We had a rest with children from August 8 to August 16. I really liked everything. The location of the hotel is simply magnificent! The first coastal, sandy, clean and cozy beach with a beach bar, a lot of sun beds with mattresses. The children really liked the animation, after there was a disco, delicious smoky hookahs. There was always a lot of different food. The slide in the pool delighted the children. The responsive and courteous staff promptly responded to all requests, the cozy, clean and well-groomed territory of the hotel. There is a bazaar and a pharmacy near the hotel. The Mediterranean Sea is warm and clean 😍 We got on a Turkish night, we were very impressed 😍 Everything was beautifully decorated, insanely delicious baklava of various types and fireworks at the end! It's cheap, for 3 stars, but it doesn't pull for more. The beach is close, 200 meters from the 3rd building. The food is quite normal. The beer is good on tap. From the positive, that's it.
Negative:
A remote village. There are a lot of cheap stores with consumer goods and Chinese fakes outside the gate. A little further away is a small Migros. There are several pharmacies where you can buy medicines, if anyone is interested. Everything else is a long way to go.
There is a BIG shortage of sunbeds on the beach, there is definitely never enough for everyone. Rabid grandmothers of all races come running at 5 a.m., literally, and occupy sun beds, then middle-aged people come and throw off their grandmother's towels and handkerchiefs and pack up, then grandmothers and grandfathers come after breakfast and swearing begins.
The number of rooms is very different. The most normal ones are family rooms, all like 2 rooms, but of different sizes and layouts. The most creepy rooms are like bungalows, actually sheds made of planks, flimsy, smelly, very stuffy. Further horror is the rooms of the first floors between 1 and 2, 2 and 3 buildings: very small, dark, musty, moldy, and maybe there is a pillar in the center. For some reason there is not a single hook in the bathrooms, you have to hang a towel on the door. In general, the impression that they were building "to get rid of" is a bunch of imperfections and absurdities.
There are no towels on the beach, you need to bring your own.

The food at the hotel is excellent! I would like to mention the chef of the restaurant separately: everything is very tasty and decorated! The restaurant and bar are very well organized! You can walk to the Migros store and once a week there is a market next to it (10-15 minutes). Not far from the hotel there are several rows of shops, a pharmacy.

Lived from 30.06 to 10.07. The rooms are old. Furniture, plumbing. The pools are dirty. We had a rest for 4 people. .Two adults and two children, all had rotovirus. We started talking on the beach, many families were sick of lying down all their holidays. The dishes are dirty and chipped. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. The bed was changed once when asked. They don't wash the toilet. I wipe the floors, the shower with a mop and that's it. There is a lot of food, but there is nothing to feed the children.
The only plus is the sea is a 5-minute walk away, but there are few sunbeds, at 6 a.m. you come everywhere is already occupied. A local uncle who looks after the beach takes a cot for money

I was vacationing alone with my child in June 2024. The choice of hotels was not great, because the prices were very high, I realized that the hotel would be much lower in level than they used to be. Therefore, the expectations coincided with reality and the rest was generally good.
Check-in - we arrived quickly, very nice guys at the reception, although they arrived late in the evening, fed us, also settled quickly in the 1st building, Alyonka chocolate as a present)
The rooms are old, but clean. The audibility is very strong, especially the slamming of doors. My door was closing very hard and loudly, but I fixed it myself, fixed the lock with a stone)) There are ants in the rooms, do not leave sweets. The mattresses are good, but the bedspread has holes. For 11 nights, the bed was never changed, but cleaned every day.
Food - the food is good and varied, of course not like in 5k, but you will not be hungry. A short interval for food and quickly disassembled, so the crowds at the opening. There are not enough places to sit either, I saw how Poles ate on deck chairs. The guy at the bar is just an energizer, he pours everything for everyone, but there are no cocktails, only wine, beer, gin, vodka.
The service is twofold here, the reception is excellent. In the restaurant, it's also a dining room)) If you don't have time to take an empty table, wait half an hour for people to eat and another half hour until the tables are finally cleared, it takes a very long time for the guys to figure out, they often ate in the mud. People are not happy if you occupy tables in advance, but otherwise you may not sit down. A separate word about the director, he stands at the restaurant for breakfast and when I couldn't find a clean table, he sent the boys to clean everything, it happened a couple of times, then he invited me to "hang out" with him, I refused, after that the tables were no longer cleaned))
Entertainment- Animators the boys are great, but there are few of them, the girls come, they teach them and they run away after a couple of days. Mini disco and then adult entertainment are often vulgar, and a disco by the pool with Russian music. Teenagers are bored, they are sitting at the reception on WiFi.
The sea is gorgeous, there are fish, there are even turtles to the left. The entrance is pebbles, further stones, more precisely a reef, but at a depth, there are no stones to the right. There are few schizologs, at first I borrowed early, and then I realized that people occupy them for a week, without removing things at night, 1 time a week they are removed only in a common pile.
The contingent is 80% Russian, there are Belarusians, Ukrainians, Poles. There are a lot of Russian grandmothers.
Excursions - We went to the Basins and rafting - great, and we are in Side, too, super. Side can be reached by bus, from Tatiana, which on the beach offers a shopping tour, and there are excursions of 25 euros from the hammam.
In general, the rest went well, but in the end I got tired of chasing free clean tables in the restaurant, this moment was very annoying.

