We had a vacation with a friend from May 8-13, 2024. The hotel opened on May 8, 2024. The staff quickly prepared the hotel for the summer season. About 50% of the tourists are Russians and 50% from Poland. Of the advantages: the territory of the hotel is very small, but the entire location of the facilities is thought out, every centimeter of the land is planted with bushes and various flowers, very clean territory and the beach. The beach is large, spacious, sandy. There is a sauna, paid spa treatments. Aquashouses are not needed to enter the sea. The water temperature was +22 degrees, we were swimming. Animation for both children and adults. There are Russian-speaking animators. The rooms are small, the air conditioners work silently. There are many Russian TV channels. The food at the hotel is excellent! I would like to mention the chef of the restaurant separately: everything is very tasty and decorated! The restaurant and bar are very well organized! You can walk to the Migros store and once a week there is a market next to it (10-15 minutes). Not far from the hotel there are several rows of shops, a pharmacy.

I was on vacation with my child at the end of June. I liked the hotel. The food is varied, there are a lot of fruits. A huge plus is the hotel by the sea! The numbers need to be updated, but this is not critical. Cleaning and changing of towels was every day. Animation for children and adults every evening. The staff is polite.

We had a rest with a friend from May 11 to May 25.
The hotel opened on the 8th. In Turkey for the 11th time, last year we were in a similar 4* in Konakli.
This time we decided to change the location, which we regretted on the very first day.
The hotel was absolutely not ready to receive tourists. Most of the rooms are in the process of renovation, there are very few staff. For 2 weeks, we have never had our linen changed, the floor was washed 1 time, we took towels ourselves on the trolleys left by the maids in the corridor.
About the hot water. Its absence or presence depends solely on the weather. If there is sun, there is hot water, if there is no sun, then there is no water. It follows that everyone has an invigorating cool shower in the morning.
But, of course, our vacation was saved by 100 American rubles, given for a room with a sea view, in fact, the sea itself, the sun, the SPA, the divine hammam and massage, the animation guys who literally arranged entertainment out of thin air and very good staff.
If the hotel had 1 owner, you can make such a "candy" out of it!
In general, after 1.5 months, everything doesn't seem so sad anymore.
It was still better than working!

There are extreme balconies in the buildings with side views of the sea and the trash at the same time; rooms with views of the neighboring hotel, the road and the cemetery. In the 1st building there are rooms with a view of the roof of the restaurant and the sea (depending on the floor). 4. Room cleaning consisted of, as they say, "cleaning with a rag in the aisles of the room." 5. Towels (old, torn, very dilapidated, dirty, stained) were changed once a week (for similar ones) The bed linen has not been changed once. 6. The food was poor, especially breakfast and lunch; dirty dishes often had to be removed from the tables on their own and wiped, as the service staff could not cope due to the large flow of people; there were not enough places to sit. 7. The sunbeds were occupied early in the morning, they were also not enough.8. I want to say separately about the massage: they agree on one price, and after the procedure they brazenly demand three times more. 8. On the positive side, I can note: 1. A nearby sandy beach, 2. A large amount of greenery, which was constantly replenished, delicious fresh bread; 3. Animators in the evenings. The real rating of this hotel is "two" points. But I added a point for the proximity and purity of the sea.

Good afternoon! We read the reviews before the trip and were prepared for the worst)
But in general, the norm! The service is pleasant, if you ask, they will do it. We moved from the 3rd building without any problems to a mini house with a sea view (surcharge) with a separate veranda - it's fine in general
The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry, and the market is nearby (5min) Yes, queues, but they just always came an hour later - and OK
The beach is cool! We took a separate gazebo for an additional fee for the entire rest period - and there were no problems with sun beds and a place)
We played volleyball , the sea is gorgeous
Dancing in the evening, the location of the hotel is very good
Of the minuses, the audibility in the rooms is increased, not super clean (but! I asked to clean up- they will clean up), monotonous food, alcohol is not very good) and the Internet is simply not there (they did not take it for a fee, they made themselves a detox)

