An honest review of the first vacation with a small child in this place. I'll start from the beginning, the airport is certainly not 30 minutes away, as they say, it takes 50 minutes to drive if there are no traffic jams. Our vacation was 08/24/24. We arrived at 7-8 in the morning with full confidence that they would make us wait until 14 o'clock and only then they would check in, but no, they settled us right away, it was very nice that they met us halfway, given a tired 2-year-old child. The room was two-room, huge, about 80 sq.m. Everything is clean, linen, bathrobes, bath accessories are available, but it is immediately clear that the hotel was built in 2008. Cleaning the room and replenishing the bar daily, we did not have to ask to clean and change towels. The territory is insanely large but tired in places, withered palm trees and grass, stripped benches were also found. At the same time, it did not leave a negative. Entertainment for every taste and even more, alcohol flows like a river in bars, ice cream, juices, an insanely large selection of buffet dishes, but there is one thing, the dishes are designed for older children, the youngest child of 2 years did not eat anything except apples, broth and bread, this is a minus, they saved themselves with porridges brought with them. I want to mention the snack bar on the way to the sea, it has a special charm)))) the stomach will burst, but it is impossible to pass by the sweets))). I was pleased with the car rental service for a day, the price is adequate $ 70, the car was taken on the machine, well-groomed, clean, we had a great walk in the old town of Antalya, various shopping centers and returned back. It only took the presence of WU . Entertainment for children was available daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., baby sister service is also available. A 24-hour bar with European alcohol, a late dinner for those who like to eat after strong alcohol). We rested for a week and it wasn't enough to get around all the entertainment that is offered, we just didn't have time to go to the spa complex. I want to share an honest review with those who are considering this hotel for a vacation. This is not the first time I have been on vacation in Turkey, I always take 5*, there is something to compare with within this country.
Upon check-in, I asked for the quietest room possible. I was accommodated in room 1307 in the main building. Opposite was the door of those staff rooms that scurry back and forth 24/7, slamming the door, rattling the cleaning cart and talking loudly (the audibility from the room is as if it was shouted in your ear). She asked to be relocated after suffering for 2 nights.
The cleaning of the room is even funnier story. During the 7 nights of stay at the hotel, the bed linen was never changed (although it is indicated that the linen is changed 2 times / week). I asked at the reception, an hour later the cleaner came with a duvet cover. I say the sheets need to be changed too. He pretended that he did not know English and left. I contacted the Guest Relation. They said, OK, let's go to the shift room. I came back from dinner, the bed was untouched. I call them - they say they reported to us a photo that the bed was redone. In all my years of traveling, I have never come across such an attitude towards guests, or lying to their face. It's disgusting. I did not pay attention to the fact that the hotel is very dilapidated, the shower head is rusty, the furniture has crumbled and the fasteners have come out of it. But this is the first time that linen has not been changed in a 5* hotel. The towels themselves are very old, cheap, washed, stained after washing.
The hotel has overestimated itself. It's not a 5*. Even 3* in the UAE is distinguished by excellent service and room facilities.
I will give 5 points to this hotel for the green area (golf course)- that's what they really look after here. Also for dinners in the restaurant (breakfasts and lunches are more delicious in taste, quality and choice).
It is worth considering that the transfer from Antalya airport is 1.5 hours minimum - guests are taken to this hotel last, taking everyone away, because it is on the outskirts.
The beach is long, you can get away from vacationers, but without an awning and a sunbed. But enjoy the sea in silence.

