A great hotel for the money we paid for a trip from October 6th to 14th.The sea is luxurious, there is plenty of food, the staff is Russian-speaking / or with a translator on the phone, and positive.To get rid of work and the hustle and bustle of the city is the best thing.Probably, boys and girls will be bored, there is nowhere to go outside the hotel.There are only tourists from Russia and Ukrainians in the hotel, everyone was friends.I heard discontent from tourists 65+: there is no porridge, they do not wash the floor well, plastic cups in the bar.But they drank vodka if they were healthy, and they didn't eat porridge, they would have gone along the Golden Ring...we would have stayed without pants), but here on the market from bags to pants and everything for $ 5.We can return, but we change places and hotels every year.

But 1.5 hours have passed and voila, the same girl declares that there are NO free family rooms! After we went to the management and talked in a raised voice, Inas was moved into a standard room, but promised to move into a family room with a sea view in 2 days, and compensate for all this misunderstanding with free Internet in the room until the end of the rest and not evict from the room before departure. As a result, two days later we were moved into a family room with non-working air conditioning (we did not immediately notice), the Internet was given for exactly 2 days, and we were evicted from the room at exactly 12 o'clock on the day of departure. In short, do not believe the promises of these Turks, I cannot even call this leader a man. I gave my word, but I didn't keep it. I was already tired of arguing with them, I didn't even go to them anymore. No matter how I passed by the reception, they were swearing all the time. I heard from a couple of people that their things were missing from the room. The food is for 4, but monotonous, boring. The food is served by the staff and when you ask for more (since we took everything in one plate for the children and then shared it), they start throwing food into the plate like a pig. The room was cleaned every day, but the linen and towel are stained. The staff is friendly. There is no bar on the beach, there is always a queue at the main bar. The swill is delicious. The pools are clean. The only bright spot from the rest is the sea, it is gorgeous. But take shoes, the pebbles make your feet hurt a lot. There is a market nearby, prices are reasonable, you can bargain with them.

We had a rest this year in October. The hotel evokes contradictory feelings. The room for a surcharge of 20& was great. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. That was the end of the impression. During the 10 days of my stay, I did not drink tea or coffee.. I'm sorry, Mr. hotel owner, but this is just pig slops. I drank water and boiling water-if there was one. Of course, I will not go here to rest a second time. The staff at the hotel is good. Except for the angry couple of cooks in the dining room.. I can't call this room a restaurant.

In the morning we saw that we were sleeping on a dirty bed. The towels were also used. The water is hot only after 15 minutes. merges. The food is delicious, but the choice is poor, there is almost a fight for meat. The first one who managed to eat it, the rest of the stewed vegetables. It's the same with fruits. There are few places in the restaurant, everything is shabby and shabby. But the guys in the restaurant are polite and friendly. Plus, the sea is nearby, clean and transparent. The animators are doing well, trying their best. The pools are clean. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. There is no security at all. We left for an excursion, all the things remained in the room. We arrived 2 days later, the room is open, we didn't understand why. Okay, nothing is missing. There is a small village outside the territory, there is nowhere to go, opposite the cemetery. I don't recommend the hotel, I won't choose it next time.

We had a rest in September 2019.We lived in a family room, as there were three adults and two children.My brother and his wife and grandson are in a regular room.
I'll tell you right away:I read a lot of bad reviews before the trip, and I was upset.But, since the budget did not allow for more, we decided.
And they didn't regret it.
The sea is gorgeous.Clean, warm.The only thing you need are slippers, since the entrance is pebbles.The pools are clean.Our grandchildren did not get out of them.
The territory is not large, but well maintained.
Food-I won't say it's great, but we didn't go hungry.Everyone had enough of everything.I really liked the soups.There were different fruits.
The staff tried their best:it was a Turkish night (dinner was served outside), we fried fish on the grill.There was a foam disco, a beer disco, fireworks, fireworks.
The Animation guys are great.
Massage is just a thrill.
In general, if you do not pay attention to the little things, everything is fine!

The seams between the tiles began to turn black. Otherwise, everything is fine. Friendly staff, but poorly cleaned rooms. You won't tell me to change the bed, they won't change it. Although they should do it once every three days. I asked and they changed it for us on the fifth day. We were nine in total. Accordingly, they were changed only once. There was always dirt in the bathroom, because 5 people went back and forth several times a day. They could have taken away the garbage and left the floors dirty at the same time. The food is normal, but monotonous. By the end of the stay, everything was already thoroughly boring.

We stayed at this hotel after it was renamed Elysium elite spa otel. By the way, we didn't get there of our own free will! At the transfer we were told that our Serena beach hotel is closed for renovation. Of course it wasn't true. Deceived tourists from the Serena beach Hotel were gathered at the hotel. Everyone was outraged and upset! The room turned out to be spacious, but the linen was old, poorly washed. There are only three sockets in the room. The mini-bar is empty. Water is only available at the reception. Internet is also only available at the reception. After staying up all night, I decided to solve this problem with the hotel guide. But we were refused a move to the Serena beach Hotel. The replacement offer was only in the urban part of Side. After all the worries, we stayed at the Elysium elite hotel. Although the hotel has 4 stars, in fact it is only 3. The food in the hotel is imported and warmed up before serving. There is very little fish and meat. But they didn't stay hungry. There are two nice and clean pools. However, there is only one slide. But the children are all very happy! Animation is also weak. But everyone is trying very hard to amuse tourists. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the sea! The beach and the entrance to the sea are just great! The hotel is rated 4 with a minus. But the children were all happy. The sea is beautiful! Summing up all its shortcomings, the child wants to return to this hotel again :))
Time will tell 😉 maybe we will come!

Of the advantages: the hotel is small for this reason, people "don't push their asses" - in a large hotel behind a nearby fence, it seemed that there was no water in the pool; the sea is nearby, clean; the food is delicious, but monotonous and not every dessert was given to those who stayed, but this is for compatriots, both former and current - looking at the behavior of some individuals in the dining room, you begin to understand the misanthrope. In general, if you don't wait for royal apartments for a little money, it's fine. Although I wouldn't go there next time.

The only good things are some of the staff, several bartenders, one manager at the reception who does NOT speak Russian, but he has excellent English, he is polite and pleasant, and the sea! The sea is said. The hotel staff speak only Turkish - this is wrong. Room cleaning is not done, as it turned out, it needs to be ordered at the reception. I asked you to clean up for 4 days. Very bad reviews about this hotel, but it turned out not so bad. The food is good, but there are not always cakes, we don't need them. Rooms are cleaned every day and upon request. The rooms themselves are not in perfect condition, minor breakdowns are present in all hotels. They check in ahead of time without any problems and extend your stay too. The sea is nearby, there is only a problem with stones when entering the sea, you can break your legs if the waves are strong. The pools, slides, playground and sauna are all open. There is a very poor choice of alcohol. The Internet is working, but not everyone has enough iPads, it gets fucked up immediately after authorization, you have to restart the tablets.
