Just everything is super!!! There is nothing to complain about, and I stay in hotels very often, there is something to compare with. Room, bed, ventilation - everything is clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub, there is glass, which can be transparent or opaque, as you decide)) be sure to play around)) I think if you decide to take a bath and watch a movie on plasma in the room) Hamam, sauna, gym, swimming pool - it's very nice to start the working day with a trip to the pool. Continue with a delicious and very varied breakfast. In general, I recommend it)
The location is good.
I lower my rating for the fact that there are problems with water, namely, it is icy, then boiling water, to take a shower - you need to get used to it.
The breakfasts are good.
There are nuances and problems with cleanliness, namely, carpets on the floor are very, very not fresh (they need cleaning), and this is unpleasant.
In addition, at 8 am, when you are sleeping, the staff can break into the room for cleaning (do not disturb button should not be forgotten to turn on in any case).
A wonderful hotel, one of the best in Central Asia. A large selection for breakfast. Clean, large, well-equipped rooms. I liked the pool and the area with a steam room/sauna. A wonderful bar on the terrace of the 7th floor, even on weekdays there is a DJ. Complimentary meeting at the airport
It's a strange feeling from a 5* hotel.
Everything seems to be on the level, but it does not reach the title of the best hotel.
The main focus is business conferences.
The rooms are 2-bedded. At the same time, there are different types of beds. They were not allowed to move in with the child, although she is only 11 years old and we would have no problems placing ourselves on a 2.5 meter wide king-size bed, as we always did in such cases.
And separate beds of 1.5 meters could also suit us without any problems.
In general, there were no comments on the number.
The sound insulation is good enough, but the operation of the air conditioning system is poor, very noisy.
Breakfast is not bad, but again for 5*, it could be better.
The SPA is good, large pool, sauna, we spent a lot of time there.
The location of the hotel is central, you can walk to most of the sights of Tashkent.
In general, for tourism purposes, with children, I would choose another Hotel.
Great hotel. In any case, this is the Hyatt. The hotel is a little bit, the rooms may look a little tired... Or just shoals in the decoration. As it is, everything is fine. The breakfast is great.
Out of competition in the European part of the city. Due to its location nearby, the intercontinental is in the same price category as the city palace. But the hyatt gives you the opportunity to sleep in silence with the window open (as long as the weather allows).
The breakfasts are excellent. A good gym, a swimming pool of about 10x15.
Its own territory is also a plus in my opinion. The photo shows fruit trees blooming at the end of March.
The biggest disadvantage is that while you are outside the hotel, you cannot get through to the reception.
Security is very sensitive to cars, you can stop and park an expensive car. You will be treated very politely. And if you are on a simple B, C class sedan, then you will be unpleasant to them, and they may even threaten you with a tow truck. Fact.
The hotel fully corresponds to the level of the brand it belongs to. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, good plumbing, cozy light. I would especially like to mention the excellent breakfasts and the work of the restaurant and its chef in general: thank you very much, everything is wonderful, delicious and beautiful! Also, special thanks to the spa area and the pool, it is very pleasant and comfortable
The best hotel in Tashkent.Helpful staff, great spa!Good restaurant,top-level service, delicious hookah, terrace with a beautiful view!It is very nice that there is a hotel with a truly five-star level!
Well, what can you say about the Hyatt in Tashkent, only that it is a wonderful top-level hotel, which is no worse than the Park Hyatt hotel.
The service is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is controlled by the managers.
The staff is ready to solve all your questions and help.
The rooms are spacious, clean, wonderful style and design in the rooms. Beautiful lobby, everything is very stylish and tasteful with elements of local traditions. The suites are incredibly comfortable and large, very comfortable rooms.
The breakfasts at the hotel are simply incomparable, there is a very large selection, everyone will find something to their liking. They are cooked to order. There is everything you want. The restaurant is ordinary, not to say that it is the most delicious, but nothing special, I advise you to have lunch and dinner in the city, it is more relevant. Since in the city, after all, in Uzbekistan you need to eat local food: 1000 kinds of pilaf, any shish kebab, ground shish kebab is just something, tortillas, achu chuk, pickled onions, samsa, cherry juice, vegetables, fruits, well, of course, lunch and dinner is a city and cheaper and tastier.
The location is very convenient, the old town, it's easy to get to any place, Yandex taxi to help, everything is very mobile and fast.
On the 7th floor there is a night bar with a DJ, a very beautiful place at night. There is also a night restaurant of Italian cuisine, we didn't go there, we can't say anything, but Tiramisu is delicious) A gorgeous pool, it's really nicer to go to it until 10.00, because then a bunch of obese people are recruited and it's not very pleasant to swim (
The SPA is very good, massages and treatments are done very professionally and in general the price/quality is the same.
The only problem in my opinion is that you can never get through to the Service in room and to the reception, it takes a very long time to pick up the phone.
And so, everything is perfect!)
My favorite hotel! All with an idea, a concept and good service. Thank you for your responsiveness and willingness to help in any situation

