A well-made interior, which is pleasant to be in. The cuisine is excellent, special thanks to the chefs. Everyone will find dishes to their liking, as well as a selection of drinks for every taste. The service is excellent, the waiters are always polite and caring.
The prices are high, but they are fully justified by the high quality of service and cuisine.

We visited the restaurant, the interior is beautiful, made with high quality, the food is delicious and perhaps there are no more advantages.
The service is low, the waiters serve slowly, we sat on the terrace for 40 minutes waiting for a blanket, 3 waiters talked for 2 minutes and I will bring a blanket.
It was windy and it was fresh to drink a cold cocktail.
The check is high, with such prices, the service should be excellent, but it is at 0.

Before visiting this establishment. We decided to make a video and photo of the location where you can have a delicious meal and have a good time, that is, to advertise to a small audience, and after 5 minutes, the waiter comes up and, according to the guard, tells us to leave the room, thereby spoiling our mood and completely interrupting the desire to visit this institution. Excellent anti-advertising, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore. I wonder if this is an invention of the guard or the management itself to drive people away?

The restaurant is located on the 7th floor of the Hilton Hotel, easy to reach.
The advantages are good service and food /drinks at a high level.
Among the disadvantages, the concept of serving has not been thought out - in a dark room, dark food on a dark plate does not look stylish. A cocktail in a saucer glass with a huge piece of ice does not allow you to fully enjoy the cocktail, the ice slides and burns your lip, I had to get it out.

I don't understand the rave reviews.
We stayed at the Hilton Hotel and decided not to go far for dinner.
Wherever I go, I order burrata (if it's on the menu), it's impossible to spoil it. How can you ruin this dish? I personally don't know, but the chef of this "restaurant" is clearly aware. A disgusting combination of products.
The quality of the cheese leaves much to be desired. Three types of tomatoes are added to the cheese, to what? Ask the cook
Some were sour, it felt like pickled (then we were told that it was "confit" and they were put in boiling water) Why add olives??? And the most interesting thing is the chemichurri sauce. It's a cherry. Maybe the cook doesn't know what this sauce is served with? I didn't see any grilled vegetables. It would be more logical that such a sauce is served with grilled meat or vegetables. But why go with cheese and raw vegetables? Haven't you heard the pesto?
I'm an artist - that's how I see it: it rolls where the cook's cooking level is clearly above average.
The pasta was disgusting, we ate practically nothing. Even the lemonade didn't brighten up the dinner, sour and about nothing.
After this place, we went to another one to really have a delicious and enjoyable evening.
The service is a separate story. The landing was 30% percent. The waiters went back and forth, and even the plaid was served to us the second time. Customer orientation is 0, they just don't know about it here.
The cost of the dishes for their disgusting quality and taste is unreasonably high.
I do not recommend it.

It started to rain, they moved us to the center of the hall, I would never have chosen this table on my own, everyone was walking around, touching us, a very uncomfortable location (
Chateaubriand is a piece of rubber meat.
The choice of desserts is small. The "chocolate dessert" tasted like chocolate from a communal apartment.
The whole situation was saved by a very pleasant, courteous waiter and good wine.

Kirill, the waiter, served us.All the waiters have a smile, but they came up to us with such a face, as if why did we come here at all? It feels like he doesn't know how to talk to people at all. The waiters are running around, no one comes up. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for the order to be accepted. At the entrance, they immediately asked the hookah man to come. They asked for it 3 times. As a result, after 30 minutes we are told that there is no hookah. He's on a catering trip. We wasted the evening, time and nerves. I don't recommend it. You are not needed there.

Disgusting attitude towards the guests. Since we stayed for 10 days at the Hilton, and wanted to eat advertised 60-day dry steaks in our own hotel, we booked a table at the Ember restaurant on Saturday, June 15, at 17 o'clock for 4 guests. Upon arrival, we received a menu to study, but after that, for more than 20 minutes, none of the waiters deigned to come to our table to take the order. At the same time, there were 2 tables in the whole establishment, in addition to ours. The waiters were cleaning and preparing other tables, spreading a path at the entrance, talking among themselves, but they did not come up to us. Our menus were closed on the table, we were sitting at the table leaning back in our chairs, periodically turning towards the waiters and trying to meet their eyes, but there was no result. After we got up and left together, the hall staff looked at us with smiles, but no one bothered to clarify what was the reason for our departure. At the exit, the hostess, without looking up from the phone, after our 30-minute unsuccessful stay in the institution, only briefly asked us "what happened", without even trying to get up from her seat and find out the real reason for the departure of 4 guests. We were not asked for the phone number from which the table was booked, nor the hotel room numbers, nor any other information. They just showed complete indifference, first to our appearance, and then to our departure. Apparently, the management of the restaurant is either not interested in guests, or is unable to recruit competent employees. The manager is clearly unable to explain the priorities of the service to the staff. Moreover, in the cafe on the ground floor of the same hotel, such questions did not even come close. The place is advertised as a place where aged steaks are served, but we never managed to try them. At the same time, if you put prices at the level of, to put it mildly, not the cheapest establishments, at least in Moscow, then it would be nice to match them not only in terms of the cost of dishes, but also in terms of the quality of service. In an institution with similar rates, employees simply have to understand when to take an order, and when to prepare the hall and communicate with each other, and also know that they are supposed to take an order from those who have already come to you, and then prepare for the reception of those who have not yet arrived. We have not encountered such an attitude in any simpler restaurant within walking distance from the Minsk gallery.
As a result, we had to order dinner for everyone through the room service in the room. That's the kind of evening we spent at the restaurant.

This time, a large company of 6 people came, as a result, we were served by a "tongue-in-cheek" waitress who could not explain the composition of the dishes in simple language and constantly tried to get into the conversation between us. Either the menu has become smaller, or we don't remember something, but there seem to be fewer dishes, and the prices are higher. As a result, I ordered a dish with shrimp and chicken and the shrimp was bitter and all as if so much overcooked that it just fell apart. There are no questions about the rest of the dishes, but without enthusiasm. When we told the waitress about it, she just threw up her hands, no apologies, no compensation, just nothing. Which indicates the level of service, although usually they just remove this dish from the receipt. Although the amount of the check was not small at all. But they haven't heard about it here, apparently. We praised this restaurant before and advised it to everyone, now we will not go there

I put 1 only in order to make the overall rating more plausible. But I really rate the institution at 3 plus. There are no questions for the officials. Everything was told and brought quickly. Interestingly, by 9 p.m., half of the menu was gone. We ordered cocktails, tartare and a fruit plate. Only the cocktails were delicious. Tartar turned out to be tasteless. A fruit plate is generally a shame, 80% of the plate was occupied by a stand inside it. And the fruits are like something from euroopt, all hard, sour and not ripe. In general, it is pathetic and unpleasant.

This place did not meet expectations.... of the advantages of our visit, there was only a beautiful view of the city. The first course was waited for about 30 minutes. After accepting the order, the waiter informed that there was no such dish, only 15 minutes later. The second course was also expected for 30 minutes. The waiter mixed up the juice, in the end almost no one came for a long time, and we could not ask us to calculate. As a result, they came up and asked for the bill.
