Special attention to the main restaurant is always a huge selection of food, a lot of delicious cherries, strawberries, apples, figs, grapes, watermelon, melons, etc. Good quality drinks - delicious water without restrictions, juices, beer, good wines, etc. In front of the beach there is a large bar with seats overlooking the sea! Next to the water park there is a cafe where you can take fruits and cook shawarma and something Turkish. The animation is great, we went a couple of times. 8. during our vacation, forest fires were extinguished somewhere nearby, so helicopters flew around the clock over our plage for water, it was very annoying, but on the third day they stopped, apparently extinguished
Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, worth the money if you are willing to tolerate these disadvantages, the staff is friendly, except for the reception, lots of delicious food, cool animation, lots of entertainment, a very green area and much more. I had such a situation: I stopped by the Kilikya palace Goynuk hotel on July 30 with my mother. From the very first night I spent at the hotel, as it turned out, I was bitten by bedbugs in my room. I couldn't even imagine at once that there could be bedbugs in a hotel of this level, so I decided that either mosquitoes and midges had bitten me, or it was an allergy to the sun or sunscreen or food. Every day the rashes on the body increased, they hurt a lot, itched and itched. His general condition worsened (he had a headache and was generally weak). I bought allergy medications at the pharmacy and changed a few sun creams. Nothing helped. My arm and eye began to swell so much that I could hardly bend my fingers and blink, and my whole body and face were covered with large papules and red spots that itched terribly and hurt. No one even apologized, sympathized, or tried to help me. I never expected such a monstrous attitude. My mother and I went to Mehmed (the head of guest relations), and he said that the hotel no longer wanted to see us and we would be evicted right away and that he also did not want to talk to us anymore and asked to leave his office, otherwise he would call security. I went to the reception to call the Anex tour hotline number. I couldn't get through for a very long time. My mom and I spent an hour and a half on our feet, standing at the reception desk, trying to get through to Anex tour (in general, this whole day, which was also paid for by us, instead of relaxing, being on the beach, swimming and so on, the hotel staff mocked us, shook our nerves, pulled back and forth and constantly threatened). By the way, it was also announced to us that if we only try to write negative reviews about their hotel and generally give publicity to what happened somewhere on the Internet, then they will sue us and permanently block our entry into their country. To be honest, after all that we had to go through on this trip, I myself will never come back here to these aggressive savages. Although I have been flying to Turkey for many years to rest and was happy, but this time I was treated inhumanely here, killing in me all desire to ever return here. At this time, Bashir Mehmed (the representative of our tour operator at the hotel, or in other words, the guide) came up to us again and continued to intimidate us that the police were already coming for us and they would throw us out of the hotel, BUT! In addition, he also shouted that we would be detained at the Turkish police station until all the circumstances were clarified, not they will release to Russia that our tickets will burn and I will be criminally responsible for daring to verbatim: "Engage in propaganda in their hotel, unfairly slander them and PRONOUNCE THE WORD BEDBUGS OUT LOUD!" I was shaking all over from the blatant injustice, rudeness and just outright bullying on the part of this cruel and inadequate person. Mom got sick. She is an elderly person (66 years old), with hypertension and a heart condition. I just didn't know what to do. I couldn't even believe that all this was really happening, that it wasn't a dream. Finally, I got through to the Anex Tour hotline. The operator listened to me attentively, was horrified, and said that they had no right to evict us, citing such strange grounds. She said that she had filed a request for this incident and asked to wait on the line. I've been waiting a long time. About 20 minutes later, the girl on the phone informed me in an annoyed voice that the hotel was really evicting us and she couldn't do anything. I said that my mom is already sick of everything that was built here and do what you want, but mom is not able to move anywhere with all her luggage right now! That a person can simply not stand it and die from these hassle! That we have only one more night left to survive in this hell, which, by the way, is paid for by us. And we're not going anywhere-for the life of us. And this impudent Bashir also told us that we no longer have the right to use any hotel services, including going to a restaurant. A great hotel for relaxation, we were at the hotel from 04/06/2011 to 04/16/2011.We settled in immediately, the room with a view of the sea and mountains, the territory is well-groomed, the rooms are comfortable, the mini-bar in the room was replenished daily, everything contributes to a relaxing rest. Special thanks to the chefs of the restaurants - the food is varied, delicious, many dishes are prepared in front of you, the waiters are also great!!! The territory is clean, all anti-smoking measures were observed at the level. The staff is friendly, they respond to any requests immediately. Special thanks to the bartenders - a glass of champagne with a view of the sea (and it's 5 minutes away)It's just great!!! Turkish coffee with lukum, or a warm, cozy atmosphere in a closed lobby bar with a cup of hot chocolate and delicious pastries. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a great stay and a good mood, we will definitely return!!!

There is no place to lie down, you can't imagine so much a small beach area (then we went to take a place at 5.00 in the morning) well, what is a vacation? Ok. I'm going back to the settlement, the girl at the reception accepted all Turkish-speaking people, settled them. Yeah, the turn has reached us mortals. I go into the room, a view of the concrete wall. The voucher says GARDEN VIEW. I'm going to the hotel manager. He tells me to wait a day, maybe two. What do you think? I do not recommend this hotel. They only treat their own people well.

The territory is not large, but cozy, everything is close. The food struck different fruits (strawberries, watermelon, melon, peeled pomegranate, grapes, persimmon... Ice cream, pies, meat, grill...The territory is clean and the trees are beautiful. The beach is clean, there were places. I liked the disco with hits in the evening at the bar. It's a lot of fun. It is located well to the shopping streets, across the street. I want to go back.
