Good location and good size room, and a great breakfast place. We stayed on the 4th floor in a great size room with a good bathroom and a balcony. There were some concerns though, mainly due to their credit card system and their "bed."
Their card system did not accept US based Visa, Mastercard or other cards. They did attempt to run the cards but failed to connect, yet my Visa phone app did not even register the swipe. Strange how the card did work at a store right across the street and many other stores, restaurants, and a hotel around the area. That means their system is not connected or they are using a bank that does not like US currency, or tourists. You must have cash, so make sure to get cash before going to the hotel. The other concern was with what they call "bed." Room 402 has 3 BOXSPRINGS with a bed sheet to sleep on. I cannot understand WHY would anyone have this for a bed in a hotel, where clients go to rest and relax. We spent three nights there only because we had to wait for another hotel to have availability, a rather inconvenient situation. And for the last morning, I went downstairs for a quick workout so I can get my hurting back, back to normal, only to find out the treadmill not working, the exercise bike in need of service and finally the worst inconvenience: the pool/sauna area. I went to check the area, loved the look, got my wife from upstairs with our bathing suits and went down again, only to find the door locked and the lights out. The room key did not unlock the door, and I was not about to walk to the front desk in my robe at 8 AM!
Overall, good location, good size rooms and breakfast but make sure you carry cash, forget about the workout and pool/sauna area, and get ready for the most uncomfortable sleep of your life. I have to add that my wife offered to sleep on the rug in front of the beds, but somehow I did not feel like it. Without these concerns I would rate this higher but if a client has to ask for all these to be fixed then this place might, just might, need to get a real manager to run it.
I would give this hotel 4 stars. It is located in the beautiful central district of Tashkent. Clean, beautiful, everything is in good condition. Hearty breakfasts in the restaurant on the ground floor. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, bathrobes. Sneakers and toothbrushes are changed every day, which I consider unnecessary. The staff is good. The overall impression is extremely favorable.
I liked the hotel as a whole. Many attractions can be reached on foot, there are several restaurants nearby (for some reason, sushi and rolls mostly) and grocery stores. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaned every day, water is supplied.
The suite is spacious, but there are a few drawbacks. Most of all, the lack of an outlet for the kettle was infuriating, they boiled water on the bedside table.
The hotel corresponds to the 3-star level: the room stock is tired, but everything is clean, the room layout surprised you. You go into any room from economy to suite and immediately have a bed, you sleep close to the door, the location of the hotel corresponds to the cost, compensates for the low cost of a taxi to the center, the reception staff is friendly and tactful, regarding breakfast: honestly, it would be better the cost of the stay was lower, but there was no breakfast, a very limited selection of dishes, everything was cold, the cafe staff did not speak Russian or English
Everything is great, starting from the location, almost the city center, a very cozy, clean hotel, the room has everything you need. Bathrobes, slippers, detergents, toothbrush and toothpaste. The rooms are clean, the plumbing is good. Friendly staff. Decent breakfasts. Recommend
I didn't find any disadvantages. There is a sauna open until 22h. Located 15min from Next Shopping Center and Magic City Amusement Park. The staff is responsive, solves all issues. Wi-Fi works great. The cleanliness in the hotel is perfect. The food at the breakfasts is good, there is a choice. The coffee is great. I recommend
We stayed for two nights. The rooms are clean. The staff is polite, the breakfasts are European. Very tasty vegetables and fruits in abundance. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is a 20-minute walk to a popular place for walking and public catering. You can walk and eat in the Magic City center. Enjoy your stay.
We spent one night at the hotel. We took two rooms, there should have been two standard double rooms, but we were given one of the family rooms (one large bed and one standard) - a great view of the city, a gorgeous balcony, but with the windows open it's a bit noisy. The rooms have air conditioning, hairdryer, toothbrushes with toothpaste, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel. The furniture is good, the family room was decorated with great taste.
Breakfast is a buffet, you can order coffee in the room, there are flour desserts in the assortment, everything is delicious.
We stayed at this hotel from the 8th to the 15th of May. Very convenient location, Central Shopping Center, Cosmonauts metro station is 20 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Polite staff, checked in before 14.00. Daily cleaning, water, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Tea, coffee, and sugar were regularly replenished in the room. Decent breakfasts, lots of pastries, the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, you can order lunch and dinner, there is a small assortment on the menu, but everything is fresh and delicious. There are a lot of foreigners, but there were no problems with communication. The guys at the reception speak Russian and English. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Pleasant hotel, good condition, reasonable price, interesting and informative breakfasts. The location is convenient! The nearest COSMONAUTS metro station is two kilometers away. Cleanliness, comfort, compactness. There is everything you need.