The most truthful review of the hotel, without embellishment
We had a rest with my husband from 18.10 to 25.10.
Before the trip, I carefully studied a dozen different hotels and this one suited us the most in price / quality, because we wanted a direct flight from Novosibirsk. The reviews were different, someone really liked everything, someone quite the opposite, and to be honest, before the flight I began to fear that there would be really trash and horror.
Therefore, it was decided to write the most detailed and honest review to those who are just as confused as I am - to take / not to take))
I must say right away, my husband and I are 26 and 29 years old, so that the view of our generation is clear.
Let's get started.
1. Transfer and accommodation.
We arrived early, around 9 a.m., we and 3 other families were on the bus to the hotel. We were the very first to arrive. Taking into account the arrival at the store for 15 minutes (there you could smoke, go to the toilet, buy a cocktail on the way), the road took us 1.50. You could buy water, soda and beer on the bus. The water cost 1 dollar for 2 bottles, the rest 3-4 dollars.
As soon as we arrived (around 12 a.m.), we were given bracelets at the reception and told to wait for the standard check-in until 14:00. You could use everything in the hotel safely, and you can leave your things at the reception.
We lay on the sun beds, drank beer and went to get the keys at 13:55.
To be honest, my biggest fear from the hotel was a terrible smelly room with a view of the next one somewhere on the 1st-3rd floor.
Thank God we were very lucky, they put us on the top floor in the building farthest from the sea. The view was really on the neighboring windows, but our room was extreme, so we had a very good view of the sea in both directions) I was really pleased with that.
The room for two was small, but everything was fresh and clean. The mattress on the bed is excellent and comfortable. There was a blanket. The condee and the refrigerator worked fine. There are 2-3 Russian channels on TV.
The bathroom was not great. There was a slight smell of sewage, but I didn't really notice. But I've heard some hotel guests complain about strong odors.And our toilet was a little shaky)) but it's nothing at all, I think. The hair dryer is normal.
We cleaned our room every day, one day I stained the sheets with lukum, but we left 2.5 bucks and they changed it for us, I don't know if they would have changed it just like that, they didn't check)
By the way, they did not ask for an additional payment for the room, we had the usual standard paid.
But the huge disadvantage of the room is the noise insulation. It doesn't exist at all, so if you have a light sleep, take earplugs. All in all, it didn't really piss me off.
Let's move on. 2. Food
There is a controversial point here. I didn't see any huge queues for food, only on fish day, when they gave crabs, but this is logical.
The food tasted like 3.5/5. There were really very tasty dishes - zucchini with minced meat and cheese, rice pudding, the whole grill was very tasty, you could put together a burger, everything was for him and he turned out quite well. Pancakes were sometimes made for breakfast. I saw some porridges, I don't know why someone wrote that they weren't there. Desserts and cheeses are standard, but 1 time they gave 5 types of baklava, it was gorgeous! On the same day as the crabs with mussels. I'll tell you this, we didn't have that, even when we were on vacation in the top five.
But watermelons and melons were absolutely nothing at all (Vegetables are normal.
We always found tables for ourselves at any time. But it seemed to us that it was because the end of the season. In the season, probably not everyone will sit down (By the way, there was always enough food, too, and when they came to the beginning and to the end.
Alcohol. We only drank beer, but my husband took a gin and tonic 1 time, says the dazzler)) It's better not to drink. The beer is normal, but it seemed to us that they were diluting it. And so it's good, cold.
The bar was open only once, I was upset. I read that there was a bar on the beach, I saw the room, but it didn't work (I had to go to the pool from the sea, but we managed, it's not so important.
3. Sea and pools
At sea, sun beds are occupied either in the morning, from 6 o'clock, or in the evening, towels are left overnight and may not come at all during the day. I think it's piggish. But we always found sun beds, moved them and lay where we wanted, a couple of times managed to occupy wooden gazebos)
Entering the sea is a small pebble, not super pleasant, but not terrible. We swam without corals. The water is warm and clean, small fish swim. Bags with phones were left near the sun beds, no one stole) The animator calls to play volleyball.
The pools are wildly cold, but it's a classic. The main pool - there is music playing, the slide did not work at all.
The second pool is closer to the sea and it is quiet and peaceful there. We were lying there getting high, sunbathing.
Public toilets are tinny. But this is the scourge of many hotels in Turkey, it was the same in the top five.
4. The territory of the hotel is pleasant, there is a lot of vegetation, pomegranates, olives grow, someone even picked a banana and gave it to us)
But there are moments for cosmetic repairs. A lot of things are already like this, worn out, peeling. At first you don't notice, but by the 6th day it already catches your eye.
There is free Internet in the lobby, the speed is normal, and you can send a text message and a photo. Someone even called.
I bought Internet for a week at the reception, for $15. Great internet, but I didn't catch it on the beach(
There are many different markets near the hotel, you can buy souvenirs)
By the way, I strongly advise you to go to ancient Side, but not with an excursion, because the guide will not tell you something super interesting there, and time is limited to take a walk. It's better to spend this $ 60 for lunch at a cafe by the sea there and walk around as much as you want, admire the beauty.
There was animation every evening, on the Turkish night they gave some good cocktails)
It was my birthday, it was marked on the voucher, but the hotel did not prepare anything) But it's just a fact.
To sum up, the hotel is really good for its money, we have a positive overall impression, but, of course, there is a noticeable difference with the top five) after it it is already difficult to go to something below the star)
The management needs to work on the number of seats for meals, on cleaning public toilets, on the number of sun beds at sea and somehow improve the territory (repair something, touch up) and there will be a wonderful hotel.