The worst hotel, in a short time I have been to Turkey out of 5 times.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for a vacation. Let's take it in order:
1. The hotel is located on the outskirts, and we got to it for 2 hours (on the way we stopped at only 2 hotels for literally 5 minutes). Of these, 20 minutes were driving where the asphalt ended and drove along trails through the village.
2. The entrance group, the lobby is the most nondescript hotel and the entrance to it that I have seen. The lobby is the same way. There are sofas in the lobby with stains that no one has washed in 12 days of rest. One of the doors that leads from the lobby to several buildings creaked, and in 10 days no one could lubricate it! And people use it every minute.
3. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 12:00. We filled out a questionnaire, went to lunch, promised to prepare a room in an hour. Upon returning from lunch, the room was ready. That was the end of the positive aspects.
4. We were accommodated in a room that is located on the 1st floor relative to the ground, but on the 1st floor relative to the lobby, restaurant, etc. A room with a garden view. NEVER take it. These are terrible numbers. We came to rest with our one-year-old daughter, respectively, with a baby carriage. The bottom line is that there is no elevator. The descent is only by a spiral staircase. Or across the street, but there is no normal road from the room to the lobby, and accordingly there is no restaurant. And that's half the trouble. The whole room has tiles on the floor and they are icy. I don't know how to live in this room with a small child.
5. When booking and filling out the questionnaires, it was indicated that a cot for the baby would be needed. As a result, she wasn't there. After the repeated request, they brought it. It's as barely alive as the whole room.
6. I am sending all the photos and the claim to my agent, who sent me to "rest" here. He registers a claim for the tour. The operator. A day later, the hotel invites me to the guest service so that I can share with them what is wrong. I go, tell you everything, show you. I ask: "Well, how is it?" Answer: "I'm not deciding anything, I'll talk to the manager, I'll be back with the OS in a couple of hours." The only thing they said was, "what do you want, the hotel is 17 years old." By the way, I did not receive the OS from the guest service. NOTHING! to my question to them, what about the answer "they gave the answer to your tour agent". i.e., I am a client here, and they gave the answer to the agent, but they did not even say a word to me. By the way, they also just wrote an unsubscribe to the agent, and nothing sensible.
7. I demand to change the number. They change, give you a room, at the farthest point of the hotel, from which it takes 10 minutes to walk to the main restaurant, and 20 minutes to the sea (as if you live on the 2nd coast). The room is barely alive, how can I put clients in it at all - I have a huge question. I attached a photo of this number. You can't live in it at all. The sheet is all in coils, the shower is leaking, the closet with the mini bar has already leaked 100 times (the whole is swollen at the bottom). The socket is SEALED and held by self-tapping screws that are visible from the outside. Safe: we were afraid that it would not open, because it was screwed up with batteries. The wallpaper is moving away. All the floors are scratched, you can see how furniture was moved over them 10,000 times. And this is a 5 star hotel???
Somehow we spent the night in it, the next morning I go and demand to change the room, I am ready to pay extra, just to spend my vacation normally. As a result, with an additional payment of $ 150 for 10 nights, they move us to a room with a sea view (partially). This room is already much better, more pleasant. You can stay in it. The crib was also brought another one, much better than it was there. I.e., in order to live in a hotel more or less pleasantly, they had to pay + $ 150.
8. The room is large. That's the way it is. But it is extremely inconvenient. We are lucky - our child is still small, not so critical. What's the point - the room is a large rectangle that is simply divided by a wall with a huge opening without glass into a room and a bathroom. At the same time, the shower / bathroom itself also has glass partitions. That is, when someone takes a shower, all residents of the room see everything that happens in the shower! The toilet door is frosted, but it does not close. it was also inconvenient for us with a small child, because when the child is sleeping, you can't go to the bathroom / shower or to the toilet normally. Because there is no barrier in the form of a wall to light or sound. It seems that it is not always convenient to sit under a conder with a small child, and the room has a vent on the ceiling. But it didn't work... the floors in the room are already tired. Even right after cleaning the room, you had the impression that you were walking through the trash.
9. The door to the room was located exactly opposite the staff room, where the hotel staff gathered after cleaning. And this is just the time of the child's daytime sleep (15-16 hours). And they were perfectly audible in the room. The child's sleep was saved only by a speaker with white noise turned on. and even with her, the staff was perfectly audible. Again, through the guest service, they were asked to make a remark to the staff to be quiet and at least close the door to the corridor, but again they could not do anything. They asked for the second time, already the manager.. it helped for 1 day, then again the noise, hubbub, etc. This is the first hotel in my life where I get in the way! The staff who clean the rooms. You make a remark to them, ask them to close the door to themselves and be quiet - it helps for 20 minutes. The maintenance staff does not care deeply about you!
Once they asked me to bring dental kits at 10 a.m. Returning from the room by 8 p.m., nothing happened.
The do not disturb sign on the door means absolutely nothing in this hotel. Even if it's hanging - to replenish the mini-bar, that towels are brought - they just knock 2-3 times and come in! They locked themselves in once when we were changing in the room! The second time was when a child was sleeping in the room. If you want no one to come to you, close yourself from the inside, that's the only way. But the truth is that it won't save you from banging on the door.
The quality of the cleaning is disgusting. The floors were washed every other time and then not always. We're out of soap! For 11 days, the cleaner never thought about checking the amount of soap... On the call, it was replenished. The towel was also changed from time to time. If you're lucky.
10. The food is average, ordinary cuisine. There is practically no tasty meat. There is chicken in different types, turkey. There are many different types of pasta. Fish in different types.
11. Baby food - THERE IS NONE! What is written on the hotel's website, in the booklet, etc. It's all nonsense. There is a separate place where, like, children's food- but everything is the same there (90%) which is in the main restaurant. Absolutely. They just add baby plates and that's it. There is a separate place in the restaurant, allocated, where you can eat with children - the idea is cool, BUT - it seems that in 17 years of the hotel's existence, no one has ever washed the sofas that are standing there. They're dirty! therefore, no one is sitting there, everyone with children goes to the main hall.
12. The main restaurant itself - half of the chairs in the restaurant - are already badly worn and worn. Sometimes you get the impression that you are sitting on the toilet
13. The territory- yes, it's big, even without taking into account the golf course, it's still very big. And this is both a plus and a minus. Because the hotel does not have time to take care of her. The bridges on the main pool are all worn and scuffed. Needles from Christmas trees were constantly lying on the paths, which had already dried out, but for some reason they were not removed. There is a lot of burnt grass (by the sun), instead of a pleasant lawn. And it's all in the center of the hotel, near the main pool, without going into the depths. videos are attached to the review.
14. The beach is big. Stretched out. But since the hotel is large, it is still quite difficult to find free sun beds in the morning. After lunch, it's much freer. There is a short distance from the sunbeds to the sea, but the sand there is dirty (sticks, stones, etc.). It's not very pleasant to walk. The garbage at the sun beds is removed only from the trash cans. It was possible to find a cigarette butt quietly in the sand in the morning. The sand between the sunbeds and the hotel grounds is also all dirty, in sticks, etc. As a result, he cut his leg open near the playground.
15. Only the reception and the guest service speak Russian at the hotel (although it is stupid, they can't solve anything properly anyway). Not a single bartender speaks Russian. Even in the Lobby, the bartenders do not know Russian. But at the same time, there are no questions for the bar. They are friendly, they do everything they could ask for. I love the negroni cocktail, it is made easily, but it is not in the main map of the bar (it is ok), at my request and the recipe they made it. Imported alcohol is only available in the LOBBY. they pour it without any problems. Tequila is also available only in the lobby.
16. I will return to the work of the guest service once again. This is the most disgusting customer service that can be. They listen amiably, but they don't decide anything! I have already written about the fact that they could not convey comments about the silence to the hotel staff. so also - through the app at 10 am! (yes, the hotel has its own application) I make 3 requests. Clean the room, bring a pillow, replenish the mini bar (because for some reason they did not replenish it the previous day, this is the norm for them). I return to the room in 2 hours. It is cleaned (most likely a coincidence), the pillow was brought (HOORAY!), the mini bar is not replenished. After 40 minutes I go to lunch, the time is 12:40, I go to the guest service - I ask you to replenish the mini-bar within an hour, because from 14:00 a child will sleep in my room, and I will not let anyone in. at 13:50 I return to the room - the mini-bar is not replenished. I put the child down, at 14:15 an employee comes to my room and enters to replenish the mini-bar!!! At the same time, there is a do not disturb sign on the door!!! I don't let him in, I point at the sign, he shows me that he has a request for replenishment in the chat. ATTENTION - he received the application at 13:45 (an HOUR after I asked) and he came at 14:15 and was not confused that 30 minutes had already passed and the sign on the door might be relevant! in the end, I sent him and again I was left without water cups (YES! they are DISPOSABLE in the room!!!).
17. Playgrounds. one playground is installed on the beach, on the sand. it is under a canopy, but not always (depending on the sun). He's fine. There is a second playground inside the territory... BUT I got the impression that the hotel had forgotten about her... There's a nice town set up there, but it's all overgrown with grass. To climb the slide, the child needs to climb through the grass to his height! Therefore, no one uses this slide.