Worthy. Clear. Pleasant and correct staff. The breakfast is varied. The location is excellent. TV is modern with android. Quietly. I liked the placement. I can recommend it for a family vacation.
Good location of the hotel, everything is nearby. It's a beautiful restaurant. A fairly varied breakfast. The room is too small for me and it's not very comfortable sleeping right in front of the door. The room is clean and has everything you need.
Clean, spacious rooms, pleasant staff. Room cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee were constantly updated. The refrigerator is quite large for hotels, which is especially pleasing. We will return once again with pleasure to this hotel.
The location is convenient. There is a gym and a swimming pool, not a big one, but who cares.
The rooms are clean, comfortable,. A good breakfast. The reception is always ready to help. There is a currency exchange ATM inside.
I really liked it! Clean, cozy. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room has everything you need. The breakfast is delicious, a variety of dishes. We will be happy to stay here if we come))
The hotel is nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and friendly. Cleaning every day. It's all clear. Conditioner. The only thing is that not every room has YouTube on its TV. There is no Russian television!
A wonderful hotel! We spent 3 nights here. Good breakfasts, clean linen, fresh repairs, everything worked. Slippers, a bathrobe, a lot of towels: it's supposed to be. The only thing is, well, sooooo small rooms. Literally 9 meters for two. But we weren't sitting in the room, so we were OK. Otherwise, everything is fine. A 10-minute metro station, opposite a grocery store. Money is changed at the reception.
The hotel is well located, a 10-minute free walk to Shota Rustaveli street, where there are many delicious establishments, a 1-minute walk to the supermarket basket, the hotel has an excellent restaurant - tasty and not expensive.
Cons of the hotel - there is no ramp for strollers and suitcases
- tasteless breakfasts, no coffee machine freely available - few appliances for distribution
- there are no two room keys
- the extractor hood in the bathroom does not work, so the smell of wet towels that dry very badly immediately appears
- the towel dryer does not work
- room cleaning in the afternoon - if you are with a child and you have a lunch nap in the room, then your room will be cleaned only in the evening - for what reason this situation is not very clear
- the plaster under the window sill is peeling off in the room, it is necessary to refresh the pillows and the bedspread
I liked the hotel! Clean, nice, cozy and comfortable. The rooms have everything for comfort. The staff is all very friendly and courteous. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious.
It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean. Good, delicious breakfasts. A cozy restaurant at the hotel. Helpful reception staff. There are grocery stores nearby.
A nice new hotel, air conditioning is quiet, cleaning is daily. Excellent breakfast with local products and fruits. Very friendly staff, suggested restaurants nearby, prepared a breakfast lunch box at early check-out. There are several grocery stores right across the street. I have the warmest memories of the hotel and Tashkent in general. 🫶🏻
I'm a little disappointed with this hotel. Of the advantages, I can note the convenient location relative to the airport and urban locations; a quiet and peaceful street, but there are good restaurants nearby for dinner; you can change currency and buy a SIM card at the hotel. Of the minuses, I note the tasteless breakfast, it seems banal like everywhere else, but everything is stale, dried and stale. I would like to note the moment that the group warned about early departure the day before, the administrator said that breakfast would be served even half an hour earlier than the stated time, but in fact there was neither coffee nor a boiled kettle for tea. This is a failure 🤦🏼♀️
A good hotel, clean, quick registration, responsive staff - quickly resolve all issues. I liked the buffet breakfast. ATM for cash withdrawal at the entrance.
A wonderful hotel. I recommend it to everyone. Very conveniently located, delicious breakfasts, which is very important for a business trip, the staff speaks Russian. The attitude towards the guests is excellent.
We took a double room. Clean, stylish, but the room is very small, the bed is very hard, the pillows are uncomfortable.
The breakfast is a buffet, very simple, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is polite and helpful.
The room was cleaned every day, water and coffee were brought.
A gorgeous "facade", but inside everything is not so good. The main disadvantage is that the door to the room from the corridor has no sound insulation, and there is also no threshold, so there is a gap of a couple of centimeters. The audibility is stupid, but still they are making noise in the corridors. There is no safe in the room, there are only 2 hangers for two in the closet. The air conditioner wasn't working in our room, it kind of turned on, but it wasn't blowing anything. Spending the night between cities is fine, but living for a few days is difficult.
