A wonderful hotel. She lived there from November 4 to November 7, 2021. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast buffet. The menu is very diverse. Wonderful view from the balcony. And most importantly, the sea is a 2-minute walk away. And people are very polite and friendly. It's just strangers greeting each other in the morning. I will definitely go again.
The hotel is next to the sea, has its own territory with gazebos. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens from all sides. They try to diversify breakfasts and lunches, it was delicious, you won't leave hungry.
4. The hotel. Very nice and polite staff. The sea is very close. There are many invitations for excursions. But the lowest prices offered in the hotel room can be compared. There is a balcony with a large view of the garden and a bit of the sea. I really liked it! And the market is not far away
The rooms are not large, the showers are small. The TV has 2 channels. The balcony is without chairs and tables. 6 floors. There are a lot of very mosquitoes. The food is normal, but it's the same every day. The pool is new, it was opened in early July 2022. There are coolers with drinking water on each floor. Bar. Clear.
You should hardly expect a large selection, this is not Turkey, everything is included.
Our room was 2 rooms, with 2 balconies, 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator.
Minus, we haven't cleaned the balcony once in 8 days.
I would like to change the linen more often, and not once every 5 days.
We never went to the pool, as the weather was fine, we swam on the sea, which is 2 minutes from the hotel.

If you plan a three-person vacation, book a room with three beds in advance, otherwise one will sleep on a cot, although you will have a room for three, specify immediately. There are TVs in the rooms, but they do not catch channels, wi-fi does not catch in all rooms. The food is good, everything is very tasty, buffet style. The sea is nearby, the beach is pebbly, sun loungers are paid, the beer is delicious).
We had a vacation with a tour group in October 2019.According to the general opinion of the group, and by the way we came from the Crimea, we liked everything at the hotel, and the food, and the atmosphere, and the work of the staff.

I didn't like the furniture in the rooms, but that was back in 2018. The staff is very attentive. There is an elevator. The food is not bad either. It was possible not to have time for breakfast, due to the fact that the food is delicious and all the food is scattered quickly. The location is just great! 40+ mosquitoes in 5 nights - that's how many I killed in the room while I was resting in your hotel. These creatures climb through the ventilation and start circling with the lights off. The fumigator and liquid kindly provided by the maid could not cope with so many bloodsuckers in the room. I hope the management will deal with this issue, personally I have no desire to come here once and for all. The staff is friendly, everything is fine in the kitchen too.
Not a bad hotel. In the center of Sukhum, near the market, the sea is 100m away. But in the ironing room from the iron, I burned my blouse by accident, it was uncleaned and faulty. So be careful there!

Breakfast is a separate topic. The omelette is constantly cold, there are no vegetables, and this is in a southern country, coffee is only instant, the porridge is over-sweetened - it's creepy. It is better to go to the port for lunch and dinner. But there is also the only restaurant "Dem" where we liked it. The hyped "Nart", with boorish waiters, where the food is overcooked and over-salted, is not worth visiting. We collected everything that was left, and there are a lot of dogs left, and there are a lot of them here. All the wine, you hear, is powdered. At least throw away your stomach after it. The chacha is good, it was taken at the market from an aunt in the far corner. The sweets on the market are all old, they were thrown out right away. The transfer is a sucker. They almost missed the plane because of him. I had to leave the customs office at the border with a passing private trader leaving the inspection and then a taxi to the airport. It is allegedly impossible to just get out, so two customs officers answered us, only by car. A madhouse. I'm not going anymore.
Very old, the furniture is still Soviet, the dining room is terrible: porridge is not the first freshness stuck and dried on the distribution, hot water from the boiler in the room, scheduled blackouts.
There are no seasonal discounts, there was one price tag for the whole year in winter.

I can't say anything about prices, since we lived as part of a tour group. The breakfasts are not bad. Of course, I wanted something national, but there were no complaints about the food. There are a lot of chipped dishes. When checking in, some of our group came across the fact that the room smelled strongly of smoking. There was no smell of smoking in our room. There was simply no cleaning in the room.after the first night, the garbage was taken out and that was it. They didn't even put the bag in the bucket after that. There was no second roll of toilet paper. The bed linen is stained. The doors are cardboard. I can hear what is being said in the room opposite. The TV is smart, but Wi-Fi is not enough for him. It freezes constantly. There is a cooler on the floor. The repair was carried out by handlers. Near the embankment and the market. I can't say anything about the friendliness of the staff, since we left in the morning and returned in the evening, so we practically did not cross paths with the staff. I witnessed a conflict between a hotel guest and the administrator/owner. I don't know the details, but the men talk very rudely. If you agree to put up with cleanliness, or rather its absence, then you can move in. But I think there are better hotels.
We had a rest from August 11 to 21, a good hotel, near the sea,a swimming pool,friendly staff, food without frills, but we were not hungry, I recommend it!

Upon check-in: neither good afternoon, nor happy New Year! And immediately about life insurance. For a very long time they were outraged by my refusal. For comparison, last year we rested at the Europa hotel, they gave us a gift when we checked in, there were tangerines everywhere.
Now about breakfast: I do not know, but!!!! Boiled egg, casserole, rice porridge, cottage cheese, sausages - it's hard to call a buffet. No fruit, no pastries, no toasters, instant coffee only.
It was possible to have dinner for a fee only from January 3. There was chicken, meat, three salads. We must pay tribute - it is cooked delicious.
But there is no terminal at the reception and no change either. The reception staff (except Madina) does EVERYTHING so that people do NOT come.
Be prepared for bad internet, constant power outages.
And if, last year, while vacationing at the Europa hotel, I wanted to come to Abkhazia again. That's now "thanks" to Inter Sukhum.. Hardly

one of the disadvantages is that there is no promised table and chairs on the balcony for evening tea and drinking local alcohol. Sukhum has very dirty water and dirty and crowded beaches everywhere.
For all other points, at least a solid 4. The room is clean and quite pleasant (if you do not find fault and do not look for fervor inside the air conditioner, as some here in the reviews - I personally went to rest and it did not even occur to me). The staff was pleased. The dining room is great. We walked to the botanical garden and to the nursery with monkeys, even once we walked from the mocha beach (although I don't really advise it - it's too far already), 100 meters to the embankment. In fact, I liked everything except the beach. If you are going to swim in the sea, then it is better to look for something in Gagra, otherwise inter is quite a decent option