We flew to Turkey with Corendon. Drinks (water, tea and coffee) were served on board, and a roll with cheese was given. If you are flying with children, then stock up on food :) We took an individual transfer, we got there in 40 minutes. The hotel is huge, settled in a small one (2222) with a sea view and noise from animation and disco. We paid for a room for three, and settled in a double room. I was vacationing with the children, so I asked to be moved to another room. They showed the room "in the middle of nowhere" and said that there were no more rooms. Europeans and Turks live in the main building, of course "in quiet rooms". Zulfiya, a representative of the Fun and Sun tour operator, helped with the room change. We checked into room 7104. - There are ants and high humidity in the room. + The room has a bathtub, a shower, a large terrace, and a dryer.
The minibar is replenished every day (free of charge). Soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel.
Of the advantages:
- swimming pools,
delicious food,
dryer in the room (not all!)
- the staff (waiters, cleaners and porters) are friendly and pleasant people.
- a large and beautiful territory, birds sing and owls hoot.
Of the cons:
- the hotel is so huge that it is difficult to navigate and find something.
- the room stock is old (but they try to keep everything in working order),
- poorly (not cleanly) cleaned,
- old towels, bed linen and bathrobes.
- Indifference at the reception (not friendly, not polite).
- the beach is dirty, the sand is not cleaned.
- Lack of a dress code in the restaurant. People come even in wet swimsuits. Eating and looking at them is not very pleasant.
I will not go to this hotel a second time and I will not recommend it to my friends.
If you decide, then my advice is to go to a fish restaurant. The kitchen is disgusting (how can you cook fish so badly?!), (the lettuce leaves were with maggots!, but the waiter wasn't even surprised when I showed them to him), but the view of the golf course, the sea and a beautiful order makes up for it in full!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2019 before the pandemic. The ticket was snatched at a very great price. The hotel is located in Belek on the very edge of the district. There is nothing nearby, it is quiet and peaceful. The golf courses are gorgeous. We had a family vacation with 2 vz and 2 children. I was surprised by the animation. They entertained every day. There is always something new and large-scale in the evenings. These are not ordinary hotels. Because of this, the hotel is in my personal top. The food is diverse. Alcohol is imported. There are many pools, and the slides are interesting, but few. The concept of the hotel is not for children, but it is also aimed at children. The shows are good. The rooms are standard without any frills. The staff is responsive if you throw in a couple of green papers, then they will just be smart and wear whatever you want ..) but even without the paperwork, everything is decent. The beach is sandy and it is gorgeous. There are turtles. They go out at night. Very healthy.. At night, there is a whole hunt of tourists to see them. Will I return to this hotel? I don't even doubt it. I rarely recommend anything, but I recommend this hotel.

