Nice hotel. Suitable for relaxing holidays / holidays with children. There is a children's table, a blender, a microwave. Adults will not stay hungry, everything is very tasty and quite diverse. The territory is not very large, but cozy. The rooms are good.I recommend you to visit.

The cleanest beach and sea, friendly staff, chic interiors, interesting children's animation, all inclusive
Now the fly in the ointment - the dishes are dirty and broken, only 1.5 hours for lunch and dinner (although there were 2 restaurants, it was possible to maneuver) the rooms were not cleaned very well, as they drove in with dirt under the bed, so they left with it, the cleaners did not understand what we wanted... Bathrobes are not provided, a meager set in the bathroom, brushes and paste should be brought with you or bought there in the store

It was the best vacation, I enjoyed every minute. This is comfort, cleanliness, beauty, a huge territory and a beach on the first line, and excellent food, a wonderful atmosphere, top-class service, everything is thought out and designed for an amazing vacation. I'm not talking about the beauty of the mountains and the sea, I still close my eyes and see this unforgettable beauty! We were from October 10 to October 16, 2018, with children aged 7 and 13. Everyone was extremely satisfied!

Everything is just wonderful! We arrived at the airport at 15.00, arrived in 40 minutes. We checked in immediately, room 2512 on the 5th floor with a direct view of the sea. In our building, in general, all the rooms had a sea view, with a direct or side view, the hotel corridor opens onto the street. Delicious varied food, boiled crayfish were served twice during the 10 days of stay, something new is cooked on the grill for dinner every day: lamb, tobacco chickens, delicious fried fish, beef. For breakfast there are 2 types of porridge – semolina and oatmeal, omelet-liquid scrambled eggs, as it is called in the price list (I did not really like it), fried eggs, omelet with vegetables to choose from, they are cooked with you, very tasty pancakes with chocolate or honey. If in the heat you want to have lunch inside a restaurant with air conditioning, and not outside, then you will need to wait until a table is available. But the waiters are great, they change tablecloths and appliances very quickly, bring alcohol directly to the table on request.
From 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00 there is a water park, three children's slides and 5 adults, a clean pool with no smell of chlorine at all, but it is too deep, with a height of 184 I stood in water up to my chin, for an 8-year-old son it is not very comfortable. Competitions are held every day: darts, rifle shooting, water aerobics, fitness exercises. At 12.00, the pool competition is to get a ball into the basket from a floating surfboard, diving for spoons, jumping into the pool through a high bar, in general, they do not let you get bored. We didn't go to the kids' club, the child was 8 years old, he didn't want to, but even without that there was something to do – he dived into the sea with a mask, looked at underwater rocks and fish, dived from the pier (the high part of the pier is fenced with ropes, and below there is a small playground, not fenced, you can dive from it). I liked the roller team, you're lying by the pool, they drive up, write down what you want to get from the bar and promptly pick you up, empty glasses are taken away. The dishes in the bar are made of glass, take-away drinks are given in transparent plastic, you can't tell the difference from glass. There is no feeling of cheapness. The site says that alcohol is imported, in fact, almost everywhere is local (rum, tequila, gin, vodka, beer). But if you focus the bartender's attention on this, you get imports from under the counter (I was spinning martinis to my wife like that), and if you thank me with a couple of dollars, then you will be provided with imported alcohol by the end of the day.
The rooms are clean, the renovation was done relatively recently, the air conditioner was working properly. They clean regularly, if you leave a magic dollar on the bed, then they spread flowers and swans out of the sheets. The mini bar is replenished every day, once it was "forgotten", but after a call to the reception, everything was quickly brought. We lived in a U-shaped building next to a large swimming pool, if you look from the sea, then on the left hand. On the right there is another building, L-shaped, and several villas in the courtyard. There are fresher repairs and the finishing materials themselves are cooler. We were there once. By the way, in the bar near this building they make great pizza from 14.00 to 16.00 and bake delicious waffles from 16.00 to 18.00.
There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. But it's still better to take the "trump" places in advance, go out before breakfast and throw a towel or a T-shirt on the sunbed.
Before that, for two years in a row, we vacationed in Gainyuk, Queens Park and Amara Prestige. I liked Palace the most in Cilicia. I recommend it to everyone. Good luck and have a good rest!

