I want to tell you about this hotel, the impression is of course twofold. We had a rest (a family of 2 adults 34 and 35 years old, and a child of 10 years old) from 07/22/2022 to 30.07.2022
(I made special attention to age).
1. Location on 5 * (pyaterochka). The first line, from the hotel to the sea a couple of minutes on the territory. Very nice beach, sandy, the entrance to the sea is not a large pebble. The sea is clear and transparent. There are decking between the sun beds. The sun beds are good, clean, many with mattresses. Minus, as always with the contingent ... they occupy the sun beds with anything, almost from the night.
2. The territory is small, but very beautiful and well-groomed, everything is green and blooming, in the evenings they water and turn on the sprinklers.
3. Swimming pools. There are 5 of them open. One (we didn't go there) at the second building. The main pool (separate love) is not only beautiful, but also large. Not deep 140 cm, for me (with a height of 159) it was normal, for taller I do not know, maybe a little small. It's good for children too, my son liked it. The third pool with slides! The work of the slides is from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17, small! But having fun on the roller coaster is the best thing. The slides themselves have a disadvantage-the connecting seams are felt ... sometimes even VERY MUCH! The fourth pool for the little ones is also equipped with slides. The fifth one is for the youngest, under a large awning.
There is an indoor pool (large) in the SPA area, but we did not go there.
4. The main restaurant! Everything is fine, clean, there are (it seems) a lot of tables-BUT! When the hour of breakfast, lunch, and dinner comes, people from all over the hotel run to the restaurant (as if there wasn't enough food for everyone) and some even plop down at the big table alone! And families of two, three or four people sometimes do not even have enough space. You can sit outside, but in the 40 degree heat at lunch it is simply unbearable. The tables are cleaned by the staff quickly enough, but it happened that they forgot to put the appliances, you can sit and wait for a very long time, it's easier to catch the staff yourself and ask. If you get to the (rush hour) table, you can wait a long time (((.
5. Food! Everything is very tasty and varied. There is a grill kitchen on the street, people often went out there for food because there are dishes on fire, fries and steamed. There are no complaints about howling food at all, a solid 5*.
6. Daytime Animation is good, entertainment for adults is some daily fun), there is something for children too, but we didn't go, how and what I can't say.
Bars. This is generally a separate song (( ( (on my own behalf, I have been to other Turkish hotels and I have not seen such a G... anywhere else).
1) Snack (type) restaurant ... about 20 tables ... you won't immediately catch an empty one. As soon as you're lucky, you sit down and wait.... Stupid! When they deign to approach you with the menu. Tired of waiting, you run to call. A young man is coming. and the menu is only Turkish and English. Well okay. You start talking, but the character doesn't understand you! You're pointing a finger! I wrote it down! Hurray! You sit and wait for readiness. They bring absolutely the wrong thing... you start saying that we didn't order it-they don't understand you, tin. It turned out that he had mixed up the tables. We ordered a salad with shrimp and avocado-generally edible, but apparently some kind of stink from the sauce. Another time we decided to try to eat - some lettuce leaves and the same stink. Personally, I am not pleased. Pizza Margarita and Mix are not bad. I took some kind of BEEF roll for the child-not bad. In short, read the composition of the dish and not the name! But we didn't go there anymore!
2) The pool bar is open from 10 a.m. to 00 a.m. They don't know how to make cocktails at all! Children's soft drinks only if. They took only whiskey-Cola there, the rest was disgusting.
3) Starbucks cafe (written) and in fact came, took and left. There the girls made delicious cold coffee, different types! No complaints 5*.
4)Lobby bar 24 hours. It's all the same as the pool bar. They can't make cocktails. We took whiskey-Cola to the room after the pool bar closed. But the plus is that you can sit in a bar or on the street if you don't want to go to the room.
7. Gazebos, waffles, ice cream-everything is super! There are several tables nearby, you can take them to the pool with you, you can sit there.5*.
8. The children's disco in the amphitheater is good, the kids liked it.
9. Evening program for adults at 21:30, there are no complaints! The invited guests were doing their wonderful job! One day, the animators of the hotel entertained with a Fire show (who went to Turkey has already seen this).
10. After the amphitheater, everyone moved smoothly to the pool bar, there was little space, I had to run 5-10 minutes before the end of the show to take a table (and it didn't always work out). The tables are not very clean, sticky. There was often live music, karaoke a couple of times (of course they sang horror, their ears rolled up into a tube), there was a lottery like LOTTO and one day there was just nothing! As such, there is no disco! I'm not 70 years old to run bikes after dinner, I came to rest!!!
