I agree with the review below. Just to stick it in and sell a car. After that, they are looking for reasons to refuse warranty service in every possible way. I had to call the factory. Updated after the business response: It has been more than a week since the written complaint in the magazine about Mayakovsky. For more than a week after two complaints about the infoline, it turns out that you cannot call the factory. I sent it to the specified email address. And still no answers anywhere! They didn't care.

By offering extras for cars, namely specifically those that later turned out to be already installed on this car even before we arrived at the car center. I drew attention to the strange transit numbers (as it turned out from the old batch) on which even the green stripe turned out to be faded. And it's good that I paid attention... As it turned out, the car was a failure, and the manager was selling it to us...since this is practically an illiquid in stock...bravo! Thank God I noticed this and refused this car. Good luck to everyone and be extremely careful even in the salons of new cars so that their jambs are not covered with your hands.

On this day, all the stars came together) The guys responded quickly and promptly sent all the documents, helped in a human way...After that, we went to the insurance company again and the document was rejected (they tormented us), we had to solve the issue by phone and send more docks, already by email... As a result, we were still funded by an insured event. It was a team effort with Alexey Machulsky and Artem Sluchko - thank you very much! By the way, the case concerned the hatch sealer - the crow ate the sealer, which comes assembled with glass.

And my car was parked all day. The job is not done. They offered to pick it up in an hour and a half.

It feels like I came to the bazaar, you don't have any business. The administrators are standing, doing their business. And the manager, he walks around with glasses, is a little overweight, who told me about all the cars in 5 minutes, he doesn't know himself, I pulled the words out of him. And in the end he killed me, I asked if I could see the salon, sit in the car. I was answered, no, you can't, and we don't have cars where you can watch and sit, from the word at all. I was just in shock. I walked around and realized I was wasting my time. I do not recommend going to this salon at all, just waste your time. I just don't know Director Klepchuk knows that such chaos is going on there. On Timiryazev Taeta center there are somehow more polite people There, too, his center R.S I do not advise you to go your time just waste it!!

They promised to dial in advance - they did not dial, the next weekend I came to Timiryazev and calmly rode without preliminary recordings. When buying in 2021 with a trade-in in general, a circus happened... With subsequent appeals, the casco and the purchase of additional options, never without jambs (this is about 7 appeals). In the end, even though this is the closest place, I spat, decided to save my nerves and moved on to other dealers, with whom no questions have arisen over the past 1.5 years. I threw 1 star for the leasing department (agroleasing) - everything is clear there and without empty promises

They cheat. They don't sell a car without extras. They say that cars come to them from the factory already with installed extras (with film and anti-corrosion). And then it turns out that they have two queues: the first is cars with extras (extras at an inflated price), the second is cars without extras (which you will never buy). During the last three months, the manager has been "feeding breakfast" saying that the car in our configuration may arrive next week, the manager promises to call back and then disappears, we have to contact him ourselves every time. After six months, the car did not appear in the factory configuration. Don't waste your time, contact another dealership.

I am also very happy with the car, a very modern and high-quality car for my money.The price and quality are at the same level, plus good credit conditions,7.25% for the first three years, so there is a great demand for such cars, we had to wait three months. I recommend contacting atocenters and buying, I do not know any other alternative.
