance is right, there are a lot of interesting plants. I like the landscaping here, interesting combinations of plants. There is a place to walk, a real park. Everything is irrigated, both the territory and the golf course, everything is very beautiful. The hotel itself is quite large and spacious. There is no crowding of people even when fully filled, everyone is dispersed. The rooms are also spacious. The hotel is not new, there are pros and cons. The decoration originally used marble and not cheap materials, spacious layout. It cannot be said that "there has been no repair since then", we must pay tribute, a lot has been updated. But the hotel is really very big, and it's a lot of work to maintain such an area and update it. The management holds meetings with guests and listens to their wishes. By number: I like that it is spacious, quiet, really very good hard mattress (those who have back problems will appreciate it), normal air conditioning, stable WiFi. If you need anything, then contact the reception, they immediately help. According to the restaurant: the food is varied. Meat, fish, vegetables - everything is always there. Fruits are simply plentiful! Watermelons, melons, cherries and apricots - what I eat is very tasty! Of the cons: for me there are 2 of them: there are flies in the restaurant, and you can update the plates. But there are disadvantages in any hotel. They write that it is far from the airport. Well, there are no such beaches and territories close to the airport or to the city. If you take an individual transfer, then there will be 45-50 minutes. For people tired of the metropolis - a great place!

To visit the sun.
It's getting harder for me to understand the people who rush to Turkey in the summer months. For several years now, we have been taking our three children and flying for autumn holidays to recharge the sun before the long, gloomy Moscow winter. The sea is still warm, there is no such sweltering heat on land, the tan sticks perfectly, it is very problematic to burn out.There are much fewer guests in the hotels, the prices are lower.
This year we visited our beloved Lykia World for the third time. That's what this hotel has sunk into our soul, both for us and for the children. The territory of the hotel itself is huge, plus there is a nature reserve on both sides, there is a place to walk. The air is the purest sea and pine trees. The children got used to it quickly and only informed us where they were going, and my husband and I had a second honeymoon. 😁
The territory of the hotel is so huge that new corners open up on each visit. This time, for example, we reached the tennis court (rackets and balls can be taken to the Guest relay).
I was very pleased with the attitude towards regular guests. We arrived at about 8 a.m., we were immediately checked into a room, its category was higher than it was paid for, besides a stunning view of the sea, they brought a dish of fruit and a bottle of wine. The bedding for the youngest did not even have time to ask, it was brought very quickly. Even in the middle of the vacation, as regular guests, we received an invitation to a welcome cocktail with the owner, who personally talked to everyone. A very positive and pleasant person!
The beach of the hotel is gorgeous, the sea is clean, we swam to the buoys every day. There are a lot of crabs running along the sand, small fish and even a stingray have been seen in the sea. A separate hit is a bunch of kittens, the children were delighted.
We were completely satisfied with the food, there were no queues anywhere, there were enough fruits, meat, fish. Of course, considering the off-season, there were no amazing king prawns, arias in Italian performed by chefs like in summer. But in general it is tasty and varied. I haven't had enough in two weeks. The only thing they would like to work on is rolls. 🙈
I was very surprised by the review below about how they refused to cook something for the guests after "poisoning" (read rotavirus, which unfortunately is not uncommon in the hot season). When we were last time, my son was terribly allergic, they cooked a turkey for him every day, we also only asked for a thigh. And our pasta is gluten-free. And they packed it with them on request. Absolutely free and without any problems.
Animation. The younger ones enjoyed running to the children's room: aquagrim, competitions, cartoons, castles on the beach, minidisko - everything is as it should be. There were no big shows in the amphitheater anymore, but in the summer, of course, there was something to see. The show "Madonna", staged by the animators of the hotel - it was something!
This time we lived in the second building, the room is spacious, three rooms, two bathrooms, two balconies. The only thing is a little noisy, but everything is nearby.
Before that, we lived in the fourth, there is silence there, our own pool, in the evening we put the children down and swam along the hull (but this is in summer, in October, of course, the pools are cold). It's a long way to go to the beach and the restaurant, but it's a pleasure to walk around such a territory.
The hotel is not new, it must be understood immediately when choosing, in some places it requires repair. If you need perfect cleanliness, new rooms, then you are not here. We have been to hotels above the level, only after renovation with luxurious rooms, but we did not catch on. And I want to return to Lycia again and again.
We never reached the hammam, by the way, there is a reason to return. 😁

