Great memories from visiting this place :-). A dining room with a choice of several dishes, decent food- if you are not waiting for an exclusive meal! They make great coffee! The rooms are clean, small but everything is provided.

We decided to celebrate the New Year 2024 neither in our hotel, but in this one, as we presented a gorgeous show program, a presenter, practical jokes, etc. As a result, there was no show program for 7 thousand rubles, constantly as in the Mausoleum, then the presenter, if you can call it that, spoke off topic. When it was time for 23.55, I turned on my laptop and only the voice of the president of the Russian Federation, and when the chimes began, I even turned off, as a result, the show program 0. And the main surprise is the public toilets on the street. The result is a score of 1.5 points . I do not recommend this hotel for New Year's Eve celebrations.

The location is super, the cleanliness is excellent. The bed is snow-white, there were 3 towels, soap, shampoo in the room. There are dishes, heat, boiling water and drinking water in the hallway. It's okay, we expected the worst. The pool, however, was opened when all the guests were leaving. 3 buses of tourists who lived on holidays. And so it's fine, even great for that kind of money.
One star for breakfast. Tasteless and monotonous. A lot of things, but apart from milk porridge, everything is inedible. Well, cottage cheese with sour cream and casseroles. I don't even want to try the rest. And it's the same thing every day.

A normal hotel, but I will not recommend it. The rooms are clean, but tired - with scuffs on the doors and creaking cabinets. The cleaners as they get - some are polite, and some are rude. We had a "do not disturb" sign on our door, when we left the room, one was sitting in the foyer and told us "well, can I get out of here already?!". Only the door to the balcony opens in the room, there is no net, and there are mosquitoes. The fumigator does not work. When I asked to put a grid, they promised to do it and set a time, in the end they scored.
The girls at the reception are silent, they may not answer "hello" or even silently give out the key, it is very uncomfortable.
The only friendly person is a barwoman in a cafe. He makes great coffee in the morning. But sometimes he can leave, leave the girls from the dining room instead of him and you will be left without a cocktail, because they do not know how to cook them.
By the way, about the dining room. Dinner time is from 17 to 19, which is inconvenient, we managed to return from excursions several times and were left without him. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food is the same, only porridge can be changed for soup. On the third day, the food gets boring. On the fifth, you start to think about the freshness of food.
For all these reasons, three stars. It seems like a trifle, but in five days we were more tired of all this than we rested.

Now we are resting at the hotel, everything is very satisfactory: service, food, attitude of the staff! This is our first vacation experience in Abkhazia, but very positive, we guessed right with the hotel. The rooms are well renovated, the water is hot and cold without interruptions, the food is simple but satisfying, without frills. We took breakfast and dinner, we didn't really want to have lunch, so fruit and wine, but it's just excellent. Therefore, those who have no claim to "luxury" with lobsters and Hennessy, feel free to come! And the hotel, Sukhum, and Abkhazia are worth it!

The hotel is very well located, 50 meters from the sea. And a five-minute walk from the central market. Equipped embankment, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The dining room is cozy and clean, the breakfasts are hearty. All rooms have a balcony. The linen is clean, the towel is changed every day. There are cups, plates, forks and spoons in the room, and a cooler in the hallway. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We rested as a tour group and stayed in Inter Sukhum for 2 days. We went with the child, did not sleep at all last night. Ladies with low social responsibility stayed in the room opposite and received guests. Or, screams, mats stood on the entire floor. Half the night I listened to it, then I went down to the reception, explained the situation, a man from the security service came up with me. He made a remark to them, but unfortunately he could not help them, it only got worse. Now it went on the same way, only with insults to me. From conversations, I concluded that these are local ladies at work and in addressing me they asked me from which hole I came and why.
I want to note that similar statements for two days about the arrivals came from a canteen worker at a distribution. Hospitality and the true face of the locals or a coincidence?!
The room was dirty, it felt like all the surfaces were rubbed with one dirty rag. Someone else's hair is on the bed. There is a fungus in the cabin, the glass has been in a lime coating for more than one month.
I was in Abkhazia and this hotel for the second time and I can say for sure that it is the last!

We rested at INTER-SUKHUM hotels from 05.08 to 16.08. I liked everything. There is a market, shops, bus stop near the hotel. The sea is on the first line, there is a new swimming pool. The food is good, everything is fresh at home (buffet). We lived in a room for three with three beds. Linen and towels are clean, they are being changed. The staff is friendly and friendly. We recommend staying at this hotel. There is a wish, I would like the hotel to have its own beach with free sun beds.