Cleaning was done every day, I even said sometimes that cleaning was not required) The bed was changed once, although it was also not required, we rested for 6 nights, nevertheless it was very pleasant.
Everything is solvable, any question at the reception will be helped to resolve. Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, it's enough to get in touch. A paid 4 dollars a day catches well and everywhere. We returned from the hotel yesterday and while all the emotions are fresh in my memory, I will write a review. The sensations of staying in hotels are twofold, but I definitely will not return to it.
We had a vacation with our family (me, my husband, two sons aged 11 and 14) from June 10 to June 21, 2024. We flew by pegasus, the flight was delayed for 1.5 hours, they didn't even offer water on board, everything is paid. We arrived on time, we were at the hotels around 12. We put on bracelets, went to look around, had lunch and returned to check in at two. We had the usual standard in the voucher, they offered to pay an additional $ 60 for a family room. They refused to pay extra, and apparently in retaliation for this, we were first taken to one tiny three-bed room, then to another (3115) and promised an extra bed. An extra bed turned out to be a clamshell, later it turned out that a clamshell without two wheels of 4, respectively, constantly falls on one side or the other. For 7 days I went to the reception and asked to fix or replace the clamshell and each time I was promised to take measures, as a result, I took measures myself and immediately, putting a seat under the clamshell from a single rickety stool. Of course, I did not go to visit other rooms, I speak only for my room, but the furniture is old, the double bed is sagged, with what exactly the bed itself, not the mattress, there is one bedside table, a small closet, a refrigerator that has never been washed and opens so tightly that you can break your fingers. The bed is battered, an incomprehensible rag resembling a waffle towel is offered as a blanket, and if it is enough for one, but it cannot be divided into two. There were never enough towels, for 4 people there was rarely one towel per person, and there were cases when we stayed with one, albeit a large towel for all, even for two days. There is no safe in the room, either paid or free, at least the suitcase had a lock. There are no chairs in the room either, I had to drag away two plastic chairs that were standing near the room. There are no hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, hang them wherever you want. Soap in the dispenser next to the sink and in the shower, no gels and shampoos, bring all your own.
The territory of the hotel is small, green, exotic, for us, bananas, pomegranates, olives, flowers that we grow at home in pots, there are trees growing along the path. Cats walk freely, geckos run, mosquitoes eat in the evenings. The territory of the hotel is not guarded, come in, take what you want, blow up, kill, steal. There are surveillance cameras, but it's not a fact that they work.
Beach. The beach itself is sand, but dirty. The entrance to the sea is a variety of pebbles, it is better to buy corals. The depth is good already 4-5 meters from the shore. The water is clean, warm, and transparent. There are always not enough sun beds, but not because there are few of them, but because people take and leave. The deck chairs are very close to each other, somehow not comfortable. There is no lifeguard on the beach, drown as much as you want.
Food. It's not much, it's monotonous, but you won't starve. The meat is mostly chicken and offal, burgers and nuggets are terribly overcooked for lunch every day, eggs in all kinds for breakfast, there are no pancakes! Lots of vegetables and greens. Fruits include apples, oranges, watermelons, melons, nectarines, apricots, but everything is not particularly tasty. Cola, fanta, sprite only in the bar, tea and coffee at any time, drinks like sweetened juice in the vending machine in tiny cups. Drinking water in sealed cups. It is better to go to the dining room at the beginning, you will have to talk, look for a place to sit, but you have more chances to see all the food that is there. For the first time I came across that the food was not signed and I had to guess by the smell and appearance what it was.
From 16 to 17 there is an afternoon snack, you can't call it anything else. They give cookies, sometimes buns, choose what to drink yourself.
One of the three bars is open, it is very inconvenient, especially since there is no bar on the beach. The selection of alcohol in the main bar is minimal. The European Football Championship is currently underway, it was possible to organize beer broadcasts in the lobby, but there is no beer or TV. At the bar, which should probably be a beach bar, at 12 o'clock they bake local tortillas with cheese and herbs or sweet ones, the queue is large, but for one try.
THERE IS NO ICE CREAM! THERE IS NO PIZZA!
The animation is not intrusive, but also unobtrusive, every day there is dancing, sometimes bocce, volleyball, gymnastics, aqua aerobics. In the evening there is a mini disco and a small evening show, when there is no show, then karaoke.
Pools. The main one with a slide that works incomprehensibly, as well as the second pool, which is scary to walk into, rotten stairs and the stench of sewage.
The hotel is good for pensioners and couples with kids of 3-5 years old.
Leaving the hotel at 3 a.m., a woman ran to the reception, a pipe burst in their room and flooded the room.

