I ordered an Apple Macbook Air 13" M1 2020 MGN63. After I left the order in the shopping cart, the manager called me back and offered me an additional discount. From the beginning, I refused (too suspiciously), but then decided to accept the offer and called the store back myself. We agreed on delivery for the evening. The courier brought me a repackaged, engraved keyboard, not for our market, with a serial number warranty started + the warranty card from the store was filled in, but an unofficial apple warranty card. In addition, an adapter was attached to our sockets in the package. To my question, "What kind of product is this anyway?" The courier replied, "What do you want for this money?" and "Do you know how much a normal one costs?". I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the store, especially the courier.

That's what they agreed on, the camera was needed urgently... Further, on the appointed day, when the camera should have been already in hand, they did not contact. I had to call myself and find out that the transport company was letting them down and asked them to transfer the order to the aircraft. Naturally, the Sat and the Sun were not contacted on the appointed day, they were not available by phone. They didn't call back, no reply, no greetings. And the camera was needed urgently. Therefore, for such an attitude towards customers, I give a solid one star! PS In fairness, I previously bought lenses here and there were no such problems and the service was excellent.

I was able to cancel all my business on Wednesday and reschedule it for Thursday, so there are more problems...I asked what to do, they do not know, the reservation is placed for 1-2 days, then the reservation is withdrawn. In short, the experience of communicating with the store is negative, I do not advise you to buy anything here. Maybe I was just so lucky, but I'm not going to apply here anymore. Below is a detailed story.
Russian russians ordered a laptop (mi air 13.3 2019) in the evening, called me the next day at about 15:00 and confirmed the order, came to the store for it the next day, started checking on the spot and it turned out that the wrong laptop was brought (there was no Russian engraving, although initially we agreed that it would be Russian). They apologized, said that within an hour and a half the courier would bring the necessary laptop.
An hour later, I got a call, and I went back to the store. In general, everything was fine, one of the employees helped to test the laptop, but at the same time, the second employee somehow started filling out papers too quickly and wanted to ask me to sign (although I hadn't finished examining the laptop yet and there was nowhere to hurry, it was about 16 o'clock, there were no visitors, before closing there is still a lot of time for the store). I started checking it and found a small "bevel" on the edge on the right of the laptop, a scratch near the touchpad, as well as a small hole / point near the touchpad, for which I was offered to drop 10 rubles from the original price... It is ridiculous enough to give 2311 rubles for a laptop with traces of operation.
I asked if there was another laptop of this model available, to which they immediately replied in the negative, without even bothering to check.
So I said goodbye to the staff and did not buy a laptop :)
It's funny that 5 minutes after leaving, I received a call from this store (what they wanted to say is unknown, there was no desire to pick up the phone after such a service, and they made it clear that the goods I needed were not available).
I got the impression that they tried to push this laptop through to me and said that there was no other one, in the hope that I would buy it anyway. But that was not the case.
By the way, I bought a laptop in another store in perfect condition without bevels and scratches, and also no one rushed me and gave me the opportunity to inspect the product.

In the morning, picking up the order, I examined the box and the factory tape (which was in place, but the box was slightly warped in the places where it was glued) and paid for the order. When I came home and opened the box, it became clear that the console was not new, immediately upon opening there was a smell of something not new (It is difficult to describe a sweet, musty smell, maybe someone's apartment is unclear. But who knows how the new technology smells from the packaging will understand.), the material in which the console itself is wrapped was clearly opened and the tape was not properly glued into place, the label "Power Your Dreams" was not put on and it was crumpled, handprints remained on the matte surface of the console, the compartment in which accessories with torn and the plug was jammed, the power cable was not wound according to the factory. The cherry on the cake was the dust in the grilles of the air intake and hot air outlet (and this is in the new console!). I will make a reservation that a lot of new equipment from different manufacturers has passed through my hands, including consoles from Microsoft at one time Xbox One X and not so long ago Xbox Series S. Therefore, it is possible to get an idea of what a new device is in its original packaging, as well as the quality of production and attitude to the packaging of this equipment It has been provided more than once. In summary, I would like to "thank" the FOTOMIX store from the bottom of my heart.THANK you for the spoiled mood and pleasure of shopping and to emphasize that the store that positions itself as a "high-level service store" turned out to be no better than ordinary DEALERS from ad sites! In addition, the header indicates that the store is open from 9:00 to 20:00. I decided to buy a lens on 6.01.2020. At 6:30 p.m., the store was no longer open.

The first time I bought a GoPro here, everything seemed to be OK. But in March 2020, I decided to order a laptop (by the way, for 2000 rubles). The service is absolutely worthless! No one needs anything there, for 2 days I tried to get information from a consultant about the relevance of laptop models. They just ignore the messages and that's it! And right during my call for an order, the price of the laptop was also increased! There is one price listed on the site (and on all sites) and they tell me the price is higher on the phone! Is this normal?!! But that's just half the trouble. I bought a laptop with grief in half from them, there should have been Win 10 included with the laptop, in principle it was, BUT there was no activation key for it! The administrator tried to find the key for a long time, eventually he found it and I took the laptop. After 2-3 weeks, this key just expired!!! I wrote to the store, I'm trying to figure out the problem, so they just ignore me! I can't come and figure it out, because I'm already abroad. It's terrible!
