Nice, clean and cozy hotel.Warm clean pool. The room has everything you need. The cooler is on the floor near the elevator.
There is no chair or table on the balcony.
There are a lot of mosquitoes. But if you suddenly ask-the goods will be given fumitox.But I warn you right away. Bring the fumigator liquid with you, because the stuff that is given out at the hotel does not work on mosquitoes at all.
The security at the hotel actively chases vacationers who go to the hotel building in swimsuits. Otherwise, consider there is no security. Because drunk companies can sit next to the bar until three in the morning and yell and cackle wildly until three in the morning (taking into account the acoustics of the hotel courtyard), interfering with the sleep of vacationers. But the guards are apparently afraid to get in touch and ask to behave more quietly. It's not like to fight with swimsuits ...

We live from 06 to 15.09. The location is excellent, the dining room Sat Down and Ate around the corner 200 meters away. Delicious and not expensive. There is a cafe next to the sea - it is not tasty at all. The sea is probably 300m. Beach: 150r chaise longue, umbrella and 2x600r chaise longue. The entrance is shady, you can go without shoes, but it's better to buy. The hotel itself is decent, nothing special. We took a 2-seater standard. Room 311 has a view of the courtyard, minus the fact that the air conditioning units are next to the shower and they are buzzing, sometimes the smoke of smokers downstairs comes in. There is no place to sit on the balcony, the chairs in the room are not comfortable for gatherings. There is a screen on the door-a door from the cameras, there is no way without it. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Pay attention to this when checking in. It is ideal to live higher of course. It is not clear which side is better, the music from the cafe will be heard from all sides. If you only live on the side of the road, it is possible to be quieter. Garbage collection every 3 days. Complete cleaning with bed linen change every 5 days. The faucet in the shower broke, the maid said, the plumber was there in 5 minutes, everything was fixed. There is an ironing room on the 3rd floor. To wash clothes 250 rubles. We took 2 types of porridge with breakfast, monotonously, sausages, casserole, omelet or boiled egg, rolls, cottage cheese, pieces of cheese, spaghetti, buckwheat. Tea bags, instant coffee, milk, condensed milk. It is enough for a girl, it is unlikely to feed men, it is possible to transfer a group of 1400r people, an individual private 3500r car. The location of the hotel is really good, the embankment is nearby, the central market is around the corner, the arboretum is 20 minutes walking distance.

A classic Soviet hotel, very nice for Abkhazia. The accommodation includes a buffet breakfast (we were fed the same thing for several days, we didn't really like it, but let it be) the sea is 100-150 meters away. There is a swimming pool, the location is good, near the market and the city center along the embankment 10-15 minutes to the port.

We are resting at the hotel now everything is cool, clean and the staff is friendly! We took a standard room with breakfast and dinner. Everything is delicious! The assortment is small but fresher! The only drawback is there are no coffee machines, only instant. It's not delicious. You can probably survive it, there is coffee on the street nearby! The pool is cleaned every morning and the water is filtered. The beach is next to the first line. Sun beds for 200-250 rubles. Going into the water is not steep. A decent hotel for Abkhazia!!!

Terrible attitude towards groups
Financial issues are solved by a person who does not happen on weekends when groups arrive. The rooms are so ... breakfast costs 600₽ ala buffet. Prices increase during the holidays. The pool is always closed. Weddings are constantly held here on weekends, the music is humming. Parking is also paid for guests. In general, it is better to settle a group of tourists in another place for the same money.

We had a rest in the middle of August 2023. I'll start with the pros: 1. Location. A minute and you're on the beach. Near the market, pharmacies and, in our opinion, the best cafe in the city, Guarap hall
2. It is possible to wash clothes (200 rubles. washing) and an ironing room.
3. There is a working air conditioner in the room, which saved in such heat. The Internet and TV connection is also not bad in terms of quality.
Now about the cons - the standard room is small. We booked one large bed, resulting in two mattresses under a common sheet. There was black mold in the shower stall. There is no cleaning in the rooms as such, they only take out the trash and change the towels and then if you catch the maid. The bed linen was changed once in 2 weeks and then after 2 days of questions and requests. The breakfast is so-so, you should not call it a buffet. Just a buffet breakfast, no variety, the same thing every day. Of the drinks, only instant coffee and tea.

