Super service! Clean rooms with a wonderful view! Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is wonderful! Varied and Delicious! I recommend it! There is a charging station for electric cars nearby.

We stopped by 09.09.2022 and were accommodated in a room for people with disabilities, which was not comfortable for us. The impression of the trip was greatly spoiled. We were not informed in advance when booking. Upon arriving at the reception, Ekaterina's employee said that they were to blame, because there it is written in the booking conditions that a standard class room can be accommodated in a room with disabilities. We couldn't replace the number at the moment. And instead of apologizing or making some kind of bonus, to mitigate the situation, the employee made us look guilty, saying that it was necessary to read the terms of the booking agreement. The tone was clearly not friendly. For such a company, this tone of negotiation is clearly inappropriate. Our weekend was ruined thanks to the "friendly" reception team.

The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, I can't say more, because I don't know the city well. According to the 5* level, accommodation is not cheap, but the price corresponds to the level.
1) the rooms are very clean and cozy, the details are taken into account. Beautiful design, expensive materials, repairs are made * with straight hands. Comfortable beds and pillows.
There are good cosmetics and bathrobes in the bathroom.
2) meals in the restaurant on the 7th floor, high level, buffet breakfasts- they are meager. The main menu is expensive and delicious. There is black Angus dry age Beef.
3) The hotel has a casino. Friends were beaten by a couple thousand dollars in an evening. Come in only sober. There are * extras.
The cherry on the cake is a beautiful view from the window of the river or a panorama of the city.
My recommendations. I live in this hotel often.

The hotel is good, a decent blackout. The restaurant on the top floor is not very expensive, not tasty, strange interior. Do not change rubles in the exchanger - it is not a very profitable exchange rate, it is better to change dollars or look for "money changers", but be careful, it is illegal.

Great location. The rooms are fresh and beautiful. Minus only the cleaning, who broke into the room at 8 a.m., without waiting for permission to enter, after which he left and the room stood unmade all day.

Very friendly and considerate staff, excellent rooms. Every breakfast is a joy, very friendly and polite waiters, delicious food. I was not very pleased with the cleaning of the room, once there was no cash to leave a tip and it was cleaned extremely mediocre, but even with tips, the cleaning was not perfect :)

One day from a trip to Belarus. What can you say about Hilton..? Everything, as always, is at the highest level. The only exception: lunch on the beautiful terrace had to wait more than 40 minutes, but it did not affect the overall impression, especially considering the gorgeous view from the terrace.

We arrived in Minsk on November 4, 2022 for the first time, booked a room at the Hilton overlooking the river.
They gave me the number 1016. We went up to the room and couldn't find the river.
At the reception, they spread their hands - the download is full, we can't help. Attempts to figure out why the room is called with a view of the river, but in fact it is not, did not lead to anything - we have it like this.
We settled in with the feeling that we had been deceived.

The hotel makes a double impression. We took a room with a terrace, in principle, it's not worth it. Due to its design, it is usually not very clean and, let's say, peculiar. Otherwise, everything is of good quality, clean, the staff is attentive and welcoming, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is comfortable, the location is more than good.
But God forbid you go to the bar upstairs.. it's better not to spoil your impression :)
