We have been planning to go to such a well-heard institution for a long time, the verdict will be short but clear. Beautiful interior, good service, but there is nothing more to add. I think you can go to a more interesting place in Minsk for such a check, but it will go for show.
Excellent service, caring and attentive staff. Mediterranean cuisine - seafood (oysters, shrimps, mussels, etc.) for an amateur. The atmosphere is pleasant, a beautiful view from the outdoor terrace.
I'm not afraid of that word - gorgeous. The food is just magical. aged steaks, just sooo delicious, octopus with mashed potatoes- fire. The salads are great, thanks to the fresh, brittle and crunchy greens and unique dressings. And we were very lucky with the waiter, I didn't find out his name, but the guy talked about the dishes so much that I wanted to try everything. I boldly advise you to visit this restaurant, I wish everyone to experience gastronomic delight!

For this money, it's better to go to another one if the kitchen is important to you!
We visited a restaurant today. We were unpleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Delicious dishes, wonderful desserts are served in the kitchen. But! The side dish called "Forest mushrooms" consisted of 90% champignons.
The waiters openly ignored us all evening. But they constantly approached the next table, who probably ordered more. Apparently ordering hot dishes and desserts is not enough for decent service.
One can understand a lot, one can assume that in connection with the holiday on February 14, most of the waiters worked yesterday, and today there were not enough waiters. And with any workload of the staff, it was possible not to offend the guests and explain the situation in a few seconds or just say "sorry for the wait, we are not quite in time." And here they just ignored it.
I have been to the hotel more than once at conferences and meetings and have always been sure that Ember has a high level of service. Alas, this is not the case.
This did not overshadow the holiday for us, but there is no desire to visit the restaurant again.

We came from Kaliningrad to celebrate a birthday, we booked a "good" table in advance.As a result, we had a table in the corner and the waitress just forgot about us))We took the dirty plates ourselves to the next table, where they still stood for a very long time.Requests for a blanket, a menu and the usual basic needs of the guest in the establishment were ignored.Unfortunately, we poured the bottle of prosecco ourselves.The restaurant is of a good level, I would like to feel more comfortable.When the waiter changed, Alexander, brought us blankets right away, advised an unrealistic Burger - the mood lifted at the whole table.Anton, the waiter, congratulated and helped him, thanks to him too!!
If you declare a level, then show the same service.The cuisine is delicious, the Cheeks and the Burger are especially delicious
My family and I went to a restaurant on Thursday. Everything has always been fine - but this time something terrible!
The cold appetizers are very tasty, no problem.
BUT THE HOT ONE was our common disappointment. The steaks were either overcooked or undercooked so much that the taste of raw meat was felt :(
I ate 4 oysters and 3 hours after leaving, my stomach hurt terribly and I'm sorry, I didn't get off the toilet all night. So do two other family members.

We came and again everything is 100% the same, even worse ... this restaurant remains stable in its terrible service, poor cuisine and unrelated to the restaurant "vino-vino" with its terrible sommeliers and wine selection (for example, the absence of Chablis, I can not understand at all, but I am not an expert can be wrong). The whole staff feels like demigods, the kitchen is the failure of the year... how can you spoil an octopus, I don't understand, a monkey will cook it better, they ordered pasta for their son, asked him to do something childish, talked for a long time with the waiter but she turned out to be sharp, the sommelier is an old woman, probably with problems in her personal life who carries all her negativity to work and to the souls of the guests. The birthday was ruined, they even managed to forget to bring a birthday cake, when we asked about it before leaving and asked for the bill, it turned out the weather was to blame…I'm just freaking out about everything that's going on.... In general, the tin is full, you want to spoil your evening... well done ... kitchen, service, wine list, country wicker plastic furniture, you can't think of anything worse…

It was disgusting. My friend and I came to the terrace, we were told that it would start raining soon and it was better not to sit in the open space (albeit under umbrellas), as a result, they offered a table at the very end with a bad view. We decided that we were not afraid of hypothetical rain and sat down on the terrace.
As a result, the comment: You can't even sit down here. I asked where the terrace was free. Answer: we don't serve this terrace because it's going to rain soon.
Question: why will the reservation be serviced? Answer: We didn't know it was going to rain then.
That is, those five people and everyone who has been sitting on the outdoor terrace for a long time can be served, but for the sake of the two of us, "the waiters will not go there and get wet"
I repeat - there are big umbrellas and it is unlikely that we would even get wet.
In general, this service remains unclear to me. I will definitely never visit again and I do not advise you if you want to be treated like a human being, which is what you expect from an institution of this price category.

It's expensive, but everything is top-notch. Delicious food, original presentation of each dish, some with a presentation, dessert menu, wine list, sommelier.
A complete disappointment! The sommelier needs to learn tact, how to communicate with guests and, in principle, the work of the sommelier, if you promise something to the guest, you need to fulfill it (they did not bring the cake to the others, justifying the bad weather), if the order is made for a child, do not put spicy ingredients in the food (the dish had to be replaced) the cook should be sent for advanced training (seafood like rubber) wine list 👎 the establishment is not intended for visiting with children, although they promised that it would be comfortable.

The steaks are excellent, made from Miratorg meat, they make dry aging themselves. The service is on the level. The interior is interesting, especially where the meat is maturing. Prices for Minsk are very high, but 30% lower than in Moscow in similar restaurants.