We were in July 2023, the lights were not turned off, there was always water. A cozy dining room, quite good breakfasts (milk, pancakes, vegetables, cereals, eggs, sausages, cheese, apples, tea, instant coffee). The hotel has a free ironing room with modern irons on the 3rd floor, and you can use a washing machine for money. During the week, the bed linen was changed 1 time, towels several times. It is very convenient that everyone has a balcony where a clothes drying cord with a set of clothespins is stretched. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a TV. There is carpet on the floor in the rooms and corridors. There is a cooler with cold/hot water in the hallway on each floor. The Internet does not catch well everywhere. In general, a very decent hotel, friendly staff (we came across a very helpful maid who is ready to change towels twice a day - we will get fresh towels only in the morning, and in the evening we return, they have already been replaced). The location is also convenient, close to all the interesting things. In the lobby you can buy excursions, get a massage in a massage chair. There is a swimming pool on site, which is cleaned by an employee every morning, and in the evening the pool is beautifully illuminated. The girls at the reception are always ready to help with any question. The hotel also has a kind of fitness room for aerobics, but this is not accurate - I saw the ad, but I was not there myself. There is a small parking lot for guests nearby. When booking, I specified a specific floor and side - when checking in, my wishes were taken into account 100%. I was satisfied, everything suited me, there is some kind of good "Soviet" nostalgia in my vacation in Abkhazia, when everything is not ultramodern, but so sincere, native, from childhood.

Lived in August 2023. Of the minuses: the conditions in the hotel are ascetic. The room is designed for three, but it was a little cramped even for two. The wardrobe is small, almost for one. The TV in the room was constantly not set up, I had to invite a specialist every day, contact the reception constantly. The attachment of the shower hose is puny- to hold the hose only in your hands. The air conditioning in the room is extremely noisy. The balcony is small, the table and chairs are missing. When going on excursions for the whole day, dry rations are not provided. Among the advantages: daily cleaning and linen change. In the dining room at the hotel, the menu is varied and satisfying. I especially liked the cottage cheese. But from fruits - only apples, there are no others. From baking - simple buns. Instant coffee only - from a jar. The proximity of the sea - hid all the shortcomings, literally - a 5-minute walk. The sea is clean, affectionate. The weather was wonderful.

Good afternoon! We were at the end of September 2022. We had a very good rest. Excellent location. Its own territory with a swimming pool and sun beds. On the pebble beach of the hotel you can take a sap (500r.-hour), a catamaran (500r.-half an hour), a sunbed (150r.-day). Dolphins are coming. A good promenade leads to the center to the main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. There is a cooler on each floor (cold and hot water). There is an ironing room, you can wash it (loading the machine is 250 rubles). The food is varied. We had breakfast and dinner, we had enough, we didn't even have lunch anywhere. It's nice that the dirty dishes are immediately removed from the table while you are still eating. The only wish is to add cow's milk for breakfast (condensed milk is served with coffee).
There is a banquet hall for 700 people, wedding celebrations are held.
The General Director is constantly on site, keeping order.

