It's a very colorful place, but you need to come earlier, because the queue is really big, we were in February 2023, the queue was occupied from 12 o'clock, we were already 10, but it's worth it. The pilaf is really delicious, the prices are average, acceptable, the staff is polite, but it must be borne in mind that there will be a lot of locals, but this only makes it more interesting)
The whole pilaf in the morning. There's nothing to do after 13. They eat everything. Delicious. I recommend. It's hot and crowded. But it doesn't spoil the impression. I recommend.
It didn't work out to try the pilaf, the queue resembles a struggle at the feeder in the poultry house. The waiters do not bring pilaf, everything from the menu except pilaf. You are standing in line, if the person you took the queue for does not confirm that you stood behind him, then you will not receive a pilaf. 20 minutes of time was spent, as a result, a wonderful Afrasiyab restaurant was found near the grave of St. Daniel, with very tasty cuisine and good service
I would put 4.5. The pilaf is delicious, but fatter than the wedding in Tashkent.
There are a lot of people who want to try pilaf, so it ends quickly. So it's better to arrive early, around 11 o'clock, maybe 11.30. At 12.30 it may end.
The pilaf is super, as soon as you enter, go to the cauldrons, there you choose the size of a portion of pilaf and sit down at the table with it, everything else will be brought to you, the calculation after
The worst version of pilaf that I have ever tried. There was a sharp fishy taste in the pilaf, as if oil had been put into the pilaf, on which fish had been fried several times before (((.
Very tasty pilaf, the meat just melts in your mouth. I advise you to visit if you are in the city of Samarkand. We have to make it before 13:00, otherwise the pilaf will end.
I have never eaten more delicious pilaf in Uzbekistan.
The place is not advertised as a pilaf center in Tashkent. All the locals gather here and by 13:00 the whole pilaf ends.
They are cooked in zygote oil, which gives the pilaf a special taste.
The cook is a master of his craft and a very sociable person.
The pilaf is delicious, but expensive!
I gave 250 thousand for four people - in my opinion it's expensive!
In addition to pilaf, we ordered 3 salads out of four offered.
And we also ordered grape juice.
I expected about 150k maximum.
Pilaf had to be in a live queue for one of us to stand and order directly from the cook's hands - some kind of nonsense. And I had to stand in line for about 15 minutes.
The meat is delicious, the meat was fine for four.
But 250 thousand is not enough!
A super positive person, Zhoni pilaf is also a very tasty expert in his field

It's not just delicious, but also interesting. The pilaf here is delicious. The portions are decent, the prices are affordable. 150,000 soums for two: pilaf 2 servings, two salads, flatbread, tea. It was enough. We were driving back in a taxi with a driver, whom we stood together behind a wonderful pilaf. The pilaf laying process was impressive. There is also a queue of lovers and connoisseurs of local cuisine. I highly recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.
There is a huge queue, it is not clear what all these people are standing for. The pilaf is delicious, but not to say amazing! I was led to recommendations and reviews about this place, but my expectations were not fulfilled. I ate in Samarkand and tastier and cheaper. I wouldn't go anymore.
Good delicious pilaf. Good portions. The only drawback is the queue and separate payment for pilaf and so on.

Great delicious pilaf. The fact that there are always a lot of townspeople proves that they really cook right there. The only thing that confuses is the huge number of the crowd, which is a little annoying. As it is, everything is normal.
the meat in the pilaf is very tasty (but a little too small :))! the pilaf itself is also good, but I liked it more in Bukhara in the Labi House :) The tourist price tag is 80k for two, but the set includes a whole ceremony with salads, tea, ayran and flatbread, and considering that there are a lot of locals eating here, everything is very authentic)

I didn't like it. A popular, tourist destination on the outskirts of the city. A crowd of locals and tourists are sitting at dirty tablecloths with running waiters. Samarkand is full of places where there is super delicious pilaf, I don't understand why all tourists are driven to this place.

You can see how pilaf is cooked. Everything is clean and tidy. A real layered Uzbek pilaf, as Tamerlane punished. IT'S JUST VERY TASTY!
The service is zero pilaf is expensive and you still have to stand in line and wait until they give their friends pilaf without a queue two times and both times did not like it
The best pilaf in Samarkand is cooked here. By the time it is ready, a lot of its connoisseurs gather. They give out queue numbers, but it fits quickly.
The pilaf is delicious , the prices are a little too high, they took 2 portions of pilaf for 4 people , salads and 2 tortillas , tea cost 209,000 soums
Delicious pilaf, moderately fatty (but still it is Samarkand)
The staff is friendly and sociable, we arrived at 13:15 there was still pilaf, but unlike Tashkent, it is better to come at 12 o'clock in the afternoon
Excellent restaurant, a large selection of dishes at reasonable prices :)

A great place to try Samarkand pilaf. But it is necessary to have time before 12:30 in the afternoon, the pilaf is quickly "eaten, sold out." The portion is large, one can not overpower. But for three - just.
Pilaf for five (and actually that's what everyone is coming here for). You need to come by 11 a.m. to get a table you like. The waitresses will ask about drinks, and without asking they will bring a salad, a flatbread and a drink made of something milky. But at exactly 11.30 it is necessary to get up and go to the cauldron. After a short prayer, on a first-come, first-served basis, pilaf will be laid out very nicely, specifying the amount and your fat preferences. Please accept my respect, the people who organized all this.
Pilaf from Joni, mmmm. Lick your fingers! Indescribable taste sensations, after it pilaf can be tasted only of another variety and only in Uzbekistan!
The only thing that worries you is that you may be shortchanged at the exit, so be vigilant
Incredibly delicious pilaf, first you stand in line, then you get a dish with fragrant pilaf, the waiters bring pickles, fresh vegetables, tea. There are a lot of locals, and that's saying something