We have been to this hotel 3 times, we liked everything. 1.) Quiet, no city noise and no hotels in the neighborhood. 2.) delicious and a lot of food, it's impossible to try everything 3.) there is a lot of entertainment for children and favorite animators 4.) we rested in family rooms with access to the pool from the room and in the villa, this is of course paradise, the sea is warm. We will definitely come again. R.S. The hotel was mesmerized at first sight!!!
Starting with the reception in the reception area, I felt like a princess, to whom the staff gives care. The room is huge , comfortable , and cozy . The views , you can 't take your eyes off !!!! The endless expanse of the sea. The beach is a separate fairy tale, it is endless. The sea is warm and inviting. Food and drinks are varied. Everything is so delicious that it is difficult to restrain yourself. The territory is huge, I did not have time to explore everything in 10 days, unfortunately) I will return to the hotel with great pleasure. By the way, there are rooms with a swimming pool in the room, as well as a villa with its own cozy territory. And it's all 2 steps from the amazing sea.!

An old hotel with a larger area. A big plus (for someone a big minus) is the privacy of the hotel. There is a huge territory,
there can be a decent distance from the room to the beach, while the hotel and the sea are not separated by anything. The sea is available around the clock. There is no one around, no bracelets, kilometers of beach. The hotel itself is tired, as it pulls on a solid three stars. I liked.