We are tourists from Ufa - we express our gratitude to all the management and all the staff of the Elysium Elite Hotel & Spa 4* (Side) for a wonderful stay! We arrived in the morning, and a friendly administrator, Yusuf, met us at the reception. We had a rest from August 1-12 with a child (3 years old). Only positive emotions and impressions remained. I really liked the well-maintained large territory of the hotel with beautiful flowers and palm trees. Pomegranates, olives, bananas grow on the territory. There are swimming pools (adults, children). The rooms are small, but cozy and clean. And in general, the entire hotel staff is very responsive and friendly. The sea is the first line, clean, warm. The food is delicious and varied. A wide range of services –hammam, spa, massages (extra charge). Special Thanks to the massage therapist - Kaua. Also thanks to our Guide- Niyaz Ali. Animation evenings include concerts and discos. And yet, once a week there is a holiday – Turkish Night. The impression of the hotel is twofold. Of course, it is very "tired" and needs to be repaired. The buildings of the hotel are located extremely close to each other: you will go out on the balcony, and at a distance of almost an arm's length - the balcony of a neighbor. The bathroom in the family room is dirty. There are always not enough sun beds on the beach, because vacationers occupy them with towels. There are queues for food. Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel in early July. We had a family room. The price of a holiday is 300 rubles for 10 nights from St. Petersburg (2 rooms, 2 rooms). We got a very, very tired room. Hi! I'm Malkan! Today I returned from Antalya, I lived in this hotel. I want to share my impressions.
For the organization, for the warm welcome, for the promptness, for not showing indifference to me throughout my stay at this hotel, I want to thank the management, BUT especially the attentive administrator - YUSUP. Thank you Yusup - kind, prompt, good specialist.
The pros are within walking distance of the beach, delicious and healthy food, BUT the most important thing is the Hammam, which is located on the territory of the hotel. It should be visited by every vacationer on the territory of the hotel. It is impossible to single out the names separately, since only professionals work in the Hammam. According to the price list, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work of the staff is high.
There are interesting entertainment programs in the evenings, but I especially liked singing karaoke and dancing by the pool to incendiary music.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the first line, + there is a good bazaar nearby (prices for sweets are twice lower than in duty free).