11. Hotel. It's not bad in itself, the interior at the entrance and the first impression is very beautiful. But only at the first one)) The air conditioners throughout the hotel were fresh and working well, except for one day of our stay (30.07.2022). It's like they've been turned off. It was impossible to sit in a restaurant for lunch, almost like in a sauna. And in the future, the whole hotel was stuffy. And this is in the heat outside +
38.12. The reception works smoothly (probably trying to immediately show a good impression of the hotel). They speak and understand Russian well.
13. Daily room cleaning. Of course, it's not clear how they clean, there was a large mirror hanging near the balcony, almost to the floor, and there were handprints on it throughout our vacation. Towels were changed frequently in the bathroom, and the pads on the handles were hanging out in some places, but we don't care about such little things. Replenishment of the refrigerator-bar in the room is daily.
14. There have been problems with the room door in the last 2 days. The tongue stuck and the door stopped just closing. We contacted the reception, the master came, fixed something, but it broke down again at the check-out.
15. We did not go to the SPA, we only changed the beach towels.
16. There were almost no sticklers on the beach and by the pool, they were immediately rejected and they no longer fit.
Summing up, I will say that I will not return to this hotel anymore and I will not recommend it to my young comrades!
17. A good pastry shop, you can sit there, try out all sorts of sweet treats. Delicious Turkish coffee is brewed there!

The hotel is not for young people, but for grandparents (with grandchildren). It was too relaxing, I wanted to go home 3 days later. We sat on the balcony after 12 a.m. and listened to cool music in other hotels in Bombay and colorful lanterns illuminate the sky. There are a lot of foreign troops. There were 30 percent Russians in the hotel. The price of a quarter of a million for this hotel is not worth it.
Everything is learned in comparison and this opinion is purely from my family, maybe someone liked it more.
We did not find any disadvantages .Beautiful hotel,spacious rooms,freshly renovated.The food is great.The beach is clean.Beautiful territory.

We rested at the hotel from 08/17.21 to 08/29.21.. I would like to say right away that this is not the first time in Turkey and we have been to different hotels. I can note that Cilicia does not match, in my opinion, its stated 5 stars. Food is scarce, room service is also available. The staff is not friendly except if you are their compatriot. The restaurant doesn't look like a restaurant, just a dining room. The quality of the drinks leaves much to be desired. There is no toothpaste and brushes, the first time I see this in Turkey at 5*. Wi-Fi generally does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby and lobby. I repeat, I'm shocked by the food!!!

I liked everything about this hotel, the compact territory, the sea view, many cafes and entertainment on site, including water slides, a children's area, bars with various cocktails for every taste. The staff is friendly, the dining area is clean, the food is good, there is variety and there are no queues.
We stayed at the hotel twice. In 2022, in July, the hotel deteriorated slightly relative to 2021. There are three problems: the restaurant, the beach, the Internet. About the restaurant. Last year, two restaurants operated under the buffet system. This year, the hotel is 100% full and in the main restaurant you have to walk for 10-15 minutes with a plate and wait until a table is available. It's very noisy, the crowds are like at a train station. This outrages terribly, since in a 5* class hotel it seems like absolute game. At the same time, the second restaurant for some reason began to work as a la carte, it is empty, the menu is the same every day for lunch and dinner and there is nothing to do there. The hotel administration, return the buffet to both restaurants - it will be much more pleasant for guests to eat! Now about the beach. This year there is a problem with sun beds - you arrive at 9.30 am and almost ALL the sun beds are occupied with towels, while there are not many people. There was also an incident with the disappearance of towels from the sun beds - my husband and I went for a swim, came - there were no towels. Maybe someone took them by accident, but we decided that they were stolen. It was in the leftmost section. Unpleasant. Now about the Internet. They made it paid this year. It's strange for 5*, considering the amount we paid for the rest... I know that in the other five the Internet is free for guests.
When we were there for the first time in August 2021, we liked absolutely everything!!! They settled in a two-storey duplex in a new building. The room has two bathrooms on each floor, two mini-bars. For our family with two parents and two girls aged 16-17, two bathrooms were a super option, since they occupy the bathroom for a long time and we, the parents, do not have to wait, there is our own shower-toilet. The accommodation was excellent, the silence - as this is the farthest building from the animation. The food is chic and varied. An excellent coffee shop with a huge selection of various pastries, ice cream. Starbucks on the beach, a bar with imported alcohol. The service is good.