This is my best vacation ever!
I chose the hotel based on reviews, and I can confirm that all the good reviews are true!
Such a beautiful hotel with a good restaurant (there is a really large selection, even for vegetarians like me, I really liked this amazing cuisine, especially desserts), the staff is also very friendly and attentive, they really helped us have a good time. The people from the office (who work with the guests) also gave us pleasure!
The entertainment programs are fun and definitely won't make you bored.
I will definitely come to this hotel again and again in the future :)

The hotel is not bad in appearance, there is nothing inside either, but the disgusting room spoiled the whole impression. The deluxe room, but I can't call it that, everything was shabby, it smelled damp, the tables were worn, the board was sticking out of the refrigerator and it was dirty, spiders and cockroaches were running around the room. The food is good, the beach is clean, the pool is also clean, but it doesn't pull for 5*. It was from June 26 to July 2.

From the pros:
We settled a little earlier for two hours (for an additional fee) 👍 all questions are easy to solve, very friendly, attentive staff.
Unreal, huge territory at the hotel, nature is everywhere, very beautiful, it is clear that the territory is being taken care of.
The beach is big, you can get away from everyone. There are pebbles and sand, the entrance to the sea is cool, there are places where a little bit of pebbles, pass it and fine sand begins.
Places on the sun beds can also always be found at any time, there are so many places around the pools, there are enough for everyone.
Food! A separate topic, you can talk about it endlessly! Everything is very tasty, yes, it happened that some food was over-salted, but in general everything is super, the choice of food is great. The most important thing is that there is always something to eat for young children. Every day there is some kind of theme at the restaurant: Italian, Turkish, etc. even sushi was (although it's hard to call them delicious and dry)), shrimp got once in 7 days. And what kind of pastries are there in the morning ❤️ puff pies are just a fairy tale 🫶
For kids in the morning there is a huge selection of porridge with milk, there are also their favorite French fries. Ice cream is constantly given, even if you eat all day.
Near the beach at lunch they baked tortillas and pizza.
Clean pools, even babies were bathed in them, thank God no one was sick afterwards, they were very afraid of catching rotovirus and thought that we would bypass the pools, then they saw that the children were all right and calmly bathed too.
There are quiet rooms, we asked to move us to a place where it's quiet and you can't hear all the parties, we were given such a room, for which we thank them very much, we slept in silence. By the way, in our room the walls were thick and we didn't hear the neighbors either, although everyone with children was nearby.
The rooms were cleaned well, there used to be some kind of shift, apparently, the floors were washed badly, in general everything is fine. The bed was changed twice, towels were clean every day, the bar was replenished every day.
A huge plus for those who have small children, the hotel provides a stroller for free. So as not to carry the child in your arms. But they are quickly disassembled, don't count on it too much.
Now about the cons:
Mosquitoes. If the remedy helped in the room, we plugged a thing into the mosquito outlet before going to bed, then in the restaurant, while you were sitting eating, they bit 😒you need to take the spray with you.
Flies, they have already been written about, bite on the beach! But we were ready for this, after all, nature is around.
In some buildings there is a terrible stench in the corridors, we need to do something about it, we were lucky, we lived in a normal building, we didn't smell like that and everything was clean.
And the biggest disadvantage is that everyone who has been to this hotel knows a toy shop near the restaurant, so they give the wrong change there. And it's not like they made a mistake, it was obvious that this was not the first time they were doing this, unfortunately we noticed it before leaving. Apparently they use it because people don't understand how much they have to give back with euros, but they give it in lira. This moment greatly spoiled the impression👎 it is clear that they are tenants, they have nothing to do with the hotel, but still unpleasant)
In general, we had a great rest, I recommend the hotel, especially with children 👍
The hotel may require renovation, but it did not interfere with our rest in any way, the main thing is clean and delicious ☺️

