I lower my rating for the fact that there are problems with water, namely, it is icy, then boiling water, to take a shower - you need to get used to it.
The breakfasts are good.
There are nuances and problems with cleanliness, namely, carpets on the floor are very, very not fresh (they need cleaning), and this is unpleasant.
In addition, at 8 am, when you are sleeping, the staff can break into the room for cleaning (do not disturb button should not be forgotten to turn on in any case).

It's a strange feeling from a 5* hotel.
Everything seems to be on the level, but it does not reach the title of the best hotel.
The main focus is business conferences.
The rooms are 2-bedded. At the same time, there are different types of beds. They were not allowed to move in with the child, although she is only 11 years old and we would have no problems placing ourselves on a 2.5 meter wide king-size bed, as we always did in such cases.
And separate beds of 1.5 meters could also suit us without any problems.
In general, there were no comments on the number.
The sound insulation is good enough, but the operation of the air conditioning system is poor, very noisy.
Breakfast is not bad, but again for 5*, it could be better.
The SPA is good, large pool, sauna, we spent a lot of time there.
The location of the hotel is central, you can walk to most of the sights of Tashkent.
In general, for tourism purposes, with children, I would choose another Hotel.

Out of competition in the European part of the city. Due to its location nearby, the intercontinental is in the same price category as the city palace. But the hyatt gives you the opportunity to sleep in silence with the window open (as long as the weather allows).
The breakfasts are excellent. A good gym, a swimming pool of about 10x15.
Its own territory is also a plus in my opinion. The photo shows fruit trees blooming at the end of March.

The biggest disadvantage is that while you are outside the hotel, you cannot get through to the reception.
Security is very sensitive to cars, you can stop and park an expensive car. You will be treated very politely. And if you are on a simple B, C class sedan, then you will be unpleasant to them, and they may even threaten you with a tow truck. Fact.

Well, what can you say about the Hyatt in Tashkent, only that it is a wonderful top-level hotel, which is no worse than the Park Hyatt hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, wonderful style and design in the rooms. Beautiful lobby, everything is very stylish and tasteful with elements of local traditions. The suites are incredibly comfortable and large, very comfortable rooms.
The breakfasts at the hotel are simply incomparable, there is a very large selection, everyone will find something to their liking. They are cooked to order. There is everything you want. The restaurant is ordinary, not to say that it is the most delicious, but nothing special, I advise you to have lunch and dinner in the city, it is more relevant. Since in the city, after all, in Uzbekistan you need to eat local food: 1000 kinds of pilaf, any shish kebab, ground shish kebab is just something, tortillas, achu chuk, pickled onions, samsa, cherry juice, vegetables, fruits, well, of course, lunch and dinner is a city and cheaper and tastier.
The location is very convenient, the old town, it's easy to get to any place, Yandex taxi to help, everything is very mobile and fast.
On the 7th floor there is a night bar with a DJ, a very beautiful place at night. There is also a night restaurant of Italian cuisine, we didn't go there, we can't say anything, but Tiramisu is delicious) A gorgeous pool, it's really nicer to go to it until 10.00, because then a bunch of obese people are recruited and it's not very pleasant to swim (
The SPA is very good, massages and treatments are done very professionally and in general the price/quality is the same.
The only problem in my opinion is that you can never get through to the Service in room and to the reception, it takes a very long time to pick up the phone.

The breakfasts are excellent, the room is good (still cramped) the location is convenient (the entire center is within walking distance) spa - no complaints, clean pool, comfortable hammam. The attitude of the staff is polite, they try to help. Dollars were exchanged at the same hotel for local ones - they paid for their stay in cash. The rate at the bottom is slightly lower than in the bank (for pennies) we had lunch in *lights of Tashkent* restaurant 10 minutes on foot - everything is delicious

Today at the conference I lost the number from the dressing room, at first they did not give me a jacket, then they sent me without outerwear to the reception to be allowed to take the outerwear, I found the number, the clothes were given away, they apologized, the sediment remained. In Tashkent, we lived in Hyatt and Hilton, according to my feelings, the staff is better in Hyatt, and personally I was more comfortable than hilton…

By the way, my friend from India, since I don't eat meat, said that it is here in the Khiva restaurant that the best meat dishes are served!
