I visited this institution today. Noticing a queue of several people, I decided to place an order through the self-service tableau, where a table with everyone was already open (therefore, someone had previously chosen the function with them / on the spot) I realized this moment after paying for the order. After waiting for the confirmation of your order number (it took a long time to wait) I received the order (on the spot), after which I explained the situation to the employee who issued the order and asked to pack it (with me) To which the employee (the girl) walked around the corner, took two bags and threw them into my hands. "Like, pack it yourself." It's unpleasant, it's a shame, you always try to treat the working staff humanely (this is not an easy job, we understand) But you shouldn't take out your anger and nerves towards the restaurant's visitors, it's terrible. It's not the first time I've encountered similar situations in other KFC's, I come to the conclusion that I will soon stop visiting these institutions because of the ill-mannered employees of these institutions, it's easier to order delivery, well, or look for a better place…
If you do not have self-control of your emotions and nerves, then do not work in these institutions, why spoil your mood and everyone around you (customers and other employees). I would advise the management to take some measures to correct similar situations

Very bad. Everything is stale. The chicken is dry, salty and old. French fries are the worst I've ever tasted: cold and stale. Cola is a stagnant drain from the bottom of the tank, without gas.
Perhaps this is due to Thursday evening. I wanted to take those awful burgers and smear them on the table and everything I see. To make them suffer by removing this semblance of food, ugh.