We had a family vacation from 7 to 10/17/12. In general, we really liked the hotel, not for the discerning public, of course).
Transfer: the minibus for 2 families was pleased, however, another family was brought first, therefore they arrived at their hotel after 1h 20min. To our surprise, the room was ready, for which thank you very much! They gave me 2 key cards.
The room in the 7th building is huge, one-room on the 1st floor with a terrace and access to the territory of the green hills - very picturesque; with a huge bathroom and shower. The 2nd terrace from the bathroom is closed because the wooden flooring needs to be repaired. But we weren't interested in her. The room has a refreshing renovation (non-capital), all the necessary large-sized furniture, an old TV without USB, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers for linen! There was no drying for laundry, which was reported to guest relations and received after 3 hours. It's a pity they didn't take fumigators, there are mosquitoes, but I didn't want to sleep with air conditioning and a closed balcony door. All buildings are connected by corridors, it is easy to get confused, but there are signs. We walked down the street from our far building, about 5-7 minutes to the reception and then another 4 minutes. to the main restaurant (stairs on the way are only there, but there are elevators for those with strollers).
The beach and the sea are excellent, with sand and a slight strip of pebbles at the entrance to the sea. Of course, there were no more turtles and clutches, we should come in July. The beach chairs are plastic, without mattresses mostly, but someone found them too). There is always enough space. There is a playground for the little ones. There are 2 rescuers on duty all the time, a cleaner walks around. You can retire and swim alone, the beach strip allows.
The territory is large, well-groomed, with pine trees and beautiful plants, many birds, lizards and hungry cats. You can retire without problems, or you can be in the thick of things and participate in activities.
Pools- there are many of them, different, clean. There are few cheesecakes, and two extreme slides (yellow and green) with minimal water pressure, even for children who just crawl to the end on their own.
Activities: golf (for a fee), lawn or table tennis, aqua aerobics, volleyball, bocce, darts, zumba, crossbow, water polo, billiards (for a fee), gyms, board games were not interested. We enjoyed nature and relaxation. Once there was a bowling alley in the hotel (judging by the taped signs), it would be nice to restore it. In the evening, there were excellent shows (there were even children's shows a couple of times, in addition to a children's mini-disco) with invited artists and troupes, of course not every day, but often alternated with discos. Their location is also different - not far from the sea or in the amphitheater (from it to our building it is very close to walk down the street).
The food in the main restaurant is good, we were quite satisfied, we almost always found a free table, once we went outside for lunch. There were a lot of sweets, even strawberries with cream. Ice cream is served from 14 to 16h in the pastry shop and for dinner it is mandatory. The pastry shop (from the stairs to the right) is next to the tea and coffee bar, but it has minimal choice and is almost always deserted there. They did not go to Ala kart restaurants, although many praised the fish and Italian. Alcohol is different in bars, if you like it stronger, go to the bar next to the reception; alcoholic cocktails are not all good, but the choice is not bad; for children - milkshakes (chocolate, strawberry, melon), ice coffee.
The children's club is located next to the amphitheater on the upper level, quite spacious, interestingly filled, a large number of animator girls. Although my children are already big, they participated in his events a couple of times.
Staff. As for the cleaning of the room, it was daily, without tips, even the change of bed linen and towels was very often carried out, the bar was replenished on time, but the floors are of course a pain: they are not washed or swept. It's good that there were disposable slippers.
In the restaurant, the waiters are mostly friendly, come up, bring drinks, quickly clean the tables, of course there are avrals at dinner.

Just about the cons - the hotel is really "tired", furniture, bathrooms, but everything is clean and well maintained, it does not bother. The location of the hotel is far from all retail outlets, see the map. If you like to go shopping in the evening, it definitely won't suit you.

The territory on 5+++++ for any age, there are many shadow zones, very green. The room was taken with a sea view, very cool, for 3, 1 adult, children 19 years old,11 years old, a large loggia, comfortable armchairs, sun beds, spacious. We are happy with the food, for every taste, meat (chicken, beef, fish), a lot of salads, desserts, fruits. In general, the kitchen is a top. There is a swimming pool, there is enough space for everyone to swim and this is not a joke, there are many of them throughout the territory, water slides are suitable for visits by both adults and children. Beach: sand, large coastline, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to get up at 5 am))) smooth entry into the sea, and a wide line where you can swim not at depth. Rescuers are always on site. Animation: standard set - bocce, darts, water aerobics, etc. In the evening, the programs are very good (4ka), both for adults and children. There are many Russians, but the international dilutes them. In general, I liked the hotel, we will have the opportunity to come again. We rested at the end of August, beginning of September 2022.

