The delivery day came, the courier brought it at the agreed time (there are no questions for him), the computer was sealed, the warranty card was filled out, I paid off but did not open it on the spot because I was at home with a small child and physically could not open the box at that moment, especially since it was addressed as a gift to my wife for the anniversary, who returned in an hour and a half home. An hour and a half later, after handing over the gift, they opened the box together, turned it on, and here's a surprise, the screen matrix burst and the whole screen in stripes of different colors shone. I immediately dialed the manager, explained the situation, said let's go to the store myself, exchange it for another one or return the money, I'll go to another store and buy it there, since the computer was needed on that day. The manager began to explain that he was alone, we can change it in a couple of days after you return it to us, I say it won't work, let me bring it back, you will return the money under warranty, and I will go to another place, in response I hear it won't work either. You have to bring it to us in any case and we will continue to figure it out, but in return you do not give anything to you, that is, I remain without money and without a gadget...Then the most interesting thing began, the manager guy or whoever he was just walking around in a circle in his grunts and did not give any information. When asked to contact me with the store director, it was said HE is NOT IN the Republic of Belarus. When asked to come pick up money in the store for my purchase, it was said THERE was NO MONEY IN the CASH REGISTER. Arriving at their store that evening, the money that I handed over to the courier, he also turned out to be the seller at the point, lay on the table, to my questions, so here they are, he hurriedly put them under the table and said it was other money... My request was that if you can't change and return the money now, then write me a paper that you accepted a macbook from me and undertake to return the money in case of marriage confirmation the next day, as you say. Just translate the words into written form! I was refused, we will not write this, and you just wait sitting without money and without a macbook... At that moment, the store employee said that the director-owner was coming to close the store for money, I clarified that he was not in the RB ... and I heard the answer that he was in the RB and would come now. There was no limit to my surprise at that moment. After 25 minutes, this person arrives, are you Alexander for my questions? Are you the Director? he says, WELL, LET'S SAY..well, let's say-the level of communication with customers. Then he says, what do you want from me? There can be no questions for me, I'm just the founder, although the sole proprietor is registered to this person and he sits in the site's chat rooms, and answers calls and deals with all issues related to the work of this store, but at that moment he just threw up his hands and said questions not to me, but a poor guy at the checkout I asked for help from him and said so how should I be in the situation!? To which the director said the working day is over, close the store, come back tomorrow!!! When I was there for an hour and a half and didn't get any specifics. I said that I would not go anywhere until I received a paper in which the deadline for the refund of funds announced by them in words would be indicated, to which the director said then I would leave and ran away from the store in the literal sense of the word. The solution to the problem!? Let everyone decide for himself whether it is worth contacting this store, when lies are lies if the situation does not go according to their scenario, and with all this, the customer is always right, and the owner just runs away from the store! The money was eventually returned, but this attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable.

The service did not behave very nicely and, to my requests not to touch the laptop, repaired it (replaced the motherboard and the power button), while constantly answering me on the Phone that we did not repair your laptop and in general, here's the conclusion for you, go to the seller for a replacement. The breakdown was significant. I brought the laptop to the seller and only after re-sending my laptop to the same CC did I find out that it turned out to have been repaired. Hello! In any case, do not buy electronic equipment in the Fotomix store. They sell one marriage. In February 2022, I purchased apple airpods 3 headphones, a year of warranty service. In July 2022, I applied for a warranty, as the right earphone began to play quieter, a defect was detected, and replaced with new headphones. So, in January 2023, even when the warranty was in effect, I turned back, because already in the new headphones that the store replaced, the left earphone began to play quieter. As a result, they turned it around and said that the left earphone was allegedly dirty, although it was clean. I note that the warranty period was approaching!It was not profitable for the store to change the headphones to new ones. I also note that people are massively contacting the above-mentioned store for a replacement under the apple airpods 3 warranty. Is it a coincidence? I don't think so.

But personally, in principle, I do not like to pick up goods from couriers, since they are usually late, and you need to adjust to them, and besides, they cannot answer any question about the product in case of nuances. We discussed what I would pick up on Monday at lunch, approximately around two o'clock in the afternoon. They said everything was fine, no problem. On Monday, I drove up around two o'clock in the afternoon (by the way, I took time off from work). The ordered product simply did not turn out... I quote: "Everything is sold out!" well, yes, headphones for $ 250 are sold out ... and it does not matter if the order is made, then the product must wait for the customer anyway. The seller did not apologize a bit. He was also outraged that I had arrived now, and not in the evening. I'm not stupid enough to write down that price, that address, but the wrong time during a phone conversation. Moreover, I could not arrange for the evening in any way, because I am catastrophically busy. But no one listened to me.
Okay... they offered delivery that evening. But, since I can't pick it up in the evening, I arranged for delivery the next day from 14:00 to 18:00. I asked them to bring it at least before 17:00. Since the birthday celebration, for which the goods were purchased, was scheduled for 17:30. But I was told that the interval is only from 14:00 to 18:00. Well okay. I asked the manager very much that the courier arrive as early as possible. Naturally, they promised me that they would bring me as soon as possible.
By 17:00, no one was there yet. I called the store, they promised that they would deliver it soon, since the courier is already a couple of blocks away from me.
