Normal 5. + Large territory, the garden is well maintained for this size. It is located far from populated areas. Food 5, the beach is long but not very well maintained (stick stones) 3, territory 4, service 4. There were 3 adults and a child of 12 years old, took 2 rooms. The rooms are not bad. I recommend staying in different hotels in Turkey more than 15 times.

A wonderful place for a family vacation! A huge territory - you can walk both day and night. The beach is a kilometer long with a bunch of shells for souvenirs and crafts)
We had a vacation with my husband and two children in June 2022.
The room is a little tired, but having different rooms with children is really a vacation - and they were glad that they could chat until midnight and we that no one bothers. 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 balconies - to the courtyard and towards the sea. They didn't hear the neighbors.
The food is varied. There are also more than enough drinks. Ice cream and cocktails in the afternoon.
The staff is friendly.
The children swam in the pool for half a day. The sun beds, however, had to be occupied earlier) I went to dances and sports classes. The animation is great - it wasn't boring at all. Both in the morning and in the evening - discos, events, performances. I managed to go to the sauna - I also liked everything.
I recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. It is unique in its own way with its 2.5km beach! Staff, animation, children's animation, territory, food, rooms, cleaning... everything is 5+. The bars have European drinks, real creamy ice cream and are always available at the allotted time. I didn't find a single negative moment.

A wonderful vacation no matter what! Yes, it is far from the city, from the airport, but: a gorgeous huge green area, rich infrastructure, active animation (both adult and children's), a wide selection of various food and snacks. And another big plus of this hotel is a wide sandy beach strip stretching for kilometers. If the tourist is lucky, he will see turtles on the beach (yes, turtles hide eggs on this beach). A huge hotel with a magnificent green area. Mostly for the amateur. It went in for me, but not for my husband. There are many pools on the territory, many different locations.
Great evening programs, quiet during the day. The beach is ordinary, it is huge and unlimited, but there are sticks of pebbles in the sand. The food is so-so, but you will not stay hungry. Our room was gorgeous, large, with access to its own pool

They were in June 2024. The hotel is for golf lovers. We had a family vacation . Not 5 stars. The room was large, family-run, but old. The windows in it did not open, they even caught a cold. You can say one large swimming pool for the entire hotel. The sea is shallow, muddy because of the sand.The water slides are dangerous, the guys kicked their heels. The food is not very good. A day is a choice, a day is not. A small selection of meat. There were fishing days. But ice cream all day and even in the evening.The alcohol is local, not very much. Room cleaning is like everywhere else for a C grade.Children played table tennis, billiards -for a fee.There was not a bad animation during the day, water polo, so-so in the evening.It's a bit boring in the evenings. The territory is large, but there are many unlit areas, you can't walk. Very far from civilization.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024, and I do not recommend the hotel to visit.
1) a huge distance from the entire infrastructure - there are no pharmacies, restaurants, or shops. The place is located on a vacant lot, the cost of a taxi is 120 euros
2) dirty beach. There is a lot of debris in the water and on the sand itself. The hotel administration explains this by taking care of the turtles. Seriously? is it impossible to clean up at least the coastal area from floating bags and bottles?
3) there is no cleaning in the rooms - they will just put water on you. I took out the garbage from the room myself, and this was the first time in my life with hotels of any class. I took a picture of what the urns look like after the ‘room service’
4) One day we discovered that someone had used our mini bar. Apparently, this is how we were shown that we have to pay tips, probably for unloaded garbage and for not changing the bed

With my family, two adults and two children (6 and 17 years old), stayed at this hotel for 2 consecutive years (2022 and 2023). We really liked this hotel for its infrastructure, service staff, who always meet their guests halfway. In 2022, instead of a 2-room room, we were offered a 2-storey room in the main building, with its own access to the pool, actually for this reason in 2023 our choice fell on this hotel and the same room. Actually, upon arrival there, we were given the same number. All the family members were very happy about it.
The pools and rooms are always clean. The beach on the sea is clean and very pleasant to go to the sea, especially with young children.
In 2023, the service and cuisine at this hotel have greatly improved. In addition to soda and water, juice and beer appeared in the refrigerator in the rooms, which could not but please. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and all sorts of goodies.
Actually, I think if everything is good, then this year, 2024, the choice will probably fall on this hotel. The animation itself is also at a decent level.

