The recently opened KFS. The service is good, orders are given quickly. Sometimes they can confuse and give a spicy burger instead of the original one. Unfortunately, this needs to be checked. There is no parking nearby. The toilets leave much to be desired.

They do not complete orders once long before they are issued, then they voice the numbers of ready orders. The information board of the order queue is always almost empty, but at the same time there is a huge queue of customers waiting. With 2-3 orders being prepared on the scoreboard, mine was marked as ready, after 2-3 minutes, the real waiting time for the order was 21 minutes. If I had known that there were so many orders in front of me, I would not have wasted my time and passed by. Cash receipts are withdrawn when an order is issued. The response of one of the employees to the client's remark that the information board should reflect the real picture and the waiting time was rude.
The twister junior I ordered was missing one of the ingredients that made it tastier, namely onions. In my opinion, this institution not only does not meet quality standards and does not provide the proper level of service, but also causes reputational losses to the brand.

I bought a junior burger and a combo of 2 for 3.
I put 1 star because of the normal Coca-Cola. Everything else was pickled in saline solution for a month. I almost spat out my kidneys, everything is wildly salty. It took 0.5 Cokes purely to eat one small burger. I didn't think this could happen.