Very bad, the proximity of the sea does not save the general situation of vacationers. Maintenance, they wash everything with one cloth, both the corridor and the toilet and the bedroom. I don't feel like it anymore. Due to the fact that it stands on the sea and has a convenient location, it has 4) a view from one building directly to the cemetery. It's a little annoying for me. There are no Turks. They treat it differently) And in general, I had such a great rest in it for everything! And I didn't even want to leave, although I had to spend money on coziness and comfort. In general, 100 euros was enough to make your stay more comfortable. So that everything does not happen badly, there is a bad mood! We lived here for 10 days in September. It's cool that the hotel is located on the seashore and you can look at the waves at any time of the day or night.
The kitchen is also good, a wide range of different dishes - side dishes, hot dishes, grill menu, lots of vegetables and herbs. Tea and coffee at any time of the day (relevant after a night walk by the sea))
I also liked the staff, they are always ready to help with any question, up to where you can try good local cuisine and which places are worth going and which are not. The rooms are small, very cozy, if there are any problems, they are immediately eliminated. In the evenings, they arrange entertainment - contests, oriental dances and so on.

The sleeping rooms are dirty and it is necessary to pay extra so that a family of 4 people is given a full-fledged room with four beds and not an armchair bed! The food is terrible!!! And there's a queue from the room door behind her! Is it worth buying a vacation at this hotel? No!!! You can go to the sea and the hotel is cheaper and corresponding to the stars! We rested at this hotel at the end of September 2023. The hotel is solid three stars. Clean, the rooms are very small, but with a fresh renovation.
There was no closet in our room and there was no hanger. Things were stacked on a single chair. Two times we told the manager to bring a second chair.They brought it. They began to put things on two chairs.The air conditioner worked well.

Internet only near the reception desk.And it's very weak.There is no Internet anywhere else in the hotel.
The room was cleaned every day. The bed linen was changed every other day.
The hotel has a territory, well-groomed,clean, green. In public toilets, not all doors are locked. Three-star meals. The fish is of poor quality, rancid. Coffee powder three in one. We had a great rest at this hotel in June 2022.
Here's what I liked:
The food is delicious, we were satisfied:
boiled eggs, omelette, yogurt, vegetables, snacks, bread, rolls, cheeses, butter for breakfast. For lunch, one type of soup, chicken in sauce, casserole, side dish (bulgur / rice / pasta / mashed potatoes), vegetables, herbs, pickles, fruits, Turkish sweets, jelly, jam, chocolate. For dinner, chicken fillet / fish / beef patties, side dish (bulgur / rice / pasta or mashed potatoes),vegetables, herbs, pickles, fruits, Turkish sweets, jelly, jam, chocolate. Juices, water, tea, coffee.
Alcohol: beer, wine, vodka, liqueurs at the pool bar with no limit in quantity.
Animation: Elena, a lighter girl, works on the territory of the hotel, she conducts yoga, morning exercises, aquagymnastics, works with children and conducts evening animation. There is a music column by the main pool, headed by Timur (respect for high-quality music).
There is a shop on site with flip-flops and caps, very tasty ice cream and chips.
Spa: There is a hammam and a massage room on the territory of the hotel. We had a wonderful steam session at Jafar's, he gave us a certificate for 15 minutes of foam massage, and it was just great for exhausted bodies.
Number: a small room, there is a balcony, the room has been redecorated, the toilet room has been updated. The room has a locker, a table, a pouf, 3 beds, bedside tables, shampoo in the shower, a glass, 4 towels.
The buildings of the buildings are four-storeyed, our room was at a distance from the dining room on the 4th floor, quiet, overlooking the mountains and the city, a well-maintained cemetery is visible.
The floor is tiled.
Room cleaning: garbage is removed from the trash can, wet floor cleaning, towels are changed every 3 days. Bed linen is changed once a week.
Large territory: 4 buildings, 2 swimming pools, a green area with flowers and pines (a lot of greenery), a cool lobby, a private beach with sun beds on the 1st line, an aquagorka, a pool bar, a shower next to the beach, a dining room by the pool, and a wonderful view of the sea while having breakfast/lunch/dinner.