Now you have the opportunity to go there at an average price tag) it's strange to expect from him the level of max royal and Rixos) the experience, in any case, is interesting! Privacy, super green area with large trees, including tropical ones, cool design of buildings and rooms. The polarity of the reviews here most likely depends on the housing of the settlement and luck) we lived closer to the hotel lobby in an adjacent building to the main building. A huge spacious room, there were no problems with cleaning, cleaned every day, towels were changed, cockroaches were not seen. Mosquitoes were and this is a problem, our fumitox and so on do not really help. At night, either open the window and suffer, or sleep with an air conditioner/fan. Flies are also bothering. Especially in the shade on the beach. Infections bite.
The food is standard for hotels of this price level. There is little variety, but dorado and sea bass were given several times in two weeks. As they wrote in the reviews here, there were mussels and shrimps once, but not juicy (they managed to stuff some rice in the mussels in the sashes (it's not clear why at all.
The beach is gorgeous and wide. Yes, there are a lot of stones and it is not cleaned, but these are trifles. The approach to the sea is good, with a small strip of stones. There are a lot of people, so it's better to occupy sun beds in the shade until 10 am.
I highly recommend trying golf! Considering that the hotel has its own huge golf course! Take lessons with Gökhan Yamaç- a professional golfer and an excellent instructor! I really liked it!
Summarizing, the hotel is excellent for this price, you just need to understand what you want from a vacation so as not to be disappointed by unjustified expectations. If you want privacy, peace, walks through a huge green area and a good beach without a bunch of neighboring hotels and with a minimum of units of floating equipment (boats, hydrics, etc.), then you will like it here. There are shortcomings in food and service, weight loss in some locations smacks of vital activity, but this is all compensated by the advantages described above. I recommend.

We had a rest in May 2024, we were lucky with the weather. The hotel is already tired, but not bad. Great food, lots of variety, fresher, never had any problems))) The rooms are poorly cleaned (not all of us got the boy), stimulating him with money did not help. The pool is clean, not all the slides worked, they were preparing for the season, they finished their own beach, but not very clean, there are enough sun beds. There were problems with the check-in, they did not give the room for a long time, then they gave it with mold on the ground floor, they changed it for $ 100.
There was almost no cleaning, the rooms were dirty.
When we left, an hour before the scheduled time, the cleaner was sitting in front of the door on the terrace. And 20 minutes before 12, they called and asked when we would move out. At the same time, the terrace has not been cleaned once in 12 days.

But!
1. It is far from civilization. Many sightseeing tours simply refused to transfer us (like get yourself by taxi).
2. In the lobby bar at night, the bartenders make cocktails with a lot of alcohol (especially so that you get drunk faster and go to bed).
3. The entertainment program of the hotel itself just sucks. In the daytime: darts, beach volleyball, shooting with an air rifle and archery - five and three shots each, throwing metal balls on the sand - all this is very fast and not interesting. In the evening hours - children's games with music (the same type and quickly gets bored). There was karaoke once. And so, basically, the disco near the Istanbul bar (nizhny) - the music is hammering from 20:00 to midnight. Poor guests whose room windows overlook the side of the disco - it is impossible to sleep, especially for those with young children.
4. Hookah - paid separately ($ 25) and is not included in the price of the tour.
5. The air conditioner did not work until a collective complaint was collected (like the month of May with a temperature of + 30 is not the season. Suffer...)
6. Room cleaning is random. We had a large company and lived in 4 rooms. So some were cleaned regularly, while others were cleaned a couple of times a week. Shame for the hotel at 5 check-in…

Such a wide variety of treats is rare. The restaurant has separate rooms for adult guests, guests with children, and guests with pets.
Lots of pools. Your own water park. The length of the beach is quite long. There is nothing nearby near the hotel, so you can always find a place where you will be alone in the water. I liked to go into the sea a little to the side, because there are strips of pebbles near the water and in places in the sea. Because turtles lay eggs in the sand, the sun beds are at a decent distance from the water. But in the morning, on the sand, we saw the tracks of a turtle that searched the sea at night. And several times we saw how a special team helped the turtles to get out into the light.
The animation team is trying their best. Constant entertainment for both children and adults.
Personally, I was satisfied with my vacation (August-September 2024).