We returned this year because we knew where we were going. They asked in advance for the same duplex with two bathrooms, and upon arrival they settled in a duplex with one bathroom. When asked to change, they offered a triple duplex with two bathrooms and an armchair-bed for a 16-year-old daughter. Although the rooms we requested were vacated, they were not offered to us and they said that all the rooms were booked... questionable concern for the comfort of guests who re-chose your hotel.
The Ala Kart restaurant is available once during the holiday. Last year we were at the Ottoman - everything is gorgeous, a variety of dishes, beautiful presentation, top class! This year we went to Italian - horror!!! It's just not close to Italian cuisine, for five there were three slices of cheese, a couple of slices of meat, three bruschettas in the appetizers. Caesar is terrible, pizza on thick dough is not very good. For dessert, there was ice cream from the cafeteria with some terribly tasteless tube.
Conclusion: the hotel is excellent despite the disadvantages, the buffet is great, the beach is wide, so there are not many people in the sea. We walked along the beach along the sea - other hotels do not have such a wide beach, this is a big plus. The territory is well maintained, beautiful, the staff is friendly. For bath lovers there is a sauna and a hammam, for volleyball fans there is a playground with quartz white sand that does not heat up. But we probably won't come back anymore.
We rested at the Kilikya Palace Hotel from July 5 to July 20, 2022. The hotel had both its pros and cons, which you need to be prepared for so as not to spoil your holiday experience.
Positive:
- beautiful, clean, well-groomed, green area
- clear sea (convenient access to the sea only from the pier!)
- large beautiful room with sea and mountain views (comfortable large beds, good air conditioning)
- a large selection of delicious food in the main restaurant (lots of vegetables, fruits and berries, cheeses up to 10 items, several types of meat and fish every day, freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, twice a week shrimp, mussels, crayfish sushi, very tasty soups, lots of desserts, pastries and local sweets, the availability of a children's menu and diet food)
- the presence of a pastry shop (handmade chocolate, delicious coffee, excellent service, friendly staff)
- the presence of additional food outlets by the pool (tortillas, shawarma, waffles, ice cream, crumbs)
- the presence of a water park (there are few slides, but there are slides for both children and adults, there are practically no queues, there are 2 lifeguards in the aquagore area)
- availability of a lawn tennis court, table tennis tables and a beach volleyball court
- pleasant music and impeccable cleanliness in the toilets in public areas
- good animation and evening shows (every evening there were various shows: there were dance, circus, and fire shows, as well as cool discos and live music concerts). Every day some kind of activity was organized for children: games, trampolines, costumed superheroes and a pirate with parrots came. Interesting games were also organized daily for adults: surf basketball, relay races. They were not allowed to get bored and actively involved in participation! Once a week, a trainer came and conducted aquatrain using an underwater trampoline and a bicycle.
- the presence of a sauna in the spa area
- polite and helpful staff (at the reception, guest relations, animators, waiters). The pleasant fact was that we arrived at 9 a.m., we were immediately put on bracelets, sent for breakfast, we took a shower in the spa area, changed clothes and went to relax on the beach. We were already checked in at 10:30.
Minuses:
- almost complete absence of cleaning in the room (for 16 days wet cleaning and cleaning of plumbing has not been done once!!!), only the bed was made, towels were changed and toilet paper was reported
- the bed linen was changed only once in 16 days and then only after we threw it on the floor on the 11th day of our stay!
- the lack of bathrobes and beach bags in the room was stunning (in the concept of the High Premium hotel, which they position themselves with, such things should simply be by default)
- a set of gel and shampoo only upon check-in, the rest, if you manage to catch the maid, and then not always (there was no toothbrush, paste, hair conditioner, make-up remover discs and cotton swabs. The reception and guest relations said that it would be given out on request. As a result, after applying, we received shower caps and hair conditioner once. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were never brought.)
- irregular replenishment of the mini-bar and tea and coffee set (although we used only water and tea in the mini-bar)
- paid, slow, bad Internet (just a shame for a 5-star hotel!)
