It turns out that you are returning at your own expense! part of the tile needs to be paid for that free (paid!) the delivery that was provided initially. It is difficult for me to comment on how these 2 delivery options are interconnected, but the impression of the service has changed dramatically and worsened. In my opinion, the head responsible for the service in this company should pay attention to this point and try to fix it. In no company, when returning products at their own expense, the delivery of the previous delivery is not deducted. This is not how a world-class service looks like. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. I don't want anyone to be as disappointed as I am. Have a nice day and good luck in business!