We're leaving the hotel today. Well, what can I say.. the undoubted advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a market nearby, a large grocery store and a pharmacy within a 1.5-minute walk. The beach is also 3 minutes away. There are a million cafes and an Elbrus restaurant on the beach. By taxi 5 minutes and you are in the very center of Sukhumi, where there are excellent restaurants and a promenade. Now about the cons. 1/ meals. They only took breakfast and thank God they did so. For breakfast, a disgusting omelette or hard-boiled eggs; casserole; cottage cheese; cheese, porridge; inedible sausages, pasta. That's it! Sometimes it is diluted with buckwheat and stewed frozen vegetables. Sour apples are made from fruits. Instant coffee only. And so it is every single day!!! 2/ cleaning. She 's stupidly gone . In 2 weeks, we have been cleaned only 2 times!!!! Vacuumed, the bed was made. And so they just take out the trash and that's it.. You will be drowning in mud all your vacation if you don't start cleaning yourself. Asking the maids to do something is useless. 3/ swimming pool. Very small. I still didn't understand whether I was cleaning it daily or not. On the plus side, it works from early morning until 23.00. By the way! I wanted to add a review!!! This is very important!!! I recommend a certain Tatiana transfer at the reception. Do not contact us in any case!!!! This woman does not understand stupidly what an individual and group transfer is!!! As they did not explain. A mess. Really, a woman needs to treat her head! Her goal is to stuff a minivan like herrings in a barrel. One place is 1400₽. I wrote to her that we need an individual one, so that only our family can be transported comfortably. I made an advance payment of 1600 rubles. As a result, a minivan packed with people arrives. On the phone, this patient said that there are still places!!!! In short, it's useless to talk. Either mentally retarded or something else. I didn't return the money!!!! Take note, dear tourists, and never use the transfer from the hotel!

The hotel has a good location relative to the beach and urban infrastructure. The rooms are clean, the staff responds to any question with maximum friendliness. The wifi on the 4th floor worked well. The only disappointment was related to nutrition. It was not that it was not tasty, but monotonous and meager. And also a very inconvenient dinner time (from 17 to 19). There are excursions that end after 19 and people are left without dinner, which they paid for in advance. I would like the story of lunch and dinner to be flexible and it would be possible to come to lunch today, and leave tomorrow before evening somewhere, knowing that dinner will be served upon arrival... I would suggest that the excellent management of the hotel think about some changes to become even better! After all, despite the above-mentioned shortcomings, I would recommend this hotel and I would be happy to return there myself (without food). We chose Inter Sukhum because of its convenient location. Yes, it is. The market, shops, the embankment, everything is nearby. Every evening we went to the Brekhalovka to drink coffee. We have been since mid-May 2023, the sea is cold, the approach is large pebbles, it is problematic and not comfortable for me. The pool by the way, although heated, is also cold, in recent days we just decided to swim. We went to Mocha Beach once, it's much better there. According to the hotel, I would like to say that the room is very small, the two of us with my husband and we were worried if one was going somewhere, the other had to lie down or go the other way. The bathroom stall is also a little cramped. The balcony is nice, big, hanging rope with clothespins. But there is no table or chairs. There is no place to smoke, sit and drink coffee. Now, about the food, we took breakfasts and dinners, which we really regretted. I have not seen such food in more than one hotel, even in threes. Of course, I read that breakfasts are meager, but that dinners, soup was given once. There is no baking at all, there is nothing to drink tea with. Of course there was meat, cutlets, gravy is not bad, round potatoes or pasta or peas are on the side, what they cook, then you will eat. There is absolutely no choice. At lunch, we went to the dining room, Sat down and ate, it is very close, or to the dining room Elbrus, a little further away. with about a price tag of 600-700 rubles, we had lunch, which we wanted. I ask myself if we will come to Inter Sukhum again, most likely not. If only because of the location, but without dinner, it's so clean to spend the night.

We were on an excursion tour in July. The hotel is not very well renovated, of course, but the appearance of the Soviet hotel remains. Although the food is a buffet, it is very modest and of the same type, especially breakfasts, dinners are varied. The location is good, the sea is close, the first line. Plus the presence of a swimming pool. The TV was not working in the room due to problems with the remote control, they contacted us to fix it, but the specialist did not succeed. On the first day, even the wi-fi did not work, only in the second half of the next day it worked. The room was a double room, although it was indicated that an extra bed was needed. The cot was brought only upon request. There is not much space in the room, so I had to move the furniture to put a cot.

In general, the rest was a success. When fully loaded, I think there are many times more disadvantages in the hotel, so I would not have chosen this hotel during the season.