- dirty trash cans by the sun loungers, which are cleaned regularly, but not washed, so they smell and attract flies
- the area around the sun loungers in the pool area is cleaned, but the sun loungers and tables themselves are not washed (regular guests there are birds and cats, so the condition of the sun loungers and tables is not always satisfactory)
- an iron is not provided even on request (this is the first time we have seen this while traveling to 15 countries of the world! The concept of the hotel provides only paid and quite expensive ironing service. (from 1 to 5 euros for 1 item)
- cold air temperature, poor lighting and intrusive service in the spa area
- an extremely intrusive store clerk who will find and get you just everywhere: at the reception, on the territory of the pool, beach, in the lobby and even on the way to the restaurant. Something needs to be done about it. It fits several times a day, interferes with rest with its obsessive offers to make purchases
- it is quite problematic to find places in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner, the waiters are torn, but there are still not enough tables in the room, and it is difficult to eat in the heat outside. Glasses often come across dirty and you can't get drinks from the waiters, you have to run around and defend the queues yourself
- the ala-kart restaurant (we were in Italian, the most popular) is a waste of time. The dishes were not impressed, the serving was disappointing. (dessert Tiramissu cake was served frozen at all) In the main restaurant, both the choice and the taste of the dishes are better. After visiting this restaurant, they were poisoned, the temperature immediately rose, fever, chills, nausea and vomiting began.
- the medic at the hotel is focused exclusively on providing paid insurance services. In case of poisoning, he won't even offer pills. "Activate your insurance and go to the hospital, they will do tests and prescribe treatment for you" that's all the help from her.
- poisoning is quite common in the hotel. We poisoned the whole family. According to the medic from the hotel, we are an isolated case, but upon arrival at the hospital, the doctors said that there are daily flows of tourists from our hotel with this problem. The probable cause is dirty dishes and pool water
- every day morning exercises, Pilates, zumba, aqua aerobics according to the same program and quite weakly. At the beginning of the vacation, there was a cool animator Mustafa, he conducted fun aqua aerobics, after he left, aqua aerobics began to be conducted without any program and preparation, what came to mind, we do, it's boring and not interesting
- the established tradition and the need to take places on the sun loungers from 6-7 o'clock in the morning, since after breakfast you simply will not find empty seats, which will not be released later. People put towels on deck chairs and can be absent almost all day.
To summarize, we can say that we were generally satisfied with the rest, but we will not go back and recommend this hotel to visit.
The hotel is super, but today its cost is greatly overestimated. We arrived early in the morning, already at 8 a.m. we were at the hotel, while we had breakfast, a room was prepared for us and we immediately checked in. The food is a little meager in my opinion, it was better in other hotels, but we did not stay hungry.
In the review about the beach and the sea, I described the main thing. But for good measure, I'll say Super!

I liked everything, high-quality food,beautiful views of the mountains and the smell of pine , a good room, evening events, beach, animation, service. The only disadvantage is that the paid Internet is 4 euros per day for one piece of equipment and it crashes.. They provide free slow Internet for only one day.
We visited the hotel for the second time (August 2022), there is a certain disappointment.
Last year, the concept of the hotel implied incomplete filling. Everything is packed this year! Without reading the reviews of this year, we bought a tour for 4 people for 600k (1 seaview room, second side). Of course, as a "regular" guest, who I was designated in the documents, I hoped to get better conditions. In fact, the seaview turned out to be in the very corner above the roofs, and generally on the ground floor with a view of the walls of private villas. Plus, I found it for myself later - there was never any sun, there was no exhausting stuffiness from this.
It took a day and a half to clarify relations with the reception. I have not seen such rudeness for a long time. Guys, what a high-class five you are. Four with a minus! Then gest-relations connected, they brought us the second bedspreads, on the second day. Two healthy guys (18 and 20 years old) were put in a room with one bed and given 1 bedspread for two. My daughter and I share a bed. Well, that's okay. GUESTS AT A HOTEL OF SUCH A DECLARED LEVEL should NOT go and ask for a way of life during their vacation. In short, it's trash. Guys, provide people with their basic needs for basic comfort, sleep, and room temperature - and they will already be half calmer. Or lower your status to four so that the guests are ready for this.
As for entertainment, it's normal, fun, everyone will find something to do if they want.
As for the food, it is also normal. I didn't watch any battles for food, but there were battles for tables in the covered part of the "restaurant" - I would even say the student canteen at recess - it was. Since I always ate outside, it didn't bother me.
About the sun beds. I wake up early myself, at 6 a.m., went to the sea. I occupied 2 sun beds for 4, knowing that all the children would not lie down at once. But this is my personal choice. But in general, the people did not sweat, one family occupied both by the pool and on the beach, and for some reason they did not appear there or there all day. And then the collective groans that there are no empty seats. They stole from us (quite obviously. I'll explain) a towel. I went to get a new one. I was scolded as a pioneer! It's strange that I didn't have to write an explanatory note))) Do you guys think that someone needs your tired, leaky blue towels?? So the people steal from each other so as not to listen to your cries)). The trash cans near the sunbeds are really dirty and full of flies. Although the uncle went and collected garbage, but sometimes they still need to be washed.
