We stayed at the hotel from March 8 to March 15, 2020. Delight and splendor accompanied all the time spent in this hotel. Polite staff, cleanliness, beauty, everything is new and everything is shiny. For two days we lived in a room with Windows facing the street, but on the third day we went to a meeting and changed the room with a view of the interior of the hotel, the pool and the sea, the view is amazing! We woke up and fell asleep to the sound of the sea. On March 12, it was my birthday, on this day we rented a car, and upon arrival at the hotel in the evening, there was a pleasant surprise for me fruits, wine and a personalized greeting card from the hotel, it was very pleasant! In the evening there is a place to walk, the hotel grounds are large and beautiful. I was very lucky with the weather, I even managed to swim in the sea and not even get out of the water, because it was hot and comfortable, just like in summer. In the evening there are animations, a disco, a bar, waiters serve the top five, bartenders prepare delicious and beautiful cocktails. It was my best birthday ever, in a wonderful place. I recommend it to everyone!

Hello! I hope my subjective review will help future guests of this hotel.
To begin with, I shouldn't have listened to the reviews, where it was stated that the mattresses in the hotel are very, very hard. It really is! Literally, my sides were bruised to the point of pain. For someone, such rigidity may be just right. In places where the guest gets out of bed, it is sagging and it feels like you are sliding in this direction.
But I also want to mention the reception service. On day 4, I guessed to ask for a blanket to sleep more softly)) A double bed was brought in 15 minutes.
Further. I can't help but mention the smell of the sewer in the shower. He appeared and disappeared. This is the first time in a 5* hotel in Turkey.
CHECK-IN.
For 3 adults, we took a standard room with partial sea view, hoping to get a two-storey or two-room room (a new quiet building) for an additional fee. And so it turned out)) But! When we came to check in with a nice girl at the reception who speaks Russian, we got a hint that they say you have a double with 1 card for three! (How?! 1 card for 3 adults) and a view...somewhere with a piece of the sea might be out there somewhere.
We were ready in advance for an additional payment. I didn't like the direct hint of gratitude.
As a result, they were given a two-storey room. In which the window on the 2nd floor DOES NOT OPEN! as they said, for security reasons. The room was not fresh, but everything worked. Direct sea view satisfied))
TV with absolutely an amateur)) Russian non-news channels (TNT, 8rus and several more with fortune tellers and religious themes). But there are 13 ua channels in all sorts of ways. But we didn't come to watch TV.
INTERNET. A small life hack, for those who want to have Internet for the whole vacation for WhatsApp, video calls and other messengers after 1GB of FREE INTERNET runs out.
1. If you have 2 gadgets, leave 1 without entering the room number and birthday, but just use Temporary Internet. It's free. Periodically knocks out. It's slow, but there's more than enough for all messengers and VK. Not for watching videos. But for a video call and being in touch is enough!
2. Or just don't take this 1 GB, but stay on Temporary. I had 2 gadgets)))
nutrition. There are 5 points here. Turkey meat, beef, chicken, veal, grilled quail, liver is delicious and soft. The desserts are quite decent. Porridge, oatmeal, buckwheat, rice, semolina. The soups are delicious, but the last day on October 25 was all spicy. There are no theme nights in the main restaurant.(October) UNTIL OCTOBER 26TH. There were sweet strawberries.
I wasn't particularly interested in animation. Evening shows about nothing, live music was 1 time (not impressed), then silence.
Contingent : pensioners, families with children, rare youth. 70% of Russian speakers, the rest are Germans, Poles and others.
The sea is great. The pier is old and scary. Boats and boats on the right, to the left of the beach (quite wide for 2 buildings) there are also all sorts of water entertainments. That is, neighboring hotels from Cilicia have a constant irritant in the form of boats, bananas, etc. I liked the location of our beach. Only the remains of drinks are poured by the cleaner directly on the sand. Well, right, ew, ew.
Spa. So-so. Sometimes unpleasant odors, and sometimes very pleasant)) The masseuse is good, knowledgeable. The indoor pool is cold, like all those open in October.
Cleaning : 2 times they twisted all sorts of swans and put flowers. A Russian-speaking woman. We changed the bed 1 time in 2 days. Everything is arranged. The mini bar was replenished daily.
Overall, the hotel is pleasant, the food is good, the sea is clean, the area is cozy and compact. There are some shortcomings that I will not return to this hotel. But for many, perhaps, they are advantages.
Ps: We were picked up from the hotel 4.5 hours before departure. (Turkish Airlines) This is the first time.

At the reception we were told: we can't do anything , it doesn 't contradict the laws of Turkey .