We rested there from 09/22/24 to 10/01/24, the weather is +31, the sea is warmer. The first line. The view is beautiful on the sea.
The hotel, if we consider only how to sleep and change clothes, is passable.
In general, we had a good rest, but there are a lot of disadvantages.
Cons: the room was almost not cleaned, the whole room was broken (the chest of drawers was broken, wires were sticking out of the walls, one of the two rooms did not work), towels were changed for 4-5 days and then after two approaches to the reception with a request for replacement. There was always water in the shower (combined with the toilet) (the drain either did not work, or was not properly made in general).
They didn't cook food for everyone, if you didn't get to the beginning, you won't get any dishes, but you won't stay hungry.
The food is generally edible.
The water slide did not always work, but at certain hours, out of the entire vacation, we got to it 3 times.
The pool (even for children) was not particularly cleaned, but this did not stop the children.
Fortunately, nothing serious was picked up there.
Conclusion: if the budget is limited, then you can safely choose this hotel, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

In my opinion, it is a very cozy, comfortable hotel!👍 Excellent, kind, responsive staff, it is clear that they are trying very hard🤗 As for sun loungers: "booking" with towels takes place in almost all hotels, for some reason people like to put stones or towels on sun loungers, just "so that it is mine", and they come three days later. The staff has nothing to do with it) I myself witnessed how the keeper of the beach Ismail, at about 7.30 pm, cleaned the towels left especially for the next day, because at that time he cleans and washes the mattresses👍 The food is very varied, there is everything and in sufficient quantity, for a 4-star hotel it is more than excellent. The most important thing that pleased me was the inexhaustible supply of cold water available around the clock. Refrigerators are in the dining room and in the lobby. Delicious coffee in the dining room, too, at any time of the day or night, alcohol and everything else without restrictions. We had a rest with a friend from May 11 to May 25.
The hotel opened on the 8th. In Turkey for the 11th time, last year we were in a similar 4* in Konakli.
This time we decided to change the location, which we regretted on the very first day.
The hotel was absolutely not ready to receive tourists. Most of the rooms are in the process of renovation, there are very few staff. For 2 weeks, we have never had our linen changed, the floor was washed 1 time, we took towels ourselves on the trolleys left by the maids in the corridor.
About the hot water. Its absence or presence depends solely on the weather. If there is sun, there is hot water, if there is no sun, then there is no water. It follows that everyone has an invigorating cool shower in the morning.
But, of course, our vacation was saved by 100 American rubles, given for a room with a sea view, in fact, the sea itself, the sun, the SPA, the divine hammam and massage, the animation guys who literally arranged entertainment out of thin air and very good staff.
If the hotel had 1 owner, you can make such a "candy" out of it!
In general, after 1.5 months, everything doesn't seem so sad anymore.
It was still better than working!

The pros are within walking distance of the beach, delicious and healthy food, BUT the most important thing is the Hammam, which is located on the territory of the hotel. It should be visited by every vacationer on the territory of the hotel. It is impossible to single out the names separately, since only professionals work in the Hammam. According to the price list, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work of the staff is high.
There are interesting entertainment programs in the evenings, but I especially liked singing karaoke and dancing by the pool to incendiary music.

We moved into a room where the toilet is running, there is no hot water, something is draining from the sink and all the water is on the floor, so high humidity, the TV does not work. There was no hot water in the entire hotel for 2 days, on the 3rd day it appeared in part of the buildings, we did not have it, we did not move, referring to the fact that there is no other Family room, this is with an almost vacant hotel. We washed the children in the hammam (and thanks to Lyudmila from the hammam, the administrator of the hammam said wait for the next day or $ 35 a person). The next day they gave us the keys to the standard in another building, we went there to wash. On day 4, hot water was given to the room, but it is unrealistic to set up the faucet, then cold runs then hot (this problem is not only our room, so if you are traveling with children, do not leave them alone in the shower, control, they may get burned and freeze almost simultaneously) there is one technician for the whole hotel who fixes it all, I'm sorry this employee, he is trying very hard, but he will not be in time, well, maybe he will do it by the end of the season. Construction work is still underway in part of the hotel, with all the ensuing consequences. When contacting Pegasus's hotel guide on watsap, he did not even respond. The travel agent sent a letter to the tour operator in response, they wrote that they gave us a massage and we were satisfied. By the way, no one offered massage, but water was a priority for us. The animator girls are doing their best, the wide line of the beach and the first line, the green area, and of course the sun of Turkey, which is not related to the hotel. The sea is almost immediately deep with children of 7 years old, it is not very comfortable when even a small wave. This is not the first time in Turkey, but the first time without hot water for 4 days at 4*.