I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday.The food is monotonous, there is no coffee machine.If you come later for breakfast or lunch, there is no milk, no compote either...Of the drinks, only tea, coffee or water from the cooler.There was no sausage for breakfast, only cheese.The glasses are not washed, the dishes are broken.We lived on the 7th floor, the elevator only reached the 6th, one floor had to be walked.The water in the pool is very warm, it is not comfortable to swim in the heat!The Internet in the room worked

You will like the accommodation if the neighbors are not very loud. The roar of the doors entering the rooms hits the brain. You can have tea in the room. If there are any technical issues, they are quickly resolved. The sea is nearby. The market is not far away. The city center is easily accessible (you can walk). Shops, pharmacies nearby. The only thing that spoiled the rest was the monotony of the food in the dining room of the hotel. But there are a lot of cafes around. And, it is also problematic to get to the sea for someone whose legs are not very good. You need to get over the stone steps (if you can call them that). However, we had a nice rest.

Moreover, not between the rooms, but from the corridor everything is very audible. When one of the neighbors opens his door, it seems that they are breaking into you. The buffet is modest, but everything is fresh and delicious. The staff responds to any requests. The maids ask every day if they need anything. The ATM in the lobby for some reason spat out my card back, so the girl at the reception gave me cash, and I transferred it to her card. At the departure, the guard carried my heavy suitcase to the trunk of the taxi. So I had a very pleasant experience.

The angry ones are going to park the car... information on the website:Parking is FREE... Nothing like that, for a fee. Well, for me it's like old yeast, repeated stress. In general, we "communicated" to the point that we were compensated for late check-in with free parking). That was the end of all the bad things. Our room was on the top floor, apparently the floor was closed later, so the elevator did not go to it, we went up one floor on foot. The studio room is large, with two balconies, two split systems, a sofa with many pillows, 2 large armchairs, a comfortable mattress, snow-white linen. A set of good tableware. A separate bathroom and a bathroom with a full set: soap, shampoo, shower caps, z.paste, z.brush, bathrobes. We took breakfast, I had enough of everything, everything was delicious and fresh. There was always a pleasant woman in the hall who controlled her employees and, if necessary, helped them herself. The rooms were constantly cleaned, but I did not like when there were strangers in my room, so I refused to clean. Everything was fine with me, cleaning was repeatedly offered. BY NO means to the council. to take kebabs near the hotel, we were tired from the road and ordered a barbecue and salad. Both my husband and I were poisoned. A few days have flown out. While I was ill, my husband ordered khinkali at the hotel bar. He says it's delicious) After breakfast, we traveled around the nearby surroundings, then had dinner only in the dining room, which is located next to the hotel, walk a little to the left from the hotel. Delicious, inexpensive, varied. I recommend the hotel.

The owner of the hotel cannot ensure the safety of vacationers. There is a small selection of food in the dining room, there is no fruit or juice. Compote only at lunch. The plumbing, the doors are old, the Internet is very bad and because of this, the TV does not catch well, slows down. The service is so-so. The lamp in the bathroom burned out, we reported, and it was not changed. But the rooms are clean. There are no chairs or a table on the balcony.

We were in the first decade of July. Cramped rooms, old doors (audibility as if they did not exist at all) with a metal key, a dead shower stall (black mold in the corners), one of the two bedside lamps works. There is not enough table and chairs on the balcony. Wi-Fi catches mostly in the hallway, not in the room. There are a lot of mosquitoes (in the elevators and lobby), they also get into the room (the fumigator is really in the room). The child got not a bed, but a creaky cot. There was an air conditioner, but it creaked when working. According to the food, it was edible, but there is no variety. There are no drinks for children, only water, milk and tea. Do not expect regular towel updates. Among the advantages: the location, the presence of a swimming pool and an ironing room, there is a cooler on each floor, the staff is adequate.