The best hotel in Turkey for 20 years of family trips. Apart from other hotels in a secluded village 17 km from the motorway. And another 17km to Antalya airport. No planes in the sky. No foreign tourists or local vendors on the beach. The territory is surrounded by greenery: pines, Dprk, thuja, chameleons, iguanas, cute cats and dogs. This is a very budget 5*. We were ready for the remoteness of the hotel . We read about the old rooms , but still so shabby walls (photo attached ) , old furniture and interior , knee- high weeds .In general, the feeling is dirty and not well-groomed, although the staff who monitors cleanliness, constantly in front of our eyes, may not be enough for such areas. But the biggest disappointment is the SEA!!! Maybe we were unlucky , but the sea is very dirty , even swimming to the buoys the water is muddy . So what if there is sand , we were in other hotels in Belek and Side , there is also sand , but the water is clean , transparent . Another negative is the maid, who, by mistake, " changing the bed, stole her favorite pajamas, no one returned. In a restaurant with a very large amount of food, there are 1-2 delicious dishes. But the baklava is real , the figs are delicious and there are a lot of fruits in general ! We walked around the territory after dinner, it is really poorly lit. A small snake crawled out under his feet, the desire to walk and enjoy a large area no longer arose. Animation is like everywhere else . But the guys are very friendly , they try their best for every guest.

We stayed at this hotel with a young man from 1.8.2024 to 8.8.24.
Our wonderful acquaintance with the hotel began at 9 a.m., we immediately decided to change the room by paying 100 euros. We were assured that the room would be ready at 12, we looked at it at 11. After 12, we went to the reception, and the staff began to feed breakfast for another "15 minutes", "another 30 minutes" until 14:30. We were checked in at 14:30 after we went to the counter ourselves and found out about checking in on our own.
The room was large, overlooking the sea and the golf course. The bar was refilled every day, unlike cleaning, which was supposed to be done every day. The linen was also not changed. On the second day, they found strange bites, they thought they were flies / mosquitoes, but upon arrival in Moscow and going to the doctor it turned out that they were bedbugs. The towels are tired. One day, during a nap, the maid came in, muttered something and left.
The sea is beautiful near the buoys, the beach is not designed for a huge number of guests. There are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, which made it difficult to enter and exit the water.
It's 50-50 about the food here. Lunch and dinner were varied enough to please everyone. A huge selection of sweets, as well as a large selection of seafood. Of the cons: fatty food, finding something with less oil or something not fried was a problem. the declared children's menu was in fact adult, just in a separate corner.
The work of the bars is 70 to 30. Half of the staff did not understand English well, but this is not a problem. The Google translator is working. The pool bar is great, everything was perfect. The lobby bar is gorgeous: you could sit both inside and outside. But more often than not, we chose to sit outside for the opportunity to smoke. The beach bar is not bad, but there was a situation that spoiled the rest. On the penultimate day, an employee of the beach bar persistently asked for my personal social networks, focused on my nationality. The presence of a young man in my life did not confuse this character, but on the contrary, I began to ask for personal contacts even more insistently. Maybe I don't understand something, but what code of ethics says that "no" is a sign of consent. Apparently, someone still has some stereotypes in their head that "no" means "yes". But apparently it's ok for someone, but not for me. They did not contact the management because it was the last day of rest. Other times, my boyfriend went to the beach bar.An unpleasant situation that ruined all the impressions.
In general, a 5-star vacation does not pull at all. The price does not match the quality.

