The location is normal. The food is not tasty. The rooms are a little dirty. If you sit at the reception for 20 minutes, you often come up to complain. Otherwise, it's like everywhere else.

In general, we were there in 2018, in September, and the hotel itself compares favorably with the state department that is going on around. The people are friendly, the rooms are clean. Delicious and varied food is a big plus. For health reasons, we were given fruit in the box in the room. The sea is across the street, five minutes away.
I didn't like the fact that when we got sick, there were no medicines or a medical unit in the hotel, there was not even water to take from anywhere, and as if this was a very serious flaw. if you go with the children and they get sick, then run either to the hospital, which is basically nearby, or to pharmacies - if they are open. I'll take off the star for this patching
We were at the hotel in August 2018. The hotel is new and good. But all 10 days were plagued by intestinal problems, which are atypical even when vacationing in Asia. The reason is either the sea, or water, or food from the hotel restaurant. It is not known for sure, but we do not plan to rest in Abkhazia anymore.
The hotel is very good, but it did not reach the top five due to poor breakfasts (we rested there in early May) after complaining at the reception about the lack of food (literally, all the plates were empty), they presented a compliment from the hotel in the form of a bottle of Wine, the next day they tried to fix the situation at breakfast, but the sediment remained ... therefore, I put 4.

We took sauna services. 10 out of 10. 1200-1500 to five people per hour. Sauna. A hammam. Swimming pool. Everything is very clean. The service is excellent.
They also took a massage.
We stayed at this hotel from October 4 to October 13. The rest was ruined, the rooms are dirty! They rarely clean and then somehow !!!! But these are flowers , compared to the fact that the whole hotel was plagued by diarrhea and vomiting , despite the fact that we ate only in this hotel !!!! I wouldn't say this if it didn't happen to every other guest of this hotel!!!! And here you will face the difficulties of medicine, no one will help you with these difficulties. You will have to find a hospital to pay a lot of money, since the medical care there is paid and not cheap. The hotel does not have its own doctor. The staff is rude, during the check-out we had to run around the hotel looking for staff to rent a room. In general, we are terrified of the hotel!!!!
A very nice hotel. Very convenient location. Kind, helpful staff. The food is varied. The service is on the level. Staying in this hotel is worth the money
The price and quality are in full compliance. The rooms are nice and, most importantly, very clean. The staff is very helpful and completely unobtrusive. The room has a touch-sensitive notification system for cleaning requests or "do not disturb", instead of hanging cardboard boxes on the handles. The buffet is small, but you can definitely choose something for yourself.
The rooms are normal, with a balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator. There are beach towels. The toilet is right in the room. The dining room is on the top floor.
I didn't like it: the bed was too soft, the menu was monotonous.
I liked it: the service in general, there is a safe in the closet, the sea is a five-minute walk away, the pies are delicious.
Everything was fine, but we got into the heat and the poisoning season: the whole hotel was poisoned, everyone was sick and pooping. And so everything was normal
