We lived in room 2001 on the 20th floor and we had technical problems with it. At first, the keys did not work, they were waiting for the lock to be replaced. And the next day the lights didn't work…
The hotel is lovely, beautiful, clean, cozy!
But managers and technical specialists should pay attention to this number.
