Good afternoon. We arrived on May 30 at 21.50 at the restaurant at Independence, 75-3H. We ordered spicy legs, a cheeseburger (indicated without onions and tomatoes), potatoes in a rustic standard, two sauces and cola zero in a bottle. Of the entire order, there were no questions only about sauces. The cola was not chilled, although the label clearly says "Drink chilled!" Everything else in the order was just cold. My girlfriend asked me to notice everything except sauces and cola, explaining that all dishes are cold. Without even apologizing, the cashier took the tray and left. It took about 5 minutes and the order was returned. And most likely, all the dishes were simply heated in the microwave or in something else: the legs became just warm and the batter became soft, the potatoes shriveled up a lot, besides, later nuggets and French fries were found in it, and the cheeseburger, which should have been without onions and tomatoes, turned out to be with onions, but Thank God!, no tomatoes. We didn't want to swear the second time, so we just ate without pleasure what was replaced for us. I could have forgiven this disgusting service, which I had not seen in any other restaurant in the chain, on any other day, but it was the evening before my girlfriend's birthday, where I brought her to cheer up.

Very mediocre staff who do not particularly speak the national language, there is one cash register, as we will not visit this institution, there is one toilet in which there is no toilet paper, it is sad to realize that in most cases the CFS is very losing to competitors in these parameters ... a deuce due to the fact that you have a very wonderful fountain (the girl said))
For technical reasons, orders were given for a very long time, and then they stopped giving at all. But the most interesting thing is that new ones were accepted....
