A wonderful area! It is a 10-minute drive to the airport. Several museums and a monument to cosmonauts are within walking distance. The staff helped me with everything from calling a taxi to a hammam) breakfast for 3, but it didn't bother me at all! I recommend it!! The renovation is still fresh!)
The service is not very good, we took a suite room for 6 days, we did not change the bed for 5 days, I did not specifically say to check, the breakfast is on an average level, the staff itself is polite and friendly. In general, I would have rented another room there, probably not
I got a small asymmetrical room. A hard mattress. Very poor sound insulation with the corridor, voices are strongly audible in the corridor. Rooms are cleaned at night, and it's not cool to hear a vacuum cleaner at night. The breakfasts are tasteless, the choice of food is small. We used the sauna and hammam twice. The first time they forgot to withdraw money in the second hour. The second time they forgot to start the hammam.
The room was small against the lift and irregularly shaped with poor noise insulation. The uncomfortable location of the bed, the manager is not warned about it. One of the advantages is a sauna with a hammam and a small pool, everything is clean there. The staff is generally friendly. Breakfast is just a nightmare
Lovely, helpful staff. And good cuisine in the restaurant

The hotel is generally normal. Everything works, including Wi-Fi.
There are some important nuances, however. Firstly, we arrived the day before yesterday, but we haven't had any cleaning yet. Probably, we should ask..., since the service is super-unobtrusive.
Secondly, breakfast is included in the price, but do not count on it much, since there is nothing to eat there-today there was rice, sausages that taste terrible, as well as scrambled eggs, semolina, sponge cake, something like pizza. Tea. Coffee. Everything. You can have a snack, but there is no pleasure from this food.
Pleasant interior, courteous staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable elevator, clean room. I really liked the hard mattress on the bed (coconut probably). There is a small shop 10 meters from the exit of the hotel.
The impression was slightly spoiled by the walls in the restaurant near the tables. They should be cleaned more often. Also in room 504, the shell of the shower hose is damaged.
Next time I'll probably stop here.
A nice compact hotel with a convenient location. 24-hour reception. The staff is friendly and responsive, they really help if you need something. It was the second time - the breakfasts got better, the cleaning too. The repair is not killed. One of the disadvantages is the high audibility in the rooms / corridors. Otherwise, it's great. I'll come again!
A small cozy hotel. The location is very convenient, everything is at hand, pharmacy, wine shop, etc. The breakfasts are not bad. But the range of products is very small. If you came to breakfast a little later, you were late) for a good rest, you need to take luxury rooms, the rest are very small, uncomfortable and non-functional
A great, cozy, quiet hotel.
Polite staff. And the location of this hotel is at an affordable distance from the center.
If I am still in Tashkent, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
We lived for a week in a three-bed room. The side is sunny, so it was unbearably hot, the air conditioner did not save. Opposite there is a 24-hour supermarket and a cafe - it's very noisy from them. The double-glazed windows in the room are broken, do not close tightly, all the noise from the street in the room. They asked a hundred times to clean the room and change towels. The breakfast buffet is terrible, there is little food and it is not delicious! We were in no hurry to update the food.
Near the Cosmonauts metro station, two bus stops to Magic City Park. We went to Babur Square for lunch and dinner in a cafe-bistro.
A good Hotel for three stars. The location is convenient, the location is cozy. There are shops nearby and a market 10 minutes away.
The metro is about 15 minutes away, but the most central station with transfers is accessible.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away
There is a bank branch and a Sim card connection.
Cafes and restaurants of various world cuisines near the hotel.
The reception is not professional. They give you one key for 2-3 people. You need to beg for a second key. They threaten to fine us if we lose it.
small rooms, but clean. the staff is friendly and can help. the treadmill and bench in the gym are faulty. the breakfasts are tasteless, you can safely not take them
Great hotel! Friendly staff, cozy, clean family room. The hotel is located in a quiet location. Breakfast is included, varied and delicious, but there was no fruit. They asked to do the cleaning, but they did not have time, we arrived at about 15 o'clock. The beds are a bit harsh. A cozy clean quality SPA, but for a fee.
Everything is clean, beautiful, the location is good, of the disadvantages are the breakfasts, which of the four serving women for about 20-30 people of the guests could not be clearly organized, then there are no clean dishes, then the tables are not wiped in the evening, then the food is cold even by the opening, another minus is the quality of the mattress, hard springs on which it is impossible to fall asleep.
I really liked the Hotel! Clean, modern. Everything you need to eat! Special thanks to the young people at the reception. I will definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues. Who, by any chance, will gather in Uzbekistan in the near future, after my stories :) Thanks!
A good three-star hotel, located in a convenient location, not far from the center of Tashkent. There are many shops, coffee shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and cozy, air conditioning, plumbing and other small appliances are working properly. However, for some reason, most television channels do not work, and the breakfasts are quite modest
The location is very good - within walking distance of a large supermarket 24/7 "Basket", ATMs, metro, bus stop and Museum of applied arts - 5 stars.
But for cleanliness - 2 stars. There were 2 cockroaches in the room on the ground floor where we were settled. As an apology, we were immediately moved to a room on the second floor and a class above. It seemed to me that the hotel was clean and the rooms were well cleaned, but the insects were a surprise...
Overall, the hotel is very good! But there are problems with sound insulation. If it bothers you, then you are not here. It is noisy, and you can hear the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Breakfasts are simple, but everything you need is there.