Spending the night is fine. Convenient for clogging up guides in the morning! Places to eat are within walking distance. The breakfasts are not very good compared to other hotels in Uzbekistan.
I didn't expect it!!!
We were on a one-night stand-a connecting flight, a small child, so as not to sit at the airport.
Very polite, hospitable staff! A cozy entrance hall, an amazingly beautiful floor in the hallway on the floor, a large, clean room with a balcony! A round table in the middle- we were able to have a quick snack (it was late, but hooray- there is a convenience store nearby - the prices are affordable, the freshest fried chicken, hot tortillas, ice coffee- despite the late hour! )
The breakfast is quite varied -especially delicious vegetable salads and pizza pie) .
Shortly.. I didn't expect anything from Tashkent, but I wanted to come again! Because the first impression was made by the guys from the reception at the hotel! Their attention and professional ethics!
There was probably a reason why there were many families with children in the hotel, including small ones!
Thanks to the hotel, or rather to the people who create its atmosphere, keep it clean, and cook delicious food! In fact, it was here that the doors to the beautiful southern city were hospitably opened to me, where I want to return! Let's stop here again, of course!
Thanks!!!
Great hotel. All conditions are provided- refrigerator, TV (if necessary), air conditioning, shower, toilet. There is an all-inclusive restaurant on the 1st floor. A delicious, varied breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel from 24.09 - 2.10.2024. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are nice, clean, and cozy. The breakfasts are good. There is a fitness room. The location of the hotel is excellent. We recommend it!
In general, you can put 4, the room was well renovated. The furniture is new, nice. But the mattress on the bed and the sofa are unrealistically hard.If you sleep here for more than one night, it's uncomfortable.
The bathrobe and towels are too yellow, and there are plenty of bleaching products.
Nice hotel, clean room. It is conveniently located. The breakfast is buffet style, everything is delicious. The staff is friendly, the administrator told us what is nearby, where to change the currency.
The reception is 5+, the rooms are good, but there is trouble with the sewer, the water in the shower did not leave in our room, they asked to fix it, but apparently they did not understand us, the breakfasts are for 3, clean, the beds are comfortable. It's generally fine
A great hotel, not far from the embankment, within walking distance, there is an elevator, there are ATMs in the lobby, but the world does not accept cards

A nice hotel in the city center, the room is clean, the rooms are different in size, a good breakfast in the morning, and a delicious barbecue is served there for lunch. Tashkent has the best shish kebab I've ever tasted, small sticks, delicious and neat pieces of shish kebab on them, while almost everywhere this shish kebab has a unique similar taste...
I definitely recommend this hotel.
One situation happened to us, but the hotel staff successfully resolved everything. In the hotel restaurant, we accidentally paid in Russian rubles instead of soums, but they returned it to us and transferred it to Russia, which is very pleasant. The employees are worried about their reputation, which is very nice.
A good option for 1-2 nights. 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby there are shops, parks, restaurants of delicious national cuisine, metro. Fresh renovation, nice decoration. Clean bright rooms. New bed linen. Disposable hygiene kits in the bathroom. Powerful and quiet air conditioner. Nice staff. One of the wishes is to make breakfast a little more varied. And to set up a treadmill in the gym (in which there are no windows or hoods).
I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The room is clean, the breakfasts are good (you won't stay hungry even with children) the location of the hotel is also good, everything is nearby.
A great place to stay, close to the center. The guys at the reception are friendly, they will explain everything, they can also urgently exchange currency for local bags. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, the room is quite spacious, with many windows, which allowed us to ventilate the room through.
Of the cons (rather a wish): to diversify breakfast (pastries are clearly not fresh, but if you take porridge, scrambled eggs and salads, then it is quite suitable), as well as to make ventilation in the gym and add barbells with weights there, they were very lacking
Great hotel, I liked everything. Clean, cozy, kind and helpful staff. The room had air conditioning, shower. Excellent location from the center. I recommend it!!!
Convenient location, attentive staff, interesting breakfasts. And in general, I really liked it, I always hope to stay with you when visiting your capital. Thanks for the service.
A hotel where it is very difficult to find fault with something. The most polite, helpful staff, ready to help with any problem, most often not even related to accommodation. For example, with the exchange of currency or rubles, calling a taxi or a tip from a restaurant.