We had a rest from 06.07.23-13.07.23. The advantages of the hotel: the sea is within walking distance. That's it! Now from the cons: ~ the rooms are very tired with tiny shower stalls; towels and linen are old with stains; they are not changed when cleaning the room or they will be changed to the same dirty ones; there may often be no hot water; during our rest, the electricity was turned off two evenings. ~ Restaurant, more correctly, the dining room: get ready for the eternal quest to find a table, and when you find one that is vacant, you will also have to catch the staff and ask them to remove the dishes; the appliances run out quickly and wait for the next batch of 10 minutes; the dishes are not clean, glasses with traces do not even understand something; ~Food: in the morning you you will not be able to enjoy coffee, what the machine gives out there is not even possible to call a semblance of coffee; there is no baking in the morning-no buns, no pancakes, only an omelet or scrambled eggs from a decent one. For lunch and dinner, the food is cold, soy meat. On the second day of our stay, we found a cafe outside the hotel and periodically ate there. Fruits include watermelon, sometimes grapes, apples and pears. ~Territory: dirty, dirty dishes always standing everywhere. Two pools. The fact is that without a slide, there is just standing water, there is no inflow and outflow of water (as they saw it, they did not use the pools). On the third day of our stay, the water just turned green and the pool was closed. ~ Beach: if you do not want a quest to find a free chaise longue, you can get up at 6-6:30 and then there is a chance to find free ones. People have been occupying them since the evening, as it turned out)). ~ well, the cherry on the cake: quiet neighbors right across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. And a bonus: the buildings are located opposite each other at a distance of no more than 5 meters, so be prepared to constantly close the curtains, otherwise you and your neighbors in the building will admire eye to eye. Our company was able not to spoil the rest from such impressions only due to its own positive attitude to everything that is happening. Have a good rest, choose a hotel carefully, every negative review about this hotel is a valid statement of facts!

A WEEK OF RELAXATION
I was vacationing with friends at the Elysium Elite Hotel from July 5 to July 12, 2023
Positive:
1. The first line, the sea is beautiful, clean, there was wind and waves for a couple of days, but this did not prevent us from enjoying
2. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, now they are not allowed to take towels in advance, so it's real to take a place just by coming.
3. The animation is super duper! We did not have time to leave one activity, they are already running from another! Exercises, darts, bocce, volleyball, aqua aerobics, beer parties, water polo, mini club for children and mini disco! Every night there's a show or some kind of movement! And then the disco! They do tours to discos in awesome Side clubs! We had a great rest, danced and saw the old town) Thanks to the team for the vacation
4. Food: lots of vegetables! And delicious fruits:watermelons, grapes, apples, pears, melon, oranges) desserts, chicken, sometimes beef and fish, several types of side dishes and snacks! Burgers, French fries, onion rings) All according to the classics of the Turkish hotel) we did not starve
5. The territory is green and there are 2 pools) one with a slide. They turn it on before lunch, and the second time after lunch and until about 18 o'clock.
6. There is free WiFi in the lobby, slow, but good on-site- paid. We didn't get hit hard on the wallet.
7. All staff are very friendly and cheerful, bartenders, waiters, cleaners ☺️
8. Beach bar) they said it wasn't in the reviews, but we were lucky, it was open on our vacation.
Minuses:
1. Not always everyone has enough tables for dinner, but we did not come to the beginning, but after 40 minutes and the tables were
2. Children are pushing sand into the pool! They just bring it by the mountains, by the evening we have half the beach

