On September 5, I visited this store in the afternoon.Maintenance is at the level below the baseboard.There are a lot of consultants who will communicate better with each other than with the client. I went there because it was indicated on the site that there are designers who can tell you, in fact, zero, they don't care about you.Maybe I was unlucky, but the sediment remained unpleasant. In another store of this network, according to Prytytsky, the attitude towards the customer is much better.

Something's not right here... We chose tiles or porcelain stoneware and needed expert advice. We traveled to Mile and Altagamma, then decided to stop in Keramin for comparison. It became clear that here and only here it is necessary to take. At the entrance, they asked about the purpose of the visit and then personally picked up and calculated everything. There is even a 3D layout. In Altagamma, for example, even the specialists did not tear their heads off the monitors when customers appeared, and when contacting them personally, the answer was "ask specifically - we will answer". Keramin was pleasantly surprised. For state-owned production, the service is very good and the price tag is normal.

I took on 10/30/2022 floor tiles Nottingham 2, wall Bungalow-R 2, Detroit 1, Namib-R with a total area of more than 20m2.
The advantages include friendly staff, they will help, they will tell you about the design and decoration of the rooms. There are no special questions about the edges and corners, whole, without chips.
But there are big questions about the shape of the tiles, because by and large the whole is convex, you have to dodge to put it more or less evenly. On some wall tiles in the middle, there is not enough glue.
And also half of the range of tiles is not available.