We had a rest with my husband in this hotel from August 25 to September 12, 2023. We really liked literally everything. We arrived in the morning, but we hardly had to wait, although check-in at the hotel from 14 o'clock. Our room was on the 6th floor 610, clean, cozy, everything was whole and working. Air conditioning and TV, refrigerator and everything in the bathroom. Cleaning and linen change regularly and on request additionally. Friendly staff, everything is perfectly organized. Two elevators were working, sometimes the call buttons were broken, they were repaired, probably they will be repaired completely in winter, because in summer there is a very large load and the elevators are continuously working. We had breakfast in the dining room of the hotel. Everything suited us, we are not capricious - porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, etc. Dined in different cafes - there are a lot of them around. We went to the embankment for dinner - restaurants for every taste. The hotel has its own swimming pool with clean water and sun loungers with umbrellas near it. The hotel also has its own electricity generator and water supply in case of disconnection. The location of the hotel is very convenient - within a step of the city pebble beach, grocery stores, market, bus stop and trolleybus. The promenade for walking is magnificent - from the hotel to the historical center, We thank the managers and employees of the Intersuchum for the excellent organization of the hotel, for our wonderful and comfortable stay. We had a family vacation at the end of May - beginning of June 2023, the rest was chosen for sufficient comfort, for a child there is a heated swimming pool (such is available on site), shops, the embankment, the beach are all within walking distance (all this is also available), the rooms are small, but very nice, clean, there was an extra place for the child Towels were changed for us every day, as after water treatments, they could not be dried (the climate is very humid). But now it's a fly in the ointment! Absolutely incompetent hotel staff at the reception! we bought vouchers with three meals a day, as everything is written in the voucher, but for some reason the reception staff did not take this into account at all, and they publicly told us on what basis we eat?!🤦♂️Fortunately, I had all the vouchers in electronic form, I even had to call my tour operator, everything turned out.... The power has been restored, I won't lie ... everything is monotonous! And every person is closely watched by the housekeeper of the dining room, it's a complete trash, who ate how much and who came when. In general, I gave three stars thanks to the pool, which the child liked.

We had a vacation in July 2022, just returned. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the beaches and the promenade, close to the market and the central streets of the city. The hotel has a new swimming pool, clean and spacious. There is a buffet in the dining room: several types of hot and side dishes, salads, two soups to choose from, porridge for breakfast, casserole, omelet. Very tasty buns! They cook delicious and there is enough meat and quite a variety. The rooms are clean and modern, new furniture, air conditioning everywhere, balconies. It is a very good place for Abkhazia! we were with a tour group in winter. The rooms are decent, relatively clean, there is a cooler on the floor, there is air conditioning, we were immediately warned that it can be turned on for heating, because there is no heating in Abkhazia. Our accommodation included only breakfast, it seems to have a large selection and a lot of things for breakfast, but everything is not tasty, it looks like some kind of hospital food. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location, you leave it, a couple of steps and you are by the sea.

We stayed at the hotel from August 9 to August 19, 2022. An ideal place in Abkhazia, a combination of price / quality. By food: we only had breakfast included, we had a choice of everything we usually have at home: when fresh cottage cheese, porridge, omelette, etc.
Conveniently, you can pay separately for lunch and/or dinner. We went several times, everything was fresh, delicious, the only thing I would like to diversify the dinner menu, and put a coffee machine for breakfast, since the coffee was only instant. But these are all small things, if I go to Abkhazia again, I will definitely stay only here! Having traveled along the coast, I still couldn't find anything better, which, as you know, is the enemy of good!

I'm currently vacationing at this hotel. Everything is great. Very clean. They clean and change towels. The area is also clean. Great pool. The staff is very friendly. The location is the best in the city. It stands right on the embankment. The beach is equipped nearby. There are just no beaches in the center. There is a transport stop near the hotel. By bus 1 you can go to the botanical garden and the monkey nursery, and by bus 2 you can go to mocha beach and sinop. I got a four because of breakfast. Well, sooo meager.