Everything is clear. The breakfasts are excellent, the room is good (still cramped) the location is convenient (the entire center is within walking distance) spa - no complaints, clean pool, comfortable hammam. The attitude of the staff is polite, they try to help. Dollars were exchanged at the same hotel for local ones - they paid for their stay in cash. The rate at the bottom is slightly lower than in the bank (for pennies) we had lunch in *lights of Tashkent* restaurant 10 minutes on foot - everything is delicious
Very expensive and good hotel,
located in the very center, near the pedestrian street and Timur Square, the staff is very helpful, everyone speaks Russian, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, Internet is everywhere, there is a large area around, there is sports. The breakfasts are quite varied, there are a lot of fruits, but mostly the food is continental
A magnificent hotel! Excellent staff. There is a great bar in the lobby. Very fast and high-quality service. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Cleanliness and comfort. By the way, if you have the Hayat app, then you can open the number using your phone. They can arrange it. Transfer or suggest how it will be cheaper. Great breakfasts!! I recommend it for both business and tourism.
An excellent hotel, among the top three among the new hotels in Tashkent. An excellent restaurant with beautiful views, in the warm season there is a beautiful roof terrace. Do not forget to visit the pool, in the evening the ceiling shimmers with colors and is very beautiful. There is a good gym, which has a wide variety of weights and exercise equipment. Spacious and cozy rooms,
everything is super clean! Orthopedic mattresses and pillows will make your sleep deep and calm. In general, everything is fine, but it costs a lot of money by Tashkent standards. Rather for rich foreigners.

I was there on the forum. For 300-350 people. There was no soap in the bathroom, no napkins, no towels for one-time use, only an air dryer....We didn't even prepare for the forum, at least. The service in the restaurant also leaves much to be desired... It was the first time, but I don't want to be anymore
I love this hotel, no matter how many times tourism workshops are held there, there is always enough space for everyone, and their food is simply unearthly-the chefs are from God🩷

We held a conference, very stylish, the service is great, the staff is polite, the food is delicious. That was yesterday.
Today at the conference I lost the number from the dressing room, at first they did not give me a jacket, then they sent me without outerwear to the reception to be allowed to take the outerwear, I found the number, the clothes were given away, they apologized, the sediment remained. I didn't feel comfortable.
Great hotel. That's really good. The rooms are large and bright, the air conditioning works as it should, clean, there was always drinking water in the room.
The 5* hotel in the city center is very convenient. Be the best. I advise everyone.

The location, service, and design correspond to the world's best hotels. Separately, I will note a large swimming pool and an abundance of fruits for breakfast👍🏻 In the photo, the restaurant is on the top floor. The menu is European and the prices are high for Tashkent. I recommend the local Dali wine.
Unfortunately, it was possible to visit here only thanks to business breakfasts. But the tables are laid chic. I really liked the chandeliers in the conference rooms, I stuck to them.
The hotel corresponds to the location, a wonderful place in all respects, including a convenient location relative to the city center, the hotel provides comfortable rooms and opportunities for active leisure - be sure to visit the pool, the staff is caring and attentive, the menu is delicious and varied from continental classics and national dishes. The exchange rate of rubles for local currency in the hotel is competitive. I stayed at this hotel 2 times a year apart, and each time the hotel confirmed its impeccable status as a five-star hotel. A worthy place.
A very good hotel, the breakfast is not bad (you can add more choices). The staff is always smiling and treats you well. The rooms are good and there is one cool feature in the toilet, a window to the room, but you can make it transparent, or you can not do it. It's all regulated by pressing a button.
In Tashkent, we lived in Hyatt and Hilton, according to my feelings, the staff is better in Hyatt, and personally I was more comfortable than hilton…
And also the gym and the pool and the terrace where you can sunbathe is a special pleasure here!!!
The guys working here are very attentive and always ready to help!
By the way, my friend from India, since I don't eat meat, said that it is here in the Khiva restaurant that the best meat dishes are served!
Oh, I also forgot to say that you can dance here in the evening, where there is an Italian restaurant, opposite the spa! The music and DJ are just great!!!
We held a conference. There is everything you need: a large screen, a podium for speakers, good sound. An excellent large hall, guests of the capital, can be located right in the hotel. Delicious coffee break and attentive staff.
Everything is on top here, and the service is impeccable, of course. Excellent breakfasts, cleaning and a great spa. The location is convenient. The rooms are quite decent, they regularly replenish everything you need. 5 out of 5 definitely
A great hotel, it matches its stars. Super breakfast, especially in summer and autumn, when fresh fruits and vegetables are available. The bar and restaurants are on the same level, although you can find tastier and cheaper in the city. The SPA complex is good. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, the bed and linen are super. In general, a solid five
One of the best hotels in Tashkent, in my opinion. Beautiful entrance hall, spacious lobby, very polite and helpful staff. I also liked the restaurant, and the room itself is also comfortable.
A very nice hotel. Always clean, beautiful interior, fresh flowers in the lobby. I really like that there is a spacious swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna in the changing rooms. The gym is not big, but you can do a full workout. Delicious and varied breakfasts. My husband and I always stay there.
We came to Hyatt from another hotel in the evenings to sit at the bar or have dinner. An island of tranquility, high international service, a beautiful romantic terrace on the 7th floor.
Very nice place drinks and food are very polite to customers. High-quality service, frequency and climate control. I liked it and recommend everyone to visit...
Not a bad hotel, but endless weddings make it very uncomfortable to stay in, plus the order of worn-out rooms. Breakfast is better than at the Hilton. The VIP lounge is better at the Hilton! Something like that… It is very difficult to find a normal hotel in Tashkent.
Probably the best hotel in the city. Both in terms of location and quality of rooms and service. The Temurinov Museum, the square with the monument to Amir Temur, the famous pedestrian broadway, the Chimes bar and many other attractions of the modern part of Tashkent are within walking distance. On the 7th floor there is a wonderful bar with an open terrace and a view of the city.
Impeccable service. Beautiful interiors. The presence of a spa. The kitchen is acceptable. No frills. They always take into account the wishes of the guests.