There are two kinds of thorns on the beach. They are small, with sharp needles that perfectly dig into children's skin. And into adulthood, that's for sure. They are everywhere in the sand, it is difficult not to step on them, the source is the trees that grow right around the beach and, apparently, the owners of the hotel like them. They also probably like the thorny bushes growing along the paths and showers (like aloe, but with sharp thorns along the perimeter of the leaf). Wrapping your hand in a towel, you can follow my example and uproot a few - there is no one else to do it. Dog weddings are taking place on the territory. The rooms are old, many have panoramic windows (sometimes without glass) between the sink area and the bedroom. The water sometimes flows rusty. On June 1-2, immediately after the large settlement, the fire shields in all buildings were painted with oil paint. It stank for a long time, including in the rooms. They started to overhaul the rooms when the rooms around were occupied. During the rain from leaks throughout the hotel (lobbies, restaurants, corridors) they were saved by basins and baby baths.
Otherwise, it's fine. The food is not bad (there were no poisoning), but there are few fruits. The beach is large, the territory is also large.

I come to this hotel for the second time, after a long time. I can say one thing - it used to be good, now it's only getting better. Everything has changed so much in the hotel, you just don't recognize some of the territories. A very animation team has fallen into the soul. Thank you for the rest, I will definitely come again! ❤

I had a chance to visit the hotel in the middle of August. Let's start with the positive.
I am surprised by people who write that there is no hotel on the outskirts, there are no shops, nothing((( When you book a hotel, do you even look where it is, pranksters?) For me, this was a plus, as it was possible to go out and walk quietly without too much fuss, the views are gorgeous, fields, mountains, no noise. At least 3 km to the nearest market, with a great desire and free time, you can walk to it, as well as arrange a taxi, which can also be ordered at the hotel.
The kitchen is on fire, there are enough places, never wandered in search of a table. Everything is very tasty and there is enough for everyone. Tables are cleaned on time.
The pools and the sea are not crowded with people, which allows you to swim and sunbathe for pleasure as much as you want.
About the main disadvantages - of course, these are rooms that are cleaned somehow (namely, to make the bed, change towels and apparently wash the floors according to the mood), you sleep for 10 days on what you were given initially, until you give the bed linen in your hands (as we did) - they will not change. The rooms are dirty and old, damp and dark (at least on floor B2).
But there is also a working conditioner, which is a huge plus, so you didn't have to mess with it either.
The people who fill the mini-bar occasionally disappeared for a couple of days, they took Pepsi from the neighbors :) because it is impossible to find a responsible person for this. There were problems with the number, they wanted to change it, but the administrators at the reception apparently do not transfer tasks to each other, everyone has to explain 100 times what the problem is, but in the end, of course, they still send you to a third person, to whom all this is retold again. Fortunately, the problem was solved (we were just tired of feeding breakfast and stayed in the same room, not starting to finish the job, since for three days in a row the case was shifted "to tomorrow".)
The staff is generally friendly and good-natured, they take the initiative in communicating and are interested in guests, but the bartenders are probably interns who do not understand Russian (it is understandable), but English too. I asked several times to make a non-alcoholic cocktail in a simple way (mojito non alcohol or visout), but they just poured blue water from the machine. Thanks ! And if you ask to mix something, they will give you two hotel glasses, they say, stir it yourself, we are tired. And in general, you can not count on the understanding of the bartender. In general, the language, at least international English, can be learned.
Half of the bowling alley and indoor pool presented turned out to be simply not working, and all 200 pieces of signs were not removed, except the last one at the entrance)) the name of the room was taped with black duct tape, winding three hundred circles around the hotel and reaching the end point you just remain shocked by this 👍🏼 why not glue all the signs immediately and not mislead the guests?!

I recommend you to visit!
We vacationed with three families with children in August 2024. Upon arrival, we got a little tired of the road 1.5 hours from Antalya airport. After registration, they offered to go to breakfast. We checked into a huge room next to the golf restaurant (I recommend choosing it a la carte) with a large balcony and views of the garden and the sea beyond. The rooms are clean, not new, but everything works. Towels, bathrobes, mini bar are all on level 5*
The territory is vast, so the study of the hotel has replaced trips to the city, the trouble is, it's a bit far. Friends took a car for a trip to Antalya's terra city and took a ride with them on the evening promenade to the Temple of Apollo in Side.
The staff is polite, helpful, helped with minor issues.
Friends from the femeli room in the voucher were settled in a two-storey room with a swimming pool and a hammam, generally top!
There is always enough space on the beach, there are no neighbors, so everyone has their own)
Ask them to tell a story about the owner, who now lives at work.