A great hotel for families with children! A huge green area, which is impossible to get around for a rest, but the staff will be happy to take you on a golf cart and take pictures in beautiful places, and also conduct a small tour. Varied food, themed dinner every evening, once we went to dinner by the sea - it was very cool, live music, service like in the best restaurant, sunset, the sound of the sea. The beach strip is very wide, there are enough sun beds for everyone, fine sand, no hotels nearby, and a pleasant bonus is the turtle reserve nearby. There are moments that are not negative, but rather controversial, there are unpleasant moments, but there are not many of them, the main disadvantage is that they are bottled under the guise of good alcohol (bad), or rather local) and the remoteness of the hotel from any infrastructure facilities. But it's all so-so, in particular, we were with the company and we were prepared, we took a close look at the dutik. Pros, this is of course the hotel itself, it is not new but very interesting in terms of architecture. The hotel is not bad, it is located far from infrastructure and settlements, a large coastline with a sandy beach, the sea is clean. We lived in a two-room room with a family for two weeks:grandfather, grandmother, daughter, grandson and granddaughter. A good water park, works by the hour, there are many pools on the territory for every taste and height. The food is not bad, the choice is huge. I liked the animation for children, something new every day. We lived from May 29 to June 13, the sea is +30, I don't want to get out of the water.

I am resting here from 22.10 - 02.11, so I will add more, but so far this is the worst hotel in all my travels:
- the rooms are dead, not tired, as it is written in the reviews (see photo)
- the ventilation grille was probably not removed from the opening (see photo)
- the condors work only in the evening, they were bombarded with applications through the application and calls to the reception as a result, they received an answer - everywhere works only in the evening and at night - changing the number will not save!
- the location is not good, there is nothing nearby! It is better not to comment on the price tag of stores on the territory!))
By the way, the photos were taken on arrival, this is how a 5-star hotel meets!
- there is no promised animation for children, disco at 20:30 for children with the same tracks in the same sequence is tin!
Now about the pros:
- the entrance to the sea is great for children (there are pebbles, but it does not interfere so much)
- water slides on site;
- a huge number of pools (the water is really cold);

I have been traveling to Turkey for 20 years. Each time to different 5* hotels, so I certainly have something to compare with. I have long wanted to come to this hotel, look at its scale and the endless beach. I read the reviews. Some were just sooo scary, but realizing that there were no friends for taste and color, they chose this hotel anyway. I was there with my daughter for 15 years and 2 weeks. Nothing that I've read is terrible is there!
It takes 50 minutes-an hour to drive from the airport. We were the first to be delivered, and the last to be picked up.
The hotel is very large, very beautiful and clean. It smells nice everywhere: at the reception, in the toilets, in the corridors (I read about the terrible stench).
The rooms are spacious and unusual, as is the hotel itself. We had a room in the main building on the 2nd floor with a huge balcony and access to the pool. The cleaning is good and every day, change of towels too. The bed linen was changed. The mini bar was replenished every day.
The territory and the beach are well maintained, there is no garbage lying around anywhere.
No hotel has such a beach, that's for sure! It's really endless. It's great to walk along the sea in the morning when it's not hot yet. We reached the river (it is on the right, if you look at the sea), which flows from the mountains and flows into the sea. The river is fresh and cold.
There are many traces of carriage-carriage turtles on the sand, but unfortunately we never saw them. We were told that they come out of the sea around 3-4 o'clock in the morning.
Cocktails in bars are delicious (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), especially in the lobby bar.
We always ate in the 16+ room: good waiters, always clean, served, not noisy. There is sooo much food (we haven't tried everything in 2 weeks) and everything is delicious! Several types of pasta, soups, pastries, grilled (fish, lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables), various side dishes, vegetables, herbs. Everything is fresh! All kinds of fruits, lots of desserts, awesome baklava!!! Near the beach, from 12 to 16 o'clock, they bake delicious gozleme and pizza, next to shawarma and burgers. Ice cream is served from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is also served at dinner. Delicious sushi in the sushi bar from 14.30 to 18 hours.
We were at the ala-carte Mexican restaurant. The food is just on the level of a good restaurant in Moscow! I advise you to go.
By the way, after 2 weeks of eating such a large amount of food, we did not get better)) because the hotel is big, there is a place to go and take off everything)))) plus the sea, plus slides, plus water aerobics 😊

