An excellent place by the standards of Sukhum. The beach, the embankment are literally within walking distance, the food is quite tasty but simple, the rooms are clean but again rustic, the bed was twisted with screws, but the air conditioner was working properly, the TV had three channels, two Russian ones, apparently transmitted from the satellite network, translate if changing then Discovery then some other satellite ones. In general, the hotel is not bad.

Not the worst option, but... There was no room cleaning in 10 days! We just restocked toilet paper and took away the garbage. Meals are served at the level of the Soviet canteen. You can eat, but without the gastronomic pleasure.

The second year I come, everything is normal, the sea, the Embankment, everything is nearby, breakfast is perfectly cooked, lunch is included, dinner is 300 rubles buffet, the staff is good, there is parking if you need a taxi, then they are constantly at hand!!!!

A sane hotel near the sea.
- not commercial equipment. The repair was done, but it would be nice to renovate. There are as many as 4 TV channels. It will be boring for youth tourism here.
+ Proximity to the sea. It's quiet here, it's the best place to relax with children. The food is quite varied. During the peak season, there is plenty of space on the beach and no one bothers to buy.... There is something to see. And nature is here.... And just leave the hotel and watch.
Summary - if you want a noisy vacation with a lot of adventures in a bar, go to Turkey. If you want to take a break from the noise and eternal running around, well, and see the world without the rush of official excursions, then it's better to come here.

It would not hurt to change the TVs in the rooms, the furniture. At least some chairs and tables can be placed on the balcony. Make breakfasts more varied,. Extend the work of the lobby bar at least until 21:00, otherwise it closes at 6.

A good hotel. The food is good, but there is little choice for breakfast.Coffee would taste better, and sweets. Sausage and cheeses are rare filth. A little cheaper price per room, and we will go there again! Close to the sea is a big plus. I didn't like the bathroom, it was very cramped. Overall a good hotel! I recommend

An ordinary budget hotel, with prices like in Sochi, the price of a double room is 2500, a shower, a combined toilet is rated at 3 out of five, the room itself is also at 3, yes there is a mini refrigerator,a TV table and air conditioning.the air conditioning is dirty, the TV shows 4 channels, the beds are one and a half, the mattresses are sagging shorter, the price does not match the conditions, and yes, I almost forgot the free wifi.I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location in the center. The superior room with additional renovation is not super, but it is not bad either. It's quiet on the 6th floor from the street side. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but not the worst either. Clean, though not perfect. The included buffet allowed you to eat well before the next trip.
