At the exit, the hostess, without looking up from the phone, after our 30-minute unsuccessful stay in the institution, only briefly asked us "what happened", without even trying to get up from her seat and find out the real reason for the departure of 4 guests. We were not asked for the phone number from which the table was booked, nor the hotel room numbers, nor any other information. They just showed complete indifference, first to our appearance, and then to our departure.