Good afternoon. We had a rest with our spouse at this hotel (I can't even call this institution a hotel) in early June 2023. Both were left in shock by what they saw. The rooms are not new, but they are normal (they did not pay attention to the little things). Cleaning, changing towels, bed linen, etc. - everything is normal. The food is monotonous (far from a buffet)!!! As long as my husband and I rested, I have never had to beg for a plate of soup for dinner (in the dining room they told me that they ate everything at lunch, there is no soup, you will eat at home). There is a heated swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, but every day relatives (children, wives, brothers, sisters) come there, either the owner himself or his staff. And also on the territory of the pool, the hotel administration can arrange holidays or parties for their relatives without paying any attention to the hotel guests. I also see for the first time that some of the staff (men) could afford to lie down on a chaise longue by the pool in the afternoon and fall asleep, and then get up and ride a bike along the edge of the pool looking at women in swimsuits like some kind of animals in a zoo. The hotel does not have any entertainment for adults or children (only the pool). The territory of the hotel is like a passageway, everyone comes in (even gypsies have been seen). The beach is 50 meters away. Sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee. Yes, another important news for guests visiting this country is that a fine of 6,000 rubles has been imposed in Abkhazia since this year. for the fact that if you suddenly decide to walk in swimming trunks or swimsuits to some object outside the beach area, then be prepared for the fact that you may be fined and you will not be able to leave the country until you pay it. The nature of this country is simply magical, but the service, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired:((( Maybe my review will help someone decide on the choice of a vacation destination (hotel) and choose the best option! We had a rest from August 18 to 25. The hotel is good, I put a solid 4. On the first line, 2 minutes to the beach. Sun beds for 100 rubles, an umbrella for 250 rubles. For comparison, on the neighboring beach there are sun beds for 300 rubles. The sea is clean, transparent, the entrance to the sea is flat, which is important. We went to the Mocha beach, for about half an hour by bus for 10 rubles, or by trolleybus for 5 rubles. The price is, of course, a shock! The beach is gorgeous, in no way inferior to the Turkish one. Sand, sun beds under a large canopy for 200 rubles, huts for 2 sun beds for 500 rubles. There is everything- shower, toilet, locker rooms are old, but this is the only disadvantage. Cafes are very nice, especially delicious pizza for 350-400 rubles. There is a massage, although they did not use it, but there were always customers there. There are all the standard beach entertainments - banana, catamarans, parachute, jet skis, etc. for children. The hotel took breakfast and dinner. Next time, let's take one breakfast, because the buffet at dinner is equally meager. Ie, you will not stay hungry, but you will eat the same dishes every day, and dinner is from 17 to 19-00, it's too early. Then we go for a walk along the embankment anyway, we can eat there.Nearby there is an inexpensive cafe "sat-ate", budget. Or the magician "Wave", the whole set of products is there. The prices are normal. The only thing that surprises is the locals in the service sector. Rarely does anyone say hello, no one smiles. They remind workers of Soviet sanatoriums, they do their work, but they consider it beneath their dignity to provide services. There are no complaints about the hotel staff, the maid on the 5th floor is friendly, cleaning every 3 days, the beds are clean, the linen is good. If we go again, we will stay at this hotel. Judging by the reviews of my friends who lived in other places, we had just a great hotel.

It is located on the first coastline. Conveniently located near the central embankment. There are small single rooms, but they are inhabited by two people. And there are nice big rooms. It is relatively clean, the maids do the cleaning, change the towels. The food is very monotonous. There are no fruits. For two weeks, they gave only plums, apples a couple of times and watermelon once.

4) Location. There are no disadvantages. 1 min to the beach. 5 min market. And the trolleybus stop.
The pool was cleaned. There are enough sun beds.
Bar- two different wines are poured into one glass if one is over. Strange.

We rested with a friend at this hotel from 05/23/2023 to 06/01/2023. The hotel is so-so for 2+. Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. The food is very poor. Fruits and juices are not present at all. The menu set is very sparse. I was bribed by the fact that the sea is of course 100 meters away and a heated swimming pool. They were from 31.12.2022 to 02.01.2023. The rooms are clean, everything is in working order. The TV shows 5 channels. The pool is warm and clean. The food is excellent. The New Year's table was gorgeous, the program was not very good. 15,000 rubles were paid for the banquet, not very enthusiastic.
It makes sense to come in summer, but not to a banquet in winter.

For Sukhum, it is not bad, against the background of total devastation. The layout of the USSR, you will not see a bathrobe and slippers, the rooms are clean and cozy. Something above average costs decent money of 9-15 thousand, more in the season. There is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a bar but it was not at 22:00 it was already closed. Unfortunately, there are no photos left. Of the big advantages, I can say that I forgot my phone right away - it's nice.