A wonderful hotel!
There are disadvantages, but they are not significant at all!
We were there from 09/22/2018 to 30.09.2018
First of all: at the entrance there is a stunning interior, pleasant aroma, friendly staff!
We arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m., checked in 5 minutes later
The room: we had a standard, comfortable, cozy, with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains! A huge double bed, a sofa and a baby cot were also put up for our child!
The mini-bar was replenished every day, regardless of whether you drank the previous drinks or not.
Cleaning was done every day!
Territory: large, clean!
Animators work daily!
Food is generally fire!
Everything is very tasty, a varied menu!
And what kind of sweets😍
In general, we really liked everything!!
Cons:
Cleaning is done only in the room, but not on the balconies!
Bathrobes were not provided (only slippers and towels)
The children's pool is cool (although we did not swim there, we always went to the sea)
There is no sound insulation in the rooms and you can hear everything that happens on the street

A Wonderful Hotel. We were there for the second summer in a row. Excellent food. It's hard to say what we haven't eaten there in two weeks. Seafood every day. Meat is varied in abundance. A children's table and a children's restaurant. Meals from 7:00 am until late at night. A pastry shop with delicious sweets and pastries. Ice cream from 10:00 to 22:00 . There are two types of freshly squeezed juice. A snack bar with pizza that is made to your order and delicious burgers. The French fries are awesome. A paradise for fast food lovers!!! A huge territory!!! Very green and well maintained. Everything is in colors. A bar with a sea view. Parents' favorite place while the kids are dancing at the evening children's show. Everything has been thought out. I could write and write. Praise and praise. The main thing is cleanliness. Especially in public areas. Perfect toilets. Cleaning every 30 minutes. It's important to me. The staff is qualified. Everything is solved quickly. And what a beach. This year, the sunbed area on the beach was expanded. That's a great idea. The entrance to the sea is as convenient as possible. Everything is thought out for people with disabilities. I can praise you for a very long time. The next year I went there again. Thank you Kilikya Palace Hotel for making our stay so comfortable. We were happy there.

The hotel itself and the rooms are good, freshly renovated (although half of the light bulbs in the room did not work, but overall, the impression of the interior is pleasant, no cockroaches were observed).
We went there in mid-December 2019 to celebrate a corporate party with a company of 30 people. Unfortunately, the tour operator did not warn us that this is a German pensioner hotel, with an average age of 65+ visitors. Perhaps it's more fun there in the summer) and so we interfered with the pensioners with our fun, they complained about us all the time, although we didn't do anything super indecent. Even the conversations in the pool and in the restaurant infuriated them. Apparently, it was necessary to speak in a whisper and walk in soft slippers.
In general, if you are a pensioner, then go, steam in the hammam, go for a massage (for 50 bucks an hour!) And just breathe in the sea air. If you want to have fun or you have a loud voice, then I do not advise you to go there)
I repeat, we were in December. Maybe it's not so pensioner there in the summer)

It's a fairy tale, I liked everything. The hotel is 5+. Animators are engaged in Our leisure activities around the clock, the staff is polite and understands us from half a word. There is a 24-hour bar where all kinds of elite drinks from different countries are provided. The sea is the zero line, one minute and you are at sea. The shore is sandy and pebbly, so the water is clear. There is a pier from where in the morning, at sunrise, you can feed the fish and when you swim, they circle around you. I could write a whole story or a book. I have never rested like this before....