In general, everything is average for 5*, but the details spoil all the impressions.
The Internet is free for only 1 GB and on 1 device, then you can buy more for money. I bought more, but in order to get Internet on another device, you must definitely go to the manager for some code, which is often not available. As a result, my paid Internet connection worked poorly in the room, and also the Internet... it often fell off on one device or another. So the daily pilgrimage to the manager for the Internet was my "entertainment" at the hotel.
Food - there are only three good desserts, for my taste (three milks, rice pudding and another Turkish puff pastry). What looks like European cakes are bland and tasteless.
Fish of normal quality - every other day. If you don't eat meat, you'll have a hard time.
The rooms are clean, but the details... the air conditioner does not blow directly cold, only a little cool air (although, perhaps, someone will be pleased with this). There was a smell from the sink in the bathtub (I figured it out on the second day myself - they just forgot to make a "knee" in the drain)
Of the week of entertainment, I liked only the musical evening on October 29th. Perhaps because it was a national holiday and we tried very hard to do well.
Summary - my worst hotel in the last 5 years (I visit Turkey once or twice a year), I do not want to return

Great hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily. There are no queues in the restaurant. The dishes are varied, the staff is friendly for every taste, everything is clean and tidy. There are enough sun loungers by the sea and by the pool. Special thanks to the animators, the evening programs are interesting and during the day everyone tries for vacationers, they arrange games and various contests. Well done, guys! The water slides are not very good. Only children can ride, adults have to constantly push off to move out.A lot of kids visit the mini club, there is also a variety of leisure activities every day: pizza is baked, sand castles are built or T-shirts are painted. I definitely recommend the hotel.

A small but very cozy hotel area with stunning mountain views. The pool is surrounded by spreading pine trees, where you can relax in the shade or sunbathe in the sun. There are always free deck chairs. The beach is made of small pebbles, paths along the sea and paths for entering the sea. Right in front of the hotel is the main street of the village of Goynyuk, where you can walk and shop.
The food in the restaurant is always delicious, for breakfast you can make juice from oranges yourself. There is a pastry shop with a large selection of all sorts of goodies. We are going for the second time in September. I liked everything very much

Great hotel. I'm for cleanliness and thank God she's here. The food is just wonderful. Ala card snack surprised, they cook any pizza perfectly and not only.
It was a little unpleasant to see cigarette butts near the sea , but it wasn 't the hotel 's fault for not having time to clean up after the pigs .
The rescue children's club helped us a lot, the children ran there, it was so interesting for them, the girls worked with the children as with their own.
The booze is high-quality, there are no complaints at all.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the bar in the room (milk, juice, pepsi, sprite, cola both in bottles and in cans, two waters, two efes beers) was replenished every day. Wi-Fi throughout the territory

This is the third time I have been staying at this hotel. On the plus side, Starbucks appeared and the pipe was removed from the beach. One of the disadvantages is that Guest Relations has stopped working. At all. Two Russian-speaking girls work for.. Get off me. Example: there is a kettle for tea in the room, but no cups. I asked for a cup of tea. Answer: there are plastic cups. Are you serious?! Boiling water in thin plastic cups?! I asked another about a la carte restaurants - the answer is from the series- let's go here- they distract. I went to the Guest Relations desk three times in two days and there was no one there. Administration, please put things in order.

We met 2020 at this hotel...No "WOW!!!" of course, but the usual 5 *, have seen better, as they say.
I was surprised by the separation of the guests... Turks and Europe are in one room, all Russian speakers are in another, and the first ones had a more expensive and more interesting table and program, although the price tag is the same for all 100 & per person (meaning New Year's Eve).
Before the trip, I read bad reviews about the staff...I can't confirm it!!!
The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels, bathroom/toilet accessories were changed daily...high-quality alcohol, food... the usual hotel food, on the fifth day I want borscht and herring...the territory is large and green...the beach is sandy and clean...there is an exit to the city, you can wander....
Four Russian channels on TV, 12 Ukrainian ones. WI-Fi on 4+.
To the question "Would you come back?"... most likely not, but only because of the huge selection of 5* hotels on this coast.

We were in September 2019. They move all Russians at once into the most lateral rooms 11... the view was on the entrance to the laundry room or whatever they have there. We have a one-year-old child, they asked us to relocate. We've been waiting for 3 days! They moved into the main building with a side view of the sea and life got better, but the sediment remained during these 3 days. We won't go there anymore. The food is usually not great, but there is always something there. There are few fruits. The beach is great. There is also a place to walk outside the hotel.