I've never written reviews, but I can't help myself))) The main problem of the hotel is its technical condition of the rooms. We moved into a room where the toilet is running, there is no hot water, something is draining from the sink and all the water is on the floor, so high humidity, the TV does not work. There was no hot water in the entire hotel for 2 days, on the 3rd day it appeared in part of the buildings, we did not have it, we did not move, referring to the fact that there is no other Family room, this is with an almost vacant hotel. We washed the children in the hammam (and thanks to Lyudmila from the hammam, the administrator of the hammam said wait for the next day or $ 35 a person). The next day they gave us the keys to the standard in another building, we went there to wash. On day 4, hot water was given to the room, but it is unrealistic to set up the faucet, then cold runs then hot (this problem is not only our room, so if you are traveling with children, do not leave them alone in the shower, control, they may get burned and freeze almost simultaneously) there is one technician for the whole hotel who fixes it all, I'm sorry this employee, he is trying very hard, but he will not be in time, well, maybe he will do it by the end of the season. Construction work is still underway in part of the hotel, with all the ensuing consequences. When contacting Pegasus's hotel guide on watsap, he did not even respond. The travel agent sent a letter to the tour operator in response, they wrote that they gave us a massage and we were satisfied. By the way, no one offered massage, but water was a priority for us. When there was no water, I asked for a kettle in the room, they said it was not allowed according to the hotel concept, the hotel has an excellent concept, there is no hot water and a kettle in the room, good luck to them in business. The hotel is right next to the 5 *, which has animation screaming all day, there is no sound insulation in the room with kids. Although there was a 1 plus in this, the children saw the fireworks)) In short, if you bought a tour, take at least a boiler or, ideally, a man with tools and hands, I was without a husband with children, unfortunately. Of the advantages, the food is like a solid three, although queues do not complement some dishes, well, I think you will not stay hungry. The animator girls are doing their best, the wide line of the beach and the first line, the green area, and of course the sun of Turkey, which is not related to the hotel. The sea is almost immediately deep with children of 7 years old, it is not very comfortable when even a small wave. This is not the first time in Turkey, but the first time without hot water for 4 days at 4*.

A modest hotel. There are pros and cons. We got a nice room with a sea view. They gave a bonus - Internet access throughout the territory. The food was decent for 4 people. Even strawberries and grilled trout were given. The problem of the hotel is the hot water in the room (practically its absence). We had a rest in May 2023.

In general, I liked the rest. Yes, it's not a cool hotel, but it doesn't position itself that way. It's 4 stars and you need to be prepared in advance. The numbers are quite simple, it is clear that they are periodically forged, but not neatly. Upon arrival, two room options were offered: with and without sea views. The first one is for a surcharge, but it's worth it. It is always sunny, while the rest are window to window and quite dark. The only really big disadvantage of the room is the terrible shower. Weak pressure, catching hot water is a real quest. Sometimes there was a smell of sewage.
There is a choice in food. Again, it's not a fancy buffet, but we always left well-fed. Perhaps I would like more seasonal fruits (there were watermelons, oranges, apples and sometimes pears). The disadvantage of food is rather not in the food itself, but in the dining room. At lunch, and especially at dinner, there were not enough tables. First, you need to catch the vacant table, and then the staff to remove it. It is clear that the territory allows you to put more tables, but why this was not done is a question.
The animation is weak, but we weren't particularly interested in it. The animator girls were very pleasant, talkative, and gave advice on the area.
Actually, about the area. The nearest city (Manavgat) is 15 minutes by minibus. The bus stop is close enough. I recommend going to the city at least once. There is a shopping center, a shopping street, a bazaar. There are a couple of souvenir pavilions directly in the village where the hotel is located.
As a result, if the main goal is to lie in the sun by the sea, then the hotel is more than suitable. Small, "homely", without too much pathos. First line, clear sea. You don't pay attention to the other nuances later :)

-the spa is smelly, why it was indicated in the name of the hotel, as well as the word ELITE is unclear ..., it is located in the basement
-there is food only for the first 15 minutes, then everyone who came an hour before the opening of the restaurant picks up and does not put out a new one, who managed to eat ...
-there are really few tables, you have to wait all the time for those who are free or come when there is no food, but there are tables
- the personnel on you generally don't care
- there are still houses on the tiny territory that are rented to Turks for daily rent
- there is no animation
- everything is bad, just everything...sun beds are occupied for the whole vacation at once, you will not find them either
- the food is very monotonous....There's really nothing special for kids...rice only if you eat apples all day long. Soups are just chemical water, powdered puree, their desserts are stupid colored souffles, watermelon is tasteless
- there is a cemetery and a set of useless shops nearby, there is nowhere to walk at all