Good time of the day! We had a family vacation with two children aged 7 and 12 from June 12 to 22, 2023. We have read a lot of reviews, a lot of negative ones, there are good ones - and I will say this: both have a place to be. I must say right away - we drove with a great mood and it was very difficult to upset us.Now in order:
The BEACH is beautiful to me! Endless, sandy, at the entrance to the sea there is a strip of pebbles, then sand. There is no depth, almost everywhere you can walk up to your chest for a long time, for children it's the best! A little algae and natural debris do not spoil the impression, the beach is cleaned. There are enough sun beds, mats on top of the sun beds, like tourist ones, are soft and comfortable.
The ROOM - we were lucky, the room was given in the main building. Only instead of a double bed, they moved 2 smaller beds to us, but not critically. The balcony is small, for 2 people. There was no clothes dryer, bathrobes and a mosquito fumigator - they asked us to bring everything to the room. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges, a fumigator is necessary. The linen has not been changed in 10 days, not once. There was no cleaning, the minibar and bathroom accessories were replenished regularly. In general, the room is normal, it is clear that everything is not new, but it works properly.
POOLS - there are several of them. For kids it is very shallow, for children a little older with slides - up to about 6 years old, for even older children the depth is greater (from 7 to 9 years old), and adult pools are 140 cm deep. It's very cool, for all ages, it's better to take sun beds by the pools early, we went at 7 in the morning, then maybe not enough. They don 't clean them very well either .
THE RESTAURANT is delicious, varied, no one will definitely stay hungry, BUT comparing with the other five I can say that it could have been better, there are not very clean dishes, the staff does not have time to clean the tables, they used to wait for a table to be available, the restaurant is large, but sometimes there are not enough places. The food is of high quality.
The water park has 5 slides, the opening hours are not very convenient for children. From 10 to 12 and from 14.00 to 16.00. The hottest. But the children liked the slides, they rolled.
THE territory is large, they take care of it as best they can, it's nice to walk.

We were at this hotel from 06-18 September. I really liked the hotel. This hotel was once very noisy and it was impossible to get there. Those people who write negative reviews, I can say that they would not have had enough money for it 10 years ago. It was luxurious. But even now there are all the signs of "former luxury". It's just that the hotel is a little "tired". Of course, huge investments are required, which are difficult to find in such a difficult inflationary period for Turkey. But it affected our luxury vacation.
A huge territory. .Lots of greenery. golf courses, the whole territory and you can't go around for your vacation.
We swam a lot. The sea is the purest.. The entrance is beautiful. Lots of sun beds. For
me, swimming is the most important thing, so we chose it very carefully according to this criterion. we usually swim further than buoys in other countries. No one here expressed dissatisfaction about this. We were happy.
The beach is huge, and turtles lay eggs there. On the last day, together with the volunteers, I had a chance to see a hatched turtle.
The room was given in a distant building, but this was not a minus: every day 1200 steps to the beach was a good warm-up for us before swimming. We cleaned every day, for which many thanks to Ramadan and the bar waiter Murat. Everything was well cleaned at the time and the bar was replenished every day.
They ate their appetites and went to the hall 16+, where there were no children and they could sit in relative silence. And for this, many thanks to the hotel administration.
The food is varied. Seafood was also given . and the beef tongue and fresh figs, And even about sweets is a separate conversation. For lovers of sweets . this is paradise. We were very well served by the waiters - Betul, Murat and Divan.
The animation was also on the level. there were themed evenings, discos until 1 a.m. every day. We also shot with a rifle and a bow.

The animation is excellent, unobtrusive, but of good quality. Personally, we used gymnastics, minidisko and a kids' club. There are a lot of animators in the children's club, but there is no interest in entertaining children. They suggest, then the child decides for himself whether he will glue, cut, draw or fool around)) Nature and vegetation in this place are above all praise, admire the golf courses, the endless beach, well-groomed plants on the territory just do not have enough eyes)) If you want to buy something, then this is not an option, the hotel is located a little far away, you need to take a taxi to the nearest town about 30 minutes. To be honest, it's so good here that I don't want to go anywhere)

The journey from the airport took no more than an hour.
We settled in relatively quickly, considering that it took a long time to choose a room.
The food is good, no one has ever been poisoned, relatively varied for dinner / lunch. The area is nice and green.
The two—storey room 3312 above the lobby is good, very good :))) WiFi is perfectly available in the room.
Good children's animation, the kids liked the mini club.
The sea and pools are clean, you can always find a sunbed.
The lobby bar has good alcohol-Bacardi, Olmeca, aperol.
The children liked the water park, it works from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17, the opening hours of the mini club are the same.
