A wonderful area! It is a 10-minute drive to the airport. Several museums and a monument to cosmonauts are within walking distance. The staff helped me with everything from calling a taxi to a hammam) breakfast for 3, but it didn't bother me at all! I recommend it!! The renovation is still fresh!)

I got a small asymmetrical room. A hard mattress. Very poor sound insulation with the corridor, voices are strongly audible in the corridor. Rooms are cleaned at night, and it's not cool to hear a vacuum cleaner at night. The breakfasts are tasteless, the choice of food is small. We used the sauna and hammam twice. The first time they forgot to withdraw money in the second hour. The second time they forgot to start the hammam.

The room was small against the lift and irregularly shaped with poor noise insulation. The uncomfortable location of the bed, the manager is not warned about it. The hotel is generally normal. Everything works, including Wi-Fi.
There are some important nuances, however. Firstly, we arrived the day before yesterday, but we haven't had any cleaning yet. Probably, we should ask..., since the service is super-unobtrusive.
Secondly, breakfast is included in the price, but do not count on it much, since there is nothing to eat there-today there was rice, sausages that taste terrible, as well as scrambled eggs, semolina, sponge cake, something like pizza. Tea. Coffee. Everything. You can have a snack, but there is no pleasure from this food.

Pleasant interior, courteous staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable elevator, clean room. I really liked the hard mattress on the bed (coconut probably). There is a small shop 10 meters from the exit of the hotel.
The impression was slightly spoiled by the walls in the restaurant near the tables. They should be cleaned more often. Also in room 504, the shell of the shower hose is damaged.
Next time I'll probably stop here.

A nice compact hotel with a convenient location. 24-hour reception. The staff is friendly and responsive, they really help if you need something. It was the second time - the breakfasts got better, the cleaning too. The repair is not killed. One of the disadvantages is the high audibility in the rooms / corridors. Otherwise, it's great. I'll come again!

We lived for a week in a three-bed room. The side is sunny, so it was unbearably hot, the air conditioner did not save. Opposite there is a 24-hour supermarket and a cafe - it's very noisy from them. The double-glazed windows in the room are broken, do not close tightly, all the noise from the street in the room. They asked a hundred times to clean the room and change towels. The breakfast buffet is terrible, there is little food and it is not delicious! We were in no hurry to update the food.
Near the Cosmonauts metro station, two bus stops to Magic City Park. We went to Babur Square for lunch and dinner in a cafe-bistro.

A good Hotel for three stars. The location is convenient, the location is cozy. There are shops nearby and a market 10 minutes away.
The metro is about 15 minutes away, but the most central station with transfers is accessible.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away
There is a bank branch and a Sim card connection.
Cafes and restaurants of various world cuisines near the hotel.
The reception is not professional. They give you one key for 2-3 people. You need to beg for a second key. They threaten to fine us if we lose it.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, cozy, clean family room. The hotel is located in a quiet location. Breakfast is included, varied and delicious, but there was no fruit. The location is very good - within walking distance of a large supermarket 24/7 "Basket", ATMs, metro, bus stop and Museum of applied arts - 5 stars.
But for cleanliness - 2 stars. There were 2 cockroaches in the room on the ground floor where we were settled. As an apology, we were immediately moved to a room on the second floor and a class above. It seemed to me that the hotel was clean and the rooms were well cleaned, but the insects were a surprise...

Overall, the hotel is very good! But there are problems with sound insulation. If it bothers you, then you are not here. It is noisy, and you can hear the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Breakfasts are simple, but everything you need is there.
Among the advantages: cleaning is clean, slippers, bathrobes and everything else, shampoos. The mattress is hard - but it's really cool!
Of the cons: the iron was given on the last day.

Bribed by the price of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. I ordered a room on the website (in reality, the room turned out to be not so small and quite sufficient in size for living) and a transfer from the airport. We were not met at the airport (as I later found out at the hotel, there were problems on the website). Therefore, after ordering a transfer (by the way, it is more expensive than a regular taxi at the airport), write to the hotel's email and wait for confirmation. Now for the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is conditional. There doesn't seem to be any outright dust, the plumbing is spotless, but the cleaning is so-so. The bed is hard, but I like it. The laundry is washed, but with nuances in the form of some old spots and small hairs (not so much that there are a lot, but there are). The staff is very friendly and eager to solve your problems. The reception is 24-hour. Breakfasts are meager and definitely not suitable for those who watch their diet. There is a small shop opposite the entrance, if you suddenly want something. At the check-out, the rooms are checked and I was given a claim that there is not enough glass for water. I had to explain that there was not only a glass, but also a teaspoon. The explanation was satisfactory. But keep this in mind. Both dollars and soums are accepted for payment, the change will be given in the currency that you ask for. Registration for the duration of your stay is done automatically. For a short business trip (a couple, three days) and according to the price-quality option, the hotel is suitable.

Good service. There were problems with booking in booking, I couldn't solve it myself. The guy at the reception did everything himself. We took a junior suite, a spacious room, a large bathtub. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with a steam room and a hammam. I recommend visiting, it's worth the money ($20/hour).

At the reception, we asked if it was possible to return some part of the money for a week that we would not stay there, we were told to contact the island where we booked the hotel, we needed an overgrowth from them, we turned to the island, they in turn contacted the hotel and there they returned the money or refused some part of the money. There is an elevator. Noise from the hallway and stairs can be heard in the rooms near the elevator. The mattresses are hard. But it suited me. A grocery store is 5 meters across the street.
