One of the most amazing hotels in Tashkent that I've been to
We arrived, said that we had booked by booking, and asked for our passports. After 5 minutes, they asked if I was a local, if so, then I need to be married if one of the residents is local (from Uzbekistan). Further, after our indignation, this "administrator" went to the head to clarify the details. He returned and silently issued it.
There was no escort to the room, they just announced all the conditions in 10 seconds and at that we had to go on our own with our suitcases.
Surprisingly, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The mattress is hard, it should be taken into account for people who are used to a soft home bed.
And the last straw — the fiscal receipt through which 1% cashback is given from any purchase was printed out in advance and registered to another phone number, which made us very angry! 😒
A compact, cozy hotel. We spent the night in a Suite, 2nd floor with a balcony, the door to which did not close, while there was also a handle outside. Breakfast for three, there were no seasonal fruits. Swimming pool, sauna and gym for an additional fee. Payment, $ 20 per room per hour.
In general, a good hotel, a good breakfast. Minus for uncomfortable beds, very hard mattresses. As I understood it, there is a problem with mattresses in many hotels in Uzbekistan.
The hotel is small, located in a quiet location. The breakfasts are good, you can have dinner for a fee. The room is standard, water, coffee, tea, toothbrush paste, gel, shampoo, soap and cute white slippers.
The mattresses are hard, the pillows are so old that there is almost no filler + stains in them. The breakfasts are meager and not very tasty. Fruits are rare. You have to ask for cleaning. They do not always clean well, sometimes they forget to give towels or personal hygiene products.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
WiFi, in general, is normal for Tashkent. There are 24-hour shops and restaurants nearby. There is no microwave in the room, but you can ask to warm up the food at the reception, they heat it without problems. Payment by MIR cards does not always work, it is better to pay in cash.
There was a reservation through the island, if there is suddenly a change in the date of stay or cancellation, then you will have to try to achieve this. Either the island is doing everything for a long time, or in some strange way the letters do not reach the hotel. But I had to be nervous. As a result, the dates were changed on the last day. There were 12 hours left before departure
Overall, a pleasant hotel, but it is unlikely that I would have checked in again.
There was confusion at check-in, the reservation was for three rooms in the same name. When asked at the reception, they said that only one room was booked (although there are 3 rooms in the same name on the book), it turned out that they had reservations for 3 different names. There was no light bulb in the sconce. The guys from the company don't have a TV. We didn't have any bathrobes in the room. The sockets are disgusting - you can't pull out the adapters.
I didn't like it. Maybe we got the worst room. The room is cramped, there are no declared 18 meters. It's noisy at night, the Windows overlook the courtyard, there are smells from the kitchen and conversations. The windows are not transparent. One night it was noisy- someone was talking on the phone for a long time and persistently. The toilet works like this - it drained the water once, the second half an hour later) There are good guys at the reception, it's for this 2, not 1 star
The hotel is clean, seemingly neat, but there are incidents in the form of nocturnal debauchery of neighbors, and in the course of sleepless nights, as well as norms for 45 bach, with breakfast
Stayed in October 2022, the room is clean, slippers and bathrobes, water, coffee, tea in the room.
The breakfast is not meager, the staff is attentive ✌️
The only disadvantage is that the use of the sauna complex is not included in the price 🤷🏻♂️ Surprised
The room is clean, the bathroom is also, the staff is polite, excellent hard mattresses. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the conde, which blows directly on the bed.
For the first time I came across the fact that the payment at the hotel was made on the last day. Usually, everything happens at the time of settlement. The hotel makes a pleasant impression both inside and out. The breakfasts are quite hearty. The service is at a fairly good level, in theory they should be cleaned every day. They probably started cleaning at the time of departure, I was at the hotel for 4 days.
Here's what I want to improve:
- There should be unobtrusive music for breakfast; this creates an atmosphere of premium. It's just something I got used to when I was in Seoul; and the hotel claims to be premium
- porridges for breakfast should be kept in a marmite, with constant heating, so that customers do not wait 10 minutes for an additional portion to be brought
Insanely small uncomfortable rooms with an even smaller toilet. It is impossible to sit on the toilet, even among people who barely fit. It's an inconvenient room in itself. Good location infrastructure nearby. An extremely bad breakfast. Where everything ends and is not replenished.
Everything is fine in the building, but the service leaves much to be desired. Cleaning is done superficially and not always.
Breakfast is generally a horror. Of the advantages, there is a professional coffee machine, but what they do on it is called coffee, the tongue does not turn.
Disappointed!! The bed linen is not fresh, the towels are stained, the breakfast is meager, the pool looks like a puddle of 20 dollars! But the price tag is horse!! If the senior managers do not start fighting for customers, those who do not care about comfort and smiles will live with them. Think about it, it's not serious!
The rooms are not large, but everything is clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. The breakfasts were ordinary, we didn't stay hungry. Good location of the hotel.
A good hotel. I had a family vacation, a family suite, a decent room, everything corresponds to the reservation stated on the website, many of my questions were answered at the reception.
A great hotel, the breakfast is just great!..fruits and vegetables are the freshest. Pleasant and courteous staff. The mattress is a little heavy, but it's for an amateur. It's all clear. Take dollars with you to pay. If you pay with a card, then plus 4% of the amount.
The hotel is not bad for Tashkent. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant. But the walls are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors and what's going on in the hallway.
A new guest house, clean and cozy.
A weak breakfast despite the fact that our food is quite affordable. It is very hot in the corridors and in the rooms, the underfloor heating is not regulated, you will not be able to turn it off. Opening windows is not an option, the noise of cars will keep you awake. The mattresses are very hard, but on the second night you get used to it))
The hotel is located in the city center, close to the airport and the train station. Next to the hotel there is everything necessary for tourists, that is, a shopping center, restaurants, shops, etc.Comfortable rooms, courteous staff, delicious and varied breakfasts for every taste.
It's a very strange place. We checked in at night, a friend at the counter woke up, looked at us ... and fell asleep again!)) Then he was stupid for another 3 minutes and already then asked what we would like, but we wanted to sleep. The next day, an iron was needed. They asked for it at the counter, they brought it, but without a board - because it's busy. And the iron, it turned out, did not work. The iron was replaced... and the second one doesn't work. And only the third one worked. It is clear that he was of little use without the board. To find fault in the room, you need to ask at the counter. Breakfast is more or less and only a second star for it. They asked if registration was needed - they can do it, or they can't. They can put a seal, or they can not put it. No way to tell if registration is needed. In general, so-so.
A cool place, and most importantly, cozy... the hotel staff is very friendly and competent. I will be in Uzbekistan again, I will definitely stay here)

The staff is polite, friendly, but a little confused about what they say, The living conditions in the room are solid 4, audibility is 3, you can hear everything that is happening in the corridor, the food where they send you to eat is excellent and delicious solid 5,