Good day! I want to share my impressions of my vacation in Kemer. I stayed at the Cilicia Hotel from February 1 to February 8, 2020. Since it's not the season, only part of the hotel was open, which didn't spoil the experience a bit. On vacation, I wanted to lose weight and start fighting cellulite. Fortunately, I managed to do both! Weight loss was facilitated by long walks through the canyon of Goyniuk and the old town in Antalya, as well as excellent food for every taste (I had to settle for meat and vegetables). But the fight against cellulite required additional investments - massage twice a day, mud wraps in the SPA complex. In general, I would like to mention the SPA in Cilicia separately. Polite staff, cleanliness and comfort - the director of Bilgim oversees this and does an excellent job. I would like to say a special thanks to the super massage specialist Nigara Khasanova. It seems that for the first time I was lucky enough to take a course of a real anti-cellulite massage. The sensations, I must admit, are unforgettable)), but the effect exceeded all expectations!!! Minus the stable 3 kg and significantly slimmed-down legs! I highly recommend that all girls who are concerned about problems like mine, shine a light on their beloved for long winter evenings and give themselves into the hands of Nigara, so that in spring they can safely dress in light outfits! The time of visiting the hotel is the first half of December. They were brought at 15.00, settled immediately in building A with a direct view of the sea. The room is quite spacious, cleaning takes place daily and is quite mediocre. The safe is free, the mini bar is replenished with 1 0.5 water and 1 0.25 mineral water per person. The air conditioner works very strangely-it heats, then it just blows cool air and you don't change anything. A big plus is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The territory is not large, somewhere 32,000 sq m-there is not much to roam around, but the whole is well-groomed and divided into beautiful zones. The children's room stands out especially - it's something! Very compact - made in a fabulous style, a great place for a photo shoot with a child. There are stunning mountain views near the pool of the old building. Since the winter concept, the food is reduced. It is clear that the staff is trying, but the flaws were visible. The waiters sometimes never inherited the dishes during the whole meal. In the beginning, they were interested in what to bring and then they did not appear anymore. Once there was sour apple juice and mashed potatoes. In principle, the food is delicious, there is always meat, fruits- apples, tangerines, oranges, occasionally grapes. There are cut persimmons and pomegranates. In general, everything is delicious but truncated. The bar is cozy with a good assortment of alcohol. The animation is very sluggish, the children's club is closed, there is a children's and a game room. Artists come twice a week with their own show- I liked it. The area of Goynuk is very beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. If you walk around the village, there is nowhere but one street to the mountains. In winter, it's time for relaxation, everything is very quiet and peaceful. I'm giving the hotel a solid four. I lowered my grade for animation, and minor nutritional deficiencies. The price corresponds to the quality in principle.