We stayed at the hotel in September 2021.
The hotel is dirty, not well maintained, the rooms are slightly alive, everything is broken, almost every skirting board falls off in the halls, wallpaper is falling off, the staff is lazy, nothing is cleaned or repaired.
At the reception, I had to ask for the 3rd blanket for 4 days, although it was stated that there would be three guests in the room, everything for the third guest had to be knocked out.
One of the advantages is the territory, it's really great, a huge territory, you can walk. The hotel is far from other hotels, which was a plus for us, because on the beach they quietly let the children go to the playground and did not worry.
The animators for children and the evening program were decent, there were always different shows and in general they were well and interestingly engaged with the children there.
In the restaurant as a whole, as everyone wrote earlier, it is difficult to find a clean table, you have to ask for everything from appliances and napkins to drinks, no one will come up.
The food was average, there was a large selection of cheeses, various types of hot, fish, meat, poultry, there were always soups, a large selection of desserts. There is a children's nook with food for children, but one of our children was just poisoned with food from this children's nook, it was not pleasant, because then, when asked to give the child bananas and bread (the doctor did not allow us to eat anything else in case of poisoning), we were refused in the hotel restaurant. I had to deal with the manager - not only was they poisoned, they refused to feed the poor child, as a result, of course, they knocked out the food. But the approach is strange.
This hotel was once probably a magnificent 5th, but I'm sorry not now, now this hotel pulls in 3 stars no more.
PS the water in the pool is icy, all the children fell down on the second day with a cold, then they swam only in the sea, which by the way was gorgeous and the sunset was excellent.

We arrived as a friendly family. And we got great impressions. I was very pleased with the extensive territory of the hotel and the beach itself. SHOCK!!! People, if you respect yourself, then don't go to this hotel for anything! Just don't waste your nerves, money and health!!! There is complete UNSANITARY conditions and devastation. Guest relations writes reviews for the rating. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. It feels like it was abandoned for 10 years, and now Russians and other Slavs are settling in it. There are no foreign tourists there.

It's disgusting... We came to this horror on May 11, 2023 and regretted it... Food: not bad, but there is no variety, the hotel is completely dirty, everything is broken, everything is *** about birds. The rooms are old, there is nothing to say, the staff is just silent. The water park is flowing right out of a bucket. The territory is large... One question is why? There's really nothing there. I do not recommend it! It doesn't match what's in the photo at all! We barely survived for 10 days!

This year we visited this hotel. If you are not spoiled and are relaxing for the first time, then it is suitable for you:the food is good, the territory is large and beautiful, there are many Russian speakers and everyone is polite. But..the hotel is far from civilization and it is very expensive to leave it to the nearest village!, the territory is huge, but there is little entertainment on them, a purely walking option. On the way to the hotel, the views will not please you, it's like in our most rundown village, although this area is considered the most prestigious: stink, garbage, slums. The waiters work, sometimes in stained T-shirts, do not have time to clean the tables, sometimes they are just lazy, they are stained, there is no proper disinfection. There are a lot of people, the queues at the canteen are long. In general, it is good to rest, enduring partial hardships. Yes, and also, they write the Delux number, in fact, it is the usual standard...

You can drink beer, but don't expect super quality.

- wasps are on the street, it is impossible to eat with them on the street, once a child was bitten.
- dogs walking around the territory, they don't seem to bite, but they saw cats being chased, it was scary for children.

-in the family room there is a bathtub and a toilet with a transparent glass door and they are not locked, which is also problematic with children.They can also go to the toilet to you and watch their daughters as dad washes in all his glory.
- it is dark on the territory at night
- the room was on the 1st floor.all the animals and ants and lizards and someone else were crawling in the room.
- fans of the warm sea are clearly not here.there is a stream nearby and terribly icy waves of cold come from it, not mixed with the sea, apparently due to different densities.
- in the children's pool, both children injured their toes on the tile, which is collapsing.The hotel needs renovation of course
- upon check-in, one child had a dirty spot on the blanket, either from vomiting or from diarrhea, it did not extend to the end.and somehow symbolically, only this child ended up with a bowel with vomiting.