Among the advantages: cleaning is clean, slippers, bathrobes and everything else, shampoos. The mattress is hard - but it's really cool!
Of the cons: the iron was given on the last day.
And I recommend it!
Convenient location, rooms are clean. Why 4 stars.
1. The breakfasts are bad, there is nothing to eat.
2. The staff is sluggish
3. The mattress is very cruel
Bribed by the price of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. I ordered a room on the website (in reality, the room turned out to be not so small and quite sufficient in size for living) and a transfer from the airport. We were not met at the airport (as I later found out at the hotel, there were problems on the website). Therefore, after ordering a transfer (by the way, it is more expensive than a regular taxi at the airport), write to the hotel's email and wait for confirmation. Now for the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is conditional. There doesn't seem to be any outright dust, the plumbing is spotless, but the cleaning is so-so. The bed is hard, but I like it. The laundry is washed, but with nuances in the form of some old spots and small hairs (not so much that there are a lot, but there are). The staff is very friendly and eager to solve your problems. The reception is 24-hour. Breakfasts are meager and definitely not suitable for those who watch their diet. There is a small shop opposite the entrance, if you suddenly want something. At the check-out, the rooms are checked and I was given a claim that there is not enough glass for water. I had to explain that there was not only a glass, but also a teaspoon. The explanation was satisfactory. But keep this in mind. Both dollars and soums are accepted for payment, the change will be given in the currency that you ask for. Registration for the duration of your stay is done automatically. For a short business trip (a couple, three days) and according to the price-quality option, the hotel is suitable.
A nice , cozy hotel . The price/quality ratio is good. I stayed for 2 days for work. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, you can have a snack. The menu is not big, but everything is delicious.
Nice cozy hotel, clean, pleasant staff. Among the disadvantages - a small room, not a varied breakfast (few hot dishes, for example, only one porridge, fried eggs with sausages, rice, but a lot of sweet rolls)
Good service. There were problems with booking in booking, I couldn't solve it myself. The guy at the reception did everything himself. We took a junior suite, a spacious room, a large bathtub. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with a steam room and a hammam. I recommend visiting, it's worth the money ($20/hour).
Clean, beautiful interior. The room has slippers, bathrobes and other standard hygiene products, a kettle, a refrigerator, a hairdryer... The breakfasts are good, but without frills. We liked everything very much.
Very cozy, helpful staff.A good breakfast, everyone will find something to eat.Quick check-in.Of the cons, it's like in my opinion...1) poor Wi-Fi speed, breaks even the TV while watching, a long wait, or even reconnect the network.2) sooo hard beds, I used to sleep at home on a medium-hard mattress, but here I couldn't sleep for a couple of nights.3) the lack of a microwave oven, I had to go to a restaurant to warm up food for children, the staff warmed it up, but each time they asked the boss if it could be done or not, but overall the impression is good
Nice hotel, close to the main attractions. The coffee in the restaurant is disgusting, better take the seagulls. It's comfortable to live in a hotel, but I know how important delicious coffee is in the morning, so it's better to have a drink somewhere else) as for me.
A cozy hotel with a good location. Friendly and courteous staff. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
The hotel is normal, it is even possible to live) the Wifi is good, it is very convenient to work) the breakfasts are ordinary, as in all such normal hotels, although we got to them only twice in two weeks) the staff is pleasant, the room cleaning is also good, although we ordered cleaning only three times in two weeks)))
We withdraw four stars for the actions of the hotel's administrative department, which are misleading and make us waste time on nothing: we booked the hotel for three weeks, but unfortunately for family reasons we had to leave a week earlier. At the reception, we asked if it was possible to return some part of the money for a week that we would not stay there, we were told to contact the island where we booked the hotel, we needed an overgrowth from them, we turned to the island, they in turn contacted the hotel and there they returned the money or refused some part of the money. What was the difficulty in saying right away that they are not going to return anything to us, we would not waste time contacting the island, we understand perfectly well that we are not obliged to return anything to us - so tell us about it right away, and do not give any false hopes))) we wouldn't even worry, but took it for granted) the most important and very unpleasant thing is when you are misled or even worse deceived (((
Cleanly neat. The hotel is of a good standard. All photos correspond to the reality. There is a gym, swimming pool, sauna.
The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant - the cuisine is delicious. The staff is good, the staff is ready to help with any issue.
We liked everything. We recommend it.
Clean and inexpensive. It is not close to the center, but it is located in the most expensive district of Tashkent, you can wander through the neighboring streets and admire the castles of successful citizens of Uzbekistan)) There is a specialized liquor store in front of the hotel. Since alcohol is a hard-to-get option here, such a neighborhood came in handy…
A good hotel, there is a restaurant of its own, a sauna, but for a fee.. the rooms are different in size and comfortable. Mattresses are hard, what you need for your back)))) everything is clean and pretty
Very polite and helpful staff for a small hotel. Everything is at the highest level. The rooms are clean. Room cleaning upon request at the reception. Elevator/gym/ sauna and font.
To pay for accommodation, it is better to pay in cash in local currency or 💵
Nice clean hotel. The breakfasts were not very good, but there was something to eat. The dinners are tasteless. There are very nice people at the reception
A good hotel, staff and a restaurant at the hotel (for those who like lamb dishes). Breakfast at the hotel is very poor: 3 out of 10.
There is an elevator. Noise from the hallway and stairs can be heard in the rooms near the elevator. The mattresses are hard. But it suited me. A grocery store is 5 meters across the street.