The sea is clean only in the early morning, in the afternoon it causes incredible dirt, cups, juice tube packaging, plastic packaging... and at the same time, it feels like waste is being dumped into the water on purpose. We flew by parachute during the day - the sea is very dirty... The wave is always from Kemer, and this is all the good that washes up on the beach of Cilicia. In the evening, it's all thrown out on the beach, where aunts gather in the morning.
In general, I regretted that I went there a second time - I really did not expect such a reception.. Of course, no third time.
The service, the room, the food and drinks are top notch. There is a limit on free Wi-Fi, it is 1 gig. Next, it is paid. The entrance to the water is not very good, the pier is not working yet. This is in May 2023.
We were at the hotel from 04.11.2021 to 11.11.2021.It's just amazing, the area is well maintained, gorgeous.The kitchen is just wonderful, for every taste, the pastries are delicious))))the weather was just pampering and the sea was warm...I recommend this hotel for a rest.thanks to all the staff for the excellent service.
I only give this rating because of the beach.The water is clean in the morning, there is a lot of garbage in the sea at lunch and it is not possible to swim biting fish.The room is not cleaned, the bed linen has never been changed in 9 days.
The worst hotel!!!!!!! Whoever was in Alva Donna didn't set foot here. Food1, number 1. The room is dirty, centuries-old dust, everything is broken. Breakfast is cold scrambled eggs, and dinner, lunch is no better. Only the sea, but not for this price. The guard!!!!!
We used to rest there, there was a good hotel, but either the crisis affected or the management changed. In general, a spoiled vacation. Instead of the paid room with a side sea view, we got a tree view. The room was cleaned just disgusting (although they always left a tip of 5-6 dollars - maybe not enough? ) , they forgot to bring water several times, there was no light in the room itself - it was never repaired in 12 days. Music is constantly blaring at night, it is difficult to fall asleep, but many families are relaxing with their children.. The Internet is paid for each device- we took an unlimited limit for 21 euros for 14 days, but upon departure we were forced to pay more than 100 euros, because when the Internet on one device flew off and we went to reconnect it, we connected it again -that is, as if the third device, and when we went to find out why happened a few hours before departure, the manager took the phones and pressed something - we thought that the issue was resolved, we paid 42 euros, but after 2 hours we got a call to the room and said that we had Internet debt - it turned out that this cunning manager Mahmed connected us to 2 Internet devices for a period of 14 days again on the day of our departure. Why should we pay for other people's joints? But I had to pay, because there was no time left for the proceedings. And this is not an isolated case - several times we witnessed some loud showdowns (but did not delve into the situation) at the reception. Well, no, it's not a five-star hotel. You can't do that to people.
We stay at the hotel for the sixth day, and apply daily for the repair of the air conditioner in the room. The application is kindly accepted, but no one does anything. It is a pity that this hotel spoils its image.
The price does not match the quality, for more than 200 thousand you get a 4-star level, there are no bathrobes, or rather there are no Russian tourists, they lie at the reception, a very unpleasant person said that they did not have bathrobes, 3 cotton pads, 3 sticks for 2 people at the hotel. Animators make noise until 1 a.m., and it seems that animators are also resting with them. While tourists are waiting in line, the main animator plays volleyball with an earring in his ear, while managing to create conflict situations on the court or simply takes the ball and leaves. There are also big questions about the volleyball court - whether from the tarpaulin under the sand or from the tape of the playground boundaries - all the players have cuts and abrasions. Before my eyes, a tourist cut off the pad on his toes. There are big questions about nutrition, the choice of fruits is good, cherries and strawberries are dirty, with an abundance of drozdophila. 1 time they gave lobsters and crayfish - just rotten. A very original dish "dorada's head". The selection of hot ones is very poor. There are no seats in the restaurant. Rotovirus was rampant in the hotel, people were saved by a pharmacy across the street. Intrusive service turning into rudeness in the SPA area. Among the ADVANTAGES are the work of waiters and the French pastry shop and all its staff.
It wasn't the first time we had a rest, we liked everything, we were in early July and were surprisingly lucky with the weather, it was even cool in the evenings, but here it's a matter of chance. The sea is clean, the food is varied, up to crabs and crayfish, the pools are clean, alcohol is imported, dishes are clean, rooms are cleaned daily. We lived in the last, newest building, the rooms are not very large, but you don't need to sleep anymore. The cafe with desserts and coffee is also great. Slides for children, animation both in the afternoon and in the evening. The only thing is that the elevator occasionally broke down, but never got stuck)