There were 15 days in October-November 2019.
This is not a negative review, but just bewilderment.
A strange concept of the hotel.
It can be seen that marketers were "hitting the squares", trying to cover as many categories of guests as possible.
As a result, the national team turned out to be a hodgepodge:
1. For young people, the hotel is boring, too calm and not advanced in terms of entertainment.
2. For families with children - great animation, but the persistent smell of nicotine is everywhere, even in the nonsmoking area and even in the rooms (it arrives from adjacent loggias).
3. For businessmen, uwapshe is not an option, far from Antalya and other business centers of the country.
4. For European pensioners, probably yes.
5. For Russian pensioners (for the most part, who have not seen anything more fun than a funeral))) - this is probably not bad either, but the price tag is horse-drawn, sorry for the vocabulary.
6. For downshifters - definitely not, you feel like a piece on the assembly line, with all these "catch the beach, lunch, SPA, etc."
In general, while I was writing this review, the idea was ripe to complement it with what really deserves attention, such short thematic novels about this hotel. From what appears next:
- Interiors, the surrounding area and poorly organized navigation through them. The sea, the beach.
- Travel experience at the junction of the seasons (summer-winter).
- Abandoned hotel guests, for three days of a Turkish wedding
- Is it possible to rely on the hotel management and reception when you have a real trash and a family member needs abdominal surgery?
- Discos under the "Tender May" (perhaps someone else remembers what it is).
If you don't have time to read this fiction, then very briefly - for such money, and even more so in low season, you can find a really more decent hotel.
And, in conclusion, the first opus is a call to the young ladies from travel agencies: colleagues, if you see a tourist in front of you who is able to enjoy a vacation in Anapa, feel free to send him to Cilicia Palace, he will like it, and the management will reward you.
The rest, especially families with young children, it is better to find something more worthy.
Few people read long reviews, but nevertheless, I will continue.
So, the interiors, the surrounding area and navigation through them. The sea, the beach.
The interiors are really interesting, expensive oriental design, almost tasteless, but the fine line separating beauty from ugliness has not been passed. As a result, photographers are working hard to fit into this babble the controversial beauty of Turkish brides at photo shoots (if I'm not too lazy, then I'll write about the wedding-the wedding).
The surrounding area. Well-groomed, clean, cleaned all the time.
Navigation through buildings and territories. There are no signs. The numbering of floors located on the same level in different buildings does not match (going out on the 1st floor in the dormitory building, you find yourself on the ground level, there is also a reception. Apparently, the construction of the hotel took place in several stages and each had its own designer). It's not fatal, well, you'll figure it out yourself in a couple of days, but for a 5-star level it causes, at least, bewilderment.
The sea, the beach. Own. Close (all photos emphasize this). Small pebbles, respectively, the water is transparent. There are some small fish in the water, which cause severe burns on the skin (up to about 2 meters deep, they are not deeper. Therefore, children were bathed going down the ladders of the breakwater). There are enough sun beds.
Drinks in bars. Of the alcoholic ones, except for their classic EPHESUS beer. Everything else is just a surrogate swill, including the Balantase mentioned in the comments, for the undemanding public.
The experience of traveling at the junction of the seasons (summer-winter).
As in the fairy tale, where the carriage turned into a pumpkin at midnight, so here November 1 was marked:
- The termination of service in a la Carte restaurants (and they were driving-they were sick, these restaurants, Italian cuisine is better to eat in Italy);
- The termination of the water park (it's a pity, the children liked it there);
- The unfulfilled appearance of the promised heated water in the pools on the territory;
- Reducing the working hours of the dining room (proudly called the restaurant), whose staff, in between, skillfully turns off the serving of dishes and cleans everything 50-60 minutes before the deadline.
All this without notifying the guests by available means, in an orderly manner, so to speak.
To complete the picture of the canteen: the individual serving of drinks promised on the website is a real divorce, with all the efforts (rewarded by me) of the waiters and the super-speed of their movement around the hall, they simply physically do not have time to keep the table (no wonder if each of them has about 60 guests, the crisis has come to Cilicia).
There will be a sequel. In the meantime, you should really think about whether you need to go to such a Turkey in principle? However, if you like the traditional feeling of being a part on the assembly line, then of course you are here.

A poor presentation of the New Year.
I have been to Turkey in different regions and hotels more than once. However, I encounter such a boorish attitude for the first time. Stay at KILIKYA PALACE from 12/27/2019 to 2.01.2020. Paying 90 euros for the New Year's Gala Dinner. As a result, we were served a daily buffet, which is already included in the price of the tour. Champagne and other alcoholic beverages have been absent since 20:10. Since 21 o'clock, all buffet snacks have been removed. People were sitting at empty tables, where even the candles had gone out from shame. The next day, we wrote a group claim, which the hotel managers refused to accept whether I recommend this hotel or NOT. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then you shouldn't even take the risk and take a ticket to this hotel where Russians are so humiliated.

A very comfortable hotel, there are no wild tourists who have not eaten for a year. Everything is very calm and quiet. Entertainment programs do not interfere with the child's sleep (the child is 2 years old). Of course, if you rest for 2 or more weeks, then the food will get boring) but everything is delicious, clean. The area is clean. Of course, there is garbage on the beach, but this is the fault of the tourists themselves.

The hotel is wonderful, we had a rest in 2019, 2020, last year there were no complaints at all, only if you look for it, so we went this year, but the virus changed the impression a little, but not much. The cleaning staff has changed, they don't understand the language at all... In general, everything was fine, compliance with the general rules of protection, everyone was wearing masks, paper disposable napkins in the restaurant, disinfection of tables, doors were converted to automatic opening, etc. Everything is provided, on the beach, in the bar, you can list for a long time, but my opinion is all for a strong 5.

Nice hotel. There are enough staff at the restaurant and on the beach. The dishes are present in full, nothing ends. Fruits and juices are of good quality. But the hot dishes are "dried" as if they were cooked yesterday. It is a pity that the maids suffer from forgetfulness (it is advisable to check the room after cleaning before they leave, otherwise there will be nothing to wash after the beach). There are many sun loungers by the sea and by the pool. The entrance to the sea is not very suitable for children - it is immediately deep.
