A wonderful comfortable hotel with all amenities. We had a comfortable room with all the amenities. There is even a refrigerator, this is important, we kept fruits in it. In the hot daytime, we went swimming in the pool, there is a sauna and a Hammam. There is a gym. The restaurant on the ground floor is open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen is excellent. The rooftop restaurant overlooking the city is even more beautiful. A 24-hour bar. Very beautiful enclosed area. All services are working fine. The TV hung up at 10 p.m., a technician came in five minutes later, fixed everything. The cleaning is perfect. Our stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable, there is not the slightest complaint. We recommend it.

Everything is very quickly and efficiently. Thank you, but unfortunately I don't understand the walls are decorated with paintings or, at least, suzanne or carpet, but I didn't expect transparent glass in the entire wall in the bathroom. Everything is in the palm of your hand and the toilet and shower and especially the bathroom, honestly unpleasant especially when on a business trip with a colleague))) guys, it's honestly unpleasant to close at least with a curtain!!!

Probably one of the best places to stop in Tashkent. The hotel is beautiful in all respects, it is clean, cozy, very comfortable, everything is on the level. What is pleasing is that the hotel restaurant has a separate smoking room. In addition, there is a very good spa and fitness room, excellent massage therapists work. The only drawback is that at the reception there is absolutely no information about the city, its attractions, any cultural or simply interesting city events and institutions.

Everything is at the highest level. The staff are professionals in their field. The kitchen is amazing. A chic spa on the 7th floor with a huge swimming pool. The terrace offers a view of the whole of Tashkent. I recommend.

Nice hotel.
Convenient location. The main "walking" street is 2 minutes away.
The rooms are good, everything is there, hair dryer, ironing facilities and so on. There are connecting rooms.
Excellent pool on the 7th floor with access to the terrace where you can sunbathe.
The breakfasts are very good, there is a lot of everything and excellent quality.
Separately, I would like to note that the Khiva restaurant, where breakfast is held, is generally very tasty.
The staff is attentive.
Travel tips:
Do not change cash at the ATM of the hall, a very unfavorable rate, it is better to withdraw the world from the card. Or change it at the bank.

The hotel deserves the highest praise. Chic, incredibly cozy, with convenient and intuitive navigation. On the ground floor there is a restaurant in an authentic oriental style (it deserves a separate article, since everything is delicious there, the portions are huge, and the service is captivating). Overall, I liked the hotel. Great location. It's green all around. Friendly staff, quick check-in, excellent breakfast service.
The room is small but cozy; the window from the bathroom to the room with the possibility of changing the transparency. The bathroom is large and comfortable: there is both a bathtub and a shower room. Everything is very neat. One of the disadvantages of the room, in my opinion, is the light carpet on the floor, because it is no longer very bright. It's nice that you can open the window slightly for natural ventilation of the room.
An indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, a fitness room and a hairdresser, a terrace for relaxation only.

The staff works clearly, the registration took 2 minutes. The room is equipped with everything you need, a comfortable bed, pastel accessories. Excellent breakfasts. Lots of fruits and vegetables, snacks and pastries, custom-made egg dishes and Viennese waffles. A pool with a terrace on the 7th floor, which offers excellent views of Tashkent. We will be happy to stay at Hyatt hotels again.

1. Completely clueless reception staff: different employees give contradictory answers, do not answer calls from the room.
2. The rooms themselves are quite worn and dirty: old toilet brushes, faulty shower heads.
3. Computers and a printer do not work in the business room - they repaired and configured everything themselves, with great difficulty they found an HDMI cable to connect to the TV.
3. The restaurant could not record dinner for the room number, they demanded a deposit.
4. The work with non-cash payment was not organized at all, the funds were in an Uzbek bank for a week, and the hotel claimed that the payment had not passed, although it was simply necessary to submit a confirmation to the bank.
I liked the work of catering on coffee breaks about the event.
The restaurant is delicious.
The breakfasts are excellent.

A great hotel in Tashkent. I think even the best one. The prices are serious, but the service is excellent. We took two rooms on the 3rd and 6th floor. For 5 people. It cost 1800 kopecks dollars. For local residents, this is just a six-month salary that a family of 4 people in Tashkent lives on for half a year. Breakfast at the hotel is super. The service is super. The rooms are super. Not cheap. But I recommend it to those who can afford it!
